Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooling storage such as a refrigerator, a freezer, and a freezing refrigerator provided with a mirror that projects the stored items stored in the back of the storage room so that they can be seen from the front when the front door is opened.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Refrigerators provided with mirrors that mirror the stored items stored in the storage room when the front door of the refrigerator is opened are disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Nos. 60-162876, 60-185191, No. 2-71083 and JP-A-5-346285.
[0003]
Among them, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-162876 has a configuration in which a flat mirror is provided on the ceiling surface near the front opening of the storage room at the upper part of the refrigerator, and the lower part of the interior which is the blind spot of the user is reflected. It is shown.
[0004]
Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-185191 has a configuration in which the entire wall at the back of the interior is a mirror.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-71083 has a structure in which a flat mirror is provided on the inner surface of a forward-turning door whose lower end is pivotally supported.
[0006]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-346285 provides a plurality of plane mirrors on the inner box side surface and the inner box inner surface of the refrigerator compartment, and a heater for the mirror and temperature detecting means for controlling the energization of the heater. It is a configuration.
[0007]
In FIG. 2 of Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-346285, a curved mirror curved inward with a predetermined curvature in the horizontal direction is vertically installed at the corner between the side surface and the back surface of the inner box of the refrigerator compartment. A configuration arranged in a direction is shown. This configuration obtains the same mirror effect as the method of providing a plurality of plane mirrors on the inner box side surface and the inner box back surface shown in FIG.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, refrigerators have been placed at the top, with the number of storage rooms increasing and the height increasing to about 1750 mm in consideration of storage at a temperature suitable for the type of stored items, usability and storage arrangement, etc. Stored items stored on the shelf at the top of the storage room are sometimes higher than the user's horizontal line of sight. In particular, the stored item stored in the upper shelf of the upper storage room is hidden behind the stored item placed in front of it, and in order to confirm it from the front of the refrigerator, There is an inconvenience that the storage in front must be taken out once. For this reason, the present invention provides a technique in which a mirror is provided so that the stored item stored in the back of the upper shelf of the upper storage chamber can be checked without taking out the stored item in front of the shelf. It is. The present invention also provides a technique for taking measures against fogging of the mirror.
[0009]
Of the above-described conventional techniques, only one technique is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 60-162876 for checking the stored items stored in the upper storage room from the front of the refrigerator.
[0010]
Among the above prior arts, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-162876 provides the convenience of each user with different heights, as shown in the figure, the width is substantially equal to the width of the box, and is substantially equal to the depth of the box. A mirror with a fairly large area that requires half the depth can only be used to reflect the interior of the interior. And taking into consideration that the mirror will not be damaged by taking in and out of stored items, that the fixture protrudes into the storage and does not get in the way, and that the effective area in the storage is not reduced by the mirror. There is also a problem that this mirror must be mounted by means such as embedding it in the ceiling wall of the refrigerator body.
[0011]
Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-185191 is not a technique intended to show the stored items in the hard-to-see part of the storage room at the top of the refrigerator. For this reason, even the parts that do not need to be projected are reflected in the mirror and are too lively, especially when the interior light is lit when the front door is opened, the reflected light gets in the way and it is difficult to distinguish the stored items it is conceivable that. In addition, there is a problem that the mirror may be damaged when the stored item is taken in and out, and the mirror is dirty with the juice of the stored item and looks unclean.
[0012]
Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2-71083 is not a technique for reflecting the stored items in the hard-to-see part of the storage room at the top of the refrigerator. The stored item in the cabinet is reflected in the mirror while the user is bent, but the stored item is reflected upside down, so it is not a very good method for identifying the stored item. In addition, there is a problem that the mirror may be damaged when the stored item is taken in and out, and the mirror is dirty with the juice of the stored item and looks unclean.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-346285 is not a technique for displaying the stored items in the hard-to-see part of the storage room at the top of the refrigerator. Although the mirror has an anti-fogging effect, the inside of the cabinet will receive the heat of this heater, the mirror will not be damaged when putting in and out stored items, and the fixture should not protrude out of the way to get in the way. Furthermore, considering that the effective area in the cabinet is not reduced by the mirror, there is a problem that the mirror must be attached to the ceiling wall of the refrigerator body.
[0014]
In addition, the structure of FIG. 2 of Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 5-346285 obtains the same mirror effect as the method of providing and projecting a plurality of plane mirrors on the inner box side surface and the inner box back surface of FIG. Although the mirror installation space is smaller than the former, there is a problem that the mirror may be damaged when the stored item is put in and out, and the mirror is dirty with the juice of the stored item and looks unclean. is there.

[0024]
In the present invention, the horizontal side is supported by a rail-like support portion provided in the front-rear direction on the upper end of the left and right walls of the storage chamber at the upper back of the storage chamber having an opening / closing door on the front surface. A technical means provided with a mirror having an inclined side extending obliquely downward from the rear end was adopted.
