Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bathroom cleaning apparatus that automatically cleans a bathtub and a washing place in a bathroom by spraying water after spraying detergent in the bathroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cleaning in the bathroom is not only a troublesome task, but also a task involving heavy labor that imposes an unreasonable working posture. In particular, it is not easy to wash a bathroom in an elderly home, and an automatic bathroom cleaning system is desired. From such a demand, the inventors of the present application have developed a bathroom cleaning apparatus that automatically cleans a bathroom after use.
[0003]
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram showing a conventional example of a bathroom in which a cleaning device is installed. A detergent is sprayed from a cleaning device 10 attached to a side wall surface of the bathroom to a bathtub 18 and a washing place 19, and water is sprinkled to automatically clean the bathroom. To do. As shown in FIG. 13, the cleaning device 10 includes a bathtub detergent nozzle 11 that sprays detergent over a wide area of the bathtub 18, a bathtub water nozzle 12 that sprays water into the bathtub 18 after the detergent is sprayed, and the bathtub 18 with dirt. The fixed nozzles 13a and 13b for spraying the detergent intensively on a specific part that is easy to wash, the washing-room detergent nozzle 14 for spraying the detergent on the washing area 19, and the washing-room water nozzle 15 for spraying the washing area 19 after the detergent is sprayed. ing.
[0004]
The cleaning device 10 is controlled by the control unit 16 to spray the detergent from the bathtub detergent nozzle 11, the washing detergent nozzle 14, the fixed nozzles 13a and 13b, the water spraying time from the bathtub water nozzle 12, and the washing water nozzle 15. The timing of spraying or watering the detergent is controlled, and these operations are automatically operated by operating the operation switch of the operation panel 17 installed outside the bathroom.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The use of the bathroom cleaning device configured as described above is at most once a day operation, there is a long downtime between the next operation, and in the final stage of operation for bathroom drying Ventilation is performed for a relatively long time. A problem that arises under such conditions of use is that the detergent remaining in the vicinity of the outlet of the nozzle hole to which the detergent is sprayed is solidified by drying and causes nozzle clogging. The detergent sprayed from the cleaning device configured as described above is sprayed from each detergent nozzle after being diluted with water to an appropriate concentration, but the detergent liquid remains outside the nozzle hole exposed to the outside air. It is inevitable that clogging is likely to occur.
[0006]
In addition, when installed on the wall as described above, the splashes or sags of the detergent sprayed from the detergent nozzle adheres to the case surface of the cleaning device, and when left as it is, it adheres to the case surface and becomes a stain-like The dirt will be fixed.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a bathroom cleaning apparatus provided with cleaning means for preventing clogging of a nozzle and dirt on a case part due to use of a detergent.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention of the present application is directed to a bathroom cleaning apparatus that sprays detergent from a detergent nozzle toward a predetermined place in a bathroom and then sprays the water from the water nozzle into the bathroom for cleaning. Washing water jetting means for spraying water onto the detergent nozzle after spraying and washing the detergent nozzle is provided.
[0009]
According to the above configuration, since the detergent nozzle after spraying the detergent is washed with water spray from the washing water jetting means, the detergent remaining in the nozzle hole and the detergent attached to the periphery of the nozzle are washed away, dried and solidified. The nozzle hole can be prevented from being clogged or dirty with detergent. Since bathroom washing is performed after bathing, the rest time from one washing to the next washing is long, and after washing, ventilation for bathroom drying is performed, so if the detergent remains or adheres, it solidifies to dry However, if the detergent is sprayed with water after spraying, it can effectively prevent harmful effects caused by the remaining detergent.
[0010]
Moreover, 2nd invention of this application provided the detergent nozzle which spreads a detergent in the washing | cleaning part attached to the side wall surface in a bathroom, and the water nozzle which spreads water, and sprayed the detergent from the detergent nozzle to the predetermined place. Then, in a bathroom cleaning apparatus that sprays water into the bathroom from the water nozzle and sprays water for cleaning the detergent nozzle after spraying the detergent and the peripheral portion of the detergent nozzle mounting portion of the cleaning section. A cleaning water injection means is provided.
[0011]
When the washing part provided with the water nozzle and the detergent nozzle is attached to the side wall surface in the bathroom, the detergent and the detergent splashed from the detergent nozzle adhere to the case surface of the washing part. Therefore, if water is sprayed from the cleaning water spraying means to the detergent nozzle and its surroundings after spraying the detergent from the detergent nozzle, the detergent remaining in the nozzle hole of the detergent nozzle and the detergent attached to the periphery are also washed away. It is possible to prevent clogging of nozzle holes and surrounding contamination.
