Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a folding facility for a continuous form that folds a continuous form forming a processed form along a feeding direction.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 7, the continuous forms 1 in which unit forms are connected by horizontal perforations are alternately folded at the horizontal perforations to form a stacked state, and are placed on the sheet feed table 11 of the folding equipment 10. The This folding equipment 10 folds the continuous form 1 into three along two fold lines 2 (FIG. 8) extending in the feeding direction.
[0003]
In the folding equipment 10, the continuous form 1 is fed from the paper feed guide rod 12 of the paper feed tray 11 to the folding device 13, and the first guide rod 14, the second guide rod 15, and the third guide rod of the folding device 13. 16 and the fourth guide rod 17 are wound around the continuous form 1 to give resistance in the feeding direction to the continuous form 1, and through the triangular bar 18, the first ball bar 19 and the second ball bar 20 shown in FIG. The continuous form 1 is folded in three along the feed direction.
[0004]
FIG. 9 shows a folding facility 21 for folding the continuous form 5 along one fold line 6 (FIG. 10) extending in the feeding direction. Also in the folding equipment 21, the continuous forms 5 are alternately folded and stacked at the horizontal perforations and placed on the paper feed table 11. In this folding equipment 21, the continuous form 5 is wound around the first guide bar 23, the second guide bar 24 and the third guide bar 25 of the folding device 22 from the paper feed guide bar 12 above the paper feed table 11. As shown in FIG. 10, the sheet is folded in two along the crease line 6 above the third guide rod 25.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the folding equipment 10 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the continuous form 1 is folded so that the continuous form 1 is folded well by the triangular bar 18, the first ball bar 19, and the second ball bar 20. The guide rods 14, 15, 16, and 17 are wound around the guide rods 14 and strongly bent over a plurality of times to impart resistance in the feed direction to the continuous form 1. However, when the folding equipment 10 is stopped, the continuous form 1 is excessively pulled out of the paper feed table 11 by the momentum of feeding during operation, and the continuous form 1 is slackened between the guide rods 14, 15, 16, and 17. Occurs. When the feeding of the continuous form 1 is restarted at the time of restart, the continuous form 1 is pulled abruptly between the guide bars 14, 15, 16, and 17 at the moment when the slack disappears. At this time, if the horizontal perforation of the continuous form 1 is exactly at the position of the guide rods 14, 15, 16, and 17, a large tensile force is applied to the horizontal perforation, and the continuous form 1 is cut from the horizontal perforation. May end up.
[0006]
Further, at the end stage of the continuous form 1 on the paper feed tray 11, the feeding direction applied to the continuous form 1 by the first guide bar 14, the second guide bar 15, the third guide bar 16, and the fourth guide bar 17. The resistance is reduced, and a slack occurs in the continuous form 1 during this time, and an appropriate resistance cannot be given to the continuous form 1, and the continuous form 1 of the triangular bar 18, the first ball bar 19, and the second ball bar 20 There is a case where a folding error occurs when folding.
[0007]
Further, in the folding equipment 21 shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, since the continuous form 5 is folded in two, the continuous form 5 wound around the third guide rod 25 is, as shown in FIG. It becomes an arc shape. Therefore, when the folding equipment 21 is also stopped, the continuous form 5 is excessively pulled out by the momentum of the feed at the time of activation, and is continuously between the first guide bar 23, the second guide bar 24, and the third guide bar 25. A slack 5A is generated in the form 5. When the feeding of the continuous form 5 is restarted at the time of restart, the continuous form 5 is pulled at the position of the third guide rod 25 at the moment when the slack 5A disappears. At this time, if the horizontal perforation of the continuous form 5 is located at the position of the third guide rod 25, the horizontal perforation is most likely to be cut at both ends in the width direction of the continuous form 5, and the continuous form 5 is still as described above. Due to the arc shape, the continuous guide 5 may be cut off by the third guide rod 25 starting from the end of the horizontal perforation.
[0008]
Further, in the folding equipment 21, the continuous form 5 wound around the first guide bar 23, the second guide bar 24, and the third guide bar 25 at the end stage of the continuous form 5 on the paper feed tray 11 is also provided. A sag 5A is generated, and this sag 5A may cause a folding error when folded in half.
[0009]
An object of the present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described circumstances, and is to provide a continuous form folding facility that can eliminate continuous form cutting at the time of restart and a folding error at the end of the continuous form. is there.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 includes a supply unit that supplies a continuous form in which unit forms are connected by perforations, and a folding device that folds the continuous form supplied from the supply unit along a feeding direction. The folding device presses a continuous form on a plurality of guide bars for winding a continuous form and a guide bar located on the supply unit side among the plurality of guide bars, and applies resistance in the feeding direction to the continuous form. And a pressing member to be provided.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 2 includes a supply unit that supplies a continuous form in which unit forms are connected by perforations, and a folding device that folds the continuous form supplied from the supply unit along a feeding direction. The folding device is provided with a plurality of guide bars for winding a continuous form and a predetermined guide bar among the plurality of guide bars, and at least a width direction end of the continuous form is separated from the guide bar. And a member.
