【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は牛蹄削蹄装置に於ける牛首遊挿孔の調節装置に関するものであり、特に、牛首遊挿孔に牛首が挿入されたとき、牛首の上下動を規制することによる牛の前後足の躍動を停止させて牛蹄の削蹄作業の安全性が期待できるようにした牛蹄削蹄装置に於ける牛首遊挿孔の調節装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
本願出願人は、牛蹄削蹄装置を特願平9−040290号として先に出願した。而して、この先願に係る装置は、フレームによって箱型に形成される牛収容室であって、該牛収容室は後方に牛の出入部を有し、該出入部の後扉及び前扉並びに側扉が開閉自在に形成されると共に、該牛収容室に入室した牛の吊り上げ装置を備え、更に、左右両側扉下方部の前方部位及び後端部位に夫々牛足固定具を備え、更に、上記前扉は左右の扉から成り、且つ、両扉を合接したとき縦方向中央部が牛首を遊挿できる程度の縦長状の牛首遊挿孔が形成できるように構成され、且つ、該左右の扉は内側部の下端部をフレームに枢支して上方部を左右下方向へ夫々拡開できるように構成されて成るものである。

そこで、この牛蹄削蹄装置で牛の蹄を削蹄しようとする際には、先ず、前後左右の夫々の扉を開放し、前記牛足固定具を夫々横方向へ開いておく。そして、後方の牛の出入部から牛収容室内に牛を入れる。然る後、前記扉を閉じる。このとき、前面の扉は左右の前扉が下部の枢支部を回動支点として中央部に回動し、そして、縦長の牛首遊挿孔が形成され、この牛首遊挿孔に牛首が遊挿されることになる。更に、後部の扉も閉じ、更に、牛の吊り上げ装置によって牛を吊り上げた後、前記牛足固定具に牛の前足及び後足を夫々固定し、作業員によって削蹄作業が行われるのである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記先願に係る装置に牛を収容して牛蹄を削蹄しようとするとき、牛首は縦長の牛首遊挿孔に遊挿された状態となる。然るときは、該牛首遊挿孔に遊挿された牛は、該牛首を牛首遊挿孔の縦方向に自在に移動させることができる。而して、牛首を縦方向に自在に移動させるとき、牛は習性により牛足も同時に自在に躍動させることが多く、依って、牛足固定具に牛足を固定すること自体が困難であり、且つ、一旦、牛足を牛足固定具に固定した後に於ても、前記牛首の縦方向の任意の移動に伴って牛足固定具に牛の力が負荷され、牛が自らの牛足を傷つけたり、或いは牛足固定具、又はその周辺器物、或いは削蹄する作業員に損傷を及ぼすと云う憂いがある。

そこで、牛蹄削蹄装置に於て牛足の固定を確実、且つ、安全ならしめるために解決せらるべき技術的課題が生じてくるのであり、本発明は該課題を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は上記目的を達成するために提案せられたものであり、フレームによって箱型に形成される牛収容室であって、該牛収容室は後方に牛の出入部を有し、該出入部の後扉及び前扉並びに側扉が開閉自在に形成されると共に、該牛収容室に入室した牛の吊り上げ装置を備え、更に、左右両側扉下方部の前方部位及び後端部位に夫々牛足固定具を備え、更に、上記前扉は左右の扉から成り、且つ、両扉を合接したとき縦方向中央部が牛首を遊挿できる程度の縦長状の牛首遊挿孔が形成できるように構成され、且つ、該左右の扉は内側部の下端部をフレームに枢支して上方部を左右下方向へ夫々拡開できるように構成されて成る牛蹄削蹄装置に於て、前記牛首遊挿孔に牛首が遊挿されたとき、該牛首の上下動を規制すべく該牛首遊挿孔の前面に規制杆を回動自在に架設した牛蹄削蹄装置に於ける牛首遊挿孔の調節装置を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図1乃至図7に従って詳述する。尚、説明の都合上、先ず本願出願人が先に出願した特願平9−40290号の牛蹄削蹄装置について説明する。

