Claims (1)
- 超音波パルス発振器、送信振動子、受信振動子及び液体媒質を入れた液槽とを有する液浸式超音波シングアラウンド測定装置と、角度設定保持器とを備えた弾性係数測定装置であって、
上記角度設定保持器は、送信振動子と受信振動子の中間に被測定固体物質を支持し、液体伝搬媒質から被測定固体物質への超音波入射角の角度値を設定することができるものであり、且つ、板状の被測定固体物質を板の面内で回転し、板の面内で、被測定固体物質を目的とする回転角度に把持する機能を備え、
被測定固体物質中の疎密波速度を測定することが可能であるとともに、上記の角度設定保持器が、液体媒質中から被測定固体物質中への超音波入射角を、被測定固体物質に対する疎密波の臨界角を超える角度になるように設定されることで、被測定固体物質中のせん断波速度を測定することが可能であり、
上記臨界角は、上記液体媒質中の超音波速度と上記被測定固体物質中の超音波速度から、スネルの法則に基づいて定まるものであることを特徴とする弾性係数測定装置。