[0012]
The invention according to claim 3 includes a supply unit that supplies a continuous form in which unit forms are connected by perforations, and a folding device that folds the continuous form supplied from the supply unit along a feeding direction. The folding device includes a plurality of guide bars for winding a continuous form, a pressing member for pressing the continuous form to the guide bar located on the supply unit side, and a resistance member for giving resistance in a feeding direction to the continuous form. Among the above-mentioned guide rods, the guide rod is provided on a predetermined guide rod, and is provided with a separating member that separates at least the width direction end portion of the continuous form from the guide rod.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to the second or third aspect, the separation member is a pair of rollers provided on the guide bar at an interval shorter than the length in the width direction of the continuous form. thing.
[0014]
The invention according to claim 5 is the invention according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the separating member is provided coaxially with the guide rod, is shorter than the length in the width direction of the continuous form, has a large central portion and both ends. The portion is a drum-shaped member having a small diameter.
[0015]
The invention according to claim 1 or 3 has the following effects.
Since the pressing member that presses the continuous form on the guide bar and applies resistance in the feeding direction is installed, resistance in the feeding direction can be given to the continuous form, and when the folding equipment is stopped, feeding during operation is possible. Thus, it is possible to prevent the continuous form from being pulled out excessively from the supply unit and the sagging of the continuous form in the folding device. For this reason, even if the feeding of the continuous form is restarted at the time of restarting, it is possible to prevent a sudden pulling force from acting on the continuous form, and thus it is possible to prevent the continuous form from being cut. In addition, even if sagging may occur in the continuous form in the folding device, resistance is applied to the continuous form with the holding member, so the continuous form is strongly bent multiple times with multiple guide bars. Therefore, since it is not necessary to give resistance to the continuous form, the resistance of the continuous form does not become excessive even when the feeding of the continuous form is resumed at the time of restart, and the continuous form can be prevented from being cut.
[0016]
In addition, since the presser member that presses the continuous form against the guide bar and applies resistance in the feeding direction is installed, it is possible to prevent sagging of the continuous form in the folding device even at the end of the continuous form. For this reason, even at the end of the continuous form, the folding of the continuous form by the folding apparatus becomes good, and the occurrence of folding deviation can be prevented.
[0017]
The invention according to any one of claims 2 to 5 has the following action.
Since the separation member that separates the widthwise end of the continuous form from the guide bar is installed on the predetermined guide bar, the widthwise end of the continuous form is not in contact with the predetermined guide bar by the separation member. Is done. When the continuous form is pulled at the time of restart after stopping, the horizontal perforation of the continuous form is easily cut from the end in the width direction by the contacted guide bar. However, as described above, since the end in the width direction of the continuous form is not in contact with the predetermined guide bar, the end in the width direction of the horizontal perforation is also in non-contact with the predetermined guide bar. Thus, it is possible to prevent the transverse perforation from being cut when the continuous form is pulled at the time of restart after the stop, that is, the continuous form.
[0018]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing a first embodiment of a continuous form folding facility according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a folding device of the folding equipment of FIG. 1.
[0019]
The folding equipment 30 includes a supply unit 34 that includes a paper feed table 32 and a paper feed guide bar 33, and a folding device 35 that folds the continuous form 1 along the fold lines 2a and 2b.
[0020]
A continuous form 1 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 includes unit forms 3 connected by horizontal perforations 4 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (feeding direction) of the continuous form 1. The crease lines 2a and 2b extending in the longitudinal direction (feed direction) of the continuous form 1 are formed in parallel. The continuous form 1 is sent out from the paper feed table 32 by a pin tractor (not shown).
[0021]
The unit form 3 is connected to the continuous form 1 and is folded in three at the two fold lines 2a and 2b by the folding equipment 30, and is sent to the cutting mechanism 31 in the next process, where the horizontal perforation 4 is formed. It is cut, and further sent to a crimping mechanism (not shown) and crimped to form a processed form. The processed form is collated for each predetermined unit and then stored in a stocker device (not shown). Since the processed forms are collated for each predetermined unit in this way, the above-described folding equipment 30, the cutting mechanism 31, and the crimping mechanism are stopped for each collating unit, and then an intermittent operation is performed in which the operation is resumed.
