Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, a seat cushion of a seat is supported on a floor so as to be tiltable between a normal seating position and a forward-falling position, and an engaged member is fixed to the floor side facing the lower end of the rear end of the seat cushion. The present invention relates to a seat lock device that is provided at a lower portion of a rear end of a seat cushion so as to be detachable from an engagement member and locks and unlocks a seat in a seating position.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this type of seat locking device, specifically, for example, those shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 are known. The illustrated seat lock device is provided at a lower portion of the rear end of the seat cushion so as to be detachable from the striker 1 fixed on the floor side.
[0003]
In FIG. 8, a base member 2 having an opening 2a for entering a striker is pivotally supported by a latch member 3 that is engaged with and disengaged from the striker 1, and engages with the latch member 3 to latch the latch member 3. An unlocking lever member 6 is integrally fixed to a locking plate (not shown) that restrains the member 3 in a non-swingable engagement state via a rotating shaft 5.
[0004]
The lever member 6 is disposed at a position close to the floor behind the seat and is in a position where it is difficult for an occupant to operate, so it has been necessary to devise its shape and size. Here, as a measure for improving the operability of the lever member 6 with a simple structure, a belt member 7 made of nylon waving is connected to the operation end of the lever member 6.
[0005]
That is, a method is provided in which an insertion hole 6a through which the belt member 7 is passed is formed in the operation end of the lever member 6, and the base end side of the belt member 7 is sewn so as to be wound through the insertion hole 6a as shown in FIG. It was mainstream from the viewpoint of reducing the number of parts. By pulling the front end of the belt member 7, the lever member 6 can be easily swung even from a position away from the lever member 6.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the seat lock device as described above, as shown in FIG. 9, the base end side of the belt member 7 is easily rotated around the operation end of the lever member 6. Therefore, there may be a situation in which the front end side of the belt member 7 is sandwiched between the openings 2 a of the base member 2.
[0007]
In this case, the latch member 3 or the like does not mesh well with the striker 1 due to the belt member 7 being caught in the opening 2a of the base member 2 at the time of locking, or the belt member 7 or the like is not latched. There is a possibility that it may become dirty with grease applied to the surface.
[0008]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-described problems of the prior art, and extends the belt member in a predetermined direction so that the belt member is not sandwiched between components without impairing operability. It is an object of the present invention to provide a seat lock device that can be securely and easily attached to a lever member so that it does not move unnecessarily in a state where it is in a closed state.
[0010]

Therefore, it is possible to prevent a situation in which a part of the belt member (60) is sandwiched between the seat lock devices (20).
[0016]
If the anti-slip means (73) is a protrusion that bites into the belt member (60), the belt member (60) rotates with respect to the operation end (51) of the lever member (50) with a simple configuration. Can be reliably prevented.
[0017]
Further, if a flange (53) is formed on the operation end (51) of the lever member (50) to hold the both side edges of the base end (61) of the belt member (60) inward, the belt member ( Since the base end (61) of 60) is constrained so that both end edges thereof are bent, it can be prevented from rotating more reliably.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, various embodiments representing the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 to 5 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
The seat lock device 20 according to the present embodiment is applied to a vehicle seat 10, and a seat cushion 11 of the seat 10 is supported on a floor so as to be tiltable between a normal seating position and a forward-turning position. ing.
[0019]
The floor-side facing the lower rear end of the seat cushion 11 striped mosquito 1 2 is fixed. The striker 12 is an inverted U-shaped member. As shown in FIG. 5, the seat lock device 20 is provided at the lower portion of the rear end of the seat cushion 11 so as to be detachable from the striker 12.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the seat locking device 20 is a device that locks and unlocks the seat 10 in the seating position, and includes a base member 21, a latch member 31, a locking plate 41, and a lever member 50. And a belt member 60.
[0021]
The upper part of the base member 21 is an attachment piece 22 fixed to the lower part of the rear end of the seat cushion 11, and an opening 23 into which the striker 12 relatively enters is formed downward. Further, a cover portion 24 that accommodates each component is integrally provided on the back side of the base member 21.
