かかる構成になる自動販売機の販売動作は周知であり、販売指令に基づいて商品収納ラック4から搬出した商品(缶商品)は、シュータ6の斜面を転動し、断熱内扉3に設けた商品搬出扉3aを押し開いて外扉2の商品取出口2aに送出される。ここで、コールド商品を販売する場合には冷凍機を運転し、冷却器6cとの熱交換により冷却した冷気を矢印で表すようにファン6aにより庫内で循環送風して商品を保冷する。一方、ホット商品を販売する場合にはヒータ6dを通電して庫内空気を加熱し、その暖気を庫内に循環送風して商品を加温する。また、庫内上方に向けて吹き出した冷気,暖気は商品収納ラック4の領域を通風した後、前記の通風ダクト7に吸い込まれて冷却,加熱ユニット6に還流する。

次に、従来の自動販売機における前記通風ダクト7の取付け構造を図4に示す。なお、図中で符号1aは断熱筐体として作られた本体キャビネット1(図3参照)の背面パネルである。すなわち、通風ダクト7は薄鋼板を断面コ字形に板金加工したものであり、その左右両サイドにはフランジ7aを形成し、このフランジ7aを背面パネル1aの板面上に当てがって位置決めした上で、両者の間をタッピンねじ9によりねじ止め固定するようにしている。なお、7bは冷却,加熱ユニット6の後端面に連通する窓穴である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前記通風ダクトの従来における取付け構造では、組立作業性の面で次記のような難点がある。すなわち、通風ダクト7をキャビネットの背面パネル1aに固定するには、ダクトの位置決め,ねじ穴の穴合わせを行った上で、通風ダクト1枚当たり4〜6箇所でねじ止めを行う必要がある。また、缶飲料自動販売機では、庫内が通常三つの商品収納室に仕切られて各室ごとに通風ダクトを布設していることから、自動販売機1台当たりで通風ダクトの取付けに要するねじ止め箇所は12〜18箇所にも及び、多くの工数を要する。しかも、本体キャビネットの庫内に仕切られた商品収納室の間口は作業員の体が辛うじて入る程度の狭い幅であり、特に商品収納室の奥行き寸法が深い自動販売機では、通風ダクトの取付作業が困難を極めることから、その作業性の改善策が現場からの要求として強く望まれている。

本発明は上記の点にかんがみなされたものであり、その目的は、本体キャビネットの庫内に庫内通風用の通風ダクトを組み込む際の取付け作業が簡単で能率よく行えるよう改良した自動販売機、特に通風ダクトの取付構造を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、商品収納ラックを搭載した本体キャビネットの庫内底部にファン付き冷却,加熱ユニットを設置し、該ユニットの風胴に連ねてキャビネット庫内の背面パネル上に庫内空気の通風ダクトを布設した自動販売機において、通風ダクトを次記のように取付けるものとする。

1)通風ダクトは断面コ字形に加工され、下部に通風窓穴を有し、通風ダクトの上部中央には裏面側に向けてフック状の係止爪,下部に該通風窓穴の下縁より裏面側に向けてねじ座を設けるとともに、該係止爪,ねじ座に対向して背面パネル側には角穴,ねじ穴を形成し、前記係止爪を角穴に引っ掛けた上で、前記ねじ座とねじ穴の間をねじ止めして通風ダクトを背面パネル上の定位置に固定する。

ができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を図面に基づいて説明する。なお、各実施例の図中で図4に対応する同一部材には同じ符号が付してある。
実施例〕図1(a)〜(c)は本発明の請求項1,に対応する実施例を示すものであり、この実施例においては、断面コ字形に板金加工された通風ダクトの上部中央には裏面側に向けてフック状の係止爪7cが切り起こし形成され、また下部には通風窓穴7bの下縁より裏面側に向けてねじ座7dを切り起こし形成され、その中央にねじ穴が穿孔されている。一方、前記の係止爪7c,ねじ座7dに対向して本体キャビネット1の背面パネル1aの板面には、あらかじめ通風ダクト7の布設位置に合わせて係止爪7cを引っ掛ける角穴1b,およびねじ穴1cを加工しておく。

以上述べたように、本発明の構成によれば、本体キャビネットの庫内に通風ダクトを組み込む際の作業が、ねじ止め方式の従来の取付け構造と比べて、通風ダクトの位置決めが簡単で、かつ工数も少なくて済み、これにより通風ダクトを短時間の作業で能率よく取付けられるなど、その組立工程での作業性を大幅に改善することができる。
