【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、使用済みのビン、缶、プラスチックボトル等の廃棄容器が収納されたゴミ袋等の袋体を破袋刃により破袋して、前記廃棄容器から袋体を分離し、該袋体のみを外部に除去するように構成された破袋・除袋装置に関する。

ごみ処理設備においては、ゴミ袋等の比較的大きな破袋強度を有する袋体内にビン、缶、プラスチックボトル等の廃棄容器が入った廃棄物から廃棄容器と袋体とを分離し、該廃棄容器をリサイクルするとともに、該袋体を外部に除去するようにした破袋装置が、処理設備の一つとして設置されている。

かかる破袋装置に関する従来技術としては、特許文献1乃至3等の発明がある。すなわち特許文献1においては、移動部に沿って配列された複数の爪を有する無端コンベアを、その上側の移動部の移動方向先が高位に位置するように配設するとともに、爪が通過可能なスリットを有するプレートを前記無端コンベアの上側の移動部に沿って該無端コンベアの上方に配設する一方、一端部がプレートに接し若しくは近接し、他端部がプレート外方に位置する堰止板を設け、該堰止板には爪が通過可能なスリットを設け、該爪を、弾性部材を有して、その爪先部にかかる抵抗に応じて移動方向と反対側に揺動可能若しくは起倒可能に構成されている。

また、特許文献2の発明においては、ケーシングの上部にごみの投入口を、下部にロータを、その下にビン等の排出口と、エアーの吹出口と、破袋したごみ袋の排出口を、排出口の回転方向後方に櫛歯状の邪魔板を設け、前記ロータは、放射状に延びる連結板と、該連結板端部に軸方向に一定間隔で固着される環状板と、周方向に一定間隔で前記環状板に突設される逆V字状の刃物を設け、ケーシングに設けたヒータ及び刃物と共にごみ袋を溶融し、引き裂いて破袋する。これにより、ごみ袋の中に入ったビン等は排出口より、破袋したごみ袋は別の排出口より排出され、刃物に付着したごみ袋は邪魔板の溝縁で擦り取られ除去される。

更に特許文献3においては、搬送面に多数の刃板および/または集袋板を立設したエンドレスコンベアと、該エンドレスコンベアを収容する機枠の入側に設けたごみ袋を投入するホッパーと、エンドレスコンベアの出口に設けた破袋後の内容物の排出シュートと、前記ホッパーからエンドレスコンベアの出口までの区間の複数位置に配列したコンベア上方の支持部材に吊支した個々に元位置への復元力を有する多数のキャッチャーとからなり、エンドレスコンベアにより搬送されるごみ袋の進行を前記キャッチャーにより妨げて刃板および/または集袋板により破袋し、かつ、ごみ袋がキャッチャーを撓ませて通過時にキャッチャー先端をごみ袋に突き刺して捕捉しつつ刃板および/または集袋板の進行力で袋を引きちぎり、あるいはキャッチャー先端で引っ掛け破ると共に、エンドレスコンベアを離脱する際の慣性力によって内容物を前記排出シュートへ、刃板および/または集袋板にからまって集袋された袋片を前記エンドレスコンベア下部へ導入するものである。

しかしながらこれら特許文献1及び3で開示された装置は、移動部に沿って複数の爪が配列された無端コンベアを設けた構造であるため、装置の長さが長くなって装置が大型化し、装置コストも高くなる。また、ビンが入った袋が爪に架けられて無端コンベアの斜面を上がる際に、袋が爪から外れて無端コンベアの下方に落下して、内部のビンが割れ、回収が不能になるという事態の発生をみる。

また、かかる従来技術にあっては、ビンが入った袋を長尺の無端コンベアに沿って該コンベアの上端部まで運び、該上端部に対応して設けられた堰止板にて破袋しビンを落下させるようになっているため、ビン同士の衝突音や、ビンがコンベアの面や爪に衝突しながら落下する際の衝突音等により騒音が大きい。さらには、長尺の無端コンベアを斜め上方に延設しているため、コンベアの張力調整を随時行うことを要し、またコンベアの洗浄には手間がかかり、整備性が良好でない、等の問題点を有している。