[0012]
The washing water spraying means can be configured to be provided in the water nozzle, and a part of the water nozzle spraying water sprayed into the bathroom after spraying the detergent can be used as cleaning water jetting, and at the same time when water spraying in the bathroom The detergent nozzle and its surroundings can also be cleaned.
[0013]
By forming a water ejection hole so that the amount of water ejected from the washing water injection means is less than the amount of water sprayed from the water nozzle, washing water is injected without affecting the amount of water sprayed into the bathroom. can do.
[0014]
Further, the washing water spraying means can be configured such that washing water is sprayed to the detergent nozzle and its periphery by changing the watering angle of the water nozzle, and the watering angle of the water nozzle is formed in a variable structure. If the water spray angle is changed after the water spraying into the bathroom and the detergent nozzle is sprayed, the detergent nozzle and its surroundings can be cleaned.
[0015]
Further, the cleaning water spraying means can be formed by a nozzle that sprays cleaning water toward a predetermined range including the detergent nozzle. If the cleaning water spraying means is configured as a dedicated nozzle that sprays water toward the detergent nozzle and its periphery, the cleaning water spraying means is more reliable Water can be freely washed away.
[0016]

The rotary spray mechanism that changes the spray direction of water or detergent by driving so that the spray angle changes in rotation is configured as shown in FIG. FIG. 4 shows the drive mechanism of the bathtub water nozzle 2 in cross section. The bathtub water nozzle 2 is attached to a waterproof case disposed in the main body cover 4 of the cleaning device 1 shown in FIG. By rotating the rotation member 20 supported by the support member 22 by a motor 35, the nozzle attachment shaft 27 attached to the rotation member 20 at an inclination angle having an attachment angle α is rotated as shown in the figure. By rotating at an angle α with respect to 21, water is supplied from the joint 25 to the rotating member 20 and the nozzle mounting shaft 27, and the spray angle of water sprayed from the tip opening of the nozzle tip portion 28 is rotationally changed. As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), the nozzle tip portion 28 is formed so that water can be ejected in a line shape that spreads flatly due to the action of the throttle portion 29 and the V groove 30. The washing place water nozzle 3 is also configured in a similar manner, and the bathtub 18 and the washing place 19 are evenly washed by applying a strong jet to a narrow area and spraying this jet over a wide angle range.
[0021]
The bathtub detergent nozzle 11 and the washing detergent nozzle 14 are similarly configured to rotate and change the spray angle. However, since the detergent is sprayed in the form of a mist, the structure of the nozzle tip 33 is different as shown in FIG. In addition, a swivel tip 31 and a throttling part 32 for generating a swirl flow are provided in the detergent ejection part. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the fixed nozzles 13a and 13b employ a structure without a center hole in the swivel tip 36, so that the amount of detergent spray is small but swirl is large, and the specified target range is reached. It is configured to allow a widely spread detergent spray.
[0022]
The bathroom cleaning operation using the cleaning apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration is basically executed in a procedure as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the operation of the cleaning device 1 is controlled automatically by the control unit 16 that is activated by an operation input (operation switch ON) from the operation panel 17, so that the bathtub drains after use of the bathroom. When the operation switch of the operation panel 17 is turned ON after the stopper is pulled out and the remaining hot water in the bathtub 18 is started, the bathtub water nozzle 3 is passed after a predetermined time T01 required for draining from the bathtub 18. Then, water for preliminary cleaning is sprayed from the washing water nozzle 4, and after waiting for a predetermined time T02, the detergent is sprayed from the bathtub detergent nozzle 11, the washing detergent nozzle 14, and the fixed nozzles 13a and 13b. After elapse of time T03 required for the decomposition of the dirt by the detergent, water is sprayed again from the bathtub water nozzle 2 and the washing water nozzle 3, and the dirt decomposed together with the detergent is washed away. After this series of cleaning operations is completed, the bathroom is dried by performing a ventilation operation for a certain period of time.
[0023]
The frequency with which the bathroom cleaning device 1 configured as described above is operated has a long downtime from the cleaning to the next cleaning even when bathing once a day. Ventilation is carried out for a relatively long time to dry the bathroom. In such a use environment of the cleaning apparatus 1, if detergent remains in the vicinity of the detergent ejection holes of the bathtub detergent nozzle 11, the fixed nozzles 13 a and 13 b, and the washing place detergent nozzle 14 provided in the cleaning apparatus 1, the rest time and drying time are increased. There is a risk of drying and solidifying over time and clogging the nozzle holes. In addition, the splashes and sags of the detergent sprayed from the detergent ejection holes adhere to the peripheral part. If the detergent is left unattended, stains may be fixed on the case surface or the like. . As a countermeasure against fouling by this residual detergent, as described above, the auxiliary water spout 6 is provided in each of the bathtub water nozzle 2 and the washing water nozzle 3 to remove the remaining detergent by watering.
