Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a faucet device for an automatic faucet equipped with an automatic sensor or touch switch used in a kitchen or a washroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When installing an automatic sensor or touch switch near the spout, it is necessary to provide a water passage and a signal line inside the faucet, and the spout can be rotated on the horizontal plane with the base as a reference. When trying to do so, it is necessary to pass the signal line through the rotating part, and thus the structure becomes complicated.
For example, in the faucet device shown in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-86159, a pipe member and a spout inner pipe fixed to a faucet main body in a watertight and rotatable manner are watertightly fixed, and the inner pipe is connected with a spout outer pipe having an irregular shape. The signal line was passed through the gap between the double pipes. This signal line was passed to the bottom of the counter through a hole provided in the faucet body. Furthermore, a decorative cover was used to hide the holes and signal lines.
Moreover, in the faucet device shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-125862, the signal line is passed through the spout water passage, and the spout pipe is constituted only by the water passage portion.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional faucet device has the following problems.
In the faucet device shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-86159, the inner pipe receives strength, so it has to be made of a highly rigid material, for example, metal, and the outer pipe is an external part, so it requires external quality. . For this reason, plating or the like has to be used, and both the inner pipe and the outer pipe are expensive. Further, since the inner tube and the outer tube are in contact with each other, when hot water is passed through the inner tube, the heat is also transmitted to the outer tube, which may cause burns. Furthermore, since the inner pipe is rigid, it is easily affected by the shape of the spout.
Further, in the faucet device shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-125862, since the signal line is passed through the water passage portion, at least two signal line penetration portions exist in the water passage portion, and a waterproof structure must be taken. In addition, since the signal line comes into contact with water, when it is used for drinking water or the like, elution of components from the signal line has to be taken into account, which causes a problem in safety.
Furthermore, since the spout tube is only a water passage portion, when hot water is passed through, the spout itself becomes hot and may cause burns.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a water faucet device that is provided with a heat insulating structure in a spout, enhances the waterproofness of a signal line, and is easy to assemble.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The faucet device according to the present invention that meets the above-mentioned object is a faucet device in which a base side of a spout having a water discharger is rotatably attached to a faucet main body portion that is fixedly arranged. A first pipe member provided with a water discharger joint to which the water discharger is connected on the front side, a main body part joint to be connected to the faucet main body part on the base side, and a gap on the inner side of the first pipe member. And the front side has a second pipe connected to the water discharger joint and the base side is connected to the main body joint in a watertight state. In addition, spout says the pipe part containing the water outlet provided in the front side of the faucet body.
Since the faucet device according to the present invention has a double pipe structure of the first pipe member and the second pipe member, it is possible to make it difficult to transfer heat by providing an air layer in the gap therebetween, for example, As a result, the outer first tube is not heated by hot water or hot water passing through the second tube.
[0005]
Here, the faucet main body part has a spout insertion port for inserting the base part of the spout on the upper part, and a connecting part provided at the base side end part of the main body part joint and communicating with the second pipe member. A spout connection port to be connected to is provided with a certain distance on the same axis. Thereby, a spout difference was included port and spout connection port on the same axis, since it is provided having a predetermined distance, the spout is easily rotated, it is possible to reduce the lateral play .
Moreover, the part in which the spout insertion port is formed may be a separate part, and the faucet body may be an assembly structure. If it is a separate part, the spout base can be inserted into the spout insertion port, the signal line can be connected, and then the spout can be connected to the spout connection port.
Here, a notch portion that communicates between the first tube material and the second tube material may be provided in the fitting portion of the faucet body portion at the side portion of the body portion joint. By doing in this way, a signal wire can be directly passed through the interior of the faucet main body portion without going out of the faucet device from between the first tube material and the second tube material.
[0006]
The second pipe member may be rotatably connected to at least one of the main body joint and the water discharger joint. By doing so, even if the second pipe is twisted during assembly, it can be easily restored.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the second tube material is a flexible tube. When a flexible tube is used, insertion into the first tube material is easy, and the shape of the first tube material needs less consideration of the shape of the second tube material, so that the degree of freedom is increased.