[0025]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cooling storage according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, a description will be given based on FIG. The illustrated cooling storage 1 has a refrigerating room 2, a freezing room 3, and a vegetable room 4 in order from the top to the bottom. The front end of each room has a right end side or a left end side as a main body 5 of the cooling storage. On the other hand, it has an open / close door 6 that is pivotally supported, and doors 7 and 8 that are provided in a pull-out manner together with storage containers supported by rails in the freezer compartment 3 and the vegetable compartment 4 respectively. For the purpose of projecting the storage of the hard-to-see part of the refrigerating room 2, which is the upper storage room of the cooling storage 1, the stored goods stored in the back of the upper part of the refrigerating room 2 when the front door 6 is opened. A mirror 10 that projects so as to be seen from the front is provided on the upper wall of the storage room and / or the back corner of the storage room so that the angle can be adjusted.
[0026]
The upper wall of the storage room in which the mirror 10 is provided is the ceiling surface 11 of the refrigerating room 2 in FIG. 4, and one of the upper corners of the upper part of the refrigerating room 2 is the ceiling surface of the refrigerating room 2. There is a corner portion 9 formed at the intersection of the back surface 12 and the left and right corners 14, and the left and right corner portions 14 formed at the intersection of the ceiling surface 11, the back surface 12 and the side surface 13 of the refrigerator compartment 2. There is.
[0027]
The installation place of the mirror 10 is suitable for reflecting the stored item in the back of the refrigerator compartment 2, and the mirror 10 does not interfere with the storage of the stored item in the refrigerator compartment 2, and the storage of the stored item is obstructed. It is necessary to consider that it is difficult to be damaged by stored items, that it is an area that is not effectively used for storing stored items, and the like. In consideration of these points, in the case of the box-shaped refrigerator compartment 2, the upper wall 11 of the storage space of the refrigerator compartment 2, or the corner portion 9 or the corner portion 14 at the upper back is suitable as the installation place of the mirror 10. Yes.
[0028]
The mirror 10 has a flat plate that is installed so as to be inclined downward and rearward so as to reflect a wide range in the back of the storage chamber 2 or a convex curve on the storage chamber 2 side. When the mirror 10 is installed on the upper wall 11 or the corner 9, the mirror 10 has a length that extends substantially across the width of the upper wall 11 or the corner 9, and the front end of the mirror 10 is a ceiling surface that is the upper wall of the storage chamber 2. 11 is supported so as to be rotatable with respect to the attachment portion 15 and is installed to be inclined backward and downward. When installed in the corner 9, the corner 9 is installed so as to be inclined rearward and downward, so that the stored item is not easily caught on the mirror 10 when the stored item is put in and out. If the mirror 10 is curved in the vertical direction, the vertical width of the mirror 10 is shorter than that of the flat plate, and the area where the mirror 10 occupies the corner 9 can be reduced. It is suitable for uniformly projecting the area behind the shelf 18. This method is effective in that it effectively uses the corners 9 which are substantially unnecessary for storing the stored items.
[0029]
The mirror 10 is fixed to such a degree that the reflected angle can be changed manually by a user without a tool. The structure in the case of attaching to the corner part 9 is shown in FIG.5 and FIG.6. In this case, a cylindrical base portion 15A formed on the attachment portion 15 and the mirror 10 so that the mirror 10 can be rotated with respect to a flat attachment portion 15 attached to the upper wall 11 of the storage chamber 2 with screws 20 or the like. A cylindrical base portion 10 </ b> A formed in the above is coupled by a shaft 21, and the mirror 10 can be rotated with respect to the mounting portion 15 about the shaft 21. The mounting portion 15 is disposed in the concave portion 33 of the upper wall 11 so that the mounting portion 15 does not interfere with the storage and removal of stored items. For this reason, the mirror 10 can be accommodated in this recessed part 33 in a substantially horizontal state, and the upper part or upper back part of the storage chamber 2 can be widely used by this state.
[0030]
With this configuration, the front end portion of the mirror 10 is supported so that the angle of the mirror 10 can be adjusted, and the mirror 10 is installed so as to be inclined backward and rearward so that an object stored from the front of the storage chamber 2 to the rear portion on the shelf 18 can be stored. It can be reflected and reflected on the mirror 10 for confirmation. The cylindrical base 10A formed on the mirror 10 is formed with respect to the shaft 21 or on the mounting portion 15 so that the angle of the mirror 10 can be adjusted by moving the mirror 10 without tools to an angle that is easy for the user to see. When the user releases his / her hand from the mirror 10, the position of the mirror 10 is maintained. This frictional resistance may be set to such an extent that it can be rotated by hand, although it does not rotate simply by touching the mirror 10 with a little storage item.
