本発明は、化粧料を粉状に切削するようにした化粧料容器に関する。

一般に、パウダーなどの粉状化粧料は圧縮により固形化した状態で、コンパクトと称される化粧料容器に収納して携帯し、その化粧料の使用時には化粧料をパフで擦り取るようにしている。ところが、化粧料を擦り取るためには、パフの植毛部分を短くするなどして堅めにする必要があり、この堅めのパフを用いたことにより化粧感が悪いものとなっている。そこで、化粧料をその都度削り取って粉状にし、この粉状となった化粧料を使用することにより、毛足を長くする等して柔らかくしたパフの使用が可能となる。

このように化粧料を削り取るようにした化粧料容器が実公平5−38661号公報に提案されている。即ち、このような化粧料容器は、容器本体に対して回転しないように化粧料を収納するとともに、この化粧料の上方に切削板を回転自在に設けて構成し、この切削板を回転しつつ化粧料を削り取るようになっている。上記切削板には径方向に長穴となる多数の切削歯が放射状に形成されて構成されるが、この放射状となる中心を切削板の回転中心から偏心させてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる従来の化粧料容器にあっては、切削板に放射状に形成した切削歯は、上述したようにこれの放射状となる中心を切削板の回転中心から単に偏心させたものであるため、それぞれの切削歯の指向方向は偏心させた方向によって変化し、その指向方向は切削板の回転中心に対して前方に傾斜される部分と、後方に傾斜される部分と、また、径方向に配置される部分とが様々に発生する。このため、切削歯で化粧料を削り取る切れ味が個々の切削歯で一定せず、延いては、全体の切削効率が悪化して切削板を回転させるのに比較的大きな力が必要になるとともに、化粧料の切削むらが発生してしまうという課題があった。
