【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、液体洗剤、トイレタリー、調味料等の注出口付パウチに関するものであり、さらに詳細には、内容物を注出し易くし、かつ再封も可能にする開口保持部材付パウチに
関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、プラスチックフィルムをベースにした単層もしくは２層以上の積層包装材料の周縁を熱接着して、液体スープや粘稠香辛料（練りからし等）などを収納する注出口付パウチがあり、使用に際しその注出口を鋏等で切断して内容物を絞りだしていた。さらに近年の廃棄物増加に係わる環境問題から、省資源や廃棄物の減量・減容化を目的として、液体洗剤やシャンプー等トイレタリー品を収納するプラスチックボトルに代わる容器またはこのプラスチック容器に容易に詰め替えが可能な注出口付詰替え用パウチ（スタンディングパウチ）が数多く使用されるようになってきた。

この注出口付詰替え用パウチとしては、使用時に突出している注出口の先端を切断して開口し、内容物（液体）を注ぎ出すものでシール性のある単層フィルムもしくは最内層がシーラント層の複合フィルムからなる注出口付パウチがあり、本体容器として使用する時あるいはプラスチックボトル等へ内容物を詰め替える時に、内容物を注ぎ易くするために、例えば特開平５−１３２０６９号公報に開示されているように、注出口内部にプラスチック製等の中空円筒状あるいは中空半円筒状ノズルを取り付けたものや、特開平８？２５３８号公報に開示されているように、注出口部の袋自体に中空（半）円筒状の注出管路を形成したものなどがある。

ところが、最近、更なる省資源や廃棄物に係わる環境保全を目的として、本体容器として使用したり、詰替え用パウチの容量を増やして、一本で数回の詰め替えが可能なパウチが要求されるようになってきた。このため、注出口付パウチに再封機能が必要になり、この再封機能が付加された注出口付パウチは、容器本体としても使用可能となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前述したような従来の内容物を注出し易くした注出口付パウチでは、再封機能がなく、これら要望に応えることができなかった。

本発明は、かかる従来技術の問題点とそれに対する要望を解決するものであり、その課題とするところは、注出口から内容物を注ぎ易く、かつ再封機能を有する再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に於いて上記課題を達成するために、まず請求項１の発明では、前記再封機能を有する開口維持部材は、上部中央方形状板の左右両側に上部左右方形状板が外面に切り込みを有する縦折り曲げ線を介して連設し、下部中央方形状板の左右両側に下部左右方形状板が外面に切り込みを有する縦折り曲げ線を介して連設し、前記上部中央方形状板と下部中央方形状板は、外面に切り込みを有する横折り曲げ線を介して連設し、前記上部左右方形状板と下部左右方形状板は、角の頂点が前記横折り曲げ線の端部にくるような略直角にカット分離され、前記上部および下部の縦折り曲げ線を挟んで該当板の内面に１対のコの字嵌合部を設け、前記横折り曲げ線を挟んで該当板の内面に１対の中折り嵌合部を設けてなり、前記上下部中央方形状板の外面と前記注出口の内面とが貼着されていることを特徴とする再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチとしたものである。

さらにまた、請求項２の発明では、前記再封機能を有する開口維持部材は、上部中央方形状板の左右両側に上部左右方形状板が外面に切り込みを有する縦折り曲げ線を介して連設し、下部中央方形状板の左右両側に下部左右方形状板が外面に切り込みを有する縦折り
曲げ線を介して連設し、前記上部中央方形状板と下部中央方形状板は、外面に切り込みを有する横折り曲げ線を介して連設し、前記上部左右方形状板の下端と下部左右方形状板の上端に、互いに嵌合する中折り嵌合片を設け、前記上部および下部の縦折り曲げ線を挟んで該当板の内面に１対のコの字嵌合部を設けてなり、前記上下部中央方形状板の外面と前記注出口の内面とが貼着されていることを特徴とする再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチとしたものである。

上記請求項１または請求項２の発明によれば、注出口の先端を切断し、その注出口の内面に貼着されている偏平な開口維持部材をパウチの外側から指で縦折り曲げ線に従い内側に９０°折り曲げて左右方形状板を立ち起こして、コの字嵌合部で嵌合させ、コの字型樋状として内容物の流路を確保することができるので、内容物の注出が安定して注ぎ易くし、予定量の内容物の注出後、立ち起こしたコの字型樋状のままで、横折り曲げ線を内側に約９０°折り曲げ、中折り嵌合部で嵌合させるか、あるいは互いに嵌合する中折り嵌合片で嵌合させることによって、開口部を容易に再封することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を用いて詳細に説明する。
本発明は、図１１の平面図に示すように、表裏の合成樹脂フィルムの周縁がシールされたシール部（６４）でなり、上部に突出し、使用時にその先端を（例えば、ノッチ（６２）を手掛かりにして）切断して開口する注出口（６０）を有するパウチにおいて、その注出口（６０）の内面に再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）が貼着されている再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）に関するものである。

