Description

【0001】
[I]
【0009】
【0010】
【0011】
【0012】
【0013】
[III]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
With the structure described in the prior art, when the wall member is folded into the storage position (see FIG. 2 of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-172742 and FIG. 1 of Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 2-74252), the wall The member is in a state of protruding upward from the bottom plate portion of the luggage compartment (laterally from the vertical wall portion).
[0004]
In the state where the wall member is folded to the storage position as described above, when the wall member protrudes upward (from the vertical wall portion to the side) from the bottom plate portion of the luggage compartment, the bottom plate portion (vertical wall portion) of the luggage compartment is Since it becomes uneven, it may be difficult to place the luggage on the bottom plate of the luggage compartment.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a partition device for a vehicle which does not cause a state in which a bottom plate portion or a vertical wall portion of a luggage compartment becomes uneven.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[I]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the partition device is used, the lid member is operated to the open position and the first and second wall members are set to the use positions. Thereby, when the substrate member is used in the horizontal direction, the concave portion of the substrate member becomes the bottom, and a space surrounded by the lid member , the first and second wall members can be obtained. When the substrate member is used in the vertical direction, Since the lid member (or the first and second wall members ) becomes the bottom and a space surrounded by the first and second wall members (and the lid member) can be obtained, small packages can be put into the aforementioned space. it can.
[0006]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the partition device is not used, the first and second wall members may be set to the storage position for entering the recess of the substrate member, and the lid member may be operated to the closed position. Thereby, the first and second wall members are stored in the recesses of the substrate member, and the first and second wall members are covered by the lid member.
In the state in which the lid member is operated to the closed position as described above, according to the feature of claim 1 , the front side surface of the substrate member and the front side surface of the lid member are flush with each other. The front side is not uneven.
[0007]
[II]
According to the feature of claim 1 , the lid member is swingably operated around the first axis around one side of the recess of the substrate member over the closed position where the recess enters the substrate member and the open position where the recess of the substrate member is opened. The first wall member is configured to be swingable around the second axis of the lid member and around the third axis of one side adjacent to the lid member in the recess of the substrate member. The intermediate portion is configured to be foldable to the concave portion side of the substrate member.
[0008]
Thereby, according to the feature of claim 1 , since the first wall member is connected to the lid member, when the lid member is operated from the open position to the closed position, the first wall member The intermediate portion is folded toward the concave portion of the substrate member, and the first wall member enters the concave portion of the substrate member. Conversely, when the lid member is operated from the closed position to the open position, the intermediate portion of the first wall member that is folded to the concave portion side of the substrate member extends along with this operation.
[0009]
[0010]
[0011]
[0012]
[0013]
[III]
As described in [II] above, the first wall member is configured to be swingable around the second axis of the lid member and around the third axis of one side adjacent to the lid member in the recess of the substrate member, When the intermediate portion of the first wall member is configured to be foldable to the concave portion side of the substrate member, according to the feature of claim 1 , the second axis is outward from the third axis with respect to the concave portion of the substrate member. Is arranged.
[0014]
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the lid member is operated from the open position to the closed position, the force applied from the lid member to the first wall member is from the second axis to the outside of the intermediate portion of the first wall member. Since it can be in a state of being hooked on the other side (the side opposite to the side where the intermediate portion of the first wall member is folded), when the lid member is operated from the open position to the closed position, the first wall member is accompanied by this operation. The intermediate portion of the first wall member can be reliably folded to the concave portion side of the substrate member without saying that the intermediate portion of the first wall member is folded outward of the concave portion of the substrate member.
[0015]
[IV]
According to the feature of claim 2, as in the case of claim 1, the “action” described in the preceding paragraphs [I] [II] [III] is provided, and in addition to this, the following “action” is provided. ing.
As described in [II] above, the first wall member is configured to be swingable around the second axis of the lid member and around the third axis of one side adjacent to the lid member in the recess of the substrate member, In the case where the intermediate portion of the first wall member is configured to be foldable to the concave portion side of the substrate member, according to the feature of claim 2 , the second wall member is swung to the retracted position. The contact portion is configured to contact the contact portion of the first wall member so that the first wall member is swung toward the concave portion of the substrate member.
[0016]
Thus, according to the feature of claim 2 , when the second wall member is set from the use position to the retracted position, the contact portion of the second wall member contacts the contacted portion of the first wall member, The one wall member is forcibly operated to the concave portion side of the substrate member, and the intermediate portion of the first wall member is forcibly folded to the concave portion side of the substrate member. Therefore, if the lid member is operated to the closed position thereafter, the intermediate portion of the first wall member can be reliably folded to the concave portion side of the substrate member.
[0017]
[V]
According to the feature of claim 3, as in the case of claim 1 or 2, the "action" described in the preceding paragraphs [I] to [IV] is provided, and in addition to this, the following "action" is provided. ing.
