【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、室内壁の表面を化粧する化粧面部材の端部を見切るために室内壁に沿って固定可能な見切り部材に関するものである。

【先行技術】
図5は、従来の見切り部材の縦断面図を示すものである。
従来の見切り部材110は、室内壁150の表面を化粧する化粧面部材120の端部を見切るために木質から形成されているものである。なお、この室内壁150は、特に図示しないが四角枠状の枠材及びその枠材の枠内を覆う面材からなる建物躯体140となる壁パネル141と、この壁パネル141の室内側の表面に形成される耐火材130とを備えているものである。

そして、前記見切り部材110は、その下部の室内壁150側の角部には、凹状に凹んだ収納凹部111が形成されている。この収納凹部111の内部には、化粧面部材120の上端が差し込まれて、化粧面部材120の上端が室内側から見えないように設定されている。
一方、本願発明に関連のある技術として、PCT JP94/00351号(国際公開番号;WO94/20280号)に記載された「セルロース系微粉粒、木質様成形品および木質様製品」の技術について簡単に説明する。

原料としてのセルロース材を粉砕して得た粉砕粉を磨砕処理して嵩比重を高めた粉粒とし、この粉粒の外周面に、該粉粒よりも小径でかつ硬い表面粒を固定させて固定粒とし、この固定粒に樹脂及び顔料を混合し、かつ溶融させ、その後または溶融と同時に押出成形または射出成形により所望形状に成形する。すると、天然の木の木目に極めて近い模様を表面に有し、しかも手触り感等の風合いも天然の木に近い木質様製品の製造方法及び木質様製品を提供することができる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記した従来の見切り部材110は、化粧面部材120の厚みが異なる場合、その使用する化粧面部材120の厚みに合った収納凹部111の幅を有する見切り部材110を準備しなければならなかった。このため、化粧面部材120の種類によって、異なる収納凹部111の寸法を有する専用の見切り部材110を必要とし、見切り部材110の共通化を図ることができず、見切り部材110の種類が多くなって、その保存や管理が大変であるという第一の問題点があった。

さらに、見切り部材110の共通化を図るため、見切り部材110を二つの部材に分割して、見切り部材110のうち共通に使用できる本体部材と、それぞれ異なる形状の収納凹部111を有する端部部材との二部材を組み合わせたものとすると、両者の接合面の継ぎ目を正確に整合するように形成するのは容易ではないという第二の問題点があった。

さらに、見切り部材110の表面外側に釘等の締結部材の頭部が現れないように、接着剤を使用して、鉛直の室内壁150に直接、接着固定するのは、見切り部材110が外れて落下しないように他の固定治具等を必要とし、取付作業に大変、手間がかかるという第三の問題点があった。
そこで、請求項1記載の発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する第一の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、厚みが異なる二種類の化粧面部材にも同一部材を組み合わせることにより対応することができて、使用部材の共通化を図ることができ、保存や管理が容易な見切り部材を提供しようとするものである。

これに加え、請求項2記載の発明は、上記した従来の技術の有する第二の問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、見切り本体及び見切り角部材の継ぎ目の外観を良好に形成することができるとともに両者の寸法誤差を吸収することができる見切り部材を提供しようとするものである。
これに加え、請求項3記載の発明は、見切り角部材をはめ込み溝に確実にはめ込み可能な見切り部材を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記した目的を達成するためのものである。
請求項1記載の発明は、室内壁(70)の表面を化粧する化粧面部材(60)の端部を見切るための見切り部材(10)であって、室内壁(70)に固定される長尺状の見切り本体(20)と、この見切り本体(20)の側端側に沿って固定される長尺状の見切り角部材(30)とを備え、前記見切り本体(20)は、その一方の側端側に位置して溝状のはめ込み溝(21)を備え、前記見切り角部材(30)は、その外方に向かって突出するとともに前記はめ込み溝(21)にはめ込み可能な短幅突出片(43)と、この短幅突出片(43)よりも突出長さが長いとともにはめ込み溝(21)にはめ込み可能な長幅突出片(41)とを備え、前記短幅突出片(43)と長幅突出片(41)とのうちいずれか一方をはめ込み溝(21)にはめ込むと、短幅突出片(43)と長幅突出片(41)とのうちいずれか他方が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成するとともに化粧面部材(60)の端部の室内側表面に当接して化粧面部材(60)の端部を見切り可能に形成されていることを特徴とする。

