Description
【0001】
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pop board substrate for advertisement made of a nonwoven fabric containing heat-sealing fibers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, boards and veneer boards made of polystyrene foam have been used as bulletin boards for posting posters and advertising pop (POP) boards on display at CD stores.
[0003]
Boards made of polystyrene foam are mainly used for advertising POP boards and the like, but have a problem that they cannot be recycled and are not suitable for future resource saving.
[0004]
Secondly, veneer boards are often used as bulletin boards for posters for elections, but because they are made of wood, the density is higher than polystyrene foam boards, making them not only heavy and difficult to carry, but also work. Occasionally, the fibrous part of the wood pierced the skin and was inconvenient to handle.
[0005]
Recently, it has been proposed to use a nonwoven fabric for a bulletin board (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-248736). However, this bulletin board has a good fiber-condensation method in order to make it easy to insert and remove push pins and pushpins. Two or more layers of the body are laminated, and in order to make the trace of the push pin inconspicuous, a nonwoven fabric is further laminated thereon. Such a bulletin board has a problem in terms of economy and workability at the time of manufacture.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a board base material, that is, a pop board base material for advertisement, that can stably stick a poster or the like with glue or the like even if it is made of a single layer of nonwoven fabric.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, the above-mentioned problems have been solved by using a nonwoven fabric containing heat-sealing fibers, in which at least one surface layer portion has a higher density and hardness than the inner layer portion.
[0008]
This non-woven fabric is preferably made of polyester fiber as a whole from the viewpoints of physical and chemical stability, waste disposal (recyclability), etc. Although it may be a solid fiber, it is preferable that at least a part thereof contains a hollow fiber from the viewpoint of the rigidity of the pop board substrate for advertisement .
[0009]
Further, the heat-sealable fiber is not particularly limited as long as a part or all of its surface is melted by heat treatment, and the other fiber is firmly fused to stabilize the structure of the nonwoven fabric. A material made of a material that melts (softens) at a temperature of 10 to 100 ° C. is used. A composite fiber containing such a material as a part of the fiber, in particular, a copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate is used as a fusion component on the surface. It is preferable to use a core-sheath type hot-melt fiber.
[0010]
Such a board substrate of the present invention is made of, for example, a normal polyester-based short fiber and a polyester-based short fiber having heat-fusibility as a raw material, these are laminated as a web through a card machine, and subjected to a heat treatment after cross-layering to produce a nonwoven fabric. In the step of producing (flat plate shape), it can be produced by a method of compressing the nonwoven fabric with a roller at the outlet of the heat treatment zone and smoothing one side or both sides. That is, since heat-bonding fibers are mixed with the nonwoven fabric, the adhesiveness in the surface layer portion of the nonwoven fabric is increased, the density of the surface layer portion is made higher than that of the inner layer portion, the surface is smooth, and the poster is glued. It can be pasted.
[0011]
In the board substrate of the present invention, the thickness of the surface layer portion is 0.5 to 5 mm, and the density of the surface layer portion is 1.2 to 10 times, particularly about 1.3 to 3 times the density of the inner layer portion. preferable. Since the board base material of the present invention has a higher density of the surface layer portion, the overall density is extremely high , such as 0.01 to 0.3 g / cm 3 , particularly 0.05 to 0.2 g / cm 3. Even if it is very light, it can be used stably and becomes very easy to use. It is practical that the overall basis weight is about 300 to 2000 g / m 2 and the overall thickness is about 2 to 30 mm. In addition, it is preferable that the ratio of the thickness of the high-density surface layer part and the low-density inner layer part is about 1: 1 to 30.
[0012]
Such board substrates, as consisting of a single nonwoven fabric, but can also be used for that or or advertising for pop plate, or fixed to the wood or metal frame body, also, the surface plate It may be used by being laminated on another support.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Examples of the present invention will be described below. In the examples, “%” means “% by weight” unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
50% of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) short fiber H310 (14 dtex × 51 mm—solid fiber—) manufactured by Kanebo Synthetic Fiber Co., Ltd. Copolymerized PET short fiber 4080 (2. (2 dtex × 51 mm) 50% was opened and blended, and a card machine and a cross layer treatment were performed. Subsequently, the sample is heated at 140 to 200 ° C. from both sides of the sample, and the nonwoven fabric is compressed with a roller at the exit of the heat treatment zone, and the nonwoven fabric with a total basis weight of 700 g / m 2 and a total thickness of 7 mm is smooth. A fiber nonwoven fabric was obtained. In this nonwoven fabric, the smooth surface layer portion has a basis weight of 150 g / m 2 , a thickness of 1 mm, and a density of 0.15 g / cm 3 , whereas the inner layer portion has a basis weight of 550 g / m 2 , a thickness of 6 mm, and a density of 0. 09g / cm was 3 (such physical properties, a nonwoven fabric is smoothed by the roller process, slicing the hardened portion 1mm thick as a surface layer portion is obtained by measuring the layer of remaining 6mm thick as the inner layer portion) . After this was cut into 1000 mm × 1000 mm, it was used as a pop board substrate for advertisement for attaching a poster or the like.
[0014]
Example 2
In place of the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) short fiber H310 manufactured by Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd. in Example 1, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) short fiber H588 (14 dtex × 51 mm-hollow fiber-) manufactured by Kanebo Synthetic Co., Ltd. was used. Except for this, the same method as in Example 1 was performed.
[0015]
Any of the board substrates obtained in Examples 1 and 2 could be stably pasted with glue such as a poster. In particular, the board substrate of Example 2 in which hollow fibers were used as non-heat-bonding fibers had rigidity, a single layer of nonwoven fabric, and was useful as an advertising pop board even if used as it was.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
Since the pop board substrate for advertisement of the present invention can use a single layer of nonwoven fabric as a substrate, it is very easy to handle in both production and use. Moreover, since the nonwoven fabric is mainly made of polyester fibers, it can be recycled and is suitable for future resource saving. Furthermore, since it is very light and has a smooth surface, it is excellent in appearance and can easily stick a poster or the like with glue. In addition, since the board base material of the present invention has an inner layer portion in which fibers are relatively intertwined following a surface layer portion that is relatively high in density and is hard, the tip of a push pin or a thumbtack is also It passes stably through the surface layer part and is held by the inner layer part, and it is easy to attach and detach, but ensures the attachment of a poster or the like.