[0022]
The continuous form 1 is placed on the paper feed tray 32 of the supply unit 34 in a stacked state in which the continuous form 1 is alternately folded at the horizontal perforations 4. The paper feed guide bar 33 is installed above the paper feed tray 32, and draws out the stacked continuous form 1 and guides it to the folding device 35 side.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 2, the folding device 35 includes a first guide bar 36, a second guide bar 37, a third guide bar 38, and a fourth guide bar 39 supported by a frame 39A. Further, the frame 39A has a triangular bar. 40, a first ball bar 41 and a second ball bar 42 are supported, and a brush body 43 as a pressing member is attached to the first guide bar 36.
[0024]
The second guide bar 37 and the third guide bar 38 are arranged side by side at the same height, and the first guide bar 36 is disposed above the second guide bar 37 and the third guide bar 38. The brush body 43 is suspended from the first guide rod 36 toward the second guide rod 37. The brush body 43 can be freely adjusted in distance to the second guide rod 37 by adjusting means (not shown), and thereby the pressing force of the brush body 43 against the second guide rod 37 can be adjusted. Accordingly, the continuous form 1 passes between the first guide bar 36 and the second guide bar 37 from the paper feed guide bar 33 of the supply unit 34 and is pressed against the second guide bar 37 by the brush body 43 during this period. Appropriate resistance in direction is given.
[0025]
The continuous form 1 to which the resistance is given by the brush body 43 is wound around the fourth guide bar 39 through the third guide bar 38, and the triangular bar 40 disposed above the fourth guide bar 39, the first The first ball bar 41 and the second ball bar 42 are reached.
[0026]
The triangular bar 40 functions to push the fold line 2 a on the back side of the continuous form 1 drawn upward from the fourth guide bar 39 to the outside of the folding device 35, and the first ball bar 41 is connected to the triangular bar 40. The fold line 2a pushed out is bent so as to sandwich the crease line 2a, and the continuous form 1 is folded by narrowing the fold line 2a. Further, the second ball bar 42 functions to push the fold line 2 b on the front side of the continuous form 1 into the folding device 35. With the triangular bar 40, the first ball bar 41, and the second ball bar 42, the continuous form 1 is folded in three along the fold lines 2a and 2b, and the continuous form 1 is turned to the folding auxiliary bar 44 in FIG. As a result, the fold lines 2a and 2b of the continuous form 1 are surely folded.
[0027]
According to the folding equipment 30, the brush body 43 that presses the continuous form 1 against the second guide bar 37 and imparts resistance in the feeding direction is installed on the first guide bar 36. Therefore, when the intermittent operation is stopped, the continuous form 1 is excessively pulled out of the paper supply table 11 by the momentum of the feed during the operation, and the first guide rod 36 and the ball in the folding device 35 are pulled out. It is possible to prevent slack from occurring in the continuous form 1 with the bar 41. For this reason, even if the feeding of the continuous form 1 is restarted at the time of restart, it is possible to prevent a phenomenon in which a sudden pulling force acts on the continuous form 1 at the moment when the slack of the continuous form 1 disappears. Cutting can be prevented. Further, even if sagging occurs in the continuous form 1 in the folding device 35, resistance is applied to the continuous form 1 by the brush body 43, so that the folding device 13 of the conventional folding equipment 10 is similar to the conventional folding device 13. In addition, there is no need to apply resistance by bending the continuous form 1 multiple times using the guide rods 14, 15, 16, and 17, so that the continuous form 1 is resumed when the intermittent operation is restarted. Sometimes, the resistance of the continuous form 1 is not excessive, and the continuous form 1 can be prevented from being cut.
[0028]
In addition, since the brush body 43 that presses the continuous form 1 against the second guide bar 37 and applies resistance in the feeding direction is installed on the first guide bar 36, the end stage of the continuous form 1 on the paper feed tray 32 is provided. In FIG. 5, it is possible to impart an appropriate resistance to the continuous form 1 and prevent the continuous form 1 from sagging in the folding device 35. For this reason, even at the end stage of the continuous form 1, folding of the continuous form 1 by the triangular bar 40, the first ball bar 41, and the second ball bar 42 of the folding device 35 becomes good, and the occurrence of folding deviation can be prevented. .
[0029]
FIG. 3 is a side view showing a second embodiment of the continuous form folding facility according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a folding device of the folding equipment of FIG. 3. FIG. 5 is a front view showing the relationship between the roller of FIG. 4 and the continuous form. 6 is a front view corresponding to FIG. 5 in a modification of the folding device of FIG. In the second embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0030]
The folding equipment 50 is configured to include a supply unit 34 including a paper feed table 32 and a paper feed guide bar 33, and a folding device 51 that folds the paper into a half along the fold line 6 of the continuous form 5. .