なお、ここで、「化粧面部材(60)」とは、室内壁(70)の室内側の表面を化粧する厚板状、薄板状若しくはシート状の部材を言うものである。例えば、板状の木質板や、表面に木目模様等を有する樹脂板や、表面に模様が印刷されるとともにエンボス加工により凹凸模様等を有する塩化ビニル等からなるシート状のもの等を含むものである。

本発明によれば、短幅突出片(43)と長幅突出片(41)とは、いずれか一方をはめ込み溝(21)にはめ込むと、他方が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成する。したがって、はめ込み溝(21)に短幅突出片(43)をはめ込むと、長幅突出片(41)が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成することとなり、また、はめ込み溝(21)に長幅突出片(41)をはめ込むと、短幅突出片(43)が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成することとなる。そして、短幅突出片(43)と長幅突出片(41)とは、長幅突出片(41)の方が、短幅突出片(43)よりも、突出長さが長くなるように形成されている。これにより、長幅突出片(41)が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成すると、短幅突出片(43)よりも幅の長い側端面を形成することができ、化粧面部材(60)の厚さがより薄いものに対してもその室内側表面に当接して化粧面部材(60)の端部を見切ることができる。また、短幅突出片(43)が見切り部材(10)の側端面を形成すると、長幅突出片(41)よりも幅の短い側端面を形成することができ、化粧面部材(60)の厚さがより厚いものに対してもその室内側表面に当接して化粧面部材(60)の端部を見切ることができる。すなわち、はめ込み溝(21)に短幅突出片(43)と長幅突出片(41)とのいずれか一方を選択してはめ込むことにより、見切り部材(10)の側端面の幅が異なるものを二種類、形成することができる。これにより、同一の見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)を組み合わせて、厚さが異なる二種類の化粧面部材(60)にも対応することができて、使用部材の共通化を図ることができ、見切り部材(10)の保存や管理を容易なものにすることができる。

本発明において、はめ込み溝(21)は、その内面に凹凸部(22)を備えている。このため、見切り角部材(30)の厚みをはめ込み溝(21)の幅よりも僅かに大きくなるように設定すると、はめ込み溝(21)の内部に見切り角部材(30)を挿入する際、はめ込み溝(21)の表面に押された凹凸部(22)が容易に弾性変形する。これにより、見切り角部材(30)をはめ込み溝(21)内部に容易に挿入することができるとともに、挿入した後は、凹凸部(22)の先端が見切り角部材(30)の表面に噛み込んで見切り角部材(30)が抜けるのを抑えて確実に保持することができる。

本発明に係る見切り本体(20)は、嵌合部(23)を備え、この嵌合部(23)には受け材(24)が嵌合されているため、受け材(24)を室内壁(70)に固定し、この受け材(24)に嵌合部(23)を嵌合させることにより、見切り本体(20)を室内壁(70)に固定することができる。したがって、受け材(24)を室内壁(70)に固定する際には、締結部材等を使用して容易に固定することができる上に、この受け材(24)に嵌合部(23)を嵌合させるだけで、特別の固定治具等を使用することなく、見切り本体(20)を室内壁(70)に取り付けることができて、見切り部材(10)の取り付け作業を容易に行うことができる。また、受け材(24)を室内壁(70)に固定するための締結部材等は、受け材(24)が嵌合部(23)内部に嵌合されるため、見切り本体(20)の表面に現れない。これにより、見切り本体(20)の外観表面をスッキリとした良好なものにすることができる。

