本発明は住宅等の基礎コンクリートを造成する場合に枠板を配置するだけで簡単に型枠を構成することが出来る技術に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
基礎コンクリートは概略逆T型断面を成し、この基礎コンクリートは所定の型枠にコンクリートを流し込んで造成される。この場合、型枠はベニヤ板を一定間隔をおいて垂直に併設して基礎コンクリートのベースを造り、該ベース上に同じく間隔を狭くした立ち上がり用型枠を設置してコンクリートを流し込んでいる。従って、ベースと立ち上がりをそれぞれ別々に造成しなくてはならず、上記型枠の組立作業が面倒であるだけでなく、基礎コンクリートの造成を一度に行う場合にくらべて該型枠の製作やコンクリートの流し込み作業に要する工数は約2倍になってしまう。

そして近年では床下全面をコンクリート面として、地面からの水分の上昇を防止し(防湿)、防湿処理することで白アリの発生を防止している。従って、この場合には上記基礎コンクリートを造成した後でさらに地面にコンクリート面を造成している訳であって、三回にわたってコンクリートの流し込み作業が行われる。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように従来の基礎コンクリートの型枠構造には上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であって、型枠の組立が容易であって、しかもコンクリートの流し込み作業回数も一度で済む基礎コンクリートの型枠構造を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は基礎コンクリート断面形状を逆T型ではなくて、L型を成した断面形状とし、型枠はL型断面の基礎コンクリートが造成出来る構造と成っている。そこで、ベースの片端には支持柱を垂直に起立し、この支持柱には受けを上下動自在に取り付けし、該受けは所定の高さにて固定することが出来る。そしてこの受けには枠板が載って支持される。

又、上記ベースにはL型に屈曲した取付け部材を固定し、このL型の取付け部材はベースから起立して所定の高さで屈曲して水平部となり、水平部の先端部にはツバを設けると共にネジを形成している。従って、上記枠板に対向する他の枠板をこの水平部に取り付けする。上記取付け部材の水平部を支持する為に、途中にはベースから起立した支えが溶接されている。そして、基礎構築用筋枠は取付け部材に載って支持される。

このように互いに平行な両枠板は垂直に起立して配置されるが、内側に位置する枠板は受けによって支持される為に、ベースからは大きく離れて空間を残している。コンクリートはこの両枠板の間に流し込まれることになるが、片方の枠板の下方に残される空間からコンクリートは流れ出て、床下面のコンクリート層となる。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図1は本発明が対象とする基礎コンクリートの断面を表している具体例である。外側に位置する基礎コンクリート1と内側に位置する基礎コンクリート2との間にはコンクリート層3が形成されている。このコンクリート層3によって床下の湿気は極力抑えられ、建物が白アリ等の害虫に侵されることはなく、しかも床下の気密性や断熱性が高められる。

上記基礎コンクリート1、2及び床下のコンクリート層3を造成する場合、保持具に枠板4a、4b、5a、5bが取付けられ、両枠板4a、4b及び5a、5b間の空間にコンクリートが流し込まれる。従って、同時に両基礎コンクリート1、2の他に上記コンクリート層3が造成され、一回の枠組とコンクリートの流し込む作業で完成する。本発明では基礎コンクリート1を対象としている為に、基礎コンクリート2を造成する型枠構造は特に限定しないが、例えば平成7年6月17日付けの特許出願に係る基礎コンクリートの型枠構造を利用することが出来る。

ところで、基礎コンクリート1を造成する為の型枠を取り付けする保持具は図2に示している。同図の6はベース、7は支持柱、8は受け、そして9は取付け部材を表している。支持柱7はベースの片端に垂直をなして起立し、受け8はこの支持柱7をガイドとして上下動出来るように取付けられている。そして、所定の高さで固定するためのロックネジ10を備えている。

上記ベース6は両側に縁11、11を起立した断面コ型の部材であり、支持柱7はこのベース6の底面12に溶接されて起立し、四角形の筒体をした該支持柱7には受け8の下方に延びているガイド棒13が遊嵌して上下動することが出来、それによって受け8の高さは自由に変え得る。そして、この受け8はコ型を成して前記図1に示した枠板4bが載って取付けられる。

一方、取付け部材9は垂直部14と水平部15を有すL型に屈曲した形状を成し、該垂直部14はベース底面12に溶接されて起立し、又水平部15の途中には同じくベース底面12から起立する支持棒16と溶接されて支えられている。そして水平部15の先端部にはツバ17が設けられ、該ツバ17より先端はネジが形成されている。前記図1に示した枠板4aは水平部15のツバ17に当たって位置決めされて取付けられることになる。枠板4aの下端はベース6に載って位置決めされ、片端に形成している切欠き19の当たり面20に当接する。従って、当たり面20はツバ17と同じ垂直面に形成され、枠板4aは垂直に起立して配置される。

図3は本発明の保持具に両枠板4a、4bを取り付けした場合である。一方の枠板4aはベース6に形成した切欠き19に当てて位置決めされ、又水平部15のツバ17とバー材を成した止着具21に挟まれて固定されている。一方の枠板4bは受け8に載って支持され、同じ受け8には補強桟22が載っている。そして、両枠板4a、4bの上端部には連結棒23が掛け渡しされている。このように、枠板4bは受け8に載ってベース6との間には大きな空間が残され、両枠板4a、4bの上部から流し込まれるコンクリートは枠板4bの下方空間から流れて前記図1に示している床下のコンクリート層3を造成することになる。

両枠板間には基礎構築用筋枠24が配置されて基礎コンクリートが造成されることに成る訳であり、この基礎構築用筋枠24は取付け部材9の水平部15に載って配置される。そして水平部15を支えている支持棒16に当接して位置決めされている。図4はこの基礎構築用筋枠24を表している具体例である。水平に延びる取着棒25に複数の筋枠26、26…が取付けられている。

【発明の効果】
本発明の型枠構造は一方の枠板を上下動出来得る受けに載って支持され、他方の枠板は取付け部材の水平部先端に止着されて配置し、これら両枠板間にコンクリートを流し込んで基礎コンクリートが簡単に造成される。そして、内側に位置する枠板は受けに載って支持されている為に、その高さが自由に調整され得る。両枠板間に流し込まれたコンクリートはベースと枠板との間に残された空間から流れ出て、床下のコンクリート層が造成され得る。すなわち、本発明の型枠構造は基礎コンクリートのみでなく、コンクリート層までも同時に造成することが出来る為にその作業性は高く、経費の削減が図られる。
