この発明は、全体又は一部を筒体状通路に形成した通路に水を流して滑るか、又は流れる水に浮かべた浮体に乗って遊ぶ流水式滑り台の遊戯装置や、前記通路の乾いた滑り面を滑り降りて遊ぶ乾式滑り台の遊戯装置、あるいは、前記通路をカートに乗って遊ぶ走行装置等の遊戯装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来の全体又は一部を筒体状通路に形成した通路を通って遊ぶ遊戯装置は、その筒体状通路部では内部が薄暗く遊戯者の視覚に余り良い印象を与えなかったり、比較的明るくしたものでも遊戯者の視覚に平面的に映りレジャー性が不十分であった。

そこで、これらの遊戯装置に替えて、筒体内で立体的な画像を現出させマイルドでファンタスティックなムードを体験でき、現代的なレジャー性や楽しさを味わうようにした筒体内を通る遊戯装置として、本願出願人が出願した、特願平5−237131号がある。

この従来の発明は、筒体の内壁面に蛍光体を用いて立体的な発光像が得られる如く描記した絵画と、その絵画に紫外線を照射する照明器を設置した遊戯装置において、前記照明器、又は絵画の前に煙を放出する発煙装置を設置したものである。また、煙に上記紫外線を受けて発光する蛍光剤を含ませたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記した特願平5−237131号の発明の筒体内を通る遊戯装置は、筒体の内壁面に描記した絵画が、紫外線照射によって明度差のある画像となって発光し、立体的な発光像が得られ、装置の遊戯性を向上させて、さらにこの立体的な発光像に対し、煙のフィルターを利用して刻々と変化する多様な発光像を現出させ、動的で立体的かつ幻想的で変化性に富ませ、また遊戯者自身が煙につつまれた発光像の中を通過できるといったレジャー性や楽しさを一層増大させたものである。

しかし、この従来の発明の筒体内を通る遊戯装置は、照明器や発煙装置が余り大きくないために照明器と発煙装置を通行の障害とならないように設置する配慮や、光を照射する方向が決まっているために発散光を二方向に同時に照射して遊戯利用する配慮や、光の模様を通路空間や筒体状壁面で変化させて遊戯性を高める配慮や、暗い限られた通路内スペースを有効利用する配慮があまり充分ではなかった。

この発明はこれらの課題に鑑みてなされたもので、筒体状通路の適所に発光装置や発煙装置等を設置し、一つの発光装置からの一方向の発散光を通路内所定の二方向の発散光に発散し、通路空間及び筒体状壁面の二方向同時に同じ模様の光線を照射して相乗効果を演出するものである。また、暗い通路内を有効に利用して、発光装置と発煙装置を適当な位置に配置してレジャー性を高めた遊戯装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の遊戯装置は、筒体状通路を滑降又はカートで走行する遊戯装置において、一方向に向けて発散光を発散する発光装置を前記筒体状通路の外側に設置し、該発光装置からの発散光を前記筒体状通路内に導入する投入口を該筒体状通路の上部に形成し、上記発光装置からの発散光を受けて、上記筒体状通路内における遊戯者の進入方向と進出方向のいずれか一方の所定方向に向けて発散させる反射光とそのまま透過させる透過光とに分散させるフィルターを上記投入口の近傍に配置する。

この発明の遊戯装置は、全体又は一部を筒体状通路で形成した通路を滑降又はカートで走行する遊戯装置において、一方向に向けて発散光を放射状に発散する発光装置を前記筒体状通路の外側に設置し、該発光装置からの発散光を前記筒体状通路内に導入する投入口を該筒体状通路の上部に形成するとともに、該投入口の近傍に発光装置からの発散光が前記筒体状通路内で反射光と透過光の二方向の発散光に分散させるフィルターを設置したので、一つの発光装置と一つの投入口を用いて限られた筒体スペースを有効に利用して効率良く筒体状通路内に投光する。

図1、図2、図3及び図4は、この発明に係る遊戯装置の実施例を示す。
これらの実施例の図1において、1は全体又は一部を断面円形等に形成した筒体状通路で、2は一方向に向けて光を放射状に発散する発光装置である。該発光装置2は、筒体状通路1の外側に外部の光が通路1内に入らないように遮蔽カバー21を設けてその遮蔽カバー21の内部に設置する。該発光装置2から一方向に向けて発散する発散光9を筒体状通路1内に導入する投入口5を筒体状通路1の上部の側部又は天井部に開口又は窓等を設けて形成するとともに、該投入口5から導入した発散光9を筒体状通路1内で反射光9xと透過光9yの二方向の発散光9に分散させるフィルター3を投入口5の近傍に設置する。
