Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a deck material laid on a balcony, veranda or the like of a building.
[0002]
[Background technology]
As a conventional deck material, for example, a resin-made hollow deck material is obtained, and a space defined by an upper plate portion, a lower plate portion, and wall portions arranged at appropriate intervals between the both plate portions is obtained. A material that is extruded and is fixed to the locked member with a mounting hardware (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-280144
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a deck material, it is necessary to use a mounting hardware to fix it to the locked member. In addition, if an expensive mounting hardware is used, There is a problem that the cost cannot be reduced sufficiently.
Therefore, as a method of fixing the deck material that can solve such a problem, it is conceivable to directly drive a nail or a screw from above the upper plate portion and fix it to the locked member.
However, it is empirically known that in this method, there is a high possibility that a nail or a screw will punch out the upper plate portion.
Therefore, in order to prevent punching of the upper plate portion of the nail or screw, it is conceivable to reinforce by thickening the entire upper plate portion or at least reducing the interval between the wall portions around the fixing portion of the nail or screw. .
However, even with these methods, since it is necessary to add a member for reinforcing a nail or a screw, the problem that the material cost cannot be sufficiently reduced still remains. In addition, in the method of reducing the interval between the wall portions around the fixed portion of the nail or screw, the area of the cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction formed by the upper plate portion, the lower plate portion, and the wall portion is locally unevenly distributed. In other words, the speed of extrusion molding is slowed by that amount in order to adjust the balance in material supply when performing extrusion molding.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a deck material that can save material while avoiding the inconvenience of punching an upper plate portion by a nail or a screw, and that does not slow down the extrusion molding speed.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, the deck material 1 according to the invention described in claim 1 is arranged between the upper plate portion 11a, the lower plate portion 11b, and both plate portions 11 at an appropriate interval as shown in FIG. The deck material 1 is formed by extrusion so as to obtain a space 1a defined by the wall portion 12 to be locked, and the nail or screw 3 is locked to the locked member 2 through the plate portion 11 and the space 1a. The area of the cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the space 1a through which the nail or screw 3 penetrates is substantially the same as the area of the cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the space 1a through which the nail or screw 3 does not penetrate, and the upper plate It is characterized in that the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the portion 11a is larger than the thickness dimension of the portion not related to the locking.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a while the sectional area of the space 1a through which the nail or screw 3 penetrates is equal to the sectional area of the space 1a through which the nail or screw 3 does not penetrate. Since the nail or the screw 3 is pierced through the upper plate portion 11a, the material can be saved while the extrusion molding speed is not slowed.
Therefore, according to this, the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost can be surely and sufficiently obtained.
[0006]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the invention according to claim 2 is orthogonal to the extrusion direction formed by the upper plate portion 11 a, the lower plate portion 11 b, and the wall portion 62 in the deck material 5 according to claim 1. The cross section is formed into a truss shape having a collecting portion 63 in which the upper end portions of the plurality of wall portions 62 gather at the upper plate portion 11a, and the thickness of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a using this collecting portion 63 It is characterized by a large size.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the nail or the screw 3 is supported by the plurality of wall portions while the members are distributed almost uniformly and the extrusion speed is maintained, and the strength of the deck material is improved. Therefore, member-saving design is possible.
[0007]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the invention according to claim 3 is the deck material 1 according to claim 1, wherein the nail or screw 3 penetrates the upper end portion of the wall portion 12 on the space 1 a side. As a haunch part 14 that is continuous with the upper plate part 11a with a large thickness dimension, the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate part 11a is increased using the haunch part 14.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the ease of extrusion molding can be considerably taken into consideration, and the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost can be obtained more reliably and sufficiently.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the invention described in claim 4, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, in the deck material 1 described in claim 1, a space 1a through which a nail or screw 3 penetrates an upper end portion of a wall portion 12 having a plate shape. As the bent portion 13 that is bent obliquely to the side and continues to the upper plate portion 11a, the bent portion 13 is used to increase the thickness of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a. .
According to the invention described in claim 4, it is possible to consider not only the ease of extrusion molding but also the saving of materials, and the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost can be obtained more reliably and sufficiently. Become.
[0009]
Moreover, although the invention of Claim 5 is not shown in figure, in the deck material 1 as described in any one of Claims 1-4, a cellulose type fine particle and resin are mixed and this mixed material is used. It is a wood-like member obtained by melting and extrusion molding.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the deck material can be provided with waterproofness, antiseptic properties and wood texture.
[0010]
Moreover, although the invention of Claim 6 is not shown in figure, the deck material 1 as described in any one of Claims 1-5 WHEREIN: On the upper surface of the upper-plate part 11a, a nail or screw is carried out by extrusion molding. It is characterized in that a groove indicating a position where 3 is to be driven is formed.
According to the invention described in claim 6, it is possible to easily specify the position where the field worker should drive the nail or the screw 3, and it is possible to ensure the cost reduction effect.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
Embodiment 1
In the first embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper end portion of the plate-like wall portion 12 is bent obliquely toward the space 1a side through which the screw 3 penetrates to form a bent portion 13 continuous with the upper plate portion 11a. Although the case where it reinforces using this is demonstrated, it is not restricted to this, For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the thickness dimension of the wall part 12 in the space 1a side where the screw 3 penetrates the upper end part of the wall part 12 is shown. The following explanation is valid even when the hunch 14 that is continuous with the upper plate portion 11a is used for reinforcement.
[0013]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an overall configuration of a deck material 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a partial configuration of the deck material 1.
[0014]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 21 denotes a floor bundle that independently supports the load in the locked member 2 to which the floor load in the deck material 1 is shared, and reference numeral 22 denotes a boulder that supports the load in the floor bundle and transmits it to the ground. Show.
