Description

The present invention relates to a flat plate and a temporary dwelling, and more particularly to an assembling type flat plate having the same shape and capable of easily producing a structure, and a temporary dwelling made by the flat plate.

Conventionally, when residents evacuate to a meeting place or a gymnasium during a disaster such as an earthquake or a volcanic eruption, there is a problem that the habitability is poor. In addition, disasters that require evacuation may require a long period of time for recovery or reconstruction, and the stress given to evacuees due to poor habitability becomes very large. In particular, ensuring privacy is important. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-228667 “Evacuation Shelf Partition Set and Fixing Bracket” discloses a technique related to partitioning for protecting the privacy of a disaster victim.

This partition is composed of a floor panel, a partition panel that stands and surrounds the floor panel, and metal fittings for fixing these, and facilitates transportation and assembly in the event of a disaster and enables long-term storage. Therefore, it has become possible to reduce the stress of evacuees by such partitions.

However, the conventional technique has the following problems.
In other words, the conventional partition, including Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 9-228667 “Evacuation shelter partition set and fixture”, has a problem that it has a large number of parts and is not easily assembled by anyone.

In addition, since the conventional partition has an independent structure for each room, there is a problem that an efficient residential area cannot be set up at the evacuation site.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and an object of the present invention is to allow a person to easily construct a partition or a temporary residence by joining a plurality of them.

In addition, the purpose is to make it possible to set up an efficient residential area while maintaining privacy.

In order to achieve the above object, the flat plate according to claim 1 is a substantially rectangular flat plate having a predetermined rectangular shape, in which a plurality of flat plates are joined to form a partition or a temporary dwelling, and the right and left of the same height from the bottom. A rectangular parallelepiped convex portion having the thickness as a protruding width is provided on one side of the side, and a concave portion in which the rectangular parallelepiped portion is notched is provided on the other side, and the length of the thickness is doubled starting from the left and right sides. A hole portion having a shape to be fitted with the convex portion is provided at a position on the inner side of the flat plate extending from the position of the distance of 3 times to the position of the inner side of the flat plate and at the same height as the convex portion and the concave portion as viewed from the bottom. A notch capable of inserting a reinforcing tool to reinforce the joint, with the cube having the thickness as one side as one unit, and remaining one unit in the middle of five units from both ends on the bottom. It is characterized by having a notch cut out of the rest That.

That is, the invention according to claim 1 uses only flat plates having the same shape, aligns the bottom and top sides thereof, extends in one direction, plugs in at 90 degrees, and forms four crosses. Either of the flat plates can be joined together, and the reinforcing member having the same thickness as that of the flat plate can be used to join firmly without steps. Also, in order to leave a filling portion with a width corresponding to the thickness of the flat plate between the recess and the hole, the width of the flat plate is effectively utilized with the hole serving as the fitting portion facing the end while ensuring strength. The size of the wall created can be increased.

More specifically, the reinforcing tool having the same thickness as that of the flat plate can be shaped to surround two or four protrusions formed along the bottom side. In other words, a hole that fits in a convex manner is provided in the reinforcement tool, and the reinforcement tool can be inserted through the hole so as to surround the plurality of projections, so that the load is distributed and a strong joint is possible. In particular, when inserting at 90 degrees, the protrusion on the insertion side is located on the extension line on the insertion side (that is, the protrusions of both flat plates are aligned on the same line), and both sides of the protrusion are notched. Therefore, the outer periphery of the reinforcing tool can be used as a square or a rectangle. Therefore, the flat plate and the reinforcing tool can be processed using the same material, the material is not wasted, and the number of processing of the flat plate and the reinforcing tool can be minimized. In addition, since the depth of the notch is equal to the thickness of the flat plate, even if a reinforcing tool is inserted, a step does not occur, and the product life can be extended.

In addition, the substantially rectangular shape means a shape in which a rectangle can be conceptualized as a whole even if some protrusions or recesses are provided on the sides or corners of the rectangle. In other words, the substantially rectangular shape basically means a shape in which the bottom side, the upper side (upper side) with respect to the bottom side, and the left and right sides can be conceptualized. The bottom side means the lower side when the flat plate is erected. Therefore, according to the 6-sided drawing method, the bottom side corresponds to the bottom surface, the left and right sides correspond to the left side and the right side, and the top side corresponds to the plane (upper surface). It shall be expressed as side and top side. Moreover, various structures are included in the partition or temporary residence, and for example, a simple stage is also included.