また特許文献2の発明においては、1つのロータの回転に従い、該ロータの外周に円周方向に沿って取り付けられた逆V字状の刃物とヒータとによってビンが入った袋を溶融、破袋し、刃物に付着した袋を邪魔板の溝縁で擦り取って除去するようになっているため、袋が刃物によって穿孔、引き裂き作用を受ける期間が短く、ヒータとによる袋の溶融作用が付加されても袋とビンとの分離が充分になされず、ビン側に袋の残骸が付着し、ビンの回収作用が充分になされないという問題点がある。

そのため本願出願人は特許文献4において、使用済みのビン等の廃棄容器が収納された袋体を破袋するため、互いに逆方向に回転せしめられて袋体を破袋する複数の破袋刃が外周に沿って取り付けられた2個のロータを、該両ロータの回転軸心が平行になるようにすると共に両ロータ周面間の最近接位置が前記容器外径より小なる空隙をもって配設し、該両ロータの回転方向を前記最近接位置よりロータ外周面が互いに離れる方向に上方に向かって形成するとともに、該両ロータの外周面の軸芯より上方位置に、前記廃棄容器と前記袋体を分離し、廃棄容器をロータ周面間の最近接位置側に戻す容器移動阻止空隙を形成する容器移動阻止部材を設け、装置を小型コンパクト化し、ヒータ等の格別な袋体の溶融手段を不要としてビン等の廃棄容器と袋体との分離を効率的かつ確実に行うことができるとともに、騒音が低減され、さらには整備性が向上された破袋・除袋装置を提供してきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、この特許文献4に示された装置においては、図7に示したように、両ロータ1の外周面の軸芯より上方位置に、前記廃棄容器と前記袋体を分離し、廃棄容器をロータ周面間の最近接位置側に戻す容器移動阻止空隙を形成する容器移動阻止部材5が設けられているが、破袋された袋体11や破袋物に紛れてこの隙間に潰れた缶などが異物としてクサビ状に噛み込み、塞がってしまう場合がある。しかしながらこの空隙は、破袋された袋体が通過するところであると共にロータ上に設けられた破袋刃4の通路でもあり、塞がれた場合は装置の機能を充分に発揮出来ないだけでなく、破袋刃4の破損を引き起こすことにもなる。そのため、定期的、あるいは異物噛み込みを検知してこれを知らせるなどし、異物を取り除く作業が必要であるが、特許文献4に示された装置では、ロータを逆回転させると廃棄容器などが両ロータの最近接位置側に挟み込まれてしまって装置が停止する可能性があり、ロータを逆回転させることが出来ないため、クサビ状に噛み込んだ異物を引き抜く、あるいは押し出して除去する必要があり、除去に大変手間がかかる。

そのため本発明においては、特許文献4に記載された破袋・除袋装置を構成する両ロータの外周面の軸芯より上方位置に設けた容器移動阻止部材に、クサビ状に噛み込んだ異物を容易に除去する機構を設けた破袋・除袋装置を提供することが課題である。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため発明は、
最近接位置から遠ざかる方向に回転する一対のロータ周面に取り付けられて使用済みのビン、缶、プラスチックボトル等の廃棄容器が収納されたゴミ袋等の袋体を破袋する複数の破袋刃を持ち、前記両ロータの外周面の軸芯より上方位置に、前記廃棄容器と前記袋体を分離し、廃棄容器をロータ周面間の最近接位置側に戻す空隙を形成する容器移動阻止部材を設けて前記廃棄容器から袋体を分離、除去するように構成した破袋・除袋装置において、
前記容器移動阻止部材の固定解除手段により、前記容器移動阻止部材を前記ロータ周面から離間する方向に移動可能に構成したことを第1の要旨とする。

このようにすることにより、ロータと容器移動阻止部材間に異物が進入してロータの回転力によってロータ側容器移動阻止部材が押されたとき、その押圧力が押圧手段の押圧力より大きければロータ側容器移動阻止部材は回動し、異物はロータの回転方向に運ばれて取り除かれる。しかも異物が無くなった後は、押圧手段の押圧力で容器移動阻止部材は元の位置に戻るから、異物の噛み込みが発生しても、全く自動的に異物の除去を行うことができ、非常に簡単な機構で破袋刃の破損を引き起こしたり、装置の機能が充分発揮できないなどの事態の発生を防止できる。