[0024]
This sub-sprinkling port 6 is provided in the bathtub water nozzle 2 and the washing area water nozzle 3, and simultaneously sprays the bathtub 18 and the washing area 19, each detergent nozzle 11, 14, each fixed nozzle 13a, 13b and their peripheral parts. It is configured to be sprayed with water to wash away any remaining detergent. FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the auxiliary water spout 6 provided in the bathtub water nozzle 2. One of the water sprayed from the nozzle tip 28 from the auxiliary water spout 6 opened at the nozzle mounting shaft 27 at a predetermined angle β. The part is ejected. As shown in FIG. 5C, the amount of water ejected from the water ejection port 6 is 1 / of the amount ejected from the nozzle tip 28 through the opening of the sub-water spray port 6 formed in the circumferential direction of the nozzle shaft 27. The opening area is about 8 to 1/10. Water is ejected from the auxiliary water sprinkling port 6 and the bathtub water nozzle 2 is rotationally driven by a mechanism that rotates and changes the direction of water spraying from the bathtub water nozzle 2 (similar to the washing water nozzle 3) as shown in FIG. 1 (b), water is sprayed in a predetermined range in the circumferential direction centering on the bathtub water nozzle 2, and the bathtub detergent nozzle 11 and the fixed nozzles 13a and 13b included in the water spray range are washed with water. Is done.
[0025]
At the same time, as shown in FIG. 9, the surface of the lower cover 5 is sprayed with water, so that the detergent attached to the lower cover 5 is also washed away. A structure similar to this is also provided in the washing area water nozzle 3, and water is ejected from the water injection port 6 when the washing area 19 is sprinkled to clean the surfaces of the washing area detergent nozzle 14 and the lower cover 5. Sprinkling from the bathtub water nozzle 2 and the washing water nozzle 3 is performed after spraying the detergent as in the procedure shown in FIG. 8, so that the detergent remaining in the vicinity of the outlets of the detergent nozzles 11 and 14 Since the detergent adhering to the lower cover 5 as a drooping is also washed away, nozzle clogging or cover contamination due to drying and solidification of the detergent does not occur.
[0026]
The configuration of the washing water jetting means for washing away the detergent remaining in the bathtub detergent nozzle 11, the fixed nozzles 13a and 13b, the washing place detergent nozzle 14 and the lower cover 5 by watering can be configured as shown in FIG.
[0027]
FIG. 10 schematically shows the configuration of the bathtub water nozzle 7 or the washing water nozzle 8 configured such that the water injection angle direction changes according to the water pressure, and the nozzle mounting shaft 36 formed in the flexible structure is in the axial direction. When the water pressure of the water to be supplied is absent or weak, the nozzle mounting shaft 36 is bent by the bias of the spring member 37 as shown in FIG. When a predetermined water pressure is sprayed on the bathtub 18 or the washing place 19, the water pressure is set to be larger than the biasing pressure of the spring member 37, so that the nozzle is attached by the water pressure as shown in FIG. The shaft 36 is linear or has a small bending angle, and jets water in a predetermined watering direction. Therefore, in the case of this configuration, the water injection angle is changed by adjusting the water supply pressure to the bath water nozzle 7 or the washing water nozzle 8, as shown in FIG. 10 (c). When attached to the nozzle rotating mechanism (see FIG. 4), when the water pressure is increased, water can be sprayed into the bathtub 18 or the washing place 19, and when the water pressure is decreased, the detergent nozzles 11 and 14 and the fixed nozzles 13a, 13b, Furthermore, the remaining cover can be washed away by spraying water on the lower cover 5.
[0028]
The washing water jetting means for washing the detergent nozzle and the cover part as described above can also be configured by separately spraying a dedicated watering nozzle in a predetermined direction at a predetermined timing.
[0029]
The cleaning device 1 described above is configured to be attached to the side wall surface of the bathroom as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, but is configured to be attached to the ceiling surface of the bathroom as shown in FIG. You can also. In the case of the cleaning device 9 having such a ceiling surface installation structure, since the detergent does not hang down on the cover 34 of the device, the cleaning water spraying means intensively cleans each of the detergent nozzles 11, 14, 13a, 13b. Each of the water nozzles 2 and 3 can be configured by adopting the structure provided with the auxiliary water sprinkling port 6 shown in FIG. 5 so as to reduce the amount of water sprayed from the auxiliary watering port 6.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to wash away the detergent remaining in the vicinity of the jet nozzle of the detergent nozzle and the detergent hanging on the apparatus cover by watering, so that the operation of the washing apparatus is stopped or in the bathroom. Nozzle clogging and soiling can be prevented by drying and solidifying the remaining detergent by ventilation for drying.