[0022]
A latch member 31 is accommodated in the cover portion 24. The latch member 31 is pivotally supported via a pivot 30 at an engagement position where the groove 32 is engaged with the striker 12 and a disengagement position where the latch member 31 is detached from the striker 12. On one end side of the groove portion 32, a cam portion 33 that engages and disengages with the locking plate 41 described below is provided.
[0023]
A spring member 35 is wound around the pivot 30, and the spring member 35 causes the latch member 31 to swing from the engagement position to the disengagement position (position where the groove 32 matches the opening 23) ( It is urged in the clockwise direction in FIG. Further, a stopper 34 is provided at a position opposite to the groove portion 32 on the pivot 30 so as to abut against the locking piece 25 cut and raised inside the base member 21 and restrict the swing range.
[0024]
A locking plate 41 is housed inside the cover portion 24. A locking claw 42 is formed integrally with the locking plate 41. The locking plate 41 has a locking position (engaged state) in which the locking claw 42 abuts against the cam portion 33 of the latch member 31 by the pivot 40, and the latch member 31 is restrained from swinging to the engagement position. The pawl 42 is pivotally supported so as to be swingable to a restraint releasing position where the latch member 31 is released from the cam portion 33 and releases the restraint of the latch member 31.
[0025]
A spring member 43 is stretched between the base member 21 and the locking plate 41. By this spring member 43, the locking plate 41 is urged in a direction (clockwise direction in FIG. 1) that swings from the restraint release position to the restraint position (engaged state).
[0026]
A lever member 50 is pivotally supported on the surface side of the base member 21 via a pivot (rotary shaft) 40 of the locking plate 41 so as to be swingable. The base end of the lever member 50 is integrally fixed to the pivot 40. The lever member 50 releases the engagement state of the locking plate 41, that is, the lock release direction (see FIG. 5) for swinging the locking plate 41 from the restraint position to the restraint release position against the urging force of the spring member 43. 1 is set to be able to swing in the counterclockwise direction).
[0027]
A belt member 60 is attached to the operation end 51 of the lever member 50. The belt member 60 can be swung in the unlocking direction from a position where the lever member 50 is separated. As shown in FIG. 3, attachment holes 52 and 62 through which the leg portions 72 of the rivet 70 are inserted are provided at the operation end 51 of the lever member 50 and the base end 61 of the belt member 60, respectively.
[0028]
The base end 61 of the rivet 70 and the operating end 51 one side of the lever member 50 are in contact with the front and back surfaces of the base end 61 of the belt member 61, and the base of the belt member 60 is on the one side of the head 71 of the rivet 70. Non-slip means for preventing the rotation of the end 61 is provided. Here, the anti-slip means includes a protrusion 73 that bites into the surface of the belt member 60.
[0029]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the protrusions 73 are provided on one side of the head 71 of the rivet 70 so that a plurality of protrusions 73 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction around the leg 72. . The anti-slip means is not limited to the protrusion 73, but may be an uneven surface, embossed, rubber sheet, or adhesive sheet in addition to the protrusion, as long as it generates a large frictional resistance in contact with the belt member 60. It may be inserted.
[0030]
Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.
To attach the belt member 60 to the operation end 51 of the lever member 50, as shown in FIG. 3, the leg portion 72 of the rivet 70 is inserted through the attachment hole 52 of the lever member 50 and the attachment hole 62 of the belt member 60. In this state, the tip end side of the leg portion 72 is caulked.
[0031]
Then, the base end 61 of the belt member 60 is fixed to the operation end 51 of the lever member 50 while being sandwiched between the operation end 51 and the head 71 of the rivet 70. Here, since a plurality of projections 73 are provided as one of the anti-slip means on one side of the head 71 of the rivet 70 that is pressure-bonded to the surface of the belt member 60, the base end 61 of the belt member 60 is the lever member 50. There is no rotation with respect to the operation end 51.
[0032]
As a result, the tip 63 side of the belt member 60 is maintained in a state extending in a predetermined direction, so that a part of the belt member 60 is inadvertently sandwiched between the opening 23 of the base member 21, the groove 32 of the pivot 30 and the like. It will not be done. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent a situation in which the latch member 31 or the like does not mesh well with the striker 12 or the belt member 60 is contaminated with grease or the like applied to the latch member 31 or the like.
