【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、木造建築物の布基礎と土台との間に介装する基礎用スペーサーに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の基礎用スペーサーとしては、PC成形品と金属成形品とがそれぞれ存して広く使用されていたが、次のような欠点があった。PC製品はその素材上の欠点である風化による劣化現象が起こるために脆弱になり、耐火性がないから火災時には燃焼を起したり、耐荷重に限界があるため地震時には破壊を起したり、またねずみが噛ることに対しては無防備であった。

また、金属製品はプレス加工によって成形されるものであるが、各製品の強度は必ずしも全製品均一に付与されるとは限らなかったし、地震時には基礎の設置面を破損するおそれがあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
そこで、本発明は、前記両材料による欠点を一掃し、両材料の長所のみを導入したより高品質のスペーサーを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、補強部を形成した所定形状の合成樹脂材から成る内部材と、補強部を形成した同一形状のステンレス鋼板から成る外部材とを嵌合一体に構成したスペーサーである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は前記のような構成であることから、重量のある建築物は、布基礎と土台との間に本発明のスぺーサーによって空気流通層を形成して建立されても、このスペーサーによって十分かつ安全に支持されることになる。

【実施例】
1は全面に任意の補強部2を形成した所定形状の合成樹脂材から成る内部材で、この内部材には長方形材aと正方形材bとがある。

前記内部材の材料例は、ポリプロピレン50%及び炭酸カルシュウム50%である。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記のような構成から成るものであるため、金属と合成樹脂との異質材の組合わせ構成によって両材質の長所が発揮されるスペーサーを提供することができ、従来存したスペーサーの欠点を全面的に一掃した耐久性があり、合理的かつ経済的な物品となる。
