Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to a technical field relating to a door-to-door structure used mainly for interior doors of buildings.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional door stop structure, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, a mounting groove 35 having a substantially rectangular cross section is formed on the surface of the door frame 31. 39 and a fitting portion 40 that extends continuously from the door-to-door main body 39 and has substantially the same shape as the mounting groove 35 and has a half-square tube shape. It is generally well known that the door stop 38 is attached and fixed to the attachment groove 35 by closely fitting and adhering. Reference numeral 42 denotes a cushion portion integrally formed with the door-stop main body 39 so as to come into contact with the door.
[0003]
However, in this structure, high precision is required for molding the door stop 38 so that the fitting portion 40 of the door stop 38 is closely fitted in the mounting groove 35. And after fitting the fitting part 40 of the door stop 38 in the attachment groove | channel 35, long curing time was required for solidification of the adhesive agent.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present applicant has previously proposed a structure in which the door is easily attached to the door frame and the door is difficult to come off (see Japanese Patent Application No. 8-330639 and the drawings). In this case, as shown in FIG. 8 (a) (the same parts as in FIG. 7 will be described with the same reference numerals), for example, the door frame 31 is a core member 32 and a face member 33 attached to the surface thereof. The bottom of the mounting groove 35 is formed in the core member 32, and the opening of the mounting groove 35 is formed in the face member 33, so that the groove width of the bottom of the mounting groove 35 is larger than that of the opening. As the large medium-wide shape, the both side edges of the opening portion are set as catch portions 36 and 36. On the other hand, the door stop 38 is formed by notching the fitting portion bottom wall in the longitudinal direction of the door stop 38 to provide a gap, thereby forming two parallel leg portions 41, 41. 41 is provided with locking projections 43, 43 on the outer surface, and both the leg portions 41, 41 are fitted into the mounting groove 35 while reducing the width between them so as to reduce the gap. Is engaged with the catch portion 36 on the side edge of the opening of the mounting groove 35 to prevent the door stop 38 from being pulled out of the mounting groove 35 so that the door 38 can be easily fitted and attached.
[0005]
However, in this case, although the door stop 38 is difficult to be removed from the mounting groove 35 by the engagement of the locking protrusion 43 and the hook portion 36, the door stop 38 is deformed by a large impact when the door is closed. There is a possibility that the mounting groove 35 may come off, and there is room for improvement.
[0006]
That is, as shown in FIG. 8A, when the impact force F when the door is closed is applied to the door stop 38 from the lateral direction, it is opposite to the side on which the impact force F acts as shown in FIG. The leg 41 on the side is deformed so as to rotate with the surface of the door frame 31 as a fulcrum, and this deformation causes the leg 41 on the working side of the impact force F to open the mounting groove 35 as shown in FIG. It was found that the engagement with the catching portion 36 of the locking ridge 43 was disengaged from the part side edge and the door stop 38 was dropped.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the object of the present invention is as described above, in which the door stop is engaged with the locking protrusion on the leg portion and the catching portion on the side edge of the mounting groove opening of the door frame. Not only in the structure attached by the door, but in the structure in which the door stops are simply fitted in the mounting groove of the door frame by a pair of legs spaced apart from each other, the door stops due to the impact force when the door is closed It is to be able to surely prevent the leg portion of the door from rotating and deforming and the door stop coming off from the mounting groove.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a locking piece that can be locked to each other is provided at the tip of a pair of leg portions that are fitted into the mounting groove of the door frame in the door contact, and the impact force from the door is reduced. When acting on the door stop, the engaging pieces are engaged with each other to suppress the rotational deformation of the legs.
[0009]
Specifically, the invention of claim 1 is based on a door-to-door structure that is attached to the attachment groove of the door frame. And the said door stop consists of a door stop main body and two leg parts extended from the said door stop main body at intervals mutually parallel, and being fitted in the said attachment groove | channel. Further, each of the leg portions includes a bottom piece extending from the tip end toward the other leg side, and a locking piece extending from the tip end of the bottom piece toward the opening side of the mounting groove and facing each other with a gap therebetween. And engaging portions that can be engaged with each other are provided on opposite sides of the both locking pieces. The engaging portions engage with each other only when the locking pieces come into contact with each other by the action of the impact force from the door on the door-stop main body with the door-stop attached to the mounting groove. Configure as follows.
