本発明は例えば天井に設けた埋込穴に照明装置を挿入するだけで容易に照明装置の取り付けを可能にした照明装置に関するものである。

図において、1は函状の角型の照明装置本体、2は照明装置本体1の天面1aに設けられたボルト取付穴、3は照明装置本体1の天面1aに設けられ、化粧板4を係止する係止片、5は天井内の建築構造体より吊り下げられたボルト、6はボルト3に螺合するナット、7は照明装置本体1内に配設されるランプ、8は遮光ルーバー、9は遮光ルーバー8を保持固定するルーバー枠、10はルーバー枠9に取り付けられたV字状の取付ばね、11は照明装置本体1の側面内側に設けられ、取付ばね10の先端を係留する係留片である。

従来の照明装置は上記のように構成され、例えば天井面に照明装置を取り付ける場合、まず天井内の建築構造体より吊り下げられたボルト5を照明装置本体1の天面1aのボルト取付穴2に通し、当該ボルト5にナット6を締め付けて天井面に照明装置本体1の天面1aを密着させ、天井に照明装置本体1を固定する。次に、天井に取り付けられた照明装置本体1内に露出するボルト5やナット6を隠すため、天面1aに設けられた係止片3に化粧板4を係止させ、しかる後に照明装置本体1内ランプ7を配設する。
最後に、遮光ルーバー8を保持固定しているルーバー枠9に取り付けられたV字状の取付ばね10を照明装置本体1の側面内側に設けられた係留片11に引っかけ、照明装置本体1にルーバー枠9を固定して天井面に照明装置を取り付けていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のような従来の照明装置では、天井面に照明装置を取り付ける場合、建築構造体から吊り下げられたボルト5にナット6を締め付けて照明装置本体1の天面1aを固定するため、事前に照明装置本体1に取り付けられるランプ7や遮光ルーバー8を保持固定したルーバー枠9等を取り外しておかなくてならず事前準備が必要で、しかも照明装置本体1の天面1aへの固定後にはランプ7やルーバー枠9等を照明装置本体1に取り付けなければならず、極めて作業が面倒であるという問題があった。

また、天井面への照明照明装置本体1の取り付けや、照明照明装置本体1へのランプ7やルーバー枠9等の取り外し、取り付けを行うために、照明装置本体1の天面1aにボルト取付穴2を設けたり、ボルト5、ナット6を隠すための化粧板4が必要だったり、化粧板4を取り付ける係止片3を設けたり、遮光ルーバー8を固定するためにルーバー枠9や取付ばね10が必要となるなどにより、部品点数が多くなり、それだけ取り付け、取り外し作業が複雑となり、作業者の作業ミスによっては部品落下の危険もあるという問題点もあった。

本発明は、このような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、天井への照明器具本体の取り付けが建築構造体から吊り下げられたボルト等による取り付けに依存することのない構造とし、ランプ、遮光ルーバー等の後取り付け作業を不要とする照明装置を得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1に係る照明装置は、天面を有し、下端部に外向きフランジを有する函状の照明装置本体と、照明装置本体の側面に複数取り付けられ、埋込穴を有する天井材を照明装置本体の外向きフランジとで挟み込む取付金具と、照明装置本体内に配設された複数のランプと、少なくとも1つのV型反射板と複数のフラット板とで格子状に組み合わされて形成され、V型反射板の端部が照明装置本体の側面に固定部材により固定された遮光ルーバーとを備え、上記固定部材は、照明装置本体の側面に形成された開口部と、V型反射板の端部の両縁がそれぞれ内側に折り返して形成された折り返し片と、開口部に先端が挿入され、該折り返し片を支持する先端と後端側上部に先端側に対して略平行に延出させて設けられた挟持片とで該折り返し片を挟持する固定金具とからなるものである。

引き落し金具27は線材をU字状に曲げ加工して形成されたものであり、腕部27aと両方の腕部27aを接続する接続部27bとから構成されている。そして、腕部27aの先端部は内方に折り曲げられさらに先端側が照明器具本体1側へ折り曲げられている。また、両腕部27aの基端部は照明器具本体1から離れる方向へ折り曲げられ、外方へ突出している。

図4はV型バネ25をアーム24に組み付けた状態を示す斜視図である。図4に基づいてV型バネ5の形状について説明する。
V型バネ25は1本のバネ線材を曲げ加工して形成され、両脚部25a、両脚部25aの交点部にコイル状に形成されたコイル状部25b及び両脚部25aの先端に形成されたリング部25cから構成されている。そして、両脚部25aの中央より若干先端寄りの位置が外方向(アーム24を照明器具本体1に取り付けたときにおける照明器具本体1から離れる方向)でかつ両脚部25aが近付く方向に折り曲げられ、先端折曲部25eが形成されている。
図5はアーム24にV型バネ25を組み付けた状態の側面図である。この図から分かるように、V型バネ25の脚部25bとアーム24は所定の角度αを成して装着されている。

次に、再び図3に基づいて、上記のように構成されたアーム24、V型バネ25、押え金具26及び引き落し金具27の組み付け状態について説明する。
図3に示したように、V型バネ25の両脚25aは押し狭められた状態でその先端折曲部25eが押え金具26のガイド片26bに外方から把持されている。このときV型バネ25はその両側の先端折曲部25eがほぼ平行になると共に外方に向かって延出した形状になる。そのため、押え片26aはアーム24側に密着した状態でアーム24の上部に保持される。また、引き落し金具27はその先端部がアーム24のスリット24bに挿入されると共に、押え金具26のガイド片26b上部に係合した状態でアーム24に取り付けられている。
このとき、V型バネ25はその弾性により広がろうとしているが、先端折曲部25eがほぼ平行であるため、押え金具26に下向きの力を及ぼすことはない。この図3に示す状態が照明器具本体1を天井に取り付ける前のセッティング状態である。