The support shaft for swingably supporting the lid member around the first axis of the substrate member, and the support shaft for swingably supporting the first wall member around the second axis, according to the features of claim 3. A recess is provided on the back side opposite to the front side of the lid member, and the above-mentioned two support shafts are supported on the outer peripheral wall of the recess of the lid member. Thereby, according to the characteristic of Claim 3 , two support shafts are collectively supported by one place (recessed part of a cover member), compared with the structure provided with the bearing part of two support shafts separately. The support structure of the support shaft can be configured compactly.
[0018]
If the support shaft is supported on the outer peripheral wall of the concave portion of the lid member as described above, a structure that prevents the support shaft from coming off is required. Therefore, according to the feature of claim 3 , the lid body that closes the concave portion of the lid member The lid body is provided with a blocking portion that prevents the support shaft from coming off. Thereby, according to the feature of claim 3 , since the blocking portion of the lid can be applied to the support shaft by attaching the lid to the recess of the lid member, the lid and the blocking portion are provided separately. As in the case, it may not be necessary to attach the blocking member to the recess of the lid member after the blocking portion is attached.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 and 2 show the entire partition device provided in a luggage compartment in a vehicle such as a 1-box type, 2-box type, or 3-box type passenger car or commercial vehicle. The partition device includes a substrate member 1, a lid member 2, an upper first wall member 3, a lower first wall member 4, a second wall member 5, an intermediate wall member 15, and the like. Used as the bottom plate part. The substrate member 1 is configured to be detachable from the luggage compartment, and another storage tray (not shown) is disposed below the substrate member 1 (the tray is also detachable), and below the tray. Spare tires (not shown) are arranged.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 (a) and (b), the substrate member 1 is formed by blow molding with a synthetic resin and is formed into a flat plate shape, and the rectangular recess 6 in the plan view is formed on the substrate member 1. It is formed close to the right side on the front side. A skin (not shown) such as felt is attached to the entire surface of the front surface of the substrate member 1 excluding the concave portion 6 of the substrate member 1. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the luggage compartment, the upper side of the board member 1 in FIG. 1 is used as the front side (rear seat side), and the lower side of the board member 1 in FIG. 2 is the rear side (rear hatch gate side). , Trunk lid side).
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 (a) and 4 (b), the lid member 2 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin in a flat plate shape, and reinforcing ribs 7 and 8 are integrally formed at the outer peripheral portion and the central portion. An oval opening 9 is opened as a handle. A skin (not shown) such as felt similar to the front side surface of the substrate member 1 is attached to the entire front side surface of the lid member 2.
[0023]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the lid member 2 is integrally formed at the left and right corners on the back side surface of the lid member 2 so that the inverted L-shaped outer peripheral wall 10 is connected to the rib 7 in a front view. A recess 11 is formed on the back side surface of the plate 2, an opening 7 a is formed in the rib 7, and a notch 10 b is formed in the outer peripheral wall 10. After inserting the support shaft 12 into the opening 7a and the notch 10b as shown by the solid line in FIG. 7, the support shaft 12 is slid as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. The support shaft 12 is inserted into the left opening 6 a, and the lid body 13 is fixed with screws 14 so as to close the concave portion 11 of the lid member 2. A blocking portion 13a having a notch is integrally formed on the back surface of the lid 13, and the blocking portion 13a is applied to the support shaft 12 and the flange portion 12a of the support shaft 12 so that the support shaft 12 does not move. It is like that. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the lid member 2 is supported around the first axis P1 on one side of the front side of the recess 6 of the substrate member 1 so as to be swingable.
[0024]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper and lower first wall members 3 and 4 are integrally formed of a synthetic resin into a trapezoidal flat plate shape. It is connected to be freely bent (swingable) around the six-axis core P6. The edge part on the opposite side to the cover body 13 in the upper and lower 1st wall members 3 and 4 is formed in the cross-sectional semicircle shape.
[0025]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, a support shaft 3a is integrally formed on the upper first wall member 3, and a pair of flange portions 3b are integrally formed on the lower end portion of the support shaft 3a. A cutout portion 10a is formed in the outer peripheral wall 10, and a lower end portion of the support shaft 3a is inserted into the cutout portion 10a. An opening (not shown) of the rib 7 on the side opposite to the outer peripheral wall 10 is provided on the support shaft 3a. The upper end is inserted. A blocking portion 13b is integrally formed on the back surface of the lid body 13, and the blocking portion 13b is inserted between the outer peripheral wall 10 and the flange portion 3b so that the support shaft 3a is not detached. As a result, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the upper first wall member 3 is swingably supported around the second axis P <b> 2 of the lid member 2.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 (b) and 5, a support shaft 4 a is integrally formed on the lower first wall member 4, and a hook-like engaging portion 4 b is an edge of the lower first wall member 4. Are formed integrally on the inner side surface of the lower first wall member 4. The front end portion and the rear end portion of the support shaft 4a are inserted into the opening of the convex portion 6b of the concave portion 6 of the substrate member 1 and the opening of the concave portion 6 of the substrate member 1 on the opposite side to the convex portion 6b. As a result, the lower first wall member 4 is swingably supported around the third axis P3 on one side adjacent to the lid member 2 in the recess 6 of the substrate member 1.