[0010]
With the above configuration, when the door stop is simply attached to the mounting groove, the engaging portion of the locking piece in the leg portion of the door does not engage, but the door collides with the door stop and the door stop main body. When the impact force from the door is applied to the door, if the leg portion on the opposite side of the impact force acts on the door frame surface as a fulcrum, it is provided at the beginning of the bottom piece of both legs at the initial stage. The engaging pieces are brought into contact with each other so that there is no gap between them and the respective engaging portions are engaged, and the relative movement of the engaging pieces is restricted by the engagement of both engaging portions. In this state, the rotational deformation of the legs thereafter is prevented, and the leg on the impact force acting side from the door is separated from the side edge of the mounting groove in the door contact, and the fitting to the mounting groove is released. It is possible to prevent the door from falling off without fail.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the door frame mounting groove includes a bottom portion and an opening portion having a width smaller than the groove width of the bottom portion, and hook portions are provided on both side edges of the opening portion. Furthermore, a locking ridge that extends in the longitudinal direction of the door stop and is hooked and locked by the hook portion in a state where the leg portion is fitted in the mounting groove is provided on the outer surface of each leg portion of the door stop.
[0012]
In this way, in a state where both leg portions per door are fitted in the mounting groove, the locking protrusion on the outer surface of the leg portion is locked to the catch portion on the opening side edge of the mounting groove. Furthermore, it becomes difficult to come off. When attaching the door stop to the door frame, make use of the elasticity of the door stop body or leg part of the door and keep the legs close to each other to reduce the distance between the leg parts. It is only necessary to immerse the strip in the opening of the mounting groove, and the door stop can be easily mounted even if the groove width of the opening is a medium-wide mounting groove narrower than the bottom.
[0013]
In the invention of claim 3, the mounting groove is a dovetail groove having a substantially trapezoidal cross section with a groove width on the bottom side larger than that on the opening side. And let the leg part per door be the substantially trapezoid shape corresponding to the dovetail cross-sectional shape of the said attachment groove | channel. Thus, the same effect as that of the second aspect of the invention can be obtained.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 shows a door stop structure according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, wherein 1 is a door frame extending in the vertical direction, for example, and this door frame 1 is left and right from the core material 2 and the front surface (surface) of the core material 2. It consists of the face material 3 stuck in the range over the right-and-left side edge part of a rear surface (back surface) through a side surface. Both the core material 2 and the face material 3 are made of wood, and for example, plywood or fiberboard is used. In particular, the use of MDF (medium specific gravity fiber board) is preferable because it is excellent in workability during router processing. The surface of the face material 3 may be wrapped or painted with a vinyl chloride sheet or the like, for example.
[0015]
A door contact mounting groove 5 as a mounting groove extending continuously in the longitudinal direction of the door frame 1 is recessed in a predetermined position on the front surface (front surface) of the door frame 1. The mounting groove 5 includes a bottom portion 6 which is recessed in the front surface of the core member 2 and whose left and right corners are arcuate surfaces, and an opening portion 7 having a width smaller than the groove width of the bottom portion 6. The bottom side (inner back side) groove width is a medium-wide shape that is larger than the opening side, and hook portions 8 and 8 are formed by the face material 3 on both side edges of the opening 7, respectively. Has been.
[0016]
A method of forming the mounting groove 5 in the door frame 1 will be described with reference to FIG. First, as shown in FIG. 2A, a core material 2 before the face material 3 is attached is prepared, and a door stop 11 described later is attached to the front surface of the core material 2 as shown in FIG. The groove 6 'that becomes the bottom 6 has a width that extends in the longitudinal direction of the core member 2 and that can be fitted with the locking protrusions 21 and 21 at the ends of the leg portions 13 and 13 of the door stop 11 at a position to be inserted. Is formed by a router (not shown) or the like.
[0017]
Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (c), the face material 3 is adhered to the left and right side edges of the front surface or the rear surface of the core material 2 so as to cover the groove 6 '. Specifically, with respect to a plate-like face material 3 having a width from the front surface of the core material 2 to the left and right side edges of the rear surface, it corresponds to the left and right corners of the front surface and the rear surface of the core material 2. A V-shaped groove having a V-shaped cross section is formed by cutting out at a part (V-cut), and this face material 3 is bent into a U-shaped cross section with the V-groove so as to cover the front and rear edges of the core material 2. Then, the core material 2 is attached to the left and right side edges of the front surface or the rear surface.
