本発明は、サッシ枠を形成する上枠、下枠、縦枠や障子を形成する上框、下框、召合せ框、戸当り框などのサッシ形材を運搬する棚式のパレットに関する。

サッシ枠、障子を形成するサッシ形材を工場等で製作し、そのサッシ形材を施工現場まで運搬し、施工現場でサッシ枠、障子を組み立てることが行なわれている。
例えば、複数のサッシ形材を段ボール箱で梱包し、その梱包した段ボール箱をパレットに重ね合せて載置する。このパレットをトラックなどで施工現場まで運搬する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前述のように段ボール箱をパレットに重ね合せて載置すると、任意のものがすぐに取り出せない。取り出す順番に段重ねをすると積載に時間も手間もかかる。
このことを防止するために、本発明者等は架台に複数の棚を取付けた棚式のパレットを開発した。
この棚式のパレットであれば、サッシ形材を梱包した段ボール箱を各棚毎に載置して運搬できるので、任意のものをすぐに取り出しできる。

施工現場まで運搬し、段ボール箱を荷卸しした空のパレットは再びトラック等で工場等に運搬する。
工場等に運搬した空のパレットを保管し、サッシ形材を運搬する時に再使用する。

本発明の第1の実施の形態を説明する。
図1、図2、図3に示すように、架台1に一対の棚構成部材2を設けて棚式のパレット3を形成している。

前記第1横材10が長尺で左右方向(図3のa方向)に向い、第2横材11が短尺で前後方向(図3のb方向)に向っている。これによって架台1は左右方向寸法が前後方向寸法よりも長い矩形(長方形)枠形状である。
