Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cushioning material used for packing water heaters, home appliances, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a plurality of corrugated cardboard sheets are stacked, the end surfaces of the corrugated cardboard sheets are aligned to form an abutment surface, and the contents contained in the box are brought into contact with the abutment surface. A cushioning material for packing that prevents the movement of the packing material is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the cushioning material as described above, since the abutting surface with poor elasticity whose deflection is limited by the adjacent corrugated cardboard sheet abuts the contents over a wide range, sufficient cushioning properties cannot be obtained.
[0004]
On the other hand, if the area of the contact surface is reduced, the surface of the contents may be recessed when the contact surface is pressed against the contents, and the contents collide with the contact surface due to vibrations acting on the box. There was a risk of damage.
[0005]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cushioning material with a low risk of damaging the contents.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a packing cushion material composed of a plurality of stacked cardboard sheets, wherein a plurality of protrusions whose tips are in contact with the contents are formed at the ends of the cardboard sheets, Adopting a configuration in which the protrusions of adjacent corrugated cardboard sheets are shifted from each other.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a development substrate for cushioning material according to the present invention. This development board is formed of a corrugated cardboard sheet, and a seat plate 2 is continuously provided from one edge of the seat plate 1, and superposed plates 3 and 4 are continuously provided from both side edges of the seat plates 1 and 2. The main frame plates 5 and 6 are sequentially connected from the end edges, and the folded frame plates 7 and 8 are connected from both side edges of the main frame plates 5 and 6, respectively.
[0008]
The main frame plates 5, 6 and the folding frame plates 7, 8 are each formed with a notch 9, and a plurality of protrusions 10 are provided on the end surfaces of the main frame plate 5 and the folding frame plates 7, 8 facing the notch 9. Is provided. Further, slits 11 are formed in the seat plates 1 and 2 and the superposed plates 3 and 4.
[0009]
In assembling the development substrate, as shown in FIG. 2, the seat plates 1 and 2 are overlapped, and the overlapping plates 3 and 4 are bent inward. Then, the main frame plate 5 is erected with respect to the seat plate 1, the folding frame plates 7 and 8 are bent inward, and the main frame plate 6 is bent with respect to the main frame plate 5 as shown in FIG. When the frame plate 5 is superimposed on the superposed plate 4, the cushioning material shown in FIG. 4 is completed.
[0010]
In the cushioning material, the notches 9 and the slits 11 communicate with each other to form a recess 20 and an insertion groove 21 respectively. The protrusions 10 and the side surfaces of the folding frame plates 7 and 8 facing the notch 9 are in a state of protruding into the recesses 20, and the adjacent protrusions 10 of the corrugated cardboard sheet are shifted from each other.
[0011]
Now, for example, in order to cushion the water heater housed in the box with the cushioning material, the corner of the water heater is fitted into the recess 20, and the rib formed on the outer periphery of the water heater is inserted into the insertion groove 21. The tip of the protrusion 10 is brought into contact with the surface of the water heater.
[0012]
At this time, even if the tip of the protrusion 10 is strongly pressed against the surface of the water heater, the protrusions 10 are arranged so as to be displaced from each other between adjacent cardboard sheets. The pressing force is absorbed and the surface of the water heater is not recessed.
[0013]
Further, since the protrusion 10 bent in the thickness direction tries to be restored, there is no gap between the tip of the protrusion 10 and the water heater, and the impact transmitted from the box to the water heater is caused by the elasticity of the protrusion 10. Alleviated.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, as described above, at the end of the plurality of stacked cardboard sheets, a plurality of protrusions whose tips contact the contents are formed, and the adjacent cardboard sheet protrusions are arranged so as to be shifted from each other. When the tip of the protrusion is strongly pressed against the surface of the contents stored in the box, the pressing force is absorbed by the protrusion being bent in the thickness direction, and the dent on the contents surface is prevented.
[0015]
Further, since the protrusion bent in the thickness direction tries to be restored, there is no gap between the tip of the protrusion and the content, and the impact transmitted from the box to the content is alleviated by the elasticity of the protrusion.