[0031]
In order to hold the mirror 10 with respect to the mounting portion 15 well, it is pressed by a spring so that a large number of small teeth formed on the side surface of the base portion 10A mesh with a large number of small teeth formed on the side surface of the base portion 15A. By rotating the mirror 10 against this spring, the meshing position of both teeth can be freely changed. As a result, even if the stored item hits the mirror 10 a little, the angle is hardly changed.
[0032]
If there is a reason such as the shape of the storage chamber or a reduction in the storage volume, the mirror 10 is formed into a generally spherical or elliptical shape as a spherical mirror that is convex toward the storage chamber 2, and this is formed into a corner. It can be solved by installing it in the central part between the left and right of the part 9 or installing it in the corner part 14.
[0033]
One shape in this case is shown in FIG. The mirror 10 in this case reflects a wide range as a convex mirror such as a reflecting mirror curved in the vertical direction or a curved mirror, and the mounting structure of the mirror 10 is the base 24 and the mounting portion of the mirror 10 as shown in FIG. When the user releases the hand after rotating the mirror 10 to a predetermined position as described above, the tip portion 23 of the 15 is a spherical fitting structure 25 in which one is a concave spherical surface and the other is a convex spherical surface. The angle of the mirror 10 can be adjusted by adopting a configuration in which the spherical fitting portion 25 has a frictional resistance so that the mirror portion 10 stays at that position.
[0034]
The mirror 10 has a configuration in which the surface of a metal plate is mirror-finished. Specifically, the surface of an aluminum plate or a stainless steel plate is mirror-finished by machining such as polishing. The storage chamber 2 is provided with an interior lamp 17 that is turned on when the opening / closing door 6 is opened to illuminate the storage chamber 2, and if the mirror 10 has a mirror-finished metal plate surface, By looking at the stored item that is reflected in the mirror 10 when the lamp 17 is lit, it is possible to sufficiently confirm what the item is.
[0035]
If the quality of the mirror 10 can be improved in terms of cost, the mirror 10 can be formed by forming a mirror surface on the surface of the synthetic resin by a vapor deposition method. In this case, it is possible to easily adapt the synthetic resin of the mirror 10 to the color of the refrigerator or the inner wall of the refrigerator, and the problem of fogging can be reduced as compared with a metal mirror.
[0036]
As one of means for eliminating the fogging of the mirror 10, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the mirror 10 is provided with a cold air outlet 30 to the storage chamber 2 in the vicinity thereof. Flow over the surface to remove the haze. The cold air circulation in the cooling storage 1 is indicated by arrows in FIG.
[0037]
Further, as one means for eliminating the fogging of the mirror 10, the mirror 10 is provided with a vent hole 26 through which a part of the cool air blown into the storage chamber 2 passes, and the cool air passes through the vent hole 26. Thus, the fogging of the surface of the mirror 10 is eliminated. The vent hole 26 has a configuration in which a large number of small holes are arranged almost uniformly so as not to impair the function of the mirror 10 and to provide a clouding effect.
[0038]
Further, as one means for eliminating the fogging of the mirror 10, the mirror 10 can adopt an arrangement configuration that receives the heat of the interior lamp 17. One such configuration is shown in FIGS. Explaining this, a concave portion 27 is formed in the vertical direction substantially in the middle of the left and right of the back wall 12 of the storage chamber 2, and the interior lamp 17 is disposed in the concave portion 27. A translucent cover 28 is attached to the back wall 12 so as to cover the front surface of the recess 27 and the interior lamp 17. The translucent cover 28 is milky white or has a transparent plate with irregularities to diffuse the light and illuminate the interior of the storage room 2 when the interior lamp 17 is lit. Thus, when the interior lamp 17 is lit, the material and shape are taken into consideration so that the entire cover 28 acts like a wide light source. When the interior lamp 17 is lit, the temperature in the cover 28 increases. As a result, an updraft is generated, and the heat acts on the surface of the mirror 10 from the opening 29 located at the upper part of the cover 28, and acts to suppress the fogging of the mirror 10. This effect is effective when the interior lamp 17 is an incandescent lamp.
[0039]
Further, as a method of applying heat from the interior lamp 17 to the mirror 10, the interior lamp 17 is disposed near the lower side of the mirror 10, and a cover with an open top is provided in front of the interior lamp, such as a cover 28. The radiant heat of the interior lamp 17 can be configured to reach the mirror 10.
[0040]
When the door 6 of the storage chamber 2 is opened, the energization circuit of the cool air circulation blower 31 is opened by the door switch, the blower 31 is stopped, and the interior lamp 17 is energized and lit by this door switch. For this reason, since the cold air blowing to the storage chamber 2 is stopped, the heat of the interior lamp 17 effectively acts to prevent the mirror 10 from being fogged by the outside air entering when the door 6 is opened.
