DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.
[0010]
An example of an embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. The eaves joint in this example is an eaves joint with an outward bend arranged along the corner of the building. In this eaves joint, the main body is composed of a joint body 1 provided with eaves connection portions for connecting the eaves 25 at both ends in the longitudinal direction. The joint body 1 has a front end of the bottom wall 2 so as to have a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section that is slightly larger than the eaves ridge 25 and has a cross-sectional shape substantially the same as the eaves ridge 25 in order to run along the eaves 25 on the inner surface. The front wall 3 is erected on the edge and the rear wall 4 is erected on the rear edge of the bottom wall 2. Here, the front wall 3 of the joint body 1 is composed of two members, ie, an upper front wall 3a and a lower front wall 3b, which are separate bodies. Specifically, the joint main body 1 includes a main body member 20 (FIGS. 2 to 5) formed in a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section by a bottom wall 2, a rear wall 4, and a lower front wall 3b, and a lower portion of the main body member 20. It is comprised by the plate-shaped cover member 21 (FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. 9) which is the upper front wall 3a with which the upper part of the front wall 3b is mounted | worn. The cover member 21 is arranged so that the upper end of the cover member 21 extends to a position above the rear wall 4 of the main body member 20. When rainwater flowing down along the roof of the building jumps out from the lower end of the roof. Also, the above-mentioned rain water is applied to the inner surface of the cover member 21 and flows into a drain groove of the main body member 20 described later.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the main body member 20 has an upper front wall 3 a erected on the front edge of the bottom wall 2 and a rear wall 4 erected on the rear edge of the bottom wall 2. It is formed in a U shape and a substantially L shape in a top view. Here, the portion surrounded by the bottom wall 2, the rear wall 4 and the lower front wall 3b in a concave shape constitutes a drainage groove through which the drainage of the eaves flows. Since the eaves joint of this example is an eaves joint with an outer bend arranged at the corner of the building, the main body member 20 is positioned so that the outer surface of the rear wall 4 along the building faces (position on the front side of the building). And bent so that the inner surface of the lower front wall 3b faces each other.
[0012]
And the eaves connection part is provided in the both ends of the longitudinal direction of this main body member 20, respectively. Here, the eaves 25 connected to the eaves joint is mainly composed of an eaves bottom wall 26, an eaves front wall 27, and an eaves rear wall 28 in a substantially U-shaped longitudinal section, Ears are provided at the upper ends of the eaves front wall 27 and the eaves eaves rear wall 28, respectively, and a recessed groove 29 that is recessed backward is formed in the upper and lower central portions of the eaves eaves front wall 27 so as to be provided in a substantially horizontal direction. Is. The eaves connection portion is provided over the cover member 21 and the main body member 20, but in the main body member 20, the eaves front wall 27 of the eaves 25 stacked on the inner surface of the main body member 20. And the front clamping part 10 that clamps the front half of the eaves wall 25, the rear clamping part 11 that clamps the rear wall 28 of the eaves 25 and the rear half of the eaves wall 26, and the eaves 25 The rear ear fitting part 12 which fits the ear part (henceforth, the rear ear part 28a) of the eaves wall rear wall 28 is provided. These are formed so that the insertion gap into which the longitudinal end portion of the eaves ridge 25 along the inner surface of the main body member 20 is inserted opens at the longitudinal end portion of the main body member 20. Specifically, the front clamping unit 10 is configured by a plate piece protruding from the bottom wall 2 and the lower front wall 3 b of the main body member 20 to form a constant gap 10 a between the bottom wall 2 and the lower front wall 3. In addition, the rear clamping portion 11 is configured by a plate piece that protrudes from the bottom wall 2 and the rear wall 4 of the main body member 20 and forms a fixed gap 11 a between the bottom wall 2 and the rear wall 4. ing. A half ring 19 projecting forward is provided at a portion of the plate pieces constituting the rear clamping portion 11 that is parallel to the rear wall 4. This half ring 19 is for connecting the other end of a metal wire such as a copper wire with one end to a wire attachment piece 18 to be described later to improve the strength of the eaves joint. Further, the rear ear fitting portion 12 is formed of a plate piece having an L-shaped cross section that forms a gap 12a into which the rear ear portion 28a of the eaves bowl 25 provided at the upper end of the rear wall 4 of the main body member 20 is inserted. Yes. The rear ear fitting portion 12 increases the gap 12a toward the longitudinal end of the joint body 1 so that the rear ear portion 28a of the eaves rod 25 can be easily inserted into the gap 12a. It has a shape. That is, in the main body member 20, the insertion gap is constituted by gaps 10a, 11a, and 12a.
