本発明は、牛、馬、羊などの飼育のための軽量舐用固型混合飼料に関する。

【従来の技術】
(イ) 特開昭63年第181951号公報(舐用固型飼料)
(ロ) 特開平06年第090674号公報(舐用固型混合飼料)
上記の(イ)、(ロ)の発明は、本願発明者中の伊藤弘子の亡夫の発明に係るものである。以下その内容を概記する。
(イ)の舐用固型飼料は、微粒貝化石と粉砕塩とを含有し上下方向に貫通する孔を少なくとも一つ備えるもので、牛、豚、羊などの家畜に塩分、カルシウムや微量金属を給飼するために用いられ、そして上下方向に貫通する孔から唾液や雨水などが排水されて固型飼料の型崩れを無くすようにしたものであり、固型飼料の上面中央部に唾液や雨水が溜まることがなく、不潔とならず家畜が関心を示さなくなることがないものである。
(ロ)の舐用固型混合飼料は、カキ殻粉末と原土(昭和59年度群馬工業試験年報記載の関東ローム層の畑土と山土の混合)を主体に、粉砕岩塩並びにドロマイト、炭酸カルシウム、第三リン酸カルシウム、ベントナイト及びニンニク粉末の原料を混合するとともに、加水練成し、得られた練成体を真空加圧成型機により成型したものであり、a、天然資源の原料同志が互いに粘結しあうように原土を基本として使用し、バインダーを必要としない、b、硬く成型された雨水により崩壊しない、c、構成成分には、家畜の生育維持に必要な物質及び疾病予防物質の含有が満遍なく配慮され、かつ家畜の嗜好を高めるようにしたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記発明に係る舐用固型混合飼料及び一般販売の同飼料は、いずれも縦約16cm、横約16cm、奥行き約10cmぐらいのものが普通で、次のような解決しなければならない問題点を有していた。(イ)容積が大きく、大量の原料を使用するため、製造コストが高くなる。(ロ)重量が大きいため製品の運搬量が制限される。(ハ)また、舐用固型混合飼料を造る際に、金型などに原料を充填し加圧成型するため、出来上がりが滑らかになり、そのため家畜にとっては、舌触りが減少し、舐用固型混合飼料を舐めることを嫌うようになるという問題を有していた。
本発明は、上記の従来技術の有する課題に鑑みなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、上記の課題を解決した優れた軽量舐用固型混合飼料の提供にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の発明者は、上記の目的を達成するために、種々研究の結果、舐用固型混合飼料につき、単純な固型製品でなく、昇華剤の粉末を混合、加熱して前記昇華剤を昇華し、無数の空孔を含有させるものした。

本発明は、この知見によりなされたもので、この軽量舐用固型混合飼料は、家畜飼育のための舐用固型混合飼料において、前記舐用固型混合飼料の製造にあたり樟脳の粉末を混合、加熱して前記の樟脳の粉末を昇華させ、無数の空孔を含有する製品としたものである。

【発明の実施形態】
本発明の第1の実施の形態は、軽量舐用固型混合飼料の製造にあたり、樟脳粉末を混合、加熱してその樟脳粉末を昇華させ、無数の空孔を含有せしめる。このようにして実施形態においては、昇華剤の所在部分が昇華、脱気して空孔を形成するので、それだけ重量が減少する。

【発明の効果】
本発明の軽量舐用固型混合飼料は、下記のような効果を奏する。
(イ)製品の軽量化が図れて製品の運搬が容易になると共に廉価に提供できる。
(ロ)軽量舐用固型混合飼料の表面が昇華剤の昇華により荒目になり、家畜が好んで軽量舐用固型混合飼料を舐めることにより、家畜の成育等に好影響を与える。

【実施例】
原料は、カキ殻粉末37重量%、原土11重量%、粉砕岩塩12重量%、また添加物としてドロマイト5重量%、炭酸カルシウム6.6重量%、第三リン酸カルシウム8重量%、ベントナイト5重量%、ニンニク粉末0.4重量%を用いた。各原料、添加物の粒径は0.5〜2mmとした。そして、空孔を形成する材料として、気中で昇華する粒径0.5〜2mmの樟脳15重量%を用いた。

カキ殻粉末は、通常海のカキのことであり海水中に含まれているいろいろな栄養素を吸収してコリオリン(硬蛋白質)と炭酸カルシウムの結晶で出来上がったものであり、通常のカルシウムに比べて家畜生体内によく吸収されるばかりでなく前記カキ殻粉末はサルモネラ菌、黄色ブドウ球菌、大腸菌など食中毒の原因となる細菌の生育を抑えるものである。
本実施例では、カキ殻粉末を用いたが、微粒貝化石粉末などの生物の遺骸でも良いが、カキ殻粉末に比べてカルシウム量が少ないので多量に使用することを要する。
原土は、関東ローム層の畑土と山土の混合であり、製品の粘結力を強め、かつ家畜の嗜好(舐める頻度)を維持する要因を有する。添加物のドロマイト、炭酸カルシウム、第三リン酸カルシウム、ベントナイト及びニンニク粉末は、酵素調整、リンやカルシウムの補給、飼料の成型、嗜好などに効果がある。
なお、必要に応じて海藻類、魚貝類など家畜の嗜好を高めて、生体内における代謝機能の向上を高めることも取り入れる余地がある。

これらを容器にに入れ、シェーキング混合機で乾式混合することにより原料、添加物、空孔形成剤を均一に混合し、得られた混合物に適量の水を注水し、一定時間の練成後に金型に充填し、加圧成型し縦約16cm、横約16cm、奥行き約10cmの成型体が得られた。
そして、上記成型体を30度の恒温槽に50時間保持することにより樟脳が完全に昇華し、均一に分散した無数の空孔を持つ軽量舐用固型混合飼料が得られた。
従来の空孔を持たない同じ体積を持つ舐用固型混合飼料は質量が約6.8kgであったが、この実施例による無数の空孔を持つ軽量舐用固型混合飼料は質量が約5.8kgとなり約15%軽量減になり、軽量舐用固型混合飼料の出来上がりが空孔により家畜の好む荒目になった。[0001]