以下、図面に基づいて本発明の実施の形態を例示的に詳しく説明する。但し、この実施の形態に記載されている構成部品の寸法、材質、形状、その相対配置などは、特に特定的な記載がない限りはこの発明の範囲をそれのみに限定する趣旨ではなく、単なる説明例に過ぎない。

最初に図5、図6を用い、本発明になる破袋・除袋装置の概略を説明する。図5、図6において、1a及び1bは円筒状に形成された1対のロータで、回転軸心7a及び7bが平行になるように配設され、モータ(図示省略)により互いに逆方向に回転せしめられる回転軸2a及び2bに固着されている。前記1対のロータ1a及び1bは、その回転軸心7a及び7bが水平線に対して傾斜角α=5°〜10°程度、長手方向において一方向、つまり袋体11を分離した後のビン10の出口側が下方になるように傾斜せしめられている。50は前記傾斜角αを調整するための傾斜角調整装置で、図示しない操作手段により、前記回転軸2a、2b、及びロータ1a、1bの回転軸心7a、7bを上下方向に移動せしめて該ロータ1a、1bの傾斜角αを変化せしめるようになっている。図6の14は前記1対のロータ1a、1b間の上部に形成された袋体11の移動空間で、ロータ1a及び1bの傾斜配置により、高位側となっている該移動空間14の上部側に前記袋体11が供給されるようになっている。10は該袋体11内から出された状態にあるビンを示す。

前記各ロータ1a及び1bの外周面には、図5に示されるように、該ロータ1a及び1bの円周方向に等間隔に、かつ軸方向にも列をなして等間隔に破袋刃4が固定されている(必ずしも円周方向あるいは軸方向に等間隔でなくても千鳥状若しくは段差状に形成してもよい)。この破袋刃4は、前記各ロータ1a及び1bの回転により前記袋体11に穿孔し、破裂せしめる刃先を有する縦刃41と横刃42とで構成されている。また、前記各ロータ1a及び1bの外周面における前記破袋刃4が取り付けられた間の部位には、前記ビン10が入った袋体11との衝突を緩和するとともに、袋体11を滑り易くするための外装材7(フッ素ゴムやプラスチック樹脂、摺動性の良好な布、フッ素樹脂テープ等が好適)が貼設されている。5は前記各ロータ1a及び1bの外周上部に設けられた容器移動阻止部材で、前記移動空間14に対し、前記各ロータ1a及び1bの回転方向Nにおける出口側部位に、各ロータ1a及び1bの外周面と所定量の隙間13を存して設けられている。該隙間13は、前記ビン10の口径(通常25mm程度)よりもある程度小さく形成され、ビン10の口部が該隙間内に入り込まず、かつビン10を分離した前記袋体11が通過可能となるような寸法に形成されている。

51は、前記両ロータの外周面上方位置に設けた容器移動阻止部材5よりロータ回転方向下流側に、前記両ロータの回転方向に沿う順方向、より具体的には接線方向に空気を噴出して前記袋体の破袋刃4よりの分離を行う空気噴出手段(空気ノズル)で、前記両ロータ1a及び1bの外周面上に突設する破袋刃4に絡まった袋体11に向けて空気を噴出し、前記両ロータ1a及び1bが次の破袋動作にうつる前に、言い換えれば両ロータ1a及び1bに絡まった袋体11が最近接位置に復帰する前に、ビン10から分離した切り欠き状の袋体11を除去するものである。

かかる構成からなる破袋・除袋装置において、内部にビン10が入った袋体11は、前記両ロータ1a及び1bの軸線上流方向(図5では右側)から前記移動空間14の上部側に供給され、該移動空間14において、互いに逆方向に回転せしめられる1対のロータ1a及び1bの外周に接触しながら、該ロータ1a及び1bの回転により外側、即ち前記容器移動阻止部材5の隙間13側に向かって移動せしめられる。この際において、前記ロータ1a及び1bの回転により、該ロータ1a及び1bの外周面から半径方向に突設された前記破袋刃4の縦刃41の刃先が、袋体11に円周方向に食い込んで該袋体11に穿孔し、この孔を起点として円周方向に引き裂き、内部のビン10が移動空間14側に戻される。そして、前記ロータ1a及び1bの回転により該袋体11が前記容器移動阻止部材5の隙間13に移動せしめられると、前記横刃42の上方に向けて尖った刃先を有する複数の刃が、前記容器移動阻止部材5の下端縁との共働により前記ビン10を分離して、袋体11が前記隙間13を通過可能となるように小さく切り刻む。

