【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は伸縮するパンタグラフ体を介して取りつけられたエキスパンションジョイントに関する。

【従来技術とその問題点】
一般に、エキスパンションジョイントにおいては、間隙を隔てて相対する建物躯体にそれぞれ支持部材を固定し、この支持部材にホルダを介して上記間隙を塞ぐカバー材を取りつけるものであるが、建物躯体は震動、不同沈下、温度変化等によって相対的に変位するから、これに対応してカバー材も変動しなければならない。

しかしながら、従来のホルダは必ずしも建物躯体の変位に確実に対応できるものとはいえなかった。特に、建物躯体が互いに離間し接近するような動きに対しては円滑な対応が不充分であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記問題点を解消し、建物躯体の変位に円滑かつ確実に対応することができるエキスパンションジョイントを提供することをその課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明に係るエキスパンションジョイントは、間隙を隔てた建物躯体の間隙部又は一方が壁躯体で他方が間隙を隔てて入隅部を構成するように設置された建物躯体の間隙部に、伸縮自在なパンタグラフ体を配設し、このパンタグラフ体にカバー用ホルダを支持させ、このホルダにカバー材を架設したエキスパンションジョイントにおいて、上記パンタグラフ体とカバー用ホルダとの片方部を枢支させ他方部に保持具を介して互いに引き寄せた状態で保持し、上記カバー用ホルダにカバー材を取り付けるとともに、上記カバー用ホルダの一端を上記一方の躯体に軸着し、他端を他方の建物躯体の縁上に遊動自在に支持させたことを特徴とする。

また、本発明に係るエキスパンションジョイントは、間隙を隔てた建物躯体の間隙部又は一方が壁躯体で他方が間隙を隔てて入隅部を構成するように設置された建物躯体の間隙部に、伸縮自在なパンタグラフ体を配設し、このパンタグラフ体にカバー用ホルダを支持させ、このホルダにカバー材を架設したエキスパンションジョイントにおいて、上記パンタグラフ体とカバー用ホルダとが交差する任意な枢支部に保持具を介して互いに引き寄せた状態で保持し、上記カバー用ホルダの長手方向に沿って上記保持具を摺動可能に保持するとともに、上記カバー用ホルダにカバー材を取り付けたカバー用ホルダの両端を上記両建物躯体の縁上に遊動自在に支持させたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1において符号1、2は建物躯体を示す。間隙Sを隔て平面状に相対した建物躯体2、2の間隙部又は1は壁躯体で、2は間隙を隔てて入隅部を構成するように設置された建物躯体で、床躯体、壁躯体、天井躯体や屋根躯体等である。

上記建物躯体1、2の間隙Sにはその長手方向任意に隔てて伸縮自在なパンタグラフ体3が複数個配設されている。このパンタグラフ体3にカバー用ホルダ4が支持され、この複数のカバー用ホルダ4に長尺のカバー材5を架設することによりエキスパンションジョイントが構成されている。

パンタグラフ体3は図2(a)に示されるように、4本のリンク6を菱形に連結するとともに、上記リンクのうち相対するリンクの中心を中間リンク7によって連結したもので、上記間隙Sの幅方向に伸縮自在となっている。

パンタグラフ体3の両端は建物躯体1、2に向き合いに設けられた支持部材8に支持されている。

支持部材8は、建物躯体1、2に直接ビス止めにて固定された全体コ字状で端縁が止水板用止め縁付きで他縁がL字形の固定部材8aと、該固定部材8aの先端軸受け部8cを支軸9に回動自在に取り付けられた取付部材8bとからなり、取付部材8bには、間隙Sの開口端側にパンタグラフ体3およびカバー用ホルダ4を止着する取付部10が形成されている。軸受け部8cと支軸9は上記間隙Sの長手方向に平行に設けられている。そして、両側の支持部材8の取付部10と上記パンタグラフ体3の伸縮方向の両端とは連結軸11を介して回動自在に連結されている。連結軸11は上記間隙Sの深さ方向に設けられている。

次に、上記パンタグラフ体3上にはカバー用ホルダ4が支持されている。カバー用ホルダ4は、図2(a)(b)に示されるように、断面略C字形の押出材の対向内壁に摺動溝12を形成したもので、摺動溝12の内部には保持具14の杆体14a端に配したスライド板やボルト頭などの保持部13が摺動可能に保持されている。

