本発明は、キュービクル等に用いられる電気機器収納用箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
キュービクル等に用いられる従来の電気機器収納用箱は、図5に示されるような溶接構造を持つものである。その組立方法は、先ず▲1▼に示されるように、四角形のベース1の前後に扉の枚数分の溶接によって組み立てた四角形の枠体2を立てて相互間をボルト止めし、▲2▼のように前後の枠体2、2間に縦梁3をボルト止めし、▲3▼のように横梁4と防水板5をボルト止めし、▲4▼のように側板6を外側からボルト止めし、最後に▲5▼のように屋根7や扉8を取り付けるというものである。

この場合、扉8には鍵付きハンドルが装着されていて、必要に応じ扉8が開かれて内部に収納した電気機器の点検等が行われている。一方、側板6は内部に収納したトランスや電気機器等の入れ換え作業の場合のみ内側よりボルトを外して取り外されるのが普通である。ところが、内側より側板6のボルトを外す際に内部に収納した電気機器等によって作業がしずらいという場合があった。また、外部から側板6のボルトを外す方式では作業性は良いがいたずらされるおそれがあり、外部側からは側板6を取り外すことのできず、かつ作業性のよい電気機器収納用箱の開発が望まれるようになってきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記のような従来の問題点を解決して、外部側から側板6の取り付けボルトを外したとしても側板6を取り外すことができず優れた保安性を発揮することができ、また構造的にも簡単でかつ安価な電気機器収納用箱を提供することを目的として完成されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するためになされた本発明の電気機器収納用箱は、枠体に対し側板を外側からボルト止めしてなる電気機器収納用箱であって、前記側板に透孔を形成するとともに該透孔に対応した位置で枠体にも透孔を形成し、これら透孔内に枠体側から側板に向けて落とし込み形式のL型ピンを挿入して枠体と側板とを係止させることにより、側板を外方向へ引っ張っても枠体から外れることがない状態としておき、更に側板を外側からボルト止めしてあることを特徴するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に、図面を参照しつつ本発明の好ましい実施の形態を示す。
図1〜図2に示されるように、四角形のベース1の前後に扉の枚数分の溶接によって組み立てた四角形の枠体2が立てられて相互間がボルト止めされ、これら前後の枠体2、2間に縦梁3がボルト止めされ、更に横梁4と防水板5がボルト止めされてフレーム体10が形成され、このフレーム体10に対し側板6、屋根7および扉8が取り付けられている点は従来のこの種の電気機器収納用箱と基本的に同じである。
なお、7aは屋根7に設けられた吊り上げ金具、8aは扉8に設けられた鍵付きハンドルである。また、図示のものでは扉内数が2枚の電気機器収納用箱が示されている。

そして本発明は、前記側板6に透孔11aが形成されているとともに該透孔11aに対応した位置でフレーム体10の支柱にも透孔11bが形成され、これら透孔11a、11b内に枠体側から側板に向けて落とし込み形式のL型ピン12が挿入されてフレーム体10と側板6とが係止されている点に特徴的構成を有する。
即ち、前記側板6は外側からボルト13によりフレーム体10に締結・固定されているのであるが、図3に示されるように、側板6は端部が折り曲げ加工されて柱部が形成されており、この柱部の内部側に前記透孔11aが形成され、一方、フレーム体10の支柱となる部分の該透孔11aと同位置にも透孔11bが形成されており、図4に示されるように、枠体側から側板に向けて落とし込み形式のL型ピン12を挿入することでフレーム体10と側板6とを係止するのである。これにより、側板6を外方向へ引張てもフレーム体10から外れることがなく、しかも外部からは前記L型ピン12は全く見えないため、外部側から側板6を取り外すことは不可能となる。

また、図示のものでは、側板6のいずれか一方の端縁部が蝶番14によりフレーム体10に対し回動自在に取り付けられており、前記L型ピン12を抜いた後では該蝶番14を中心に側板6を外方向へ開くことができるよう構成されている。
なお、図示のものでは、前記L型ピン12は下方部に1個のみ取り付けたものとしてあるが、設置場所や設計条件等に応じて任意の場所で任意の個数取り付けてもよいことは勿論である。また、ボルト13の取り付け場所および個数についても同様である。

このように構成されたものは、側板6に透孔11aを形成するとともに該透孔11aに対応した位置でフレーム体10にも透孔11bを形成し、これら透孔11a、11b内に枠体側から側板に向けてL型ピン12を挿入してフレーム体10と側板6とを係止させてあるので、外部側から側板6の取り付けボルト13を外したとしても側板6を取り外すことができず、しかも前記L型ピン12の存在は外部からは全く見えることがなく優れた保安性を発揮することとなる。従って、側板6に鍵付きハンドルのような高価な部品を用いる必要もなく廉価な製品を提供できることとなる。一方、側板6を取り外す必要がある場合には、ボルト13を抜いたうえ扉8を開いて内側よりL型ピン12を抜けば簡単に開けることができ優れた作業性を奏することとなる。

【発明の効果】
以上の説明からも明らかなように、本発明は外部側から側板6の取り付けボルトを外したとしても側板6を取り外すことができず優れた保安性を発揮することができ、また構造的にも簡単でかつ安価なものである。
よって本発明は従来の問題点を一掃した電気機器収納用箱として、産業の発展に寄与するところは極めて大である。