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, portions of the upper and lower first wall members 3, 4 on the lid body 13 side are greatly cut away so as not to interfere with the lid body 13. Is configured such that an extension line of the sixth axis P6 passes therethrough.
[0027]
As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 (A), 6, the second wall member 5 is integrally formed of a synthetic resin in a flat plate shape, and a fourth axis P <b> 4 on one side of the rear side of the recess 6 of the substrate member 1. The second wall member 5 is swingably supported around it, and a spring 16 that urges the second wall member 5 to the upright side is attached. The intermediate wall member 15 is integrally formed in a flat plate shape with resin, and is supported so as to be swingable around the fifth axis on the inner surface of the intermediate portion of the second wall member 5. A spring 17 is attached for biasing counterclockwise in FIG. The peripheral edges of the outer periphery of the second wall member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 are formed in a semicircular cross section.
[0028]
2, 4 (a), 5 and 6 show a state in which the partition device is used. The lid member 2 is operated to the open position, and the upper and lower first wall members 3 and 4, the second wall member 5 and In this state, the intermediate wall member 15 is set at the use position. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 (a), the engaging portion 4b of the lower first wall member 4 enters the opening 5a formed in the second wall member 5, and the lower first wall member 4 is It is designed not to fall inside or outside. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the convex portion 8 a formed on the rib 8 enters the opening 15 a formed in the intermediate wall member 15, and the lid member 2 and the second wall member 5 are located on the front side or the rear side. It is designed not to fall to the side. Since the intermediate wall member 15 is urged around the fifth axis P5 by the spring 17 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. 2, the intermediate wall member 15 (opening 15a) is removed from the rib 8 (convex portion 8a) as shown in FIG. It is difficult to leave to the right of the page.
[0029]
In the state where the partition device shown in FIGS. 2, 4 (a), 5 and 6 is used, the concave portion 6 of the substrate member 1 becomes the bottom, and the lid member 2, the upper and lower first wall members 3, 4 and the second wall member. Two spaces surrounded by 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 are obtained. Thereby, for example, a small parcel can be put into the above-mentioned two spaces from the rear side of the board member 1 with the rear hatch gate and the trunk lid opened. In this case, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5, and 6, since the second wall member 5 is lower than the lid member 2, the small package is loaded from the rear side of the substrate member 1 as described above. It can be easily put in the two spaces.
[0030]
Next , when changing from a state in which the partition device is used to a state in which the partition device is not used, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the intermediate wall member 15 is swung by hand clockwise against the spring 17 in the second direction. The storage position is set along the wall member 5, and the second wall member 5 is moved into the recess 6 of the substrate member 1 by hand against the spring 16 as shown in FIGS. Rock. In this case , as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the second wall member 5 is retracted while the right and left edges of the second wall member 5 are in contact with the convex portions 4 c of the lower first wall member 4. Since the second wall member 5 is in a state of swinging to the position, the second wall member 5 is compared with a state in which all of the right and left edges of the second wall member 5 are rubbed against the inner surface of the lower first wall member 4. Is slightly swung to the retracted position, and no rubbing marks are left on the inner surface of the lower first wall member 4.
[0031]

This allows, as shown in FIG. 3 (b) (c) and 8 (b) (ii), as the second wall member 5 is swung in the storage position, the right of the second wall member 5 Then, the left edge comes into contact with the contacted portion 4d and pushes downward, so that the lower first wall member 4 is forced to swing inward. In this state, as shown in FIG. 3 (c), if the lid member 2 is operated from the open position to the closed position, the upper and lower first wall members 3 and 4 are bent inwardly around the sixth axis P6 without any trouble. Therefore, the lid member 2 can be moved to the closed position without hindrance.
[0032]
Figure 3 (d) and 4 (b) as shown in, the lid member under the upper and 2 Te state odor of operating in the closed position in the recess 6 of the base plate member 1 first wall member 3,4, a second wall The member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 are stored and covered with the lid member 2. In this case, when the lid member 2 is operated to the closed position, the front side surface of the substrate member 1 and the front side surface of the lid member 2 are flush with each other.
[0033]
Next, when changing from a state where the partition device is not used to a state where the partition device is used, as shown in FIGS. 3D and 3C, hold the opening 9 by hand and operate the lid member 2 from the closed position to the open position. The upper first wall member 3 is pulled up by the lid member 2, and the upper and lower first wall members 3 and 4 swing from the storage position to the use position. Accordingly, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 3C, the second wall member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 are automatically swung from the storage position to the use position by the urging force of the springs 16 and 17. (If the second wall member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 do not automatically oscillate, the springs can be moved by holding the second wall member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 together. The second wall member 5 and the intermediate wall member 15 are swung to the use position by the urging force of 16, 17). Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4 (a), the engaging portion 4b of the lower first wall member 4 is inserted into the opening 5a of the second wall member 5 by hand, and FIGS. As shown, the convex portions 8a of the ribs 8 may be inserted into the openings 15a of the intermediate wall member 15 by hand.