[0013]
Further, the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20 is erected with an inclination so as to be positioned forward as it goes upward, but the cover member 21 is positioned and attached to the upper end portion thereof. A mating attachment portion 22 and a locking attachment portion 23 that is provided by simply locking the cover member 21 are provided. The fitting attachment portion 22 is provided in a bent portion of the main body member 20 of the lower front wall 3b, and the locking attachment portion 23 is provided in the vicinity of both longitudinal ends of the main body member 20 of the lower front wall 3b. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, the fitting attachment portion 22 has a substantially L-shaped plate shape as viewed from above and arranged in parallel to the lower front wall 3 b at an inward position spaced apart from the lower front wall 3 b by a certain gap. Of the upper front wall 3b, a central rib 22b projecting substantially rearwardly from the bent vertex portion of the upper end of the lower front wall 3b and connected to the center of the mounting piece 22a, and the upper end of the lower front wall 3b extending from the bent vertex portion. It is composed of a pair of side end ribs 22c that protrude substantially horizontally rearward from positions spaced apart from each other in the direction and are connected to the longitudinal ends of the mounting pieces 22a. Here, between the center rib 22b, the pair of side end ribs 22c, and the attachment piece 22a, a pair of engagement holes 7 that are upper and lower gaps are formed so as to be orthogonal to each other in an L shape as viewed from above. Further, the attachment piece 22a has an inclination so as to be located rearward as it goes upward, and the engagement hole 7 is formed so as to become a narrow gap as it goes downward. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the locking attachment portion 23 is configured by a plate-like locking piece 9 formed long in the longitudinal direction protruding rearward and obliquely upward from the inner surface of the upper end of the lower front wall 3 b. Here, a claw receiving piece 9a formed by cutting out the locking piece 9 and bending in the horizontal direction is formed at the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the locking piece 9, and the upper end inner surface of the lower front wall 3b and the locking piece 9 is provided.
[0014]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the cover member 21 is a plate-like member that has an inclination that is located rearward as it goes upward and has a substantially L-shape when viewed from above. In addition, the said inclination is formed so that the inner surface may follow the outer surface of the eaves wall front wall 27 of the eaves wall 25 connected to an eaves wall joint. An eaves connecting portion is provided at each end of the cover member 21 in the longitudinal direction. As described above, the eaves connection portion is provided over the cover member 21 and the main body member 20, but in the cover member 21, the eaves connection of the eaves 25 stacked on the inner surface of the joint body 1. A front ear fitting portion 13 that locks the ear portion of the front wall 27 (hereinafter, the front ear portion 27a) is provided. Specifically, the front ear fitting portion 13 protrudes rearward and obliquely downward from the upper end of the cover member 21 and has an ear locking claw 14 protruding forward and obliquely downward from the protruding tip. It is composed of pieces. The front ear fitting portion 13 forms a gap 13 a between the ear locking claw 14 and the inner surface of the cover member 21. This gap 13a is an insertion gap on the cover member 21 side, and is formed so as to be opened at the end in the longitudinal direction of the joint body 1 in the same manner as the insertion gap (gap 10a, 11a, 12a) on the cover member 20 side. ing. In addition, a wire attachment piece 18 that protrudes rearward and in the horizontal direction protrudes from the protruding tip of the front ear fitting portion 13. The wire attachment piece 18 is for connecting the other end of a metal wire such as a copper wire having one end connected to the building or the half ring 19 described above to improve the strength of the eaves joint.