[0015]
In this Embodiment 1, as shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, the deck material 1 is distribute | arranged suitably at the space | interval between the upper board part 11a distribute | arranged above and the lower board part 11b distribute | arranged below. It is configured to be extruded so as to obtain a space 1 a partitioned by the wall portion 12.
[0016]
Further, as shown in these drawings, the deck material 1 is configured such that the screw 3 is locked to the locked member 2 through the plate portion 11 and the space 1a.
[0017]
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the deck material 1 has a cross-sectional area perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the space 1 a through which the screw 3 penetrates and a cross-sectional area perpendicular to the extrusion direction of the space 1 a through which the screw 3 does not penetrate. The thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is made larger than the thickness dimension of the portion not related to the locking.
[0018]
That is, the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 penetrates is substantially equal to the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 does not penetrate, and the wall portion 12 is not disposed excessively, so that material can be saved. Moreover, since the area of the cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction formed by the upper plate portion 11a, the lower plate portion 11b and the wall portion 12 is not locally unevenly distributed, the speed of extrusion molding It is possible not to slow down.
[0019]
Moreover, the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is made larger than the thickness dimension of the portion not related to the locking, and the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is reliably and sufficiently reinforced. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the disadvantage that the screw 3 punches the upper plate portion 11a.
[0020]
Specifically, as shown in the figure, the deck material 1 is bent continuously at the upper plate portion 11a by bending the upper end portion of the plate-like wall portion 12 obliquely toward the space 1a side through which the screw 3 passes. As the portion 13, the bent portion 13 is used to increase the thickness of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a.
[0021]
That is, in this deck material 1, in order to increase the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a, the technical means of actively increasing the thickness dimension of the upper plate portion 11a itself is employed. The upper plate portion 11a itself does not change its thickness dimension, but the upper plate portion 11a is formed as a bent portion 13 having a special form at the upper end portion of the wall portion 12 continuing to the upper plate portion 11a. As a result, a technical means of taking a large thickness dimension is adopted.
[0022]
That is, according to such a deck material 1, not only the ease of extrusion molding but also the saving of materials are fully taken into consideration, and thereby, the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost is further ensured and sufficient. Will be obtained.
[0023]
By the way, the deck material 1 in the first embodiment uses a wood-like member obtained by mixing cellulose fine particles and resin, melting the mixed material, and extruding it.
Specifically, the deck material 1 is formed by extruding wood powder obtained by crushing wood, which is a house waste material, and resin powder obtained by crushing a resin packaging member used for food packaging or the like. A wood-like member is used.
[0024]
Here, from the viewpoint of more easily reusing as a selective adoption of things that are often collected together in the same composition, such a resin packaging member, for example, Use containers (including containers), trays, etc. (including sheet-like ones) formed of polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PV), and the like. Is preferred.
[0025]
Further, from the viewpoint of giving a feel and texture closer to real wood and improving the reuse rate of waste materials, as such a wood-like member, a polypropylene packaging member is used as a resin packaging member, and wood flour is 30%. It is preferable to use one containing ˜65 wt%.
[0026]
Furthermore, from the viewpoint of considering the characteristics of polypropylene, which is not sufficiently softened at 180 ° C. or lower, does not mix evenly with wood powder, and is difficult to perform extrusion molding, It is preferable that a mixture of wood powder and resin powder made of a polypropylene packaging member is extruded at 180 to 200 ° C.
[0027]
That is, according to the deck material 1 which is such a wood-like member, it is possible to use a waste material as a raw material, and thereby effective use of resources is achieved.
[0028]
As described above, according to such a deck material 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 penetrates is made equal to the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 does not penetrate. In addition, unlike the conventional deck material in which the interval at which the wall portions 12 are arranged is set small and the wall portions 12 are additionally arranged, it is possible to save the material.
[0029]
Moreover, unlike the conventional deck material in which the area of the cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction formed by the upper plate portion 11a, the lower plate portion 11b, and the wall portion 12 is locally distributed and distributed, extrusion molding is performed. It is possible that the speed will not slow down.
[0030]
Moreover, the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is made larger than the thickness dimension of the portion not related to the locking, and the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is reliably and sufficiently reinforced. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the disadvantage that the screw 3 punches the upper plate portion 11a.
[0031]
Embodiment 2
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a partial configuration of the deck material 5 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. Components similar to those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted here.
[0032]
The deck material 5 according to the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment. However, as shown in the figure, unlike the first embodiment, the upper plate portion 11a, the lower plate portion 11b, and the wall portion 62 are provided. The cross section perpendicular to the direction of extrusion formed by the above is a truss shape having a collecting portion 63 in which the upper end portions of the plurality of wall portions 62 gather at the upper plate portion 11a.
[0033]
Here, as shown in the figure, the deck material 1 is configured such that a thickness dimension of a portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is increased by using the collective portion 63.
[0034]
That is, even with such a deck material 1, the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 penetrates is made equal to the cross-sectional area of the space 1a through which the screw 3 does not penetrate. In addition, it is possible to prevent the extrusion speed from slowing down.
In addition, since the screws 3 are supported by the plurality of wall portions 62 and the strength of the deck material 5 is improved, a member-saving design is possible.
[0035]
Moreover, since the thickness dimension of the portion related to the locking of the upper plate portion 11a is larger than the thickness dimension of the portion not related to the locking, the screw 3 punches the upper plate portion 11a as in the first embodiment. It is also possible to avoid inconveniences.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
According to the deck material according to the present invention, it is possible to save the material while avoiding the inconvenience that the nail or the screw punches the upper plate portion, and it is possible to obtain the effect that the extrusion molding speed is not slowed down.
