しかしながら、上記のスクイズ形構造の液体計量キャップ付容器においては、構造や操作が比較的簡単であるという利点を有するが、計量カップから容器本体の底部に吸い上げパイプが垂下してあり、この吸い上げパイプには容器本体内の液状物と同レベルに液状物が入っており、このために容器を下向きにして外部に計量した液状物を注ぎ出す際に、この吸い上げパイプ内の液状物も注ぎ出されるという問題点がある。
しかも、この吸い上げパイプ内の液状物の液量は、容器内の液状物の液量が変化するとそれに応じて変化するので、この吸い上げパイプ内の液状物の液量が計量した液状物に上積みされて、その結果、外部に注ぎ出される液量にバラツキを生じるという問題点もある。
そこで本発明は、吸い上げパイプ内の液状物を外部に注ぎ出さないようにし、外部に注ぎ出す液量を常に一定にしてバラツキを生じないようにした信頼性の高い液体計量キャップ付容器を提供することである。

本発明にかかる液体計量キャップ付容器は、図1ないし図4に示すように、容器本体1の口部2の上部外周に、計量室3を構成するヒンジ蓋4付計量キャップ5を螺合させた構成からなるものでる。
而して、本発明において、上記の計量室3を構成するヒンジ蓋4付計量キャップ5は、次のような構成からなるものである。
すなわち、計量キャップ5は、その計量室3を構成する胴部6とこれと連接している底部7とからなり、更に該底部7の中央には、液体湧出口8を設け、かつ該液体湧出口8に連接して垂下している筒状部9、該筒状部9に連接して下方に延設するパイプ10を設け、また、上記の胴部6の上方は、ヒンジ11を介してヒンジ蓋4で閉塞するものである。
更に、上記の計量室3を構成する胴部6の外周には、ヒンジ蓋4を構成するヒンジ部11に相当する箇所に横連結部12を介して前記の胴部6のよりも大径の係合筒13を設け、更に前記の胴部6と係合筒13との間の一部に仕切り室14を構成する中壁15を設け、更に該中壁15と胴部6との上部に平坦状密閉頂部16を設け、該平坦状密閉頂部16にエア孔17を刻設したエア流通空間部14′を設けた構成からなるものである。
