本発明は、パチンコ機およびパチスロ機などの遊技機を制御するプログラムを記憶し、該プログラムに基づいて遊技機を制御する制御手段の異常、又は該制御手段を備えた遊技機の制御の異常を検出する遊技機の異常検出システム及び該異常検出システムに用いられる、演算機能と通信機能とを有し、有価情報を記録している記録媒体に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ店などの遊技店には、パチンコ機およびパチスロ機などの遊技機が複数台設置されており、遊技者は遊技機で使用するパチンコ玉およびメダル等の遊技媒体を借り入れ、該遊技媒体を元手に手持ちの遊技媒体を増やすことを目的とする遊技を行う。

各遊技機には遊技を制御する制御手段である制御基板が組み込まれ、制御基板は遊技を制御するプログラムを記憶している記憶手段、いわゆる遊技ROMを搭載しており、遊技機で行われる遊技の制御は遊技ROMに記憶されたプログラムを制御基板が備えるCPUにより実行することで行われる。遊技ROMに記憶されたプログラムには、法規制に基づき、遊技媒体の増やし易さの確率が設定されている。

このような遊技機においては、遊技店に納入された後に、不正にプログラムが書き換えられて例えば遊技媒体が増やし易いように設定された不正な遊技ROMと正規の遊技ROMとが差し替えられるという不正行為が行われる場合がある。

また、不正に遊技媒体を増やすことを目的とした不正行為として、制御基板から遊技機内部の各種機器へ制御信号を伝える接続線(以下、ハーネスと言う)の差し替え、ハーネスにぶら下げて当たりを操作する電子部品の取り付け、並びに遊技ROM及び制御基板などの各種機器を誤作動させる電磁波の利用、及びそれによる遠隔操作など、様々な不正行為が行われている。

以上のごとき不正行為を摘発するために、不正な遊技ROMの存在および各種の不正行為を検出する不正検出手段を制御基板に組み込み、不正検出手段により遊技機の異常が検出された場合に異常を記憶する機能または遊技機の停止を行う機能を制御基板に持たせておき、定期的に遊技機の異常検査を行う異常検出システムが用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の異常検出システムによる遊技機の異常検査は、定期的に行われているため、遊技機の異常を検出した時には既に不正行為により遊技店が損害を被った後である場合が多い。例えば、遊技機の異常検査が行われた後に、遊技者が遊技媒体を増やし易いように不正行為を行って遊技を行い、遊技媒体を増やし易いようにしたまま前記遊技機を放置した場合、前記遊技機を使用する他の遊技者により不正な遊技がさらに行われ、次の異常検査が行われるまでに不正行為による損害が累積する。以上の如く、従来の遊技機の異常検出システムにおいては、不正行為による遊技店の損害を未然に防止できないという問題がある。

また、従来の異常検出システムでは、制御基板にて不正行為の検出を行うため、制御基板に不正が行われた上で不正行為が行われた場合、例えば、不正な遊技ROMを備え、該不正な遊技ROMを検出しない不正な制御基板と正規の制御手段とが差し替えられた場合、又は不正検出手段が機能しない不正な制御基板と正規の制御基板とが差し替えられた上で、ハーネスの差し替え及びハーネスへの電子部品の取り付け等の不正行為が行われた場合には、遊技機の異常を検出できないという問題がある。

本発明の目的とするところは、遊技機の異常の検査を行う際に、遊技機の制御手段の正当性を判定することにより、制御手段に不正行為が行われている場合においても、遊技機の異常を検出できる遊技機の異常検出システム及び該異常検出システムに用いられる、演算機能と通信機能とを有し、有価情報を記録している記録媒体を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第1発明に係る遊技機の異常検出システムは、遊技機を制御するための情報を記憶しており、記憶された情報に基づいて遊技機を制御する制御手段を備え、該制御手段が組み込まれた遊技機の異常を検出する遊技機の異常検出システムにおいて、演算機能及び通信機能を有し、有価情報を記録している記録媒体と、該記録媒体を受け付けて有価情報の精算を行い、前記遊技機にて使用される遊技媒体の貸出を行う遊技媒体貸出装置とを備え、前記制御手段は、通信を行う手段と、自己を特定する特定情報を記憶する手段とを備え、前記記録媒体は、前記遊技媒体貸出装置に受付けられた場合に前記制御手段との通信を行う手段と、前記制御手段から前記特定情報を読み込む手段と、前記記録媒体の受け付けが可能な制御手段を特定する特定情報を記録しており、読み込んだ特定情報及び記録してある特定情報の照合を行う手段と、該照合の結果、読み込んだ特定情報が記録してある特定情報と異なる場合には、前記遊技機の異常を示す異常情報を前記遊技媒体貸出装置へ送信する手段とを備え、前記遊技媒体貸出装置は、前記制御手段及び前記記録媒体の間の通信を中継する手段と、前記記録媒体から前記異常情報を受信した場合に、遊技媒体の貸出を禁止する手段とを備えることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその実施の形態を示す図面に基づき具体的に説明する。
図1は、本発明に係る遊技機の異常検出システムの構成を示すブロック図である。図中30は遊技機であり、遊技機30には、遊技機30を制御する制御手段である制御基板20が組み込まれている。遊技機30には、遊技機30で用いられる遊技媒体の貸出を行う、いわゆる台間機としての遊技媒体貸出装置50が付設されており、本発明に係る記録媒体として用いられるICカード40に対して情報の読み書きを行うリーダ・ライタ53を備え、ICカード40が記録している有価情報の精算を行う構成となっている。遊技店100には、遊技機30及び遊技媒体貸出装置50が複数設置されており、夫々の遊技機30及び遊技媒体貸出装置50を管理し、本発明に係る異常報知装置として用いられる内部管理装置60がさらに設置され、本発明に係る遊技機の異常検出システムを構成している。遊技店100の外部には遊技店管理機関800が設けられており、複数の遊技店100の夫々に設置されている内部管理装置60を管理する外部管理装置80が設置されている。

次に、本発明の遊技機の異常検出システムの処理をフローチャートを用いて説明する。図3は、遊技者がICカード40を遊技媒体貸出装置50へ挿入してから遊技を開始するまでの間に遊技機の異常検出システムが行う全体の処理を説明するフローチャートである。まず、遊技媒体貸出装置50が遊技者からICカード40を受け付け(S1)、遊技機の異常検出システムは、制御基板20の正当性を調べる制御基板照合の処理を行い(S2)、制御基板20が正当であった場合には、不正記憶部26が記憶している遊技機30の不正な制御の情報を調べる不正情報検査の処理を行い(S3)、遊技機30の不正な制御が検出されなかった場合には、遊技ROM10の正当性を調べる遊技ROM照合の処理を行う(S4)。遊技ROM10が正当であった場合には、遊技媒体貸出装置50は、ICカード40の有価情報記録部44に記録されている有価情報の読み出し及び書き込みを行って有価情報の精算を行い(S5)、精算した分の遊技媒体を遊技媒体排出部57より貸し出し、(S6)、貸し出された遊技媒体を元手とする遊技が開始される(S7)。