そして、このようにして袋体11から内部のビン10などの廃棄容器が移動空間14側に戻されるわけであるが、前記各ロータ1a、1bの外周面には前記外装材7が貼設されているため、該外装材7の緩衝作用によりビン10とロータ1a、1bの表面との衝突が緩和され、前記衝突によるビン10の割れの発生が回避されるとともに、該外装材7の表面が滑り易くなっているため、該表面に袋体11が接着するのが防止され、滑らかな排出がなされる。また、ビン10が分離された袋体11は、前記ロータ1a、1bと容器移動阻止部材5との隙間13を通して前記ロータ1a、1b回転方向下流側に導かれ、そして空気ノズル51よりの空気噴出流52によって、破袋刃4に狭着していた切り裂き袋体11は、前記前記ロータ1a、1bに残留させることなく、空気力により外部に確実に排出せしめることができる。

以上が本発明になる破袋・除袋装置の概略であるが、本発明においては、この容器移動阻止部材5を図1に示したように、ロータ1側の容器移動阻止部材5aと、ロータ1とは逆側の容器移動阻止部材5bの2つに分割すると共に、ロータ1側の容器移動阻止部材5aをロータ1の回転方向Nに回動可能に構成し、容器移動阻止部材5aを前記ロータ1の周面から離間する方向に容器移動阻止部材5aを移動可能にしたものである。そのため、破袋された袋体11や、破袋物に紛れて潰れた缶などが異物としてロータ1と容器移動阻止部材5との隙間に噛み込んでも、非常に容易に取り出すことができる。

そして、ロータ1側の容器移動阻止部材5aにおける回動機構の第1実施形態を示したのが図2である。この第1実施形態においては、ロータ1側の容器移動阻止部材5aと、ロータ1とは逆側の容器移動阻止部材5bとの間に容器移動阻止部材5aをロータ1の回転方向に回動できるようにする支点20を設ける。そして、容器移動阻止部材5a、5bにおける装置外面側に支点21、22を有する部材23、24を設け、容器移動阻止部材5b側の支点21にこの支点21を中心に揺動する容器移動阻止部材開閉ステー25を容器移動阻止部材5aの固定解除手段として取り付けると共に、容器移動阻止部材5a側の支点22とこの容器移動阻止部材開閉ステー25の支点26を部材27で結び、クランク機構を構成したものである。このようにロータ1側の容器移動阻止部材5aにおける回動機構を構成することにより、容器移動阻止部材5aの固定解除手段としての容器移動阻止部材開閉ステー25を矢印28方向に揺動させると、部材27によって容器移動阻止部材5aが矢印29のように図1のロータ1の回転方向に回動し、容器移動阻止部材5a、部材27、容器移動阻止部材開閉ステー25が点線で示した位置に来る。

すなわちこの容器移動阻止部材5は、回動可能に構成してロータ1と容器移動阻止部材5との隙間に噛み込んだ袋体11や、破袋物に紛れて潰れた缶などの異物を容易に取り除けるようにしたいが、前記したようにこの容器移動阻止部材5には、ロータ1上に設けられた破袋刃4により廃棄容器を含んだ袋体11が運ばれて当たり、大きな負荷が掛かる。そのため強固な固定が求められるが、ボルトのようなもので固定した場合はボルトを緩めたり締めたりという作業が加わって作業性が悪くなる。しかしながら、この第1実施形態のようにクランク機構で容器移動阻止部材5aを回動できるようにすることで、常時は容器移動阻止部材5aに掛かる力は部材27を押し上げる方向の力が弱いため回動せず、容器移動阻止部材5として運ばれてくる廃棄容器を含んだ袋体11をしっかり阻止し、ロータ1と容器移動阻止部材5との隙間に袋体11や、破袋物に紛れて潰れた缶などの異物が噛み込んだときには容易に回動させて、これら異物を取り除くことができる。