[0015]
More specifically, the cover member 21 has a recessed portion 24 that is recessed backward and obliquely downward near the lower end portion thereof, and the lower end of the recessed portion 24 constitutes the lower end of the cover member 21. Yes. At the lower end of the cover member 21, a pair of engagement protrusions 6 inserted into and engaged with a pair of engagement holes 7 of the fitting attachment portion 22 of the body member 20, and two engagements of the body member 20 Two locking projections 8 that are locked to the locking pieces 9 of the mounting portion 23 are provided. A pair of the engaging protrusions 6 is provided at the bent vertex portion of the cover member 21 so as to be orthogonal to the L shape when viewed from above, and the locking protrusions 8 are provided in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the cover member 21. ing. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, the engagement protrusion 6 includes a first engagement claw 15 that protrudes downward from the lower end of the cover member 21 and protrudes rearward at the lower end that is the protrusion tip. The engaging projection 6a and the second engaging projection 6b projecting forward from the root of the first engaging projection 6a and bent downward at the projecting tip. Here, the second engaging protrusion 6b has a shape that tapers as it goes downward. In addition, the width dimension of the engagement protrusion 6 is formed to be approximately the same width dimension as the width dimension of the engagement hole 7 of the main body member 20. Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the locking projection 8 is a plate-like member protruding in the front-rear direction from the lower end of the cover member 21. The plate-like member positions the front upward and the rear downward. It is provided with an inclination to be positioned. Note that the front portion of the locking projection 8 from the lower end of the cover member 21 constitutes a locking claw 16, and the rear portion of the locking projection 8 from the lower end of the cover member 21 forms a guide 17. Here, the engagement protrusion 6 has a larger downward protrusion amount than the locking protrusion 8, and the lower end of the engagement protrusion 6 is positioned lower than the lower end position of the locking protrusion 8. .
[0016]
The main body member 20 and the cover member 21 constituting the joint main body 1 described above are attached while connecting the eaves rod 25 as follows. As a premise, the eaves rod 25 is supported by a support or the like fixed to the building, and the eaves rod joint is supported by the eaves rod 25 supported by the building.
[0017]
First, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, insertion gaps (gap 10 a, 11 a, 12 a) of the eaves hook connection part (front clamping part 10, rear clamping part 11, rear ear fitting part 12) of the joint body 1. The end of the eaves bowl 25 in the longitudinal direction is inserted, and the main body member 20 is supported by the eaves bowl 25. At this time, since the gap 12a of the rear ear fitting portion 12 becomes larger toward the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the joint body 1, the eaves rod 25 is smoothly inserted into the eaves connection portion.
[0018]
Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the cover member 21 is attached to the main body member 20 to which the eaves 25 is connected from above. Specifically, first, the engagement protrusion 6 of the cover member 21 is inserted into the engagement hole 7 of the fitting attachment portion 22 of the main body member 20 from above to be engaged and fixed, and then the engagement protrusion of the cover member 21 is engaged. The cover member 21 is attached to the main body member 20 by hooking 8 to the locking piece 9 of the locking mounting portion 23 of the main body member 20 to be locked. Hereinafter, the engagement of the engagement protrusion 6 with the engagement hole 7 and the engagement of the engagement protrusion 8 with the engagement piece 9 will be described in detail.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 13, the engagement protrusion 6 is engaged with the engagement hole 7 by inserting the first engagement protrusion 6a and the second engagement protrusion 6b into the engagement hole 7, and then the first engagement protrusion 6a. The engagement claw 15 is engaged with the lower end of the attachment piece 22a constituting the fitting attachment portion 22. At this time, the second engagement protrusion 6b is tapered downward and the engagement hole 7 has a wider gap upward, so that the engagement protrusion 6 can be inserted into the engagement hole 7. It is done smoothly. Further, in a state where the engagement protrusion 6 is engaged and fixed in the engagement hole 7, the root portion of the first engagement protrusion 6a is elastically contacted downward with the attachment piece 22a and the lower end of the first engagement protrusion 6a. The engaging claw 15 is locked to the lower end of the mounting piece 22a, and the first engaging projection 6a is elastically contacted rearward to the mounting piece 22a in the vicinity of the lower end and the second engaging projection. 6b is elastically contacted to the inner surface of the lower front wall 3b. Furthermore, since the width dimension of the engagement protrusion 6 is substantially the same as the width dimension of the engagement hole 7, the engagement protrusion 6 fits into the engagement hole 7 without a gap. Thus, the engaging claw 15 of the engaging protrusion 6 can be locked to the lower end of the mounting piece 22a by a simple operation of inserting the engaging protrusion 6 into the engaging hole 7, and at this time, 6 is engaged with the engagement hole 7 without a gap, so that the engagement protrusion 6 is engaged with the engagement hole 7 without rattling in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the cover member 21 is positioned and attached to the main body member 20. It is.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 14, the locking projection 8 is locked to the locking piece 9 by bringing the locking projection 8 close to the locking piece 9, and the locking claw 16 of the locking projection 8 is moved to the locking piece. It is performed by hooking and engaging the nine nail receiving pieces 9a from below. When the locking projection 8 is brought close to the locking piece 9, even if the lower surface of the locking projection 8 comes into contact with the claw receiving piece 9a of the locking piece 9, the cover member 21 is moved as it is. , The locking claw 16 of the locking projection 8 can be smoothly guided to the claw receiving piece 9 a of the locking piece 9 by the guide 17 of the locking projection 8. The hook 9 can be smoothly hooked and locked to the claw receiving piece 9 a of the locking piece 9.
