Description

【0001】

By the way, recently, for the purpose of improving the appearance of the room, the left and right wall portions 21 that cover the rear end of the seat leg (not shown) from the rear as shown in FIG. An approximately U-shaped seat leg cover 20 comprising a front wall 22 connected at the front end is mounted, and in this case, a heater duct for supplying warm air to the feet of the rear seat occupant H 10 is connected to an opening 25 formed in a portion of the left and right wall portions 21 of the seat leg cover 20 where the wall portion 21 near the center of the vehicle and the front wall 22 intersect with each other. Hot air is blown out toward the feet of the seat occupant H.
The opening 25 is provided with a dividing plate 253 that divides the flow of the warm air into left and right so that the warm air is directed to the left and right legs of the rear seat occupant H.
In addition, the code | symbol used for the prior art example shown in this FIG. 8 and embodiment of this invention mentioned later shows the same site | part with the same code | symbol.
[0005]
However, as described above, the heater duct 10 is connected to the opening 25 formed in the portion where the wall 21 near the vehicle center and the front wall 22 intersect the left and right walls 21 of the seat leg cover 20. In this case, among the warm air divided into right and left by the dividing plate 253, the warm air on the vehicle center side flows along the wall portion 21 near the vehicle center of the seat leg cover 20, so that the flow of the warm air spreads. In addition, there is a problem that the supply of warm air to the feet of the rear seat occupant H is localized and the heating feeling is poor.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and even when the front seat includes a seat leg cover, the warm air supplied to the feet of the rear seat occupant spreads and the heater duct has a good heating feeling. An object is to provide an air outlet structure.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The air outlet structure of the heater duct according to claim 1 of the present invention is an overall substantially U-shaped seat leg cover comprising left and right walls covering the rear end of the seat leg from the rear and a front wall connecting the left and right walls at the front end. The seat is disposed between the lower surface of the front seat and the vehicle floor, and is connected to an opening formed at a portion where the left and right walls of the seat leg cover intersect the front wall. In the air outlet structure of the heater duct that blows warm air toward the feet of the occupant, a protrusion that peels off the flow of warm air along the left and right walls of the seat leg cover is provided in the vicinity of the opening of the seat leg cover. And
Therefore, among the warm air blown out from the opening of the seat leg cover, the warm air flowing along the left and right walls of the seat leg cover is separated from the left and right walls by the ridges, so that the temperature supplied to the feet of the rear seat occupant A spread in the width direction can be obtained in the wind.
[0008]
Moreover, the air duct outlet structure of the heater duct of Claim 2 which concerns on this invention is an air outlet structure of the heater duct of Claim 1, Comprising: The said protrusion is integrally formed with the seat leg cover. It is characterized by that.
Therefore, since the protrusion and the left and right walls are continuously formed, the hot air can be smoothly peeled off from the left and right walls without disturbing the flow of the hot air, and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of an air outlet structure of a heater duct according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The air outlet structure of the heater duct of the present embodiment is provided between the lower part of the front seat such as the driver seat or the passenger seat and the floor surface, and blows warm air from the heater device to the legs of the passengers in the rear seat It is.
Here, FIG. 1 is a perspective view in which the heater duct is attached to the floor surface, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the air outlet of the heater duct. FIG. 3 is a sectional view thereof.

The structure of the air outlet structure of the heater duct according to the present invention will be described in an embodiment provided in the lower part of the driver's seat.
First, as shown in FIG. 1, the heater duct 10 rises at the front end in order to blow warm air (air) from the heater device 1 provided below the instrument panel 62 of the vehicle 60 to the feet of the rear seat occupant H. The connecting portion 11 is connected to the heater device 1, is folded horizontally from the rising connecting portion 11, is along the main duct portion 12 on the floor surface 61 of the vehicle 60, and the rear outlet port 15 is connected to the lower surface of the front seat 40. And between the floor 61.
[0011]
On the other hand, on the left and right sides of the lower surface of the front seat 40, seat adjuster rails 31 for adjusting the front-rear position of the front seat 40 are provided in the vehicle front-rear direction, and the front seat 40 is connected to the vehicle via the seat adjuster rail 31. A seat leg 30 for fixing to 60 floors 61 is disposed on the lower surface of the seat adjuster rail 31 in the vehicle front-rear direction.
Then, an overall substantially U-shaped seat leg cover comprising a left and right wall 21 covering the rear end of the seat leg 30 from the rear and a front wall 22 connecting the left and right walls 21 at the front end so as to bridge the left and right seat legs 30. 20 is attached.
Therefore, the seat leg cover 20 surrounds the left and right and front portions of the lower portion of the front seat 40, and the foot space S of the rear seat occupant H is formed in which the upper portion is surrounded by the lower surface of the front seat 40 and the lower portion is surrounded by the vehicle floor 61. It becomes.
[0012]
In the left and right walls 21 of the seat leg cover 20, a horizontally long opening 25 is formed at a portion where the wall 21 near the vehicle center and the front wall 22 intersect. As shown in FIG. 4, two plate-like blades 252 are formed in the horizontal direction so that the vertical direction is divided into three, and in the vertical direction, the angle at which the wall portion 21 and the front wall 22 intersect. A dividing plate 253 that divides the wind flow into the left and right sides on the side close to the part, and a fin 254 that defines the wind direction on the side far from the corner part are formed so as to intersect the blade 252.
Further, a coupling flange 251 is formed around the opening 25 on the surface opposite to the foot space S formed by the seat leg cover 20, and the coupling flange 251 covers the coupling flange 251 from the outer surface thereof. As described above, the air outlet 15 at the rear end of the main duct 12 is connected to form the air outlet 2.
[0013]
Further, in the vicinity of the opening 25 of the wall 21 near the center of the vehicle that is continuous from the opening 25 of the seat leg cover 20, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the flow of warm air along the wall 21 A protrusion 27 having a horizontal cross section that protrudes toward the foot space S is formed.
The protrusion 27 may be formed integrally with the seat leg cover 20 and has at least approximately the same length in the vertical direction as the opening height of the opening 25. As shown in FIG. It may be provided over the entire height direction.
[0014]
(Function)
Next, the operation of the air outlet structure of the heater duct of the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
As shown in FIG. 5, the warm air blown from the opening 25 of the seat leg cover 20 through the air outlet 15 from the main duct 12 is directed to the legs of the rear seat occupant H by the dividing plate 253. Divided into left and right. Among the halved warm airs, the warm air on the left side (vehicle center side) of the dividing plate 253 in FIG. 5 is separated from the wall portion 21 by the ridges 27, and as a result, the air distribution pattern A having a spread in the width direction. Thus, the left leg of the rear seat occupant H is blown out so as to cover the entire left leg.
Further, the warm air on the right side of the dividing plate 253 is guided by the fins 254 and blown out so as to cover the legs of the rear seat occupant H with the air distribution pattern B similar to the conventional one.
[0015]
In this manner, the air outlet 15 of the heater duct 10 is connected to the opening 25 provided at a portion where the left and right walls 21 of the seat leg cover 20 and the front wall 22 connecting the front ends of the left and right walls 21 intersect with each other, Since the protrusions 27 for separating the flow of hot air along the left and right walls 21 are provided in the vicinity of the opening 25, the hot air that is going to flow along the left and right walls 21 from the opening 25 is the protrusion 27. Is peeled off from the left and right walls 21 of the seat leg cover 20, so that the width of the warm air flow is expanded in the width direction, and the heating feeling can be improved.