The spout body joint and the faucet body may be provided with stopper means for regulating the rotation angle of the spout. If a stopper for restricting the rotation angle is provided, the internal signal line can be prevented from being caught.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings to provide an understanding of the present invention.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a faucet device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a water passage portion 11 for storing water from a water supply pipe and a hot water supply pipe (not shown). A base side of a spout 14 having a water discharger 13 is rotatably attached to the faucet body 12 fixedly disposed on the faucet. The spout 14 includes a first pipe member 17 having a water discharger joint 16 (see FIG. 5) connected to the water discharger 13 on the front side and a main body joint 15 connected to the faucet main body part 12 on the base side. From a flexible tube such as vinyl chloride, which is disposed inside the first pipe member 17 with a gap 18 and whose front side is connected to the water discharger joint 16 and whose base side is connected to the main body joint 15 in a watertight state. And the second pipe material 19. The faucet body 12 has a spout insertion port 20 into which the base of the spout 14 is inserted, and a connecting portion 15 a that is provided at the proximal end of the body joint 15 and communicates with the second pipe member 19. And a spout connection port 21 connected to the same is provided with a certain distance on the same axis. This will be described in detail below.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, a notch portion 22 that communicates with a gap 18 between a first tube material 17 and a second tube material 19 is formed in a fitting portion of the faucet body portion 12 at a side portion of the body portion joint 15. Is provided, and the gap 18 and the connection chamber 26 provided on the upper side of the faucet body 12 are communicated with each other. On the other hand, a casing 23 is provided on the front side of the first pipe member 17 at the rear lower part of the water discharger 13, and a sensor 24 made of a reflective photoelectric sensor is attached inside the casing 23. A signal line 25 is connected to the sensor 24 via a connector (not shown), and is connected to a power supply unit and a controller (not shown) through the gap 18, the notch 22 and the connection chamber 26. Since the signal line 25 is inserted through the gap 18 between the first pipe member 17 and the second pipe member 19 and does not come out of the spout 14, water droplets enter the inside of the connection chamber 26 and are not likely to cause poor conduction. It has become.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the spout insertion port 20 and the spout connection port 21 are formed in the upper case 27 and the lower case 28 which are separate parts, respectively, and the faucet body 12 is formed in the upper case. The assembly structure has 27 and a lower case 28. The upper case 27 has a substantially oval cylindrical shape with an opening in the lower part, and a circular spout insertion port 20 is formed on one side of the upper part, and the temperature and flow rate of water to be discharged are adjusted on the other side of the upper part. A hole for attaching the lever handle 29 is formed. The lower case 28 has a substantially oval cylindrical shape that can be fitted to the upper case 27, and the upper part of the lower case 28 fits into the lower opening of the upper case 27. In the upper part of the lower case 28, the spout connection port 21 is formed so as to be on the same axis as the spout insertion port 20 of the upper case 27 when fitted into the upper case 27. The upper case 27 and the lower case 28 are fixed by fastening means such as screws (not shown). A fixing hole 28a is formed on the lower side surface of the lower case 28 to fasten and fix a fixing member (not shown) inserted from below the lower case 28 with a screw or the like.
By dividing the faucet body 12 into two parts, the connection of the signal line 25 and the attachment of the spout 14 can be performed easily and reliably, and the body joint 15 can be directly connected to the water passage 11. Excellent in waterproofness. The faucet body can be manufactured without being divided. When not divided, the number of parts can be reduced to reduce the cost. The faucet body can be divided in the vertical direction. If the spout insertion port and the spout connection port are formed in the same member by dividing in the vertical direction, the shift of the shaft center is reduced, and the feeling during rotation can be improved.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the main body joint 15 is fixed to the end of the first pipe member 17 by fixing means such as welding, and a second pipe member 19 is provided inside the main pipe joint 15. A substantially cylindrical rotating member 31 is press-fitted into the end portion of the second pipe material 19, and the end portion of the rotating member 31 is in contact with the inner peripheral portion of the main body joint 15. A fall prevention ring 30 is fitted from the outside of the second pipe member 19 into which the rotating member 31 is press-fitted to prevent the second pipe member 19 from being pulled out. An annular groove is formed at the tip of the rotating member 31 attached to the second pipe member 19, and an O-ring 32 is fitted into the annular groove to improve the waterproofness between the body joint 15. Yes. Further, a rotating annular groove portion 33 is provided on the rear side of the annular groove portion into which the O-ring 32 is inserted, and a screw 34 screwed into the screw hole formed in the main body joint 15 from the outside is provided. Protrusively toward. By comprising in this way, the 2nd pipe material 19 to which the rotation member 31 was attached can be connected with the main-body-part coupling 15 rotatably. Therefore, the twist of the 2nd pipe material 19 when the water discharger coupling 16 is inserted can be prevented. Further, the upward pulling of the second pipe material 19 is prevented by the screw 34.