図に於て1は牛蹄削蹄装置である。該牛蹄削蹄装置1はフレーム2によって箱型に形成された牛収容室3を有し、更に、該牛収容室3の前面には中央部から左右個別に設けられた左前扉4と右前扉4aが設けられている。而して、該左前扉4及び右前扉4aは牛収容室3の前面中央部に位置する部分の夫々の左扉枠5及び右扉枠5aの下端部を該牛収容室3の前面下方部のフレーム2aに枢支され、そして、該枢支部6,6aを回動支点として夫々上方部が左右へ回動して前扉を開放できるように構成されている。

而して、該前扉の開閉装置としては、図1に於て該牛収容室3の前面上方部のフレーム2bの位置から右側へ延設し、該延設部の先端部に作動杆7の略中央部を枢着し、該枢着部8にレバー9を固設して、該レバー9を回動させることにより該作動杆7が該枢着部8を回動支点として回動するように構成されている。そこで、該作動杆7の上端部には前記左前扉4の左扉枠5の上端部に一端部を枢着した左前扉用連杆10の他端部が枢着されており、更に、該作動杆7の下端部には前記右前扉4aの右扉枠5aの上方部に一端部を枢着した右前扉用連杆10aの他端部が枢着されている。従って、前記レバー9を矢印X方向に回動させれば前記左前扉4は下端部の枢支部6を回動基点として左方へ回動して該左前扉4が開放され、そして、右前扉4aは右方へ回動して該右前扉4aが開放されることになる。

又、該レバー9を矢印Y方向(実線の位置)に回動させれば左右の前扉5,5aは図示実線のように閉塞する。而して、この左右前扉4,4aは図1の実線の位置で閉塞しているのであるが、この閉塞状態に於て左扉枠5及び右扉枠5aが各別に左方及び右方へ湾曲凹設され、そして、牛収容室3内に牛が収容されたとき、前記左右の扉枠5,5aによって牛の首が遊挿できて上下移動が可能な縦長の牛首遊挿孔11が形成される。このように縦長の牛首遊挿孔11を形成すべく前記左右の前扉4,4aが閉塞状態にあるとき、この閉塞状態にある左右の前扉4,4aが不慮開放しないようにするために、先端部に歯部12aを有する固定具12の一端部を前記左扉枠5の上端部近傍に枢着し、そして、前記歯部12aを右方向の縦フレーム2cに設けた係止部13に係止できるように構成されている。勿論、該左右の前扉4,4aを開放しようとする際には該固定具12を上方へ回動して前記歯部12aによる噛合を解除し、そして、前述の操作により該左右の前扉4,4aを開放させることは当然である。

又、図3に示す如く、該牛収容室3の左右側部にも側扉14,14が設けられ、そして、該左右双方の側扉14,14は夫々の前端部の側扉枠14a,14aの上下端部をフレームに枢支し、この枢支部を回動支点として開放することができるように構成されている。

更に又、図4に示すように、該牛収容室3の後部を牛の出入部15とし、そして、該牛の出入部15は一端部を枢支して開閉自在に形成された後扉16が配設されている。

又、図3に示す如く、前記左右双方の側扉14,14の前方下部に開口部17,17を設け、該開口部17,17部位に牛の前足固定具18,18を備えておく。而して、該前足固定具18は鍵型に折曲されて成り、前端部の下部縦軸18aをフレーム2に対して回動自在に枢着されており、そして、該下部縦軸18aの上端部から水平方向にアーム18bを延設し、該アーム18bの先端部に上部縦軸18cを上下長さ調整自在に立設されている。詳しくは該上部縦軸18cは外筒に対して中軸を遊挿し、外筒にピン孔を開穿して、該ピン孔にピンを挿入固定して上下高さを調整できるように構成されている。而して、該上部縦軸18cの上端部には半月状に湾曲した牛足載置片18dが固設されており、更に、牛足載置片18dの前端部に半月状に湾曲された牛足固定片18eの前端部を枢支し、牛の前足を牛足載置片18dの上面に載置した後、該牛足固定片18eを回動して該牛足の上面から牛足を押えて該牛足を固定できるように、該牛足載置片18dと牛足固定片18eを合接したときに双方によって卵形空所19が形成される。