なお、ここで、「樹脂」とは、硬質樹脂、軟質樹脂を含み、例えば塩化ビニル樹脂、発泡塩化ビニル樹脂、ポリエチレン樹脂、ポリプロピレン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂、ABS樹脂、ポリスチレン樹脂等である。

また、「微粒子の木粉」とは天然木材のほか、おがくずや建築廃材等を粉砕により、微粉状の粒子に形成しているものを含むものである。
本発明は、見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)に木粉が含まれているため、化粧枠(10)の表面を手で触った感触が、木質感のあるものとなり、樹脂や塩化ビニル等の表面のツルッとした感触がなく、手にしっくりとなじむ木質特有の暖かみのある良好な手触り感を得ることができる。

また、見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)は、上述した材料から形成され、樹脂を有しているため、木質材と比較して、吸水性が小さく、吸湿による収縮も発生しない。これにより、木質材と比較して、反り難く、ねじれ難く、また、腐り難いという材料としての均一性に優れたものにすることができる。
請求項7記載の発明は、上記した請求項1、請求項2、請求項3、請求項4、請求項5または請求項6記載の特徴点に加え、見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)は、セルロース系材料の微粉末の表面にこの微粉末よりも小径で、かつ硬い微粉末を担持させて作成した粉体を混合した樹脂を着色成形することによって木目模様を呈するように形成したことを特徴とする。

また、「樹脂を着色」する材料とは、有色顔料であり、例えば酸化鉄、カドミウムイエロー、カーボンブラック等の無機顔料である。また、「樹脂を着色成形することによって木目模様を呈する」とは、上述した顔料を使用して、樹脂自体を着色しているため、表面のみではなく、内部にまで木目模様を呈するように形成しているものである。これにより、見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)の表面が磨耗しても表面の木目模様が消えることがなく、良好な木目模様の外観を維持することができる。

本発明は、「セルロース系材料の微粉末の表面にこの微粉末よりも小径で、かつ硬い微粉末を担持させて作成した粉体を混合した樹脂」を形成している。このため、セルロース系材料の微粉末をそのままの状態で直接樹脂に混合して形成した場合に、セルロース系材料の特徴でもある微粉末の柔らかさや流動性の悪さに起因する作業性の低下や、押出時の焼き付けの発生や、成形品がもろくなってしまうような悪影響を抑えることができる。これにより、流動性の向上を図れることができ、成形時の作業性を向上させることができる見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)が得られる。

さらに、セルロース系材料の微粉末と、樹脂のみでは、両者の特性や機能のみで最終成形品の樹脂の特性あるいは機能が決定されてしまうのに対して、成形品の特性をセルロース系材料の微粉末の表面に担持させた小径でかつ硬い微粉末の材料を選択することによって変更させることができる。すなわち、かかる微粉末として、電気的特性、化学的特性、外観的特性あるいは耐熱性等の各種特性を有するものを選択使用することによって、その成形品である見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)に対して各種特性を与えることができ、その特性を変化させることができる。

また、本発明に係る見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)は、上述したような材質からなるため、その表面に木目模様を出すことができる。また、木質材料では原料となる天然木材の違いや、含有水分の違い等による品質のバラツキが発生するが上述したような材質からなる見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)ではそのようなことがなく、製品のバラツキを抑えることができる。すなわち、上述した材料を用いて成形した成形品は、複雑な断面形状をなしていても木目模様を呈するので、室内の他の表面部材に木質材、またはそれに変わる木質感のあるものを使用した場合に、外観デザインを調和させる意味で、使用するのに適している。換言すれば、天然の木材を切削加工したのでは手間がかかるような断面形状の部材であっても、木目模様を呈する成形品として提供することができる。

