従来のコンロは、爪付きの五徳を用い、バーナの炎や炎により生じた熱気が五徳の爪部に載置する鍋の底面に沿って五徳の外側に自然に放出されるようにしているが、このものでは、放出された熱気の一部が鍋の取手に達してこれを加熱し、取手が持ちづらくなるといった不具合を生ずる。

かかる不具合を解消するため、本願出願人は、先に特願平7−107403号により、コンロ本体の天板上に、バーナの炎を囲う、内外2重壁構造の筒状の五徳を載置し、五徳の内周壁に排気窓を開設すると共に、五徳の2重壁間の空間に連通する排気通路を設けて、排気通路に排気ファンを介設し、バーナの炎により生じた熱気を五徳で囲われた空間から排気窓を介して強制的に吸引排気し、五徳の外側への炎や熱気の漏出を防止し得るようにした炎漏出防止型コンロを提案している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記した炎漏出防止型コンロでは、五徳の外周壁を介して五徳から天板への熱移動を生じ、天板が加熱されて煮こぼれ汁等がこびり付き易くなる。また、天板への熱移動は、五徳からの伝達による鍋の加熱にとって熱損失になり、加熱効率の向上を図る上でも問題になっている。
更に、炎漏出防止型コンロでは、排気ファンが高温の熱気に晒されるため、排気ファンの熱害が問題になる。
本発明は、以上の点に鑑み、五徳から天板への熱移動を抑制し、且つ、排気ファンの熱害も防止できるようにした炎漏出防止型がコンロを提供することを課題としている。

上記課題を解決すべく、本発明では、コンロ本体の天板上に、バーナの炎を囲う、内外2重壁構造の筒状の五徳を載置し、五徳の内周壁に排気窓を開設すると共に、五徳の2重壁間の空間に連通する排気通路を設けて、排気通路に排気ファンを介設し、バーナの炎により生じた熱気を五徳で囲われた空間から排気窓を介して強制的に吸引排気する炎漏出防止型コンロにおいて、五徳の外周壁の下端と天板との一方に、五徳の外周壁の下端を周方向の複数箇所で天板に接触させるための複数の突起を形成したことを特徴とする。