斯くの如く、牛の前足は牛蹄を上方に向いた状態で該卵形空所19内に固定される。該固定に当っては、別途チェン20を前記牛足載置片18dと牛足固定片18eの後端部に巻き付け、その余端部を前記上部縦軸18cに突設した二又状引掛具21に引掛して固定される。勿論、該牛の前足固定具18は左右双方の側扉14,14の前記開口部17,17の位置に設けられて該側扉14,14の開閉動作に支障を来さないように形成されている。

又、図4及び図5に示す如く、左右の下部フレーム2d,2dの後端部に牛の後足固定具22,22が備えられている。該後足固定具22は鍵型に折曲されて成り、基部である下部縦軸22aは前記下部フレーム2dの後端部に設けた筒状支持軸22bに水平方向回動自在に枢支されて成り、更に、該縦軸22aの上端部に扇形盤23を固設し、そして、該扇形盤23の曲面近傍に多数の孔23a,23a…を開穿し、該孔23a,23a…のうち一つの孔23aにピン24を挿通し、該ピン24を前記下部フレーム2dの後端部に設けた開口筒25に挿通して所定角に回動された前記後足固定具22の方向を固定できるように構成されている。

又、該扇形盤23から水平方向に延設される中軸22cが設けられ、更に、該中軸22cは外筒軸22d内を摺動自在に遊嵌され、該外筒軸22dに複数個のピン孔22e,22e…を開穿し、一つのピン孔22eにピン22fを挿通して中軸22cと外筒軸22dとを固定できるように構成されて水平方向の長さ調整ができるように構成されている。更に又、該外筒軸22dの先端部には上部縦軸22gが立設され、該上部縦軸22gは前記前足固定具18と同様に上下高さ調整自在に構成されると共に、牛足載置片22h及び牛足固定片22i並びに卵形空所19a,チェン20a,二又状引掛片21aを有して前足固定具と全く同一の機能を有するが、之は後足の固定に用いられるのであり、従って、左右両側に備えられている事は当然である。又、前記後扉16にも側扉14と同様に開口部17aが設けられている。

又、該牛収容室3の内底部には略方形に形成された腹帯26が敷設されている。該腹帯26は該牛収容室3に入室した牛の腹部を下面より当接し、そして、該腹帯26を上方へ吊り上げることによって牛も同時に地上に吊り上げることができるように構成されている。而して、該腹帯26の左右両側縁には直線状の金具27,27が固設されており、該金具27,27の夫々の前後部に吊り上げ吊り下げ用のワイヤ28,28,28a,28aが取り付けられ、エアシリンダ29の駆動により、該ワイヤ28,28,28a,28aが同一方向に吊り上げられ、又は吊り下げられるように構成されている。

そこで、牛の吊り上げ装置に用いる動力伝達機構について説明する。前記エアシリンダ29は牛収容室3の天井部に前後方向に向って配設され、側方に備え付けられているエアタンク30から圧力空気が供給される。而して、該エアシリンダ29からの動力は図6の解説図に示すように、フレーム2に固設された該エアシリンダ29のピストンロッド29aの先端部に第1チェン31を連結し、そして、該第1チェン31は牛収容室3の天井部フレーム2の左右方向に取り付けられた第1回転軸32に軸着した第1ギヤ33に巻回され、更に、該第1ギヤ33に巻回された該第1チェン31は前記エアシリンダ29側のフレーム2に固設したスプリング34の先端部に連結され、該スプリング34によって該第1チェン31は常時緊張されている。