前記再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）としては、使用目的に適応した特性をもつポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどの熱可塑性樹脂で、しかもパウチを形成する合成樹脂フィルム（次項で述べる最内層）と熱接着性にすぐれた樹脂を用いて、射出成形法により作製するもので、パウチの注出口（６０）の内面への貼着は、部分的熱融着か接着剤を用いてもよい。

また、本発明の再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）の材料構成で、シール性のある単層プラスチックフィルムとしては、例えば結晶性ポリプロピレン、結晶性プロピレン−エチレン共重合体、低密度ポリエチレン、中密度ポリエチレン、高密度ポリエチレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、イオン架橋オレフィン共重合体などのポリオレフィン類が挙げられる。

また、最内層がシーラント層でなる２層以上の複合フィルムの表面層としては、例えば厚さ１２μｍ程度の延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムあるいはナイロンフィルムなどが用いられ、その裏面に切断支持線等を含めた印刷が施される。

また、２層の複合フィルムの最内層を形成するシーラント層としては、例えば厚さ５０μｍ程度の上記線状低密度ポリエチレンフィルム、高密度ポリエチレンフィルム、無延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムなどが使用され、ドライラミネーション用接着剤を介して表面層のフィルムとラミネートするか、前記線状低密度あるいは高密度ポリエチレン樹脂等を用いた溶融押し出しラミネーション法でラミネートして得られるものである。

さらに充填される内容物によって３層、４層とすることができ、例えば、注出口付パウチに強度を付与する場合は、表面層とシーラント層の間に厚さ１２μｍ程度の延伸ナイロン（ＯＮ）フィルムをラミネートで施したり、ガスバリア性が要求される注出口付パウチには、例えば表面層とシーラント層の間に、アルミニウム箔（７μｍ）／ポリエチレンテ
レフタレートフィルム（１２μｍ）やセラミック蒸着フィルム（例えばＳｉＯ² 蒸着層／ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム（１２μｍ））をラミネートで施した複合フィルムが用いられる。

上記のような表裏２枚のシール性を有する単層フィルムあるいは最内層がシーラント層でなる２層以上の複合フィルムを用いて、図１５に示すように、その内面周縁をシールしてシール部（６４）を形成し、上部に突出する注出口（６０）の先端に、開封のためのノッチ（６２）を設けるか、あるいはレーザーやロータリー刃等でハーフカット線（図示せず）を設け、またパウチ形状として、通常周知の自立しない平坦なパウチとするか、あるいは底部（６６）に底部材フィルムを設けて自立可能にしたスタンディングパウチとしてもよい。

本発明の再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）の一実施の形態として、まず請求項１の発明では、図１の斜視図に示すように、例えば再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）としては、厚さ１．２ｍｍ程度の上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）の左右両側に上部左縦長方形状板（１２ａ）と上部右縦長方形状板（１２ｂ）が外面にＶ溝状切り込み（２２）を有するそれぞれ縦折り曲げ線（２０ｉ，２０ｊ）を介して連設し、下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）の左右両側に下部左縦長方形状板（１４ａ）と上部右縦長方形状板（１４ｂ）が外面にＶ溝状切り込み（図示せず）を有するそれぞれ縦折り曲げ線（２０ｉ，２０ｊ）を介して連設し、前記上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）と下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）は、外面にＶ溝状切り込み（２２）を有する横折り曲げ線（２１）を介して連設し、前記上部左右縦長方形状板（１２ａ，１２ｂ）と下部左右縦長方形状板（１４ａ，１４ｂ）は、角の頂点が前記横折り曲げ線（２１）の端部にくるような略直角にカット分離されていて、前記上部および下部の縦折り曲げ線（２０ｉ，２０ｊ）を挟んで該当板の内面に凹型リブ（２５ａ）と凸型リブ（２５ｂ）でなる１対のコの字嵌合部（２５）が設けられ、前記横折り曲げ線（２１）を挟んで、上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）と下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）の内面に凸型リブ（２５ｂ）と凹型リブ（２５ａ）でなる１対の中折り嵌合部（２７）が設けられている平坦な再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）とする。