[0018]
Finally, as shown in FIG. 2D, the face material 3 at a position corresponding to the groove 6 'on the front surface of the core material 2 is opened to the outside by a router or the like. In this way, cutting is performed in the longitudinal direction with a width narrower than the groove width of the groove 6 ', thereby forming the opening portion 7 and the hook portions 8 and 8 made of the face material 3 on both sides thereof.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, a door stop 11 for restricting the closing position of a door (not shown) is fixedly attached to the mounting groove 5 of the door frame 1. This door stop 11 includes a rectangular tubular door stopper body 12 having a width dimension larger than the groove width of the opening 7 of the mounting groove 5, and the rear surface of this door stopper body 12 (the lower surface in FIG. 1). Are integrally formed with two leg portions 13 and 13 extending rearward in parallel with each other. The door stop main body 12 and the leg portions 13 and 13 are made of hard resin such as hard vinyl chloride resin having a little elasticity. The two leg portions 13 and 13 are fitted into the mounting groove 5, and the width dimension (interval) between the both leg portions 13 and 13 is the groove width of the opening 7 of the mounting groove 5. It is set to be almost the same.
[0020]
A single locking projection 21 extending continuously in the longitudinal direction of the door stop 11 is integrally formed on the outer surface of the tip of each leg 13. A locking surface 22 comprising a plane in a direction orthogonal to the outer surface of the leg 13 is provided on the leg base end side of each locking ridge 21, and the legs 13, 13 of the door stop 11 are attached to the mounting groove. 5, the engaging surfaces 22, 22 of the engaging protrusions 21, 21 on the outer surfaces of the legs 13, 13 are respectively hooked portions 8, 8 on both side edges of the opening 7 in the mounting groove 5. It is hooked and locked. The surface on the distal end side of the leg portion 13 in each locking ridge 21 is an arc surface corresponding to the left and right corners of the bottom surface of the mounting groove 5.
[0021]
Each leg 13 has a pair of plate-like bottom pieces 14 and 14 extending from the tip thereof toward the other leg 13 opposite to each other at right angles, and the opening of the attachment groove 5 from the tip of each bottom piece 14. A pair of locking pieces 15, 15 extending toward the side (upper side in FIG. 1) are integrally provided, and a gap G is formed between the locking pieces 15, 15. The locking piece 15 on one side (right side in FIG. 1) has one strip with a triangular cross section extending in the length direction of the door stop 11 on the surface facing the locking piece 15 on the other side (left side in FIG. 1). A convex portion 16 (engagement portion) and the other locking piece 15 extend in the door contact length direction on the surface facing the one locking piece 15 and engage the one convex portion 16. Each possible recess 17 (engagement portion) is formed.
[0022]
In addition, in a state where each leg portion 13 of the door stop 11 is fitted into the mounting groove 5 and the locking surface 22 of the locking protrusion 21 is locked to the catch portion 8 at the opening edge of the mounting groove 5. The connecting portion 12 a to the leg portion 13 of the door-holding main body 12 is raised by a predetermined dimension with respect to the front surface of the door frame 1 (front surface of the face material 3). The connecting portion 12a and the locking projection 21 are urged so as to be pressed against the face material 3 of the door frame 1, respectively, and the face material 3 is sandwiched and held therebetween.
[0023]
Further, a plurality of uneven portions 23, 23,... Having a zigzag cross section extending continuously in the longitudinal direction of the door stop 11 are formed on the outer surface of the leg portion 13 on the proximal end side with respect to the locking projection 21. When the leg portion 13 of the door stop 11 is fitted in the mounting groove 5, the uneven portions 23, 23,... Are in contact with the side edge of the opening 7 of the mounting groove 5 in a non-slip state. .
