【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来の仕切弁の開度計は、弁体の開度に応じて移動する指示針が弁箱表面に露出した状態に取り付けら、しかもこれら仕切弁は地中埋設管と共にマンホール底部など地中埋設位置に設けられる事が多いので、雨水により土砂等が流入しやすく、土砂等が可動部に侵入すると故障の原因ともなり、故障を起こせば正確な開度が示されないなどの問題があった。

この発明は、上記問題を解消し、マンホール底部など土砂等が流入し易い箇所に配置される仕切弁の開度計が、流入土砂によって故障を起こす事がなく、また、土砂を除去すれば正確な開度が判別できる仕切弁の開度計を提供することを目的としてなされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の仕切弁の開度計は、弁棒と一体となって回転する回転輪と、該回転輪から回転運動が伝達され弁体の開度を示す開度指示部とが密閉容器内に収納され、該容器の前記開度指示部に対面する面が透明とされ、該透明な面を介して前記開度指示部が外部から観察可能とされてなる仕切弁の開度計であって、密閉容器内の空間が回転輪と連動する伝動装置によって占められ、伝動装置の歯車が周回する空間を満たす部材を有するものである。

この発明によれば、回転伝達部と開度指示部とが、密閉容器内に収納されているため、土砂が機構部に流入することがなく、流入土砂により故障を起こす事がない。また、開度指示部は透明な面で保護されているので、土砂を除去する際に開度指示部を損傷してしまう事がない。また、密閉容器内の空気体積が可能な限り小さくされるので、密閉容器中に含まれる水分の結露によって容器内面から透明板が曇るのが防止され視認がしやすくなる。

次に、この発明の実施の形態を説明する。

図1はこの発明の実施の形態である仕切弁の開度計の縦断面図、図2は同じく横断面図である。

図1において1は弁棒を示し、弁棒1の周囲にキャップ1aと爪部1bで係合し弁棒1と一体となって回転するハブ2が設けられている。
ハブ2の外周にはアーム3が径方向に延出され、アーム3の先端部分には、アーム3の表裏面に軸4が軸支され、この軸4に歯車5、6が同軸に固定されている。
