本発明は、並列状態の収納箱の連結構造に関し、特に、同一形態の収納箱を左右又は/及び背中合わせに(背面側)並列した場合に適合する収納箱の連結構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
現在、持ち運び可能な収納箱を左右又は/及び背中合わせに(背面側)並列した場合に於いて、耐震性を考慮して一体的に結合することが要求されている。反面、国、都道府県、研究所、事務所などが重要な資料、公文書、事件書類などの文書を並列状態に配設した同一形態の収納箱に整理しておく場合に於いて、長い間保存すべき資料の増加に対応し、一旦結合状態にした同一形態の収納箱を他の収納箱から容易に分離し、かつ、所望の場所へと運搬して整理をすることも要望されている。

本発明者(出願人)は、文書の流れによる効率的な文書管理を目的とする文書整理箱を日本国、米国等に提案した(特公平7−100397)。しかし、先に提案した文書整理箱は、同一形態の箱同士を単に並列するだけであったので、上記のような要望を十分に満足することができなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、従来の文書整理箱の問題点に鑑み、第1の目的は、同一形態の収納箱を左右又は/及び背中合わせに(背面側)並列した場合に於いて、並列状態に配設された収納箱を一体的に連結し、安定した大型の書棚を簡単にできることである。第2の目的は、主たる構成部品をユニット化し、天板部材の隅角部内に容易に組み込むことができることである。第3の目的は、並列状態に配設された収納箱の連結状態を簡単に解消し、そして、把手を起立させて収納箱を所望の場所へと持ち運びすることができることである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の収納箱の連結構造は、(1)収納箱1の天板部材4は、内側板15と、この内側板15に固定される外側板20から成ること、(2)天板部材4の少なくとも対角線上の隅角部18,18,22,22内に一対の係合ロック片45,45がそれぞれ組み込まれていること、(3)前記係合ロック片は、天板部材4の二面接合部24の近傍にそれぞれ形成された係合ロック片出入り用切欠部25,25から内部空間を通過して突出可能であること、(4)所要角度回転した係合ロック45のロックアームのフック部は、隣の収納箱の出入り用切欠部25内へと入り込んで天板部材4の角部に係合すること、を特徴とする。ここで、「天板部材の角部」とは、天板部材4の二面接合部24又は二面接合部24内に固定的に設けられた支柱58を言う。

(1)発明の実施の環境

(7)収納箱の連結構造
次に同一形態の収納箱1,1同士の連結構造(機構)について説明する。本発明の連結構造は、受け板、押え板、係合ロック片などの各構成部品が一つの部材にユニット化され、少なくとも2つ以上のユニット部材X(連結部材)が天板部材4の対角線上の隅角部18,18,22,22内にそれぞれ対称的に組み込まれる。これらの収納箱連結用ユニット部材Xは、同一形態の収納箱を左右又は/及び背中合わせに(背面側)並列した場合に適合する。

以上の説明から明らかなように、本発明にあっては、次に列挙するような効果がある。
(1)図7で示すように、収納箱1,1を横方向に並列した場合には、例えば開閉戸5側のユニット部材Xの係合ロック片45を押え壁56の一辺60から突出させると、左側(隣)の収納箱1の出入り用切欠部25内へと入り込み、フック部50aが天板部材4の角部(本実施例では支柱)に係合する。

(4)また、例えば天板部材の貫通孔23に臨む係合ロック片45の溝に操作具を係合して当該係合ロック片を回転させると、並列状態に配設された収納箱同士の連結状態が簡単に解消する。そこで、把手を起立させ、収納箱を所望の場所へと持ち運びすることができる。
(5)主たる構成部品がユニット化されているので、天板部材の隅角部内に容易に組み込むことができる。
