Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention inserts both ends of a packaged body in order to protect the packaged body against external impacts when the packaged product such as a product shipped from a factory is stored in a packaging container such as cardboard. The present invention relates to a cushioning member for packaging used.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as this kind of cushioning member, mainly used is one in which a foamed polystyrene board molded into a predetermined shape is attached to a corrugated cardboard board, or one in which foamed polystyrene is molded in accordance with the shape of the package and the packaging container. It had been. However, such a shock-absorbing member requires an operation for attaching a foamed polystyrene board to a corrugated cardboard board when producing the cushioning member, and a process for molding the foamed polystyrene according to the shape of the packaged body. It takes a lot of time, and this is transported because there is a lot of dead space and the transport efficiency is deteriorated, and when the cushioning member is discarded and incinerated, harmful combustion gas is generated from the foamed polystyrene. There were various problems such as being difficult to decompose in the soil.
[0003]
On the other hand, for example, according to Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-90766, instead of the above-mentioned conventional foamed polystyrene, a sheet of corrugated cardboard is cut and a fold line is formed, so that the main surface corresponding to the end face or side face of the packaged body is obtained. For packaging in which auxiliary panels that are bent at right angles from both sides of the panel through a fold line are extended, and auxiliary panels attached to the inside or outside of these panels from the main panel or the sub panel are extended integrally through the fold line. A cushioning member has already been proposed and known.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional cushioning member for packaging has a complicated shape in which a large number of small flaps are formed on the main panel or sub-panel via a broken line, and it is difficult to assemble the assembly. In addition, the structure is suitable for a cushioning member for packaging to protect the article from impact by being inserted into opposite ends of the cube-shaped packaged body. It wasn't.
[0005]
Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problems in the prior art, that is, for example, an accessory such as a personal computer or a printer is housed therein, and is inserted into both ends of a normally thin cubic box. Therefore, it is intended to provide a cushioning member for packaging that is suitable for use in the storage box of the main body, is easily manufactured and assembled, and can be easily transported and discarded.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, in order to achieve the above object, a packaging buffer member for protecting the article from impact by being attached to opposite ends of a cube-shaped package body, each packaging cushion member Is folded by putting a fold line or a semi-cut line on a rectangular corrugated board, and the section between the upper and lower corrugated boards is substantially the same as the height of the package to be packaged. In addition, the upper and lower corrugated board plates are separated by a width substantially the same as the width of the packaged body to form a pair of slits, and further, the height of the packaged body is approximately the same. A pair of corrugated cardboard plates having slits formed on both ends are formed in isolation, and a folded portion on one slit side of the pair of corrugated cardboard plates is folded back. I ’ll mesh with the slit Inserted into, along with folding the bent portion between the other slit of the corrugated cardboard plate, by inserting the upper and lower corrugated plate-shaped member of the "U" in the slit, perpendicular to these members to each other A cushioning member for packaging characterized by being assembled as described above is proposed.
[0007]
That is, according to the packaging cushioning member according to the present invention described above, a folding line or a semi-cut line is placed on a rectangular corrugated cardboard plate, and the height between the upper and lower corrugated cardboard sheets is the height of the packaged body to be packaged. A pair of slits having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a pair of slits formed on both sides thereof, and having a pair of slits formed on the substantially U-shaped member. It is possible to assemble the cardboard board by simply inserting it perpendicularly so that the slits are engaged with each other, and the dimensions are also the height and width of the cube shape to which this cushioning member for packaging is inserted. In addition, it is possible to easily cope with this by simply bending the corrugated board and changing the position where the slit is formed. Since the packaging cushioning member can be easily assembled by folding the corrugated cardboard cut into a predetermined shape along a fold line or a semi-cut line, it can be easily manufactured, transported, and discarded.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the details of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, the packaging cushioning member according to the present invention cuts out one rectangular corrugated board 10 cut from a corrugated board (blank) along a cutting line shown by a solid line in the figure. Further, on the surface, a half-cut line (cuts up to half of the thickness direction of the corrugated board) or a fold line (for example, a sewing line) is formed in a portion indicated by a broken line or a two-dot chain line. In this figure, a broken line indicates a valley fold, a two-dot chain line indicates a mountain fold, and reference numerals 11, 11... In the figure indicate so-called slits.
