本発明は、住宅内の台所,洗面所,浴室等に取付けられた各混合水栓に水,湯を供給するヘッダに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
ヘッダを利用した配管では、台所,洗面台,浴槽等に取付けられた各混合水栓を同時に使用しても、給水,給湯箇所の遠近に関係なく充分な吐水量が保証されるものであるが、このようなヘッダとして公知のものに特開平11−315560号公報の図1(本願図面の図4)のものがある。この図4について簡単に説明すると、建物の室内には給水本管40に接続した給湯器41からの湯を供給する湯用ヘッダ42、及び給水本管40からの水を供給する水用ヘッダ43が設けられており、この湯用,水用の各ヘッダ42,43に台所,洗面所,浴室等の各混合水栓46に湯,水を供給する通水管44,44aを接続し、この通水管44,44aは壁裏や床下に配設している。この場合、各ヘッダ42,43と通水管44,44aの間に夫々止水栓45が装着されている。

上記のものにあっては、各ヘッダと通水管の間にそれぞれ止水栓が装着されているが、ヘッダ配管を住宅内に施工した直後に行う通水試験,耐圧試験等により漏水個所の有無を確認したり、混合水栓の取替えや点検を行う場合に、各止水栓を頻繁に操作する必要があり、各止水栓がヘッダと通水管の間に並列に多数装着されているため突出する部分が大きく大型となり、ヘッダの取付場所として広いスペースが必要となるうえ、取付け位置が制限され、しかも見栄えも悪いという欠点があった。

本発明が解決しようとする課題は、止水弁を備えるヘッダをコンパクトにして、狭い場所にも容易に取付けられるようにすることである。

本発明は請求項1では、 給水管又は給湯管から供給される水,湯を複数個の供給管へ分配するヘッダにおいて、前記ヘッダは水,湯が通過する通水路が形成され、この通水路から分岐して複数個の取出し口が開口し、各取出し口に供給管が接続される管継手がそれぞれ装着され、各取出し口と向かい合わせて同一軸線上に開口孔が穿設され、この開口孔には通水路から各管継手へ供給される水又は湯の流路を開閉する止水弁それぞれ収容され、この止水弁は管継手に形成された弁座に接離するパッキンを先端に備えた弁棒と、この弁棒を進退自在に挿通したガイドとからなり、ガイドはその先端が通水路内に突出しないように開口孔に螺着され、通水路から管継手への通水時にパッキンはガイドと密接するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図に基づいて詳細に説明する。
この発明は例えば一般の住宅等に適用できるものであり、図1に示すように建物の室内には給水源と接続している給水管1が配管され、該給水管1は水を加熱する給湯器2と水用ヘッダ3に分岐して接続している。

前記水用ヘッダ3は、給水管1から供給される水を建物の室内で所定位置に配置された台所25,洗面所26,浴室27等に取付けられた各混合水栓28に分配するための、複数本の水供給管17が長手方向に沿って所定の間隔で装着されており、夫々の水供給管17はポリエチレン管等の合成樹脂で形成され、予め床下,壁裏に配設された蛇腹状の鞘管18を挿通して前記各混合水栓28に接続している。

また湯用ヘッダ3aは給湯管19により前記給湯器2と接続し、該給湯器2から供給される湯を前記各混合水栓28に分配するための複数本の湯供給管17aが長手方向に沿って所定の間隔で装着されており、夫々の湯供給管17aはポリエチレン管等の合成樹脂で形成され、予め床下,壁裏に配設された蛇腹状の鞘管18に挿通して前記各混合水栓28に接続している。

台所25,洗面所26,浴室27等に取付けられている各混合水栓28は、ハンドル29を操作することで設定された温度及び流量の湯水をそれぞれ吐水可能である。

前記水用及び湯用の各ヘッダ3,3aは図2及び図3の部分断面図に示すように、内部に横長で直線状の通水路4を形成し、一端に給水管1又は給湯管19と接続する接続口5を設けてあり、通水路4と直交する側部には各混合水栓28に水,湯を分配するための複数個の取出し口6を等間隔で開口し、該取出し口6に水供給管17又は湯供給管17aを接続するための管継手9を装着している。該管継手9は、一端には取出し口6の内周面に形成された雌ねじ部7に螺着する第1雄ねじ部11が形成され、他端には水供給管17又は湯供給管17aを外嵌する円筒状の案内部13を形成した継手本体10と、該継手本体10の外周に形成された第2雄ねじ部14に螺着して案内部13を覆うナット15と、該ナット15と案内部13の間に介在させた抜け止め用のリング16とからなり、水供給管17又は湯供給管17aを継手本体10の案内部13とナット15の間に挿入すれば、管継手9に接続することができるものであり、継手本体10の先端の第1雄ねじ部11は取出し口6の内周側に位置し、先端面に通水路4と向かい合わせて止水用の弁座12が環状に形成されている。

止水弁20は止水機能と流量調節機能を備えたものであり、前記管継手9の弁座12に接離するパッキン22を先端に備えた弁棒21と、該弁棒21を進退自在に挿通したガイド24からなり、該ガイド24は前記取出し口6と向かい合わせて同一軸上に穿設した開口孔8に螺着し、弁棒21の後端に取付けた摘み23を回転方向へ操作すれば、弁棒21と共にパッキン22がガイド24と弁座12の間を移動する。なお、図2に示す通水状態ではパッキン22はガイド24と密接し、図3に示す止水状態では弁座12に密接し、いずれの場合もパッキン22が水,湯が通過する通水路4を邪魔することがなく、パッキン22により他の供給管17,17aからの通水量が減少するようなことはない。

従って通常は図2に示すように、パッキン22が通水路4の邪魔にならないようにガイド24と密接して、水又は湯は通水路4から管継手9を介して水,湯の各供給管17,17aへ分岐して供給されるが、流量調節又は止水操作のため弁棒21を止水方向へ操作すると、パッキン22が管継手9の弁座12に接近して流量調節を行い、さらに図3に示すようにパッキン22が弁座12に密接して通水路4から管継手9への流路が閉弁され、供給管17,17a及び混合水栓28への通水を遮断するものである。

以上のように本発明の各ヘッダ3,3aは供給管17,17aを接続する各管継手9ごとに止水弁20を収容しているので、施工直後の通水試験や耐圧試験を行う際に、各混合水栓28ごとにヘッダ3,3aで止水をして順に漏水の有無等を確認することができる。しかも止水弁20はヘッダ3,3aの内部に収容されているので、コンパクトにすることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は請求項1では、給水管又は給湯管から供給される水,湯を複数個の供給管へ分配するヘッダにおいて、前記ヘッダは水,湯が通過する通水路が形成され、この通水路から分岐して複数個の取出し口が開口し、各取出し口に供給管が接続される管継手がそれぞれ装着され、各取出し口と向かい合わせて同一軸線上に開口孔が穿設され、この開口孔には通水路から各管継手へ供給される水又は湯の流路を開閉する止水弁それぞれ収容され、この止水弁は管継手に形成された弁座に接離するパッキンを先端に備えた弁棒と、この弁棒を進退自在に挿通したガイドとからなり、ガイドはその先端が通水路内に突出しないように開口孔に螺着され、通水路から管継手への通水時にパッキンはガイドと密接するようにした。従って止水機能を備えたヘッダをコンパクトにすることができ、取付スペースが狭くても容易に取付けることができる。また、通水状態でパッキンは通水路を邪魔することがなく、通水量が減少するようなことはない。