又、前記第1回転軸32には第2ギヤ35が軸着されている。一方、牛収容室3の天井部フレーム2の前後端部近傍にて左右方向に第2回転軸36及び第3回転軸37が平行に対峙して取り付けられている。該第2回転軸36の両端部には前部シーブ38,38が軸着され、第3回転軸37の両端部にも後部シーブ38a,38aが夫々前記前部シーブ38,38に対峙して軸着されている。

而して、前記腹帯26の前部両側に取り付けられている前記ワイヤ28,28の上方部は前記前部シーブ38,38の夫々前面から巻回され乍らその端部が任意の点Pで固定してある。又、該腹帯26の後部両側に取り付けられている前記ワイヤ28a,28aの上方部は前記後部シーブ38a,38aの背面から上面に及んで巻回され乍ら該後部シーブ38a,38aと夫々対峙する前記前部シーブ38,38の夫々の下面から巻回されてその端部が任意の点Pにて固定されている。

又、前記第2回転軸36の中央部には前記第2ギヤ35に対峙して第3ギヤ39が軸着されている。そして、該第2ギヤ35と第3ギヤ39との間に第2チェン40が巻装され、第1回転軸32の回転力を第2回転軸36に伝達している。

更に又、前記エアシリンダ29のピストンロッド29aの先端部に突部29bを突設し、そして、該ピストンロッド29aが収縮して前記腹帯26を所定高さ、即ち、該腹帯26にて吊り上げられる牛が所定の高さに達したとき、該突部29bがフレーム2等の所定の位置に設けられたリミットスイッチ41に圧接して該リミットスイッチ41をオンさせ、エアシリンダ29の駆動を停止させると同時に後述の安全装置42にて吊り上げられた牛が不慮落下しないように構成されている。

又、前記安全装置42は図7に示す如く、前記第1回転軸32又は第2回転軸36の何れかに安全ギヤ43を軸着し、そして、該安全ギヤ43に噛合できる爪44の基部をフレーム2に回動自在に枢着し、更に、該爪44の上端部を前記安全ギヤ43と反対側に付勢すべくスプリング45にて引張している。又、前述せるようにリミットスイッチ41がオンしたときにはフレーム2に取付けられている電磁切換弁46がオンしてロッド47が突出する。而して、該ロッド47の先端部は前記爪44の中央部に枢着されているので、該ロッド47の突出により前記スプリング45の引張力に抗して爪44が回動し、前記安全ギヤ43に噛合して所定高さまで吊り上げられた牛の落下を防止できるように構成されている。

斯くして、牛蹄を削蹄する際には、先ず、前後左右の夫々の扉を開放し、前記前足固定具18,18及び後足固定具22,22も横方向へ開いておく。そして、後部の牛の出入部15から牛収容室3内に削蹄しようとする牛を入れる。然る後、前面の左右の夫々の扉を閉じる。このとき前面の扉は左右前扉4,4aによって縦長の牛首遊挿孔11が形成され、該牛首遊挿孔11に前記牛の首が遊挿され、更に、左右及び後部の夫々の扉を閉じる。然るときは、該牛収容室3内に入室した牛はおとなしくなる。そこで、エアシリンダ29を駆動させてピストンロッド29aをシリンダ内に引き込む。然るときは、第1チェン31の駆動により第1回転軸32が図5中時計方向に回転し、該第1回転軸32に軸着されている第2ギヤ35及び第2回転軸36に軸着されている第3ギヤ39も第2チェン40により時計方向に回転する。更に、第2回転軸36に軸着されている前部シーブ38,38も時計方向に回転して該前部シーブ38,38に巻回されているワイヤ28,28が引き上げられる。

一方、該前部シーブ38,38に対峙している後部シーブ38a,38aには夫々対向する前部シーブ38,38の下面から後部シーブ38a,38aの上面に向って前記ワイヤ28a,28aが巻装されているので、後部シーブ38a,38aを軸着している第3回転軸37は反時計方向に回転する。依って、前後のワイヤ28,28及び28a,28aは前記ピストンロッド29aの収縮作用によって上方へ移動し、該ワイヤ28,28及び28a,28aに懸架されている腹帯26が前記牛の腹に当接し乍ら、該牛を上方へ吊り上げる。そして、牛を所定高さまで吊り上げたとき、前記リミットスイッチ41がオンしてエアシリンダ29がオフし、前記吊り上げ動作が停止すると同時に前記安全装置42が働いて牛の不慮の落下を防止する。勿論、前記リミットスイッチ41の位置は牛群によって任意に変更できるものとする。