Further, the flat plate according to claim 2 is the flat plate according to claim 1, wherein two sets of the convex portion, the concave portion, the hole portion, and the notch are provided at the same distance from the bottom side and the upper side. It is characterized by that.

That is, the invention according to claim 2 is line symmetric between the base and the upper side, enables insertion irrespective of the upper and lower sides of the flat plate, and improves the workability of the installation. Moreover, since it joins in two places, joining becomes strong.

A flat plate according to claim 3 is the flat plate according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the material is corrugated cardboard.

That is, the invention according to claim 3 can provide a flat plate that is easy to process, lightweight, and inexpensive. Since it is lightweight, it can be easily assembled. In addition, since it is cardboard, it can be recycled and has a low environmental impact.

Moreover, the temporary residence of Claim 4 was joined to the bowl shape using the flat body of Claim 1, 2, or 3. It is characterized by the above-mentioned.

That is, the invention according to claim 4 can construct a temporary residence of one unit and four rooms by sharing a wall.

As described above, the flat plate of the present invention (Claim 1) uses only flat plates having the same shape, and can be extended in one direction with the bottom and top aligned, or plugged at 90 degrees. In addition, the four flat plates can be joined together in a cross shape, and a reinforcing member having the same thickness as that of the flat plate can be used to achieve strong bonding without a step. Also, in order to leave a filling portion with a width corresponding to the thickness of the flat plate between the recess and the hole, the width of the flat plate is effectively utilized with the hole serving as the fitting portion facing the end while ensuring strength. The size of the wall created can be increased. Thereby, anyone can construct a partition or a temporary residence easily.

In addition, the number of parts can be made substantially one point only for the flat plate, so that no shortage can occur, and even if there is a defective product, it is possible to substitute another flat plate. Further, since the number of parts is only one point for the flat plate, the manufacturing cost can be reduced. As for processing, if one side is processed, the other side of the adjacent flat plate is processed, so that the number of processing is small and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In addition, as a secondary matter, simple shipment management is possible when necessary. Also, the convex part looks like it is projected from either the left or right side, but by setting this protruding thickness as the thickness of the flat plate, even if it is inserted at 90 degrees, the surface is aligned and an unnecessary step Therefore, the life of the flat plate is also improved.

Further, the flat plate body of the present invention (Claim 2) is a flat plate body according to Claim 1, which is line-symmetrical between the base and the upper side, and can be inserted irrespective of the upper and lower sides of the flat plate body, so To improve. Moreover, since it joins in two places, joining becomes strong. As a result, it is possible to perform an even easier joining operation without being conscious of up and down.

Moreover, the flat plate body (Claim 3) of the present invention can provide a flat plate body that is easy to process, lightweight, and inexpensive in the flat plate body according to Claim 1 or 2. Since it is lightweight, it can be easily assembled. In addition, since it is cardboard, it can be recycled and the environmental load can be reduced.

Moreover, since the temporary dwelling of the present invention (Claim 4) is joined in a bowl shape using the flat plate according to Claim 1, 2 or 3, the temporary dwelling of 1 unit 4 rooms is shared by using the wall. This enables construction of an efficient residential area while maintaining privacy.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a flat plate according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a right side view of the flat plate according to the present embodiment. FIG. 3 is a left side view of the flat plate according to the present embodiment. FIG. 4 is a plan view of the flat plate of the present embodiment. The rear view is the same as the front view, and the bottom view is omitted because it is the same as the plan view. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a configuration example of a temporary dwelling joined in a bowl shape using the flat plate of the present embodiment. However, the drawing is reduced for convenience of display except for the end portions, and the reinforcing tool is omitted. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state of joining the central part of the temporary residence shown in FIG. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a state of joining corner portions of the temporary dwelling shown in FIG. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state of joining in the extending direction of the temporary dwelling shown in FIG. In FIGS. 6 to 8, since the whole cannot be drawn, the edges are drawn with dotted lines.

As shown in the figure, the flat plate bodies 1 are all the same, have a uniform thickness T, and have a horizontally elongated rectangular shape as a whole, although there are irregularities and holes at the ends. Therefore, it can be said that the flat plate 1 is substantially rectangular when viewed from the front. The unevenness and the hole at the end are provided for extending and joining the flat plates 1 in the lateral direction, and are provided for joining the flat plates 1 at 90 degrees.

