Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an artificial reef, and more particularly to a tire reef constructed by connecting a large number of waste tires.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, artificial reefs function as a material that forms a protective space that relaxes ocean currents and allows underwater plants to overgrow and serve as a place for fish or protect small fish from large fishes in a wide ocean. For this reason, artificial reefs are required to have as large an outer shape as possible, a large number of small spaces inside them, and flexibility to easily change the size and shape according to the topography of the seabed. Yes.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, a large number of waste tires are fixed coaxially using a frame material or chain made of steel in order to satisfy such a requirement (for example, JP 2001-120108 A, registered utility model). No. 3025304, etc.), and a large number of such ones (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2001-106211, 7-170874, etc.), tied or framed There is a known technology to make a lump of large waste tires by supporting and gathering together, filling it with cement and stones and sinking it into the sea to make it a fishing reef. In other words, conventional tire fishing reefs use a frame made of steel or a metal chain as a means to connect a large number of tires. Was.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, in order to change the outer shape and size of the tire fishing reef, it was necessary to redesign each time, and the degree of freedom of change was low. In addition, these metal materials corrode in the sea due to long-term use, and there is a problem that the tires are scattered and dispersed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is a tire fishing reef that has two tires with through-holes that penetrate the front and back surfaces at the joint, and is obtained by overlapping the through-holes of both tires and cutting a flexible tube The ring is elastically deformed into a flat shape to be inserted, both ends of the inserted coupling ring are drawn out of the through hole, and a semicircular member is inserted into the drawn portion to prevent the ring from coming off.
[0006]
In this case, the tires are coaxially arranged and connected to each other on the side surface by connecting a pair of several on the peripheral surface and extending on the same plane, and connecting to the side surface of the tire forming the main frame on the peripheral surface It is preferable to be constituted by a connected tire.
[0007]
[Action]
The tire fishing reef according to the present invention is connected to each adjacent tire by using a flexible pipe, and is formed into a group of baby boomers without using a frame or a chain. The tires are connected by engagement between soft materials such as flexible pipes and semicircular members that have excellent water resistance and non-rusting properties.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a tire fishing reef according to the present invention, and the tire fishing reef 10 is formed in a nodule shape by connecting a large number of waste tires 11 for passenger cars. That is, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the waste tires 11 are stacked in two stages in the vertical direction and connected so as not to be separated, and as shown in FIG. The main wall surface 12 is formed by overlapping them in the coaxial direction, and two pairs of the main wall surfaces 12 are faced to each other, and three connecting walls 13 and 13 including one waste tire 11 are interposed between them. It is constructed by connecting it in the shape of a character.
[0009]
The tire reef 10 is transported to a predetermined sea level by a ship in this state, and stones and waste concrete that become weights are put in each waste tire 11 and then lifted by a crane and installed on the seabed. In addition, when the size of the waste tire 11 is large, an air vent hole may be provided on the upper surface of each waste tire 11 in order to prevent the tire fishing reef 10 from being lifted. The drilling of the waste tire 11 may be performed by a mechanical cutter, but high-pressure water (water jet) is suitable.
[0010]
Next, the connection structure of the respective waste tires 11 constituting the tire fishing reef 10 will be described. The waste tire 11 has a tread surface 11a and side walls 11b and 11b extending from the tread surface 11a in the axial direction. The tread surface 11a and the side wall 11b of the waste tire 11 are provided with a through hole 15 having a diameter of about 5 cm used for connecting the waste tires 11 and 11 to each other.
[0011]
When the through-hole 15 is assembled as a fishing reef, the through-hole 15 is formed in a portion in contact with the adjacent waste tire 11, and as shown in FIG. 5, approximately the center in the width direction of the outer peripheral surface (tread surface 11 a) of the waste tire 11. As shown in FIG. 6, a peripheral surface through-hole 15a provided through the front and back and a side through-hole 15b provided through the front and back at a substantially central portion in the circumferential direction of the side wall 11b are provided.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 7, the waste tires 11 and 11 provided adjacent to each other are obtained by aligning through holes on the same axis and cutting a flexible tube having a diameter larger than that of the through holes 15 there. The circular coupling ring 16 is pushed into the flat elastically deformed state. Part of the coupling ring 16 that is pushed into and inserted through the through-hole 15 is pulled out of the through-hole 15, and a semicircular member in which the coupling ring 16 is divided into two gaps 17 formed there, or a waste tire. A semicircular member 18 obtained by thinly cutting 11 is inserted.
[0013]
Here, the coupling ring 16 is obtained by cutting a synthetic resin flexible tube 20 having a diameter of 15 cm used for flowing the ready-mixed concrete shown in FIG. 8 at intervals of about 4 cm in the axial direction. By manufacturing with such dimensions, gaps can be formed in the respective engaging portions without large backlash and easy to connect by hand.
[0014]
According to such an embodiment, when assembling the tire reef 10 by connecting the waste tires 11, metal parts such as a frame and a chain for holding the waste tires in a predetermined shape become unnecessary.
[0015]
Therefore, since it is a member for holding the waste tire 11 in a coupled state, it is easy to manufacture without requiring an iron work, and the work is not required to use a machine tool when assembling the tire reef 10. . Furthermore, there is nothing to corrode in water, and the original form can be maintained for a long time in water. Further, the waste tire 11 may be pulled up and burned to obtain heat. At that time, it is better than other structures that shells are not attached to the tire.
[0016]
Further, the tire fishing reef 10 is configured by a group of waste tires 11 coupled using a through hole 15 provided in a tread surface 11a and a side wall 11b of the waste tire 11. In other words, at least two main wall surfaces 12 that are joined in the axial direction are formed in a “Japanese character” shape in which at least two of the main wall surfaces 12 are held apart by the diameter of the waste tire 11 by the connecting wall 13. Therefore, a small dwelling place for a relatively small fish is formed on the main wall surface 12 by the inside of the waste tire 11. In addition, since a relatively large space is formed between the main wall surfaces 12 and 12 separated by the connecting wall 13, a relatively large dwelling place where medium-sized fish can move is formed. In addition, the waste tires 11 and 11 assembled in a “Japanese character” shape by the main wall surface 12 and the connecting wall 13 are combined in a form in which they are stacked in two or more stages in the vertical direction, so that the tire reef 10 is compared. The size can be increased easily.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the tire fishing reef is a coupling ring made of a rubbery material by making individual waste tires abut on the tread surface or the side wall surface and utilizing the through holes provided in the abutted portion. Therefore, it is easy to process and connect waste tires. In addition, the size and size of the tire fishing reef can be changed relatively easily by increasing or decreasing the number of waste tires connected to each other. Furthermore, since it is not corroded by seawater, it is excellent in durability.
[0018]
According to the invention of claim 2, since the tire fishing reef is constituted by the main wall surface made by connecting the tires in the axial direction and the connecting wall connecting them at a predetermined interval, the size of the tire fishing reef Can be freely changed, and the size can be changed according to the size of the fish to be propagated there.
There are effects such as.