上記で得られた平坦な再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）を、図２（ａ）の斜視図に示すように、その上部および下部中央縦長方形状板（１２，１４）の外面をパウチの注出口（６０）の内面に、ヒートシールあるいは接着剤で接着させて再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）とするものである。

上記のコの字嵌合部（２５）の形状として、図３（ａ）の斜視図と図３（ｂ）の側断面図に示すように、四角板状の凸型リブ（２５ｂ）と先端に鷲の嘴様の引っ掛け片をもつ凹型リブ（２５ａ）でなり、図３（ｃ）の側断面図に示すように、例えば上部左縦長方形状板（１２ａ）を９０°内折りすると、凸型リブ（２５ｂ）に凹型リブ（２５ａ）の引っ掛け片を引っ掛けるようにして嵌合させることもできる。

また、上記のコの字嵌合部（２５）の他の形状として、図４（ａ）の斜視図と図４（ｂ）の側断面図に示すように、先端が丸い円柱状の凸型リブ（２５ｂ）とアーチ型の凹型リブ（２５ａ）でなり、図４（ｃ）の側断面図に示すように、例えば上部左縦長方形状板（１２ａ）を９０°内折りすると、凸型リブ（２５ｂ）が凹型リブ（２５ａ）のアーチ内に嵌合する形状とすることもできる。

さらにまた、上記のコの字嵌合部（２５）の他の形状として、図５（ａ）の斜視図と図４（ｂ）の側断面図に示すように、縦長の四半円柱状の凸型リブ（２５ｂ）と先端に縦長の鉤部をもつ凹型リブ（２５ａ）でなり、図５（ｃ）の側断面図に示すように、例えば上部左縦長方形状板（１２ａ）を９０°内折りすると、凸型リブ（２５ｂ）に凹型リブ（２５ａ）の鉤部を引っ掛けるようにして嵌合する形状とすることもできる。

上記の中折り嵌合部（２７）の形状として、図１の斜視図に示すように、横長の四半円柱状の凸型リブ（２５ｂ）と先端に横長の鉤部をもつ凹型リブ（２５ａ）でなり、例えば上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）を９０°内折りする（図示せず）と、凸型リブ（２５ｂ）に凹型リブ（２５ａ）の鉤部を引っ掛けるようにして嵌合するものである。

また、上記の中折り嵌合部（２７）の他の形状として、図６の斜視図に示すように、横長の四角形状の凸型リブ（２５ｂ）と上部に傾斜辺をもつ縦型板リブ（２５ｃ）でなり、例えば上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）を９０°内折りする（図示せず）と、凸型リブ（２５ｂ）上面に縦型板リブ（２５ｃ）の傾斜辺が当たり係止するような形状とすることもできる。

さらにまた、上記の中折り嵌合部（２７）の他の形状として、図７（ａ）の斜視図に示すように、横折り曲げ線（２１）上に穿設された四角形状孔（２５ｄ）と該孔の下辺に先端が内側に突出している凸型リブ（２５ｂ）とでなり、例えば上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）を９０°内折りすると、図７（ｂ）の斜視図に示すように、四角形状孔（２５ｄ）の上辺に凸型リブ（２５ｂ）の先端が接するようにして、上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）の外面に飛び出して嵌合するような形状とすることもできる。

さらにまた、上記の中折り嵌合部（２７）の他の形状として、図８の斜視図に示すように、２対の先端外側に縦長の引っ掛け部をもつ凹型リブ（２５ａ）と上端内側に横長の引っ掛け部をもつ凸型リブ（２５ｂ）とでなり、例えば上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）を９０°内折りすると、凹型リブ（２５ａ）と凸型リブ（２５ｂ）の引っ掛け部同志が互いに引っ掛けるように嵌合する形状とすることもできる。

以上のような請求項１の発明の再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチの使用に際し、図２（ａ）に示すような注出口（６０）先端のノッチ（６２）をもとに切断し、図２（ｂ）の斜視図に示すように、注出口（６０）の両側シール部（６４）を指で押しながら、再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）の上部左右縦長方形上板（１２ａ，１２ｂ）と下部左右縦長方形上板（１４ａ，１４ｂ）を立ち起こしてコの字嵌合部（図示せず）で嵌合させて樋型コの字形状とし、パウチの開口部（６８）とその内部の樋型コの字形状体内に内容物の流路（２８）を確保することができるので、パウチの注出口（６０）から内容物を安定して注ぎ易くすることができる。