[0021]
The cover member 21 is mounted on the main body member 20 by first engaging and engaging the engaging protrusion 6 with the engaging hole, and then engaging the engaging protrusion 8 with the engaging piece 9. Done. That is, since the engaging protrusion 6 protrudes greatly below the locking protrusion 8, the locking protrusion 8 can be locked to the locking piece 9 simply by inserting the engaging protrusion 6 into the engaging hole 7. Because it is not broken. First, the engagement protrusion 6 is engaged with the engagement hole 7 in order to position the cover member 21 on the main body member 20 by the engagement of the engagement protrusion 6 with the engagement hole 7. That is, that is, it is intended that the next locking operation of the locking projection 8 to the locking piece 9 is performed without newly positioning. More specifically, the fitting of the engaging protrusion 6 to the engaging hole 7 performed first is performed at the bent portion of the front wall 3, and the bent portion of the front wall 3 has a substantially L-shaped eaves when viewed from above. Since the conspicuous portion of the joint is a mark, it is easy to align the upper front wall 3a with the lower front wall 3b, and the workability of fitting the engagement protrusion 6 to the engagement hole 7 is good. It is what is being illustrated. As described above, when the cover member 21 of this example is mounted on the main body member 20, the engagement protrusion 6 of the engagement protrusion 6 that positions and attaches the main body member 20 and the cover member 21 is engaged at one place. In addition, since the main body member 20 and the cover member 21 are simply engaged with the engaging protrusion 9 to be attached to the engaging piece 9 at two locations, the engaging protrusion 6 is fitted into the engaging hole 7. The cover member 21 is mounted on the main body member 20 with good workability.
[0022]
And in the cover member 21 attached to the main body member 20 as described above, as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, the front ear fitting portion 13 which is the eaves connection portion of the cover member 21 is the eaves 25. Along the outer surface of the front ear portion 27a, the ear locking claw 14 is hooked and locked to the front ear portion 27a, and the recessed portion 24 of the cover member 21 is placed on the outer surface of the upper surface 29a of the recessed groove portion 29 of the eaves bowl 25. In other words, the front ear fitting portion 13 and the recessed portion 24 of the cover member 21 sandwich the eave ridge front wall 27 of the eave ridge 25 up and down. Thus, the cover member 21 is fixed to the main body member 20 by the engagement of the engagement protrusion 6 with the engagement hole 7 and the engagement of the engagement protrusion 8 with the engagement piece 9 at the lower end thereof, and The eaves hook 25 is clamped by the front ear fitting part 13 and the recessed part 24 at the end in the longitudinal direction thereof, that is, the cover member 21 is a main body member that is strong and has no play. 20 and the eaves 25 are fixedly supported.