[0033]
The seat 10 provided with such a seat lock device 20 is normally locked in the seating position shown in FIG. In this state, as shown in FIG. 1, the latch member 31 is in an engagement position where the latch member 31 is engaged with the striker 12, and cannot swing due to the locking plate 41 with the locking claw 42 contacting the cam portion 33. It is restrained by. Therefore, the seat 10 is securely held at the seating position even in the event of a collision, and there is no possibility of inadvertently swinging to the forward position.
[0034]
When the front end 62 of the belt member 60 is pulled from a position where the occupant can easily operate in the locked state, the lever member 50 whose base end 61 is non-rotatably attached as described above swings in the unlocking direction. In synchronization with this, the locking plate 41 swings to the restraint releasing position where the locking claw 42 comes off the cam portion 33 of the latch member 31 against the urging force of the spring member 43.
[0035]
Then, the latch member 31 swings from the restraint position to the restraint release position by the biasing force of the stopper 34, the opening direction of the groove portion 32 coincides with the opening direction of the opening portion 23 in the base member 21, and the seat 10 is locked. Canceled. In this state, if the rear lower end of the seat cushion 11 is pushed up, the seat 10 can be easily tilted to the forward position.
[0036]
When the seat 10 is lowered to the original seating position again, the striker 12 on the floor side is inserted into the groove 32 of the latch member 31 while entering the opening 23 of the base member 21, and the latch member 31 is moved to the restraint release position. Oscillate from to the restraint position. Thereafter, the latching claw 42 of the locking plate 41 engages with the cam portion 33 of the latch member 31, so that the latch member 31 is again restrained so as not to swing. During the locking operation, the belt member 60 extending on the opposite side to the direction in which the opening 23 of the base member 21 is located as described above is not accidentally sandwiched between the opening 23 and the like.
[0037]
6 and 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention.
In the present embodiment, a flange 53 and a stepped portion 54 are formed on the operation end 51A of the lever member 50A so as to hold the both side edges of the base end 61 of the belt member 60 inward.
[0038]
The flange 53 is formed by bending the leading edge of the operation end 51 </ b> A at a substantially right angle, and the stepped portion 54 is formed such that the middle of the operation end 51 </ b> A is bent in the same direction as the flange 53. . An interval between the flange 53 and the stepped portion 54 is set to be narrower than the width of the belt member 60, and an attachment hole 52 is formed in the center thereof.
[0039]
As described above, since the flange 53 and the stepped portion 54 are formed on the operation end 51A of the lever member 50A so as to bend the both side edges of the base end 61 of the belt member 60 inward, the base end 61 of the belt member 60 is Since both end edges are constrained to be bent, it is possible to prevent more reliable rotation. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the site | part of the same kind as 1st Embodiment, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
[0040]
The seat locking device according to the present invention is not limited to the various embodiments described above. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the anti-slip means is provided on one side of the head 71 of the rivet 70. However, the anti-slip means may be provided on one side of the operation end 51 of the lever member 50, or the anti-slip is provided on both sides. Means may be provided.
Further, the anti-slip means is not limited to the protrusion 73, and if it is in contact with the belt member 60 and generates a large frictional resistance, in addition to the protrusion, an uneven surface, embossing, a rubber sheet, or an adhesive sheet may be used. It may be inserted.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the seat lock device of the present invention, the seat lock device includes a lever member that can swing in the unlocking direction, and a belt member that remotely operates the lever member. Since at least one of the rivet side and the lever member side to be crimped is provided with a non-slip means for preventing the rotation of the belt member, the base end side of the belt member is moved to the lever by caulking the distal end side of the leg portion of the rivet. It can be fixed to the member in a non-rotatable manner. Therefore, since the front end side of the belt member is maintained in a state extending in a predetermined direction, a part of the belt member is not caught in the seat lock device, and safety can be improved. The situation where it gets dirty can be prevented.