カバー用ホルダ4とパンタグラフ体3の中間リンク7の中心とは上記保持部13付きの保持具14によって保持されている。保持具14は、パンタグラフ体3を貫通した杆体14aと、杆体14aの支承端部とパンタグラフ体3との間に設けられたスプリング、板等のバネ材15とから構成されている。これにより、カバー用ホルダ4とパンタグラフ体3とは弾性的に引き寄せられるとともに、保持具14は、前記間隙に配したパンタグラフ体3が伸縮し、カバー用ホルダ4が移動するときに上記間隙Sの幅方向に配したカバー用ホルダ4の摺動溝の長手方向に沿って摺動可能となる。

上記カバー用ホルダ4の一端4aは上記連結軸11によって上記壁躯体1にその深さ方向に回動可能に取付けた支持部材8に対し前後方向に回動可能に軸着され、且つ、中間部分はパンタグラフ体3と保持具14を介して摺動可能に保持し、他端4bは他方の建物躯体2の縁16上に係合して遊動自在に支持されている。

カバー用ホルダ4の上面にはカバー材5がネジ止め固定されている。そして、カバー材5の壁側の端部5aはZ字形に屈曲され、屈曲部5aと壁躯体1との間にはコーキングやパッキン等の気密材17が配設されており、カバー材5の自由端は壁躯体1と反対側の建物躯体2の縁16上に係合して遊動自在に支持されている。

上記構成によれば、建物躯体1、2が変位する場合、図3のように両建物躯体1、2が互いに接近して間隙Sが狭くなるときは、パンタグラフ体3は縮小し、カバー用ホルダ4とカバー材5は壁躯体1と反対側の躯体2の面に沿って摺動する。なお、パンタグラフ体3が縮小するとき、保持具14等の保持部13はカバー用ホルダ4の長手方向に添って摺動溝12の内部を摺動する。

図4のように両建物躯体1、2が互いに変位し離間して間隙Sが広くなったり直ちに通常の間隙幅に戻ったりしながら躯体が変位するが、幅広のときパンタグラフ体3は伸長し、カバー用ホルダ4とカバー材5は壁躯体1と反対側の躯体2の面に沿って摺動する。間隙Sがカバー材5よりも広くなっても、カバー材5はホルダ4のパンタグラフ体3に支持されているので、カバー材5が間隙Sの内側に落ち込むことはなく、かつ、止水板で間隙を覆って気密は保持されている。なお、パンタグラフ体3が伸長するときも、保持具14のスライド板等の保持部13はカバー用ホルダ4長手方向の摺動溝12に添って内部を摺動しながらカバー用ホルダ4はパンタグラフ体3に遊動する。

さらに、図5のように、両建物躯体1、2が間隙Sの深さ方向にずれるときは、カバー用ホルダ4の支持部材8の取付部材8bは躯体1、2に固定された固定部材8aとが支軸9を介して回動自在に連結しているので、上記ずれに十分に対応することができる。また、このときカバー材5の自由端部が建物躯体面に係合していると、カバー材5がカバー用ホルダ4から離反しようとするがパンタグラフ体3とカバー用ホルダ4とは保持具14によって互いに弾性的に引き寄せられているので、カバー用ホルダ4がパンタグラフ体3から外れることがない。

次に、図6はエキスパンションジョイントの他の例で、このエキスパンションジョイントは、平面状態に建物躯体2、2を相対させた間隙S内方に支持部材8、8を取付け、これに伸縮自在なパンタグラフ体3を配設し、このパンタグラフ体3にカバー用ホルダ4を支持させ、このカバー用ホルダ4にカバー材5を架設したものである。

請求項1に係る発明によれば、躯体を相対した平面状態または入隅部を構成する建物躯体が接近又は離間したときは、パンタグラフ体が伸縮し、その上に保持されたカバー用ホルダとカバー材は片側方のカバー用ホルダとカバー材の位置を決めつつ、かつ、他方の建物躯体の変位には十分変位し摺動可能に対応する。たとえ建物躯体間の間隙がカバー材よりも広くなっても、カバー材とカバー用ホルダに、かつ、カバー用ホルダはパンタグラフ体に支持されているので、カバー材が間隙の内側に落ち込むことはない。