そして、「粉体を混合した樹脂」からなるため、通常の木質材料よりも水分を吸収し難く、仮に水分が付着しても水分を拭き取れば済み、メンテナンスを容易にすることができるものである。すなわち、手垢等の汚れがこの見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)の表面に付着しても濡れ雑巾で掃除することができ、汚れを除去した後、水分をふき取れば良いものである。これにより、外観上は木目模様を呈することができて木製品と同様の外観を形成することができるが、耐水性に関しては木製品と比較してはるかに水に強い見切り本体(20)及び見切り角部材(30)を提供できるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて、更に詳しく説明する。
図1乃至図3は、本発明の第一の実施の形態を示すものであり、図1は見切り部材の側面図、図2は見切り部材の使用状態の縦断面図、図3は見切り部材の使用状態の外観斜視図をそれぞれ示す。

まず、本実施の形態の構成について説明する。
本実施の形態に係る見切り部材10は、室内壁70の表面を化粧する化粧面部材60の端部を見切るためのものであって、図3に示すように、室内壁70の上部にのみ形成されたり、或いは、サッシ窓11の下枠及び上枠に沿って形成されるものである。なお、室内壁70は、特に図示しないが、四角枠状の枠材及びその枠材の枠内を覆う面材からなる建物躯体72となる壁パネル73と、この壁パネル73の室内側の表面に形成される耐火材71とを備えているものである。そして、耐火材71の室内側の表面には、その室内側表面を化粧する化粧面部材60が貼付されている。この化粧面部材60は、薄板シート状であって、塩化ビニル等により形成されているものである。

前記見切り部材10は、縦断面形状が略コ字状であって、室内壁70に固定される長尺状の見切り本体20と、縦断面形状が略L字状であって、見切り本体20の側端側に沿って固定される長尺状の見切り角部材30とを備えている。
前記見切り本体20は、その側端側に位置して下方に向かって開口する溝状のはめ込み溝21と、室内壁70側に向かって開口する嵌合部23とを備えている。前記はめ込み溝21の両側の内面と、嵌合部23の両側の内面とには、それらの長尺方向に沿って平行に配置されて縦断面形状が鋸歯状の凹凸部22が形成されている。そして、前記嵌合部23の内部には、室内壁70に締結部材等を介して固定される木質からなる長尺状の受け材24が嵌合されている。また、嵌合部23の内部には、接着剤を溜めることが可能な凹部25が長手方向に沿って形成されている。

前記見切り角部材30は、外方に向かって突出する二つの突出片40が直角に形成されることにより、縦断面形状が略L字状に形成されているものである。具体的には、見切り角部材30は、その外方に向かって突出するとともに前記はめ込み溝21にはめ込み可能な短幅突出片43と、この短幅突出片43よりも突出長さが長いとともにはめ込み溝21にはめ込み可能な長幅突出片41とを備えている。そして、この見切り角部材30は、短幅突出片43と長幅突出片41とのうちいずれか一方をはめ込み溝21にはめ込むと、短幅突出片43と長幅突出片41とのうちいずれか他方が見切り部材10の側端面を形成するとともに化粧面部材60の端部の室内側表面に当接して化粧面部材60の端部を見切り可能に形成されているものである。

そして、見切り部材10は、その下端側の側端角部に見切り本体20及び見切り角部材30の継ぎ目となる二部材継目角部50を備えている。この二部材継目角部50は、見切り本体20の室内側の正面及び側端面からなる見切り本体側端角部51と、見切り角部材30の短幅突出片43の室内側表面及び長幅突出片41の室内側表面からなる角部材側端角部52とからなるものである。そして、見切り本体側端角部51及び角部材側端角部52は、それらを長手方向に沿って平行に配置するとともに、二段からなる段差状に形成されている。なお、この二部材継目角部50は、見切り部材10の室内側の正面と上端面とからなる上端角部53と対称に形成されている。

そして、短幅突出片43及び長幅突出片41の先端側の端面には、化粧面部材60に当接した際に、見切り本体20側に向かって傾斜する逃げ部42を形成している。また、見切り本体20のはめ込み溝21を形成していない方の側端の室内壁70の端面にも、同様に、見切り本体20を室内壁70に取り付けた際に、見切り本体20の中心側に向かって傾斜する逃げ部42が形成されている。