[0024]
Therefore, in this embodiment, when attaching the door stop 11 to the attachment groove 5 of the door frame 1, the two leg portions 13, 13 approach each other and a gap G between the tip portions of both bottom pieces 14, 14 is formed. The leg portions 13 and 13 are fitted into the mounting groove 5 while the door stop 11 is deformed so as to disappear. As a result, the locking projections 21 on the outer surfaces of the respective leg portions 13 move into the bottom portion 6 through the opening 7 of the attachment groove 5. That is, since the leg portions 13 and 13 are fitted into the mounting groove 5 while deforming the door stop 11 so that the leg portions 13 and 13 approach in this way, Even if it exists, the leg parts 13 and 13 which have the latching protrusions 21 and 21 can be easily fitted.
[0025]
In the state where the leg portions 13 and 13 of the door stopper 11 are fitted in the mounting groove 5, the locking surfaces 22 and 22 of the locking protrusions 21 and 21 on the outer surfaces of the leg portions 13 and 13 are respectively provided. The mounting groove 5 is locked to the catch portions 8 and 8 on the side edge of the opening 7. Further, the two legs 13 and 13 are separated from each other, and a gap G is formed between the locking pieces 15 and 15 at the tips of the bottom pieces 14 and 14.
[0026]
In that case, the connection part 12a to the leg part 13 of the door stop main body 12 floats with respect to the front surface of the door frame 1 (front face of the face material 3), and the connection part to the leg part 13 by the elasticity of the door stop main body 12 12a and the locking ridges 21 are respectively urged in the direction in which they are pressed against the face material 3 of the door frame 1, and the face material 3 is sandwiched and held between them. 23,... Are in contact with the side edge of the opening 7 of the mounting groove 5 in a non-slip state, so that the synergistic action prevents the door stop 11 from coming out of the mounting groove 5 and is strong. Can be fixed.
[0027]
In the structure in which the door stop 11 is attached in this manner, as shown in FIG. 3A, the door collides with the door stop 11 when the door is closed, and the impact force F from the door acts on the door stop body 12. Then, the leg 13 on the side opposite to the side on which the impact force F acts (the right side in FIG. 3) tries to rotate and deform with the front surface of the door frame 1 as a fulcrum. However, each leg portion 13 of the door stop 11 is integrally formed with a locking piece 15 extending from the tip of the bottom piece 14 toward the opening side of the mounting groove 5, and on the opposite side of the both locking pieces 15, 15. Since the concave portion 17 and the convex portion 16 are respectively formed, at the initial stage of the rotational deformation, as shown in FIG. 3B, the locking pieces 15 and 15 come into contact with each other so that there is no gap G therebetween. The convex portion 16 of the other locking piece 15 is engaged with the concave portion 17 of the one locking piece 15, and the relative movement between the locking pieces 15, 15 is restricted by the engagement between the concave portion 17 and the convex portion 16. Is done. For this reason, thereafter, as shown in FIG. 3C, the leg 13 is prevented from being rotationally deformed, and the door-stop main body 12 is arranged so that the side on which the impact force F acts approaches the opposite side portion. Only slightly deformed. As a result, the locking projection 21 on the outer surface of the leg 13 does not come off from the hooking portion 8 on the side edge of the opening 7 of the mounting groove 5, and the door stopper 11 is reliably prevented from falling off from the door frame 1. be able to.
[0028]
Further, by adopting the manufacturing process described with reference to FIG. 2, attachment of a medium-wide two-stage structure including a bottom portion 6 on the surface of the core material 2 and an opening portion 7 of the face material 3 and having a catching portion 8. Even the groove 5 can be easily manufactured.
[0029]
(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention (in the following embodiments, the same parts as those in FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description thereof is omitted), and the structure of the mounting groove 5 and The shape of the engaging portion of the locking piece 15 of the door stop 11 is changed.
[0030]
That is, in this embodiment, the bottom portion 6 of the attachment groove 5 of the door frame 1 is formed only in the core material 2, but the opening portion 7 extends over not only the face material 3 but also a part of the core material 2. Is formed. Further, the left and right corners of the bottom 6 in the mounting groove 5 have an orthogonal cross section in which the bottom surface and the side surface intersect at a right angle. In the case where the mounting groove 5 is formed, unlike the first embodiment, the face material 3 is first attached to the core material 2 and integrated together, and then the face material 3 or one of the core materials 2 is formed. What is necessary is just to process the attachment groove | channel 5 by cutting a part with a router.