[0009]
The cut corrugated board 10 is folded into a valley fold with a broken line and a mountain fold with a two-dot chain line. As a result, as shown in FIG. can get. As is apparent from this figure, the corrugated board of the upper and lower portions 101 and 102 constituting the member 100 having a substantially “U” cross section is doubled, and the distance between the upper and lower corrugated board H has substantially the same dimension as the height of a thin cubic box which is a packaged body into which the buffer member is inserted at both ends. The slits 11, 11... Formed on the corrugated board 10 are formed as continuous slits 11 on the back side of the "U" shape as is apparent from the figure as a result of bending. It becomes. As shown in FIG. 2, these slits 11, 11... Are formed symmetrically at both ends of the rectangular corrugated board 10 by a predetermined distance W. The width is the same as the width of the thin cubic box which is the packaged body. Further, in FIG. 2, the portions cut out in the “H” shape on the corrugated board 10 are bent, and as a result, as shown in FIG. 3, a pair is formed on the back side of the “U” shape. Projecting portions 120 and 120 are formed.
[0010]
Next, another member to be assembled to the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section will be described. In this member, the cut corrugated cardboard plate 20 is cut out along the cut line having the shape shown by the solid line in FIG. 4, and a broken line is formed on the surface thereof by the broken line (this broken line is valley-folded). This is bent and formed into a predetermined shape (which will be described in detail later, but a member 200 having a substantially “U” cross section). Slits 12 and 12 and slits 13 and 13 are provided at both ends of the corrugated board 20, respectively. And between the one slits 12 and 12, it is the bending part 22, and the folding | turning part 23 is provided in the other slit 13 and 13 side.
[0011]
In FIG. 5 attached, a pair of members 200, 200 each having a substantially U-shaped cross section and the corrugated board 20 shown in FIG. 4 are bent. Is shown. That is, two members 200 and 200 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are prepared for one member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and these are assembled to form a cushioning member for packaging. The Rukoto. Specifically, the folded portion 23 on one slit 13, 13 side of the two members 200, 200 having a substantially “U” -shaped cross section is folded back. Then, as indicated by arrows in FIG. 5 , the pair of substantially U-shaped members 200, 200 are connected from the back side of the substantially U-shaped member 100 to the cross-section approximately “C”. "" -Shaped member 100 and substantially U-shaped cross-section member 200 are assembled so that they are orthogonal to each other, and slits 11 and 11 and slits 13 and 13 formed in each are engaged with each other. It is done.
[0012]
After the assembly as described above, as shown in FIG. 6, the upper and lower portions 101, 102 of the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section are placed in the remaining slits 12, 12, respectively. While inserting, the bending part 22 formed between the said slits 12 and 12 is bent by the direction of the arrow in a figure, for example by pressing with a finger | toe, and, thereby, the member 200 of cross-sectional substantially "U" shape shape. Is fixed to the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. Needless to say, this assembling operation is performed on both ends of the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section.
[0013]
The appearance of the cushioning member for packaging thus assembled is shown in FIG. As is clear from this figure, a result of assembling a pair of members 200, 200 having a substantially U-shaped cross section into the slits 11, 11 formed on both sides of the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section. The insertion portion 400 having a height H and a width W is formed at the center of the “well” -shaped structure. That is, the insertion portion 300 of the cushioning member for packaging is inserted into both ends of the thin cube-shaped package box 500 (height H and width W) shown on the left side of the drawing (however, in the figure) (Only one end portion is shown). Thereby, the edge part of the box 500 which is a to-be-packaged body can be covered, and it can protect reliably from an external impact.
[0014]
Next, a modified example of the member 200 having a substantially “U” -shaped cross section that constitutes the above-described packaging cushioning member will be described. In the modified example of the member 200 having a substantially “U” cross section, a corrugated board 20 ′ is cut out along a cut line having a shape as shown by a solid line in FIG. A broken line (this broken line indicates a valley fold) is formed, and this is bent. FIG. 8 shows a modification 200 ′ of a member having a substantially “U” cross section formed by bending the cut corrugated cardboard plate 20 ′. As is apparent from this figure, in this modification 200 ', it can be seen that the corrugated board constituting the wall surface on the left side of the figure is entirely doubled, thereby increasing its strength. Other configurations are the same as described above.
[0015]
Next, FIG. 9 shows a modification of the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section that constitutes the packaging cushioning member. In addition, in the modification 100 ′ of the member having a substantially U-shaped cross section, the difference from the member shown in FIG. 2 is that the broken line formed on the corrugated board 10 ′ cut into a predetermined shape is All of them are mountain folds of two-dot chain lines. FIG. 10 shows an appearance of a part of a modified example 100 ′ of a substantially U-shaped member formed by bending the cut corrugated board 10 ′. As is clear from this figure, in the modified example 100 ′ of the member having a substantially U-shaped cross section, the single corrugated board shown in FIG. 9 is folded into a mountain fold along a two-dot chain line. The upper and lower portions 101 and 102 are also constituted by double corrugated board bent inward. The other points are almost the same as those shown in FIG.