[0012]
The main body joint 15 is provided with plastic sleeves 35 to 37 for preventing rattling, thereby reducing the lateral play between the main body part 15 and the faucet main body part 12. Further, for example, a stainless steel metal ring 38 is connected to the upper portion of the sleeve 36, and a screw 39 screwed into the screw hole formed in the lower case 28 from the outside contacts the upper portion of the metal ring 38. Since the metal ring 38 comes into contact with the screw 39, it is possible to prevent the sleeve 36 from being worn due to sliding of the screw 39 and the sleeve 36 when the spout 14 rotates. A U-packing 40 is attached between the sleeves 36 and 37 to prevent water from leaking from the water passage portion 11 through the gap between the main body joint 15 and the lower case 28.
A stopper stop 42 and a stopper 41 which are examples of stopper means for restricting the rotation angle of the spout 14 are provided at the lower end of the main body joint 15 and the upper portion of the water passage 11 of the faucet main body 12, respectively. 14 rotation angle (see FIG. 2) is regulated. The rotation angle θ is an arbitrary angle and may be determined in consideration of the width of the washstand and the like.
[0013]
Next, the state at the time of use of this faucet device 10 is explained.
As shown in FIG. 2, the spout 14 of the faucet device 10 is rotated to adjust the position of the water discharger 13.
When a hand is picked toward the sensor 24, the sensor 24 detects the hand and a signal is sent to a controller (not shown). Then, the solenoid valve controlled by the controller is opened, and water whose temperature and flow rate are set is sent from the water supply pipe to the water passage 11, and this water passes through the second pipe member 19 to the end of the water discharger 13. It flows out downward from the formed spout. The water passage portion 11 and the second pipe material 19 are connected by a main body joint 15 so that water does not leak into the connection chamber 26 through which the signal line 25 passes. If you want to change the temperature and flow rate of the flowing water, move the lever handle 29 up and down or left and right with your right hand to open and close the water and hot water supply pipe adjustment valves, and adjust the temperature and flow rate. It can be carried out. If you want to stop the water, put your right hand over the sensor 24 again. The sensor 24 then reacts and the controller can close the solenoid valve and stop the water.
[0014]
As mentioned above, although one embodiment of the present invention has been described, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the second pipe member 19 is rotatable by the main body joint 15 and the rotating member 31. However, it is also possible to fix and connect the second pipe member 19 and the main body joint 15 so as to connect the second pipe member 19 and the water discharger joint 16 rotatably. Moreover, in this Embodiment, although the cross-sectional shape of the 1st pipe material is circular, it can also be made into a square or a pentagon.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
In the faucet device according to any one of claims 1 to 6 , since the second pipe material is arranged with a gap inside the first pipe material, the gap becomes an air layer and has a heat insulating effect, and passes therethrough. The heat transferred from the hot water to the second pipe is not directly transferred to the first pipe due to the heat insulating effect of the air layer, and there is no fear of burns. In addition, since the first pipe material does not come into contact with the water passing portion, even if a brass pipe is used, zinc does not elute and the strength does not decrease.
In addition , the spout insertion port and the spout connection port are provided on the same axis with a certain distance, so that the feeling during rotation is improved, the lateral play is reduced, and the product quality is improved. ing.
In the faucet device according to claim 2 , since the faucet body has an assembly structure, the spout can be connected to the spout connection port after inserting the spout into the spout insertion port and connecting the signal line. Is good.
Further, in the faucet device according to claim 3 , since the inside of the spout and the faucet main body portion communicate with each other, a sensor or a switch is installed in the vicinity of the water outlet, and the signal line is not brought out of the spout. It can be passed directly through the faucet body and is waterproof.
In the faucet device according to claim 4 , since at least one of the main body joint and the water discharger joint is rotatable, it is possible to prevent the second pipe member from being twisted during assembly or use. .
In the faucet device according to claim 5 , since the second pipe is a flexible pipe, it can be easily inserted into the first pipe, and the shape of the first pipe is the second pipe. Therefore, the degree of freedom in shape increases.
In the faucet device according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the stopper means for regulating the rotation angle of the spout is provided, the product life can be extended by preventing the internal signal line from being pinched or broken by contact.