[0023]
Here, when the cover member 21 is attached to the main body member 20, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower end of the cover member 21, which is the upper front wall 3a, is positioned higher than the upper end of the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20. A gap 5 is interposed between the lower end of the upper front wall 3a and the upper end of the lower front wall 3b so as to be located at the rear position. In the cover member 21 which is the upper front wall 3a, when the eaves joint is arranged along the building, it is located on the outer side opposite to the building, so rainwater is formed on the outer surface of the cover member 21. It is something that falls. Then, the rain water that has fallen on the outer surface of the cover member 21 flows along the outer surface of the cover member 21 (arrow A), and from the lower end of the cover member 21 that separates the gap 5 from the upper end of the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20. Water is dripping well (arrow B). At this time, since the lower end of the cover member 21 is located behind the upper end of the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20, the rainwater dripping from the lower end of the cover member 21 is inside the eaves joint (that is, the main body member 20). In the drainage groove) (arrow C). Therefore, the rain water that has fallen on the outer surface of the cover member 21 does not drip from the eaves joint to the ground. Although the cover member 21 has been described above, the rainwater flowing down along the roof of the building jumps out from the lower end of the roof, so that the rainwater hits the inner surface of the cover member 21 and flows into the eaves joint. Although the cover member 21 of this example has a recessed portion 24 at the lower end thereof, the lower end of the cover member 21 is positioned behind the upper end of the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20. Therefore, the rainwater flowing down the inner surface of the cover member 21 is dampened from the lower end of the cover member 21 due to weakened momentum flowing in the recessed portion 24, and is similar to the rainwater flowing down the outer surface of the cover member 21. It flows without leakage into the eaves joint. In addition, in the eaves joint of this example, since the lower front wall 3b of the main body member 20 is formed to have an inclination that is located rearward as it goes to the lower end, rainwater falling from above is The outer surface of the lower front wall 3b is less likely to fall, and has a structure in which the amount of rainwater that flows down from the eaves joint is reduced as much as possible.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the eaves joint according to claim 1 of the present invention, the lower front wall integrated with the bottom wall, and the upper front wall separate from the lower front wall are described. It has a slope that is positioned backward as it goes upward. And the upper front wall is formed by denting the recessed portion in the vicinity of the lower end portion rearward and obliquely downward, Attach the upper front wall to the upper part of the lower front wall, Consists of the lower end of the depression Since the lower end of the upper front wall is positioned rearward of the upper end of the lower front wall and a gap is interposed between the lower end of the upper front wall and the upper end of the lower front wall, Rain water that falls on the outer surface of the upper front wall that is inclined to flow down along the outer surface of the upper front wall and dripping well from the lower end of the upper front wall that is spaced from the upper end of the lower front wall At this time, since the lower end of the upper front wall is located behind the upper end of the lower front wall, rainwater dripping from the lower end of the upper front wall can flow into the joint body, Thus, rain water that has fallen on the outer surface of the upper front wall can be prevented from dripping from the eaves joint to the ground.
[0025]
Further, in the eaves joint according to claim 2, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the engagement protrusion is provided to project downward from the lower end of the upper front wall, and the engagement hole is formed at the upper end of the lower front wall. Since the upper front wall and the lower front wall are mounted by fitting the above-mentioned engagement protrusions into the engagement holes and fitting the upper front wall to the lower front wall, the engagement of the upper front wall By inserting the mating protrusion into the engagement hole of the lower front wall from above, the upper front wall can be positioned and mounted with respect to the lower front wall. Since the wall can be attached, the workability is improved.
[0026]
Further, in the eaves joint according to claim 3, in addition to the effect of claim 1, the eaves joint has a substantially L shape in a top view and is arranged along the corner of the building. The locking projection protrudes downward from the lower end of the front wall and the locking piece protrudes rearward from the upper end of the lower front wall. Mounting the upper front wall and the lower front wall in the vicinity of both ends in the direction, projecting the engaging projection downward from the lower end of the upper front wall, and drilling the engaging hole in the vertical direction on the upper end of the lower front wall, Since the upper front wall and the lower front wall corresponding to the bent portion of the front wall located at the corner of the building are fitted with the engagement protrusions fitted in the engagement holes, The mounting of the front wall and the lower front wall is performed at a plurality of locations such as the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the joint body 1 and the bent portion of the front wall, and the upper front wall and the lower front wall.
