蓄冷剤により電源を切っても調理品などを保冷状態に維持できて、たとえば厨房と宴会場の間で移動できるようにしたキャスター付き冷蔵庫においては、移動時には電源プラグをコンセントから抜く必要がある。この場合、従来は冷蔵庫に内蔵のコードリールに電源コードをバネの力で巻き取る方式が採用されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに、バネの力で巻き取る上記コードリールでは、繰り返し使用に伴いバネの疲れ現象が生じるため、電源コードのプラグが付いている先端までを完全に巻き取れなくなることがあった。この場合、冷蔵庫の移動時に電源コードの先端が垂れてプラグを引きずり、冷蔵庫の底側のキャスターが電源コードやプラグを踏みつけて損傷、破損させるおそれがあった。

本発明の目的は、電源コードの収納に際し従来の巻き取り方式に代えて引っ掛け方式を採用することにより、電源コード先端のプラグの引きずり、損傷防止、引っ掛け操作の簡易化を図れる移動式冷蔵庫を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、冷蔵庫本体1の外面上に、先端にプラグ4が付いている電源コード3を引っ掛けるためのコードハンガー5が1個または2個以上取り付けられる移動式冷蔵庫であって、コードハンガー5が、冷蔵庫本体1の外面上に固着された取付部7と、取付部7から前方へ突出した左右の支持腕部9・9と、支持腕部9・9の各突出端から上向きに突設した立上り部10・10とを有しており、支持腕部9・9間から立上り部10・10間にわたって、電源コード径よりも広く、かつプラグ4の電源コード径よりも広幅部分の幅寸法Wよりも狭い間隙S1・S2を形成したものである。

電源コード3の先端を左右の立上り部10・10間から支持腕部9・9間に差し込んでプラグ4を左右の支持腕部9・9上に懸垂状態に引っ掛けることで、電源コード3がコードハンガー5から垂れ下がる状態に、またプラグ4が支持腕部9・9から下方へ、立上り部10・10から前方へそれぞれ脱落することのない状態に納められる。
また、かかるプラグ4の引っ掛け状態によれば、電源コード3がプラグ4から下方へ真っ直ぐに垂れ下がり、プラグ4と電源コード3との接続部分(コードアーマ部分)に曲げ応力が加えられることがないので、当該箇所での断線を防ぐうえで有利となる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1および図8において、1は冷蔵庫本体、2は冷蔵庫本体1の底に付けたキャスター、3は冷蔵庫本体1内の冷却装置(図示省略)に接続されて背面側に導出されている電源コード、4は電源コード3の先端に付けたプラグ、5は冷蔵庫本体1の背面1aの上方に左右に並べてそれぞれビス6で取り付けられ、電源コード3が引っ掛けられるコードハンガーである。

図2ないし図7において、上記コードハンガー5は1本の金属線材を正面視において逆U字形状に曲げた取付部7を形成し、この取付部7の左右脚7a・7aの両下端部を直角に曲げて前方へ突出する左右の支持腕部9・9を形成し、左右の支持腕部9・9の各突出端部10aを一旦左右外側方へ直角に曲げ、更にこの突出端部10aの外向き端10bを上方へ円弧状に曲げ起こし、最後にこの外向き端10bの先端10cを下向きに巻き返して左右の環状の立上り部10・10を形成してなる。