さらに、内容物を予定量注出後、その再封は、図２（ｂ）に示す樋型コの字形状の再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）を、図２（ｃ）の斜視図に示すように、横折り曲げ線（２１）で内側に略９０°折り曲げ、中折り嵌合部（２７）で嵌合させることによって、簡単に再封が完了するものである。

また、本発明の再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）の一実施の形態として、請求項２の発明は、図９の斜視図に示すように、例えば再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）は、厚さ１．２ｍｍ程度の上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）の左右両側に上部左縦長方形状板（１２ａ）と上部右縦長方形状板（１２ｂ）が外面にＶ溝状切り込み（２２）を有するそれぞれ縦折り曲げ線（２０ｋ，２０ｌ）を介して連設し、下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）の左右両側に下部左縦長方形状板（１４ａ）と下部右縦長方形状板（１４ｂ）が外面にＶ溝状切り込み（図示せず）を有するそれぞれ縦折り曲げ線（２０ｋ，２０ｌ）を介して連設し、前記上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）と下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）は、外面にＶ溝状切り込み（２２）を有する横折り曲げ線（２１）を介して連設し、前記上部左右方形状板（１２ａ，１２ｂ）の下端と下部左右方形状板（１４ａ，１４ｂ）の上端に、互いに嵌合する中折り嵌合片（２７ａ，２７ｂ）を設け、前記上部および下部の縦折り曲げ線（２０ｋ，２０ｌ）を挟んで該当板の内面に凹凸でなる１対のコの字嵌合部（２５）を設けた平坦な再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）とする。

上記で得られた平坦な再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）を、図１０（ａ）の斜視図に示すように、その上部中央縦長方形状板（１２）および下部中央縦長方形状板（１４）の外面をパウチの注出口（６０）の内面に、ヒートシールあるいは接着剤で接着させて再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチ（１）とするものである。

上記請求項２の発明でのコの字嵌合部（２５）の形状は、請求項１の発明の場合と同様に、図３〜図５に示すように、凹型リブ（２５ａ）と凸型リブ（２５ｂ）でなる一対のコの字嵌合部（２５）とすることもできる。

以上のような請求項２の発明の再封可能な開口維持部材付パウチの使用に際し、図１０（ａ）に示すような注出口（６０）先端のノッチ（６２）をもとに切断し、図１０（ｂ）の斜視図に示すように、注出口（６０）の両側シール部（６４）を指で押しながら、再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）の上部左右縦長方形上板（１２ａ，１２ｂ）と下部左右縦長方形上板（１４ａ，１４ｂ）を立ち起こしてコの字嵌合部（図示せず）で嵌合させてコの字型樋状とし、パウチの開口部（６８）とその内部のコの字型樋状内に内容物の流路（２８）を確保することができるので、パウチの注出口（６０）から内容物を安定して注ぎ易くすることができる。

さらに、内容物を予定量注出後、その再封は、図１０（ｂ）に示すコの字型樋状の再封機能を有する開口維持部材（２）を、図１０（ｃ）の斜視図に示すように、横折り曲げ線（２１）で内側に略９０°折り曲げ、上部左右縦長方形状板（１２ａ，右は図示せず）の下端の中折り嵌合片（２７ａ）と下部左右縦長方形状板（１４ａ，右は図示せず）の上端の中折り嵌合片（図示せず）を嵌合させることによって、簡単に再封が完了するものである。すなわち請求項３の発明での中折り嵌合部（２７）を必要とせず、より単純で成型し易い形状の嵌合部とすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上の構成であるから、下記に示す如き効果がある。
即ち、前記再封機能を有する開口維持部材は、上下部中央方形状板の左右両側に上下部左右方形状板が縦折り曲げ線を介して連設し、、上部と下部中央方形状板は、横折り曲げ線を介して連設し、前記縦折り曲げ線を挟んでコの字嵌合部を、前記横折り曲げ線を挟んで中折り嵌合部を設けてなるもので、その上下部中央方形状板の外面とパウチ注出口の内面とが貼着されているパウチとしたので、その使用に際し、開封後指で縦折り曲げ線に従い内側に９０°折り曲げてコの字型樋状とすることによって内容物の流路を確保することができるので、内容物の注出が安定して注ぎ易くすることができ、その再封は、コの字型
樋状のままで、横折り曲げ線を内側に約９０°折り曲げ中折り嵌合部で嵌合させることによって、開口部を容易に再封することができる。

従って本発明は、液体洗剤等トイレタリー品を収容する注出口付詰替え用パウチあるいは本体容器として、特に再封をも可能にする開口維持部材付パウチとして、優れた実用上の効果を発揮する。