[0016]
7 and 8 is combined with the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 above. A member 200 having a substantially U-shaped cross section shown in FIG. 4 or the like is a modification 100 ′ of the “U” -shaped member shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. The cushioning member for packaging can be configured in combination with the modification 200 ′ of the member having a substantially “U” -shaped cross section shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 and FIGS. It is also possible to constitute a packaging cushioning member by combining with the illustrated "U" -shaped member modification 100 '.
[0017]
Subsequently, FIGS. 11 to 13 attached therewith show a cushioning member for packaging according to another embodiment of the present invention. Also in this other embodiment, as is clear from these drawings, the member 100 having a substantially “U” -shaped cross section is shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 or in FIG. This is the same as the modification 100 ′ of the “U” -shaped member shown in FIG. However, the shape of the member assembled to the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is different.
[0018]
That is, in the cushioning member for packaging according to another embodiment, the corrugated board 30 is cut out along a cut line having a shape as shown by a solid line in FIG. 12, and a broken valley line and a mountain fold line formed on the surface thereof are cut out. As shown in FIG. 13, a member 300 having a substantially “S” cross section is formed, and this member 300 is assembled to the member 100 having a substantially “U” cross section. . In FIG. 12, reference numerals 12 and 13 are slits, reference numeral 22 is a bent portion, and a projection 24 is formed at the tip. Moreover, the code | symbol 23 in a figure has shown the return | turnback part too. Further, reference numeral 25 in the figure denotes a notch for inserting the protrusion 24 provided at the tip of the bent part 22, and reference numeral 26 denotes an outer frame part that is bent into a "V" shape. Yes.
[0019]
After the member 300 having a substantially “S” cross section is formed by bending it, as shown in FIG. 13, the slits 11 at both ends of the member 100 having a substantially “U” cross section are formed. , 11 are formed position, from the back side of the member 100 shaped in the cross section "U", so as to be perpendicular to each other, and, as the slit 11, 11 and the slit 13, 13 are meshed with each other Assembled. Thereafter, the upper and lower portions 101 and 102 of the substantially U-shaped member 100 are inserted into the other slits 12 and 12, and the outer frame portion 26 is bent into a V shape. Further, the bent portion 22 formed between the slits 12 and 12 is bent with, for example, a finger to bend in the direction of the arrow in the figure, and the protruding portion 24 provided at the tip portion is turned back to face. Insert into the notch 25 formed in the part 23. As a result, the member 300 having a substantially “S” cross section is fixed to the member 100 having a substantially “U” cross section. Note that this assembling operation is performed on both sides of the member 100 having a substantially U-shaped cross section as described above.
[0020]
The cushioning member for packaging according to another embodiment assembled in this manner is, as is apparent from FIG. 11, the cross-section substantially “assembled with each other through the slits 11, 11 and the slits 13, 13 ”. Due to the U-shaped member 100 and the pair of members 300 and 300 having an approximately “S” -shaped cross section, the insertion portion 300 having a height H and a width W is formed at the center of the “well” -shaped structure. 'Is formed. And this insertion part 300 'of the cushioning member for packaging is inserted into both ends of the thin cubic box 500' (height H and width W) shown on the left side of the figure (however, in the figure) (Only one end is shown) is used in the same manner as described above. However, the structure of the cushioning member for packaging according to another embodiment of the present invention is because the outer frame portion 26 is bent into a V shape and extends widely in the lateral direction, and particularly when the width W is large. However, sufficient strength can be obtained. Further, the fixing strength is also increased by the protrusion 24 provided at the tip of the bent portion 22 and the notch 25 formed in the folded portion 23.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above detailed description, according to the cushioning member for packaging according to the present invention, a rectangular corrugated cardboard is folded with a fold line or a semi-cut line, and the height between the upper and lower corrugated board is the height of the packaged body. A member formed with a substantially U-shaped cross section and having a pair of slits on both sides thereof so as to be substantially the same as the height, a pair of corrugated cardboard plates having a pair of slits is also formed between the slits. Since it can be assembled by simply inserting it so that it is engaged perpendicularly , if this corrugated board is punched and transported in the unfolded state, it will not be bulky even during transportation, and there will be little dead space efficiency In addition, it is easy to assemble from its structure, and it is possible to reliably protect the corner of the packaged article, and the dimensions of the packaging buffer Folding the corrugated board according to the height and width of the cube shape to insert, and changing the position to form the slit can be easily handled, in addition, because it does not use a cushioning member such as polystyrene foam, An excellent effect that the disposal process can be easily performed is exhibited.