次に、図3のようにセッティングされた照明装置本体1を天井に取り付ける方法及びその際の取付装置23の動作を説明する。
セッティング状態にある照明装置本体1を天井板30に設けた埋込穴33に挿入する。そして、引き落し金具27の接続部27bが天井下面32に当接し、さらに照明装置本体1を押し上げると接続部27bが天井下面32により押し下げられる。接続部27bが押し下げられると、押え金具26のガイド片26b上部に係合している引き落し金具27の先端部が押え金具26を引き下げることになる。

押え金具26が引き下げられ、押え金具26の係合片26cがV型バネ25の先端折曲部25eを通過してV形状部に至ると、V型バネ25の広がろうとする力が押え金具26の係合片26cに下方に向かう力を及ぼすことになる。また、このV形状部ではV型バネ25の脚部25aがアーム24と所定の角度αを成しているので、脚部25aに係合している押え金具26の係合片26cはその両端部の上部側がV型バネ25によって内方(照明器具本体1側方向)に押されることになる。
その結果、押え金具26の押え片26bの下端部がアーム24から浮き上がることになる。すなわち、押え金具26の係合片26cがV型バネ25のV形状部に至った状態では、V型バネ25は押え片6aの下端部をアーム24から離れる方向に付勢すると共に押え金具26を下方へ移動させる方向にも付勢することになる。

押え金具26はV型バネ25の付勢力によって押え片26aの下端部をアーム24から浮き上がらせた状態でアーム24に沿って降下して押え片26aの下端部が天井板30の上面31に当接すると、図6に示すように押え片26aの下端部と照明装置本体1の外向フランジ1bによって天井板30を挟持することになり、照明装置本体1は天井に取り付けられるのである。

また、本実施の形態においては押え片6aの下端部をアーム24から離れる方向に付勢すると共に押え金具26を下方へ移動させる方向にも付勢する手段としてV型バネ25を使用した例を示したが、本発明はこれに限られるものではなく他の手段であってもよい。ただ、V型バネ25を用いた場合には構造が簡単であり、なおかつ両脚5aの開脚度やバネ材の湾曲度によって付勢力を容易に調整でき便宜である。

さらに、本実施の形態においては、引き落し金具27の接続部27bが天井下面32により下方に押し下げられることによって、V型バネ25の先端折曲部25eによる押え金具26の保持が解除されるようにしたので、照明器具本体1を埋込穴33に挿入するだけで天井面に取り付けることができ、取付の操作性及び作業性のよい照明装置を得ることができる。

次に、上記のようにして天井面に取り付けられた照明装置の取り外し方法及びその際の取付装置23の動作を説明する。
照明装置を取り外すには、照明装置本体1を下方へ引き下げる。このとき、押え片6aの下端部は天井上面31に当接した状態で押え金具26がアーム24上を上方に移動する。そして、押え金具26の係合片26cがV型バネ25の両脚25aにおける折曲部を通過し、先端折曲部25eに至ると押え金具26のC型部が先端折曲部25eに沿って外方に移動し、図3に示したように押え片26bはアーム24側に密着する。このような状態になることによって、照明装置を取付開口穴13から下方に抜き取ることができる。
このように本実施の形態1によれば、照明装置の取り外しも操作性及び作業性よく行うことができる。

以上のように本実施の形態1によれば、照明装置本体1を埋込穴33に挿入するだけで、照明装置本体1の側面に取り付けられた取付金具23がその押え金具26と照明装置本体1の外向フランジ1bとで天井板30を挟持して照明装置本体1を天井に取り付けるから、取付の操作性及び作業性がよく、従来の照明装置のように天井から吊り下げられたボルト等の吊り金具を必要とせず、そのためボルト等が照明装置本体内部に露出して見えることもないためにボルト隠しの化粧板なども不要となることにより、構成部品を最小限にでき、簡素な構造とすることができ、ランプや遮光ルーバー等も全て装着済みで照明装置本体1を取り付けることができるため、作業者の作業ミスが少なくなり、部品落下のおそれもなくなった。
また、照明装置本体内の天面にボルト用取付け穴が不要になり、天面の形状に制約が無くなったので、光制御のための反射板など従来は別パーツを取り付けていたが、天面1aに光制御のための折り曲げ部1dを設けることもできた。

さらに、従来は照明装置本体1の取り付けの際に、ボルト取り付けの作業性を考慮して遮光ルーバーが照明装置本体から取り外せる構造としていたが、本実施の形態の取付金具23によれば、遮光ルーバー12を取り外す必要もないことから、遮光ルーバー12を照明装置本体1に固定させている。
その固定方法は照明装置本体1の端部の側面の開口部1cに楔固定金具15の先端側を差し込み、その先端側で遮光ルーバー12のV型反射板13の端部の折り返し片13aを支持させて行っている。

また、照明装置本体1内に配設されたランプ7を交換するために、照明装置本体1から遮光ルーバー12を取り外す場合も、照明装置本体1を天井から取り外した後に、照明装置本体1の開口部1cから楔固定金具15を引き抜くだけで簡単に遮光ルーバー12を取り外すことができる。

また、照明装置本体1内に配設されたランプを交換するために、照明装置本体から遮光ルーバー12を取り外す場合も、照明装置本体1を天井から取り外した後に、照明装置本体1の開口部から楔固定金具15を引き抜くだけで簡単に遮光ルーバー12を取り外すことができる。
