図6は従来の型枠構造を表している。この型枠構造は所定の間隔をおいてベニヤ板(イ) 、(イ) を並設したものであるが、その為に地面には両端を垂直に起立させた底枠(ロ) を配置し、該ベニヤ板(イ) 、(イ) の下端は底枠(ロ) に止着される。そしてベニヤ板(イ) 、(イ) の上端には上板(ハ) が渡されてクギ打ちされて、両ベニヤ板(イ) 、(イ) は互いに平行を保って垂直に起立している。コンクリートはこの両ベニヤ板(イ) 、(イ) 間の空間に流し込まれる。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の型枠構造には上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこれら問題点であり、ベースと立ち上がりを同時に造成することが出来る型枠であって、簡単に該型枠の組立が出来る型枠構造を提供する。特に、枠板の取付け作業の省力化を図った構造であって、型枠構造を構成する為の枠板の保持具を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の型枠構造は基礎コンクリートのベースと立ち上がりを一度に造成することが出来るように構成したものである。そして、該型枠を構成する為に枠板保持具を使用し、この枠板保持具は枠板をセットするだけで所定の型枠が簡単に組み立てられる。この場合、上記保持具には立ち上がり用枠板がセット出来、ベース用枠板は筋枠に連結される止着具に取り付けされる。ところで、この型枠内には基礎コンクリートの骨組みとなる鉄筋が配置されることになるが、該鉄筋は実開平3−29538号に係る「木造住宅基礎構築用筋枠」が使用される。

保持具は立ち上がり用枠板を保持する為の支持板を有し、しかも支持板の高さ調整が出来る構造となっている。そして、この立ち上がり用の保持具は転倒しないようにベースプレートやバー材を下端に取り付けしているが、一個づつの独立体ではなく、複数の保持具が一定間隔にて連結される。

保持具の連結手段としては連結棒(連結バー)等の連結部材が使用されて、上記ベースプレートやバー材に溶接される。更に、本発明では立ち上がり枠板を保持する為の支持板が振れないように、振れ止め部材を両支持具間を連結するように取り付けしている。勿論、振れ止め部材は全ての支持具間に取り付けする必要はなく、適当な一か所に設ければよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明の型枠構造は枠板保持具を使用する為に、枠板のセットがいたって簡単で、型枠の据付けを短時間に行うことが出来る。それに該枠板保持具は複数脚が一定間隔をおいて連結部材に取着されている為に地面に配置する作業も簡単であるとともに、支持具の位置決めをする必要はなく、正確に配置することが出来る。そして支持具の支持ボルトには支持板が取り付けされることになるが、該支持板に形成したボルト穴には支持ボルトが通されて蝶ネジにて締め付けするだけでレベル出しがなされて簡単に固定される。

そして基礎コンクリートのベースと立ち上がりを同時に造成することが出来、従来の作業に比べて大幅な省力化が図られる。又、この枠板保持具は立ち上がり用枠板を保持する保持板の高さが自由に調整可能である為に、ベースの高さに応じて立ち上がり枠板を配置することが出来る。さらに、連結部材に取り付けされる支持具には必要に応じて振れ止め部材を設ける為に、支持具並びに立ち上がり枠板は振れることなく位置決めは正確になされる。一方、支持板には止着片や係止片が両サイドに設けられていて、型枠に流し込まれたコンクリートによる浮力で立ち上がり枠板が浮き上がって外れることがないようにしている。