[0031]
In the continuous form 5, unit forms 7 are connected by a horizontal perforation 8 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (feeding direction) of the continuous form 5, and each unit form 7 is connected to the longitudinal direction (feeding) of the continuous form 5. A crease line 6 extending in the direction) is formed. This continuous form 5 is also folded by the folding equipment 50, and then the horizontal perforation 8 is cut by the cutting mechanism 31 to become a unit form 7. Further, the continuous form 5 is further crimped by a crimping mechanism (not shown) to become a processed form. After collation, it is stored in the stocker device. Accordingly, the folding equipment 50 is also intermittently operated for each collation unit together with the cutting mechanism 31 and the crimping mechanism.
[0032]
As shown in FIG. 4, the folding device 51 includes a first guide bar 36 having a brush body 43, a second guide bar 37, and a third guide bar 38 supported by a frame 52, and a fourth guide bar. 54 and a fifth guide bar 55. The continuous form 5 drawn out from the paper feed guide bar 33 of the supply unit 34 passes between the brush body 43 of the first guide bar 36 and the second guide bar 37 while the second guide bar is used by the brush body 43. Pressed against 37, resistance in the feed direction is applied.
[0033]
The fifth guide bar 55 is a guide bar located on the most downstream side in the conveying direction of the continuous form 5, and a pair of rollers 56 as separation members is installed on the fifth guide bar 55. The pair of rollers 56 are attached to the fifth guide bar 55 at an interval shorter than the length in the width direction of the continuous form 5 in the axial direction of the fifth guide bar 55, and the end 9 in the width direction of the continuous form 5 is guided to the fifth guide. Separate from the bar 55. Accordingly, the end 8A in the width direction of the horizontal perforation 8 formed in the continuous form 5 is also separated from the fifth guide rod 55 and is in a non-contact state.
[0034]
The continuous form 5 is formed into an arc shape as shown in FIG. 5 by the roller 56 of the fifth guide bar 55, drawn out from the roller 56 (FIG. 4), folded along the crease line 6 and folded in half. Then, the fold line 6 is reliably folded by the folding assist bar 44 (FIG. 3).
[0035]
According to the folding equipment 50, the first guide rod 36 is provided with the brush body 43 that presses the continuous form 5 against the second guide bar 37 and imparts resistance in the feeding direction. The continuous form 5 is pulled out from the paper feed tray 32 by the momentum of the feed during the operation, and the first guide bar 36 in the folding device 35 is pulled out. It is possible to prevent slack in the continuous form 5 between the fifth guide bar 55 and the fifth guide bar 55. For this reason, even if the feeding of the continuous form 5 is restarted at the time of restarting, it is possible to prevent a sudden pulling force from acting on the continuous form 5 at the moment when the slack of the continuous form 5 disappears. Can be prevented. Even if the continuous form 1 in the folding device 35 may sag, a pair of rollers 56 that causes the fifth guide bar 55 to separate the widthwise end 9 of the continuous form 5 from the fifth guide bar 55. Since the end portion 9 of the continuous form 5 is brought into a non-contact state with the fifth guide rod 55 by the roller 56, the end portion 8A in the width direction of the horizontal perforation 8 that is easy to cut is also formed. The fifth guide bar 55 is brought into a non-contact state. Therefore, even when the continuous form 5 is resumed when the intermittent operation is restarted and the continuous form 5 is pulled at the moment when the slack of the continuous form 5 disappears, the horizontal perforation 8 is cut, that is, the continuous form 5 is cut. Can be prevented.
[0036]
Further, since the brush body 43 that presses the continuous form 5 against the second guide bar 37 and applies resistance in the feeding direction is installed on the first guide bar 36, the end stage of the continuous form 5 on the paper feed tray 32 is provided. Even in the above, it is possible to give an appropriate resistance in the feeding direction to the continuous form 5 and to prevent the continuous form 5 from sagging in the folding device 51. For this reason, even when the continuous form 5 is finished, the folding of the continuous form 5 by the folding device 51 becomes good, and the occurrence of folding deviation can be prevented.
[0037]
Although the fifth guide rod 55 is provided with the pair of rollers 56, the drum-shaped member 57 shown in FIG. 6 may be used instead of the pair of rollers 56. This drum-shaped member 57 is installed coaxially with the fifth guide rod 55, has an axial length shorter than the length in the width direction of the continuous form 5, has a large diameter at the center, and a small diameter at both ends. . This drum-shaped member 57 also prevents the end 9 in the width direction of the continuous form 5 from coming into contact with the fifth guide rod 55, and thus prevents the continuous form 5 from being cut from the horizontal perforation 8 as with the roller 56. it can.
[0038]