[0041]
As shown in FIG. 10, by projecting the cover 28 forward from the back wall 12, the protruding length of the cover 28 forms a cool air passage between the rear end of the shelf 18 and the back wall 12. A part of the cold air blown out from the mouth 30 to the storage chamber 2 passes downward, which contributes to the promotion of cooling of the rear stored items on the shelf 18.
[0042]
When the door 6 of the storage chamber 2 is opened in the cooling storage 1 as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the blower 37 is operated in accordance with the operation of the door switch, and above the front opening of the storage chamber 2. There is a so-called air curtain system in which a cool air curtain 36 that flows from the formed cold air outlet 34 to the cool air inlet 35 formed in the lower portion of the front opening of the storage chamber 2 is formed. In this air curtain system, since the outside air is difficult to enter, the mirror 10 is not easily fogged. However, as a countermeasure against use in a situation in which the mirror is likely to be clouded due to surrounding conditions or the like, the cold air in the storage chamber 2 circulated by the blower 37 When a part of the air is blown out from the outlet 38 toward the mirror 10, this cold air flows through the surface of the mirror 10 and contributes to fog suppression, or passes through the small hole 26 and contributes to prevention of fogging of the surface of the mirror 10. It can be configured. Also in this case, the angle of the mirror 10 can be adjusted as described above.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 12, the cold air outlets 30 and 38 have a structure in which the air outlet 38 is provided at the center and the air outlets 30 are arranged on the left and right sides thereof. As for the arrangement of these air outlets 30 and 38, various methods can be adopted, for example, the uppermost part of the air outlet 30 in FIG.
[0044]
Further, in the air curtain system, the door 6 is opened by providing a timer so that the operation of the blower 31 is continued for a certain time from when the door 6 of the storage chamber 2 is opened and the door switch is operated. Sometimes cool air can be sent to the surface of the mirror 10 to prevent fogging.
[0045]
Other forms of the support structure for the mirror 10 are shown in FIGS. In this case, in order to attach the mirror 10 to the upper corner of the storage chamber 2, the horizontal side 10 </ b> B is placed on the rail-like support member 40 attached in the front-rear direction to the upper end of the left and right walls 13, and extends obliquely behind it. The inclined side 10 </ b> C is located at the upper rear part of the storage chamber 2. Thereby, the horizontal side 10 </ b> B and the inclined side 10 </ b> C have an effect that the stored items can be widely reflected. If the mirror 10 is broken, it can be easily removed by removing it from the rail-like support member 40. When the inclined side 10C is positioned in front of the cold air outlet 30, the left and right sides of the inclined side 10C correspond to the cold air outlet 30 so that the cold air from the cold air outlet 30 is supplied to the storage chamber. A cold air outlet 41 is provided to cool the storage room.
[0046]
In each of the above-described inventions, the interior lamp 17 is not reflected on the mirror 10 on the line of sight of the user so that the light of the interior lamp 17 is reflected on the mirror 10 and it is difficult to distinguish the stored item. Thus, the arrangement is made in consideration of the relationship between the reflecting mirror 10 and the interior lamp 17. Further, as a countermeasure against fogging of the mirror 10, a hydrophilic layer is formed on the surface of the mirror 10 by means such as applying a hydrophilic film on the surface of the mirror 10 or applying a transparent hydrophilic paint. Can do.
[0047]
Each of the above-described inventions provides a technique in which a mirror is provided so that the stored item stored in the upper part of the upper shelf of the upper storage chamber can be checked without taking out the stored item in front of it. Also provided is a technique in which this mirror is protected against fogging.
[0048]
Each said invention is not limited to the said embodiment, In the range which does not deviate from the range of this invention, it can expand | deploy to various embodiment. For this reason, it may be a refrigerator with only a tall refrigerator compartment or a freezer with only a freezer compartment, or it may be a refrigerator with the freezer compartment placed on top, and is not limited to the form of a cold storage.
[0049]
[0050]
[0051]
【The invention's effect】
In the first invention, the storage room can be effectively used by disposing a mirror in the upper corner of the storage room that does not act very effectively for storage of stored goods. In addition, Ru can cloudy measures at possible to supply cool air to the mirror.
[0052]
[0053]
[0054]
[0055]
[0056]
In the second invention, in order to attach the mirror to the upper corner of the storage room, the horizontal side is placed on the rail-like support part attached in the front-rear direction to the upper ends of the left and right walls of the storage room, and the rear side thereof. The slanted side extending obliquely to the rear of the storage room is located at the rear upper part of the storage room, so that the storage product can be widely reflected by the horizontal side and the slanted side. The added effect can be produced.
