ところで、上記挟持搬送装置の挟持用穀稈ガイドは、搬送無端帯の移送作用部分に沿って位置するガイド杆から直交方向に延出する支持ピンを、装置本体側の保持部材に支持された支持座に進退自在に挿架し、その挿架部分に介装するバネでガイド杆を搬送無端帯の移送作用部分に接近する方向に弾圧付勢させて、搬送無端帯との間に挟持する穀稈量の変化に対応してガイド杆が搬送無端帯の移送作用部分に対して進退動するように構成されるのであるが、このような挟持搬送装置によって移送される穀稈は乾湿度や軟弱度が種々に異なり、また、雑草等が多く混じることもあるので、軟弱穀稈や雑草等が移送途上において詰まりを起こすような事態になることが避けられない。

そこで、移送穀稈の詰まりが生じた場合には、詰まった穀稈を除去しなければならないのであるが、搬送無端帯とガイド杆との間に穀稈挟持力(バネによる弾圧付勢力)が働いている状態では、その穀稈挟持力に抗して穀稈を抜き外すことは容易でない。そのため、詰まった穀稈を除去するに当っては、前出の穀稈挟持力を解除した状態に変更することが必要になるのであるが、従来の挟持搬送装置では、挟持用穀稈ガイドの仕組全体を取外すなどして搬送無端帯の移送作用部分から遠ざける或いは装置本体側に掛回される搬送無端帯を弛緩させてガイド杆との間隙を拡げるなどして詰まった穀稈を除去していたので、挟持用穀稈ガイド仕組の脱着又は搬送無端帯の弛緩緊張に手数が掛り、穀稈ガイド仕組等を詰まった穀稈の除去後に適正な通常状態に再セットするのが容易ではないという問題があった。

本発明は、上記の問題に鑑みて実施したものであって、その目的とするところは、移送途上の詰まり穀稈を極く容易に除去することができると共に、搬送無端帯との間隙調整設定も簡単に行えるように改良された挟持用穀稈ガイド支持装置を提供することにある。

そして、上記目的を達成するため、本発明における挟持用穀稈ガイド支持装置は、基体(10)に掛回する搬送無端帯(11)の移送作用部分に沿って位置するガイド杆(13)を前記移送作用部分に対して接近離間する方向に進退動自在に支承して、前記移送作用部分に接近する方向にバネ(16)で弾圧付勢して構成される穀稈挟持搬送装置であって、前記ガイド杆(13)を支承する支持体(15)を、基体(10)から延出する保持腕(17)に設けた保持座(18)にガイド杆(13)の進退方向と同方向に移動できるように取付けて保持座(18)との間に装設する掛止手段(20)でもって任意の移動位置に固定維持できるようにしてある穀稈挟持搬送装置の挟持用穀稈ガイド支持装置において、前記ガイド杆(13)を支承する支持体(15)を、保持座(18)に装設する案内軸(19)に沿って内外方向に移動し得るように装架し、その支持体(15)と保持座(18)との間に装設する掛止手段(20)を、支持体(15)の上部窓(21)から内挿して案内軸(19)に軸装する板状レバ−(22)と、板状レバ−(22)と支持体(15)の壁面間に介装する圧縮バネ(25)とで構成し、板状レバ−(22)を案内軸(19)の軸心方向に起倒させることによって、支持体(15)が案内軸(19)に沿って内外方向に動き得る状態と、案内軸(19)に対して掛止固定される状態とに変更できるようにした穀稈挟持搬送装置の挟持用穀稈ガイド支持装置にしている。

【発明の作用及び効果】
本発明の穀稈挟持搬送装置における挟持用穀稈ガイド支持装置においては、搬送無端帯の移送作用部分に対応するガイド杆を支承した支持体を、搬送無端帯の移送作用部分に対して接近離間する方向に移動させて掛止手段で任意の移動位置に固定掛止することができるので、詰まった穀稈を除去するなどの場合には、掛止手段を解除して支持体を搬送無端帯の移送作用部分から遠ざける方向に容易に手数少なく移動させてガイド杆の穀稈挟持力を解くことができ、また、穀稈除去後にガイド杆を元の状態に戻すことも簡単に行うことができる。