[0031]
And the locking piece 15 at the tip of each leg 13 in the door stop 11 has a plurality of concavo-convex portions 18 having a zigzag cross section extending continuously in the length direction of the door stop 11 on the opposing locking piece 15 side. 19 (engagement portion) is formed, and the concave and convex portions 18 and 19 of both locking pieces 15 and 15 can be engaged with each other by fitting the convex portions on the other side into the respective concave portions. ing. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment. Therefore, this embodiment can achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment.
[0032]
(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment. In this embodiment, the door frame 1 is composed of only one plate material whose surface is decorated by lapping or painting such as a vinyl chloride sheet, and the opening 7 and the bottom 6 of the mounting groove 5 are formed on the front surface thereof. (When making the mounting groove 5, cutting is performed by a router as in the second embodiment).
[0033]
Further, one of the locking pieces 15 at the tip of the leg 13 in the door stop 11 (right side in FIG. 5) is continuous in the length direction of the door stopper 11 on the other locking piece 15 side (on the left side in FIG. 5). One protruding portion 16 (engagement portion) having a semicircular arc cross section extending to the other, and the other locking piece 15 can be engaged with the protruding portion 16 on the side of the opposing locking piece 15. Recesses 17 (engagement portions) of the stripes are respectively formed. Therefore, this embodiment can achieve the same effects as those of the first embodiment.
[0034]
(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment. In this embodiment, the face material 3 of the door frame 1 is stuck in a range extending from the front surface (front surface) to the left and right side surfaces of the core material 2. The mounting groove 5 formed in the door frame 1 is a dovetail having a substantially trapezoidal cross section with a groove width on the bottom side larger than that on the opening side.
[0035]
The leg portions 13 and 13 of the door stop 11 are substantially trapezoidal so as to be spaced apart from each other toward the distal end side so as to correspond to the dovetail cross-sectional shape of the mounting groove 5. The locking pieces 15 are formed with the concave and convex portions 18 and 19 (engagement portions) similar to those of the second embodiment.
[0036]
In the case of this embodiment, in a state where both the leg portions 13, 13 of the door stop 11 are fitted in the mounting groove 5, the outer surface of each leg 13 is hooked and locked to the opening side edge of the mounting groove 5. Therefore, the door stop 11 is difficult to come off. Therefore, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be achieved.
[0037]
In each of the above embodiments, the case where the door stop 11 is attached to the middle wide two-stage structure or the dovetail-shaped attachment groove 5 has been described. However, the present invention provides an attachment groove having a rectangular cross section (FIG. 7). It is also applicable to the case of attaching and fixing a door stop without the locking projection 21 as in the above embodiment.
[0038]
Moreover, you may project the cushion part which contact | abuts to the main body 12 of the door stop 11 in each said embodiment.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the door stop extends from the door stop main body and the door stop main body in parallel with each other and is fitted into the mounting groove of the door frame. Each leg has a bottom piece extending from the tip of the leg toward the other leg, and extending from the tip of the bottom piece toward the opening side of the mounting groove with a gap therebetween. It has a structure having opposing locking pieces, and an engaging portion that can be engaged with each other is provided on the opposite sides of both locking pieces, and this engaging portion acts on the door-contacting body of the impact force from the door. By engaging with each other only when the locking pieces come into contact with each other, when an impact force acts on the door when the door is closed, one leg of the door tries to rotate and deform. Can be prevented by the engagement of the engaging parts of the locking pieces, and the door-doors can be prevented from falling off. Te, stable door per structure is obtained.
[0040]
In the invention of claim 2, the door frame mounting groove is formed of a bottom portion and an opening portion having a width smaller than the groove width of the bottom portion, and hooking portions are provided on both side edges of the opening portion, while The outer surface of each leg is provided with a locking ridge extending in the longitudinal direction of the door, and the locking ridge is hooked on the catching portion in a state where the leg of the door is fitted in the mounting groove. I tried to do it. In the invention of claim 3, the mounting groove is a dovetail groove having a substantially trapezoidal cross section whose bottom side groove width is larger than that of the opening side, and the leg portion of the door corresponds to the dovetail cross section shape of the mounting groove. The approximate trapezoidal shape. According to these inventions, it is possible to more reliably prevent the door from falling off.
