【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決するため、本発明では、梁型枠の両側のスラブ型枠間に渡し筋を支持し、その渡し筋上に下端筋をスターラップに挿通した状態で載置するとともに、該下端筋上に掛止部材とその上方に上端筋を前記スターラップに挿通した状態で重ねて載置し、しかる後、前記梁型枠を跨ぐように立設した梁鉄筋昇降装置により前記掛止部材を介して初め上端筋とスターラップを上昇し、途中で前記渡し筋を抜いて更に上昇して下端筋をスターラップの下辺部で支持することにより、梁鉄筋を構成する前記各部材を吊上げた状態において、それら部材を所定の位置に配置し、前記上端筋及び下端筋をスターラップに結束するとともに、必要に応じて腹筋等を設置して梁鉄筋を組立てた上、その梁鉄筋を前記梁鉄筋昇降装置により下降して前記梁型枠内の所定位置に設置するという技術手段を採用した。さらに、前記梁鉄筋昇降装置を構成する横架部材に揺動レバー式のチェーンブロックを回転可能に支持し、前記揺動レバーを操作し易い方向に回転して揺動操作するようにすれば、作業性の向上に有効である。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図5は本発明における作業工程の手順を例示した概略説明図である。図1は梁鉄筋の組立て開始前の状態を示したもので、図中1は梁型枠、2はスラブ型枠である。梁鉄筋の組立てに当っては、先ず図2に示したように、梁型枠1の両側のスラブ型枠2の端部間に複数の渡し筋3を間隔をあけて支持し、それらの渡し筋3を介してその上にスターラップ4に挿通した状態で重ねて載置した下端筋5、掛止部材6、及び上端筋7を前記スターラップ4と共に支持する。すなわち、梁型枠1の両側のスラブ型枠2の端部間に支持した渡し筋3を介してスターラップ4に挿通した下端筋5、掛止部材6、及び上端筋7を下から順に載置した状態に支持することにより梁鉄筋を構成する各部材を支持する。

しかる後、図3に示した工程に進み、図示のように支柱8,9と、その間に架設された横架部材10と、該横架部材10の略中央部に付設されたチェーンブロックを用いた吊り下げ機構11から構成される梁鉄筋昇降装置12を梁型枠1を跨ぐように立設し、チェーン13の下端部を適宜の連結手段で前記掛止部材6に結合して、揺動レバー14を上下に揺動しながらチェーン13を巻上げることにより梁鉄筋を構成する前記各部材を吊上げることになる。この場合、初め掛止部材6を介して上端筋7とスターラップ4を上昇し、下端筋5がスターラップ4の下辺部に接近した時点で前記渡し筋3を抜き、更に上昇して図4の工程に移行する。

図4に示した工程においては、図示のように掛止部材6を介して下端筋5、掛止部材6、上端筋7やスターラップ4等の各部材を吊上げ、その吊上げ状態において、それらの部材を所定の位置に配置した後、前記上端筋7及び下端筋5をスターラップ4に結束し、更に必要に応じて腹筋15を通して巾止筋16を用いて所定位置に結束することにより、梁鉄筋17を組立て形成する。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、梁型枠の内部空間を利用して、その内部空間内に梁鉄筋を構成する各部材を前記渡し筋及び掛止部材を用いて支持した上、それらの各部材を前記掛止部材を介して梁鉄筋昇降装置により吊上げて梁鉄筋の組立てを完成させ、しかる後その組立てられた梁鉄筋を前記梁鉄筋昇降装置により下降して梁型枠内の所定位置に設置するという方法を採用したので、前記梁鉄筋昇降装置のほかに従来必要とされた別の支持手段を省略することができ、梁鉄筋の組立て設置作業において必要とされる支持手段の使用数を削減した簡便な梁鉄筋の組立て設置方法を提供することができる。さらに、梁鉄筋の吊り下げ機構として揺動レバー式のチェーンブロックを採用し、前記横架部材に対して回転可能に支持するように構成すれば、揺動レバーを操作し易い方向に回転して上下に揺動操作するだけで組立て中あるいは組立て後の梁鉄筋の吊上げが可能なことから作業性の向上に有効である。