As is apparent from FIG. 1, the irregularities and the holes are provided so that a square grid can be conceptualized. The width and depth of the unevenness and the hole are equal to the thickness T of the flat plate 1 and the height is three times the thickness T. Therefore, when grasping as a solid, the unevenness and the hole are formed of a cube having a length T. It can also be said that it is provided so that three stacked prisms can be conceptualized.

The flat plate 1 will be described using a virtual rectangle C (shown as a dotted line portion in FIG. 1. Note that the rectangle C is drawn slightly larger so that the lines do not overlap for convenience of description). Provides a convex portion 2 so as to protrude from the left side L of the rectangle C, cuts out a position corresponding to the convex portion 2 from the right side R of the rectangle C to form a concave portion 3 as a concave, and sets the corner of the rectangle C to 2 A recess 4 is formed as a recess by notching a square, and a recess is formed on the bottom T and the upper side J from the recess 4, and then a recess 5 is formed by cutting again by 2 squares (between the recess 4 and the recess 5). , And the convex part 2 and the convex part 6 for a reinforcing tool (or the concave part 3 and the convex part 6 for a reinforcing tool) are translated along the side of the rectangle C. It can be said that the hole 7 is formed with the overlapping position as a hole.

The concave portion 3 at a position corresponding to the convex portion 2 means that the convex portion 2 and the concave portion 3 are at the same height when viewed from the base T. Further, as shown in the figure, the unevenness and the hole at the end of the flat plate 1 are configured to be line symmetric with respect to a line intermediate between the base T and the top J. Although the size of the rectangle C is not limited, for example, about 150 cm × 90 cm × 3 cm can be mentioned.

Since the flat plate 1 is formed as described above, it is possible to make walls and corners with the same height without distinguishing the upper and lower sides. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the cross-jointing reinforcing member 8, the corner reinforcing tool 9, or the stretch-joining reinforcing tool 10 has a thickness T and does not protrude from the rectangle C. Reinforce the bonding between one. More specifically, the reinforcing tool 8, the reinforcing tool 9, and the reinforcing tool 10 can be formed so as to be able to fit into the concave portion 4, the concave portion 5, and the convex portion 6 for the reinforcing tool, so that the upper and lower joints of the flat plate 1 can be reinforced. To do.

Therefore, the flat plate 1 is appropriately joined, and the partition and other structures can be easily created including the temporary dwelling shown in FIG.

The material of the flat plate 1 is not particularly limited, but the material of the flat plate 1 for temporary housing at the time of a disaster is preferably cardboard. Examples of such corrugated board include “honeycomb corrugated cardboard” or “honeycomb sheet” manufactured by Takeshin Package Co., Ltd. This corrugated cardboard has a series of various thicknesses. For example, a 15 mm thick member has a load resistance of 31.5 t / m 2 , a 20 mm thick member has a load resistance of 30.7 t / m 2 , and a 25.4 mm thick member. The load resistance is 29.9 t / m 2 , the load resistance of the 30 mm thick member is 29.3 t / m 2 , the load resistance of the 45 mm thick member is 27.1 t / m 2 , and the load resistance of the 50 mm thick member is 26.4 t / m 2 . 2, load capacity of 60mm thick member load bearing of 24.9t / m 2, 70mm thick member is 23.5t / m 2, both of which are very hard strong.

By using such a corrugated board ground, it is possible to manufacture a flat plate body 1 that is light and has a low setting burden, is strong and can withstand long-term use. In addition, a considerable amount of such flat plates 1 can be stacked, and storage management becomes easy. Furthermore, since it is a corrugated cardboard, it can be recycled and can be disposed of easily when it is no longer needed, resulting in a low environmental burden. In addition, for example, even when each local government introduces, since the flat plate 1 has the same shape, it is only necessary to additionally purchase damaged ones, and the cost burden can be reduced in addition to the environmental burden.

In addition, the above is an example and this invention is not limited to this. For example, a mode in which three sets of the convex portion 2, the concave portion 3, and the hole portion 7 are provided and the two flat plates are joined at three positions may be employed. Further, the convex portion 2, the concave portion 3 to the concave portion 5, and the hole portion 7 are all formed in a cubic shape, and the hole portion 7 is provided at a position where the concave portion 5 and the convex portion 2 (or the concave portion 3) are moved in parallel and overlapped. Also good. FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of a joining example similar to that of FIG. 6 using the flat plate configured as described above.