前述せる如く、牛を上方へ吊り上げた後、左右両側及び後部の扉を夫々開放し、そして、前足固定具18,18及び後足固定具22,22を牛収容室3側へ寄せて固定する。このとき、該固定具は角度及び長さ又は上下を任意に調整できるのですべての牛足の固定に適応できる。そこで、夫々の固定具にて固定された足は牛蹄が上方に向いて固定されており、且つ、削蹄する作業員の両手が自由に使えるので、該削蹄作業が極めて簡易迅速に施行されることが可能となる。

該削蹄作業が終了すれば、前記足の固定を解除し、更に、前記安全装置42もボタン操作等によって解除し、エアシリンダ29の操作レバーを操作することにより可及的速やかに牛を下降させて着地させる。然るときは、牛は自然に自己の前後の足によって立つことになる。そこで、前面の左右の扉を開放すれば、牛は自ら後退して牛収容室3から外部へ出る。斯くして、牛の削蹄作業は終了するのである。

而して、前記牛収容室3内に牛が収容されて牛が吊り上げられ、そして、前記牛首遊挿孔11に牛首が遊挿されたとき、該牛は牛首を水平方向へ移動させることはできないが、該牛首遊挿孔11が縦長に形成されている関係上、該牛は牛首を上下方向に対しては自在に移動させることができる。このとき、牛は習性上、牛首の上下動に伴って牛の前後の足も躍動して牛足固定具18,18及び22,22に牛足の力が負荷され、そのために牛足の固定が困難となる場合もあり、更に、一旦牛足を牛足固定具18,18及び22,22に固定しても、前述したように牛首の上下動によって牛足が躍動し、該牛足が前記牛足固定具18,18及び22,22並びに周辺器物を損壊させると云うことがある。

そこで、一旦、牛首を牛首遊挿孔11に遊挿したときには、牛首の体形に応じて任意に高さ位置に設定された本発明の規制杆48を該牛首遊挿孔11の適正の高さ位置に装架し、そして、牛首が上下方向へ自在に移動できないように規制する。

而して、該規制杆48は、シリンダ49と、該シリンダ49の一端部に伸縮自在に嵌挿されている爪片50と、該シリンダ49の他端部に突設した軸片51、並びに該シリンダ49内に介装され、前記爪片50を外方へ付勢するためのスプリング52とから成る。

一方、フレーム2の前面に立設されている片方の縦フレーム2cに、多数のラチェット爪53a,53a…を縦方向に並設されて成るラチェット片53を取付ける。而も、該ラチェット片53の該縦フレーム2cに対する取付位置は上下のボルト孔53b,53b…を介して任意に変更できるものとする。而して、該ラチェット片53は前後にガイド53c,53cを縦方向に対峙して設け、そして、前記ラチェット爪53a,53a…は該ガイド53c,53cの間に設けられている。

斯くして、シリンダ49の一端に突設している軸片51の先端部に設けた枢支孔片51aを前後の取付孔54a,54a間に挿入し、ピンP等を用いて該シリンダ49を該枢支片54に枢支して上下回動自在に形成する。而も、該枢支片54の該縦フレーム2cに対する取付位置は、上下のボルト孔54c,54c…を介して任意に変更でき、且つ、該シリンダ49の枢支部の取付位置も前記取付孔54aの選定により任意に変更できるものとする。然るときは、前記ラチェット片53の取付位置の変更と相俟って牛の体形に対応させて、牛首の遊挿位置を所定位置に設定することができる。

又、前記シリンダ49の前記爪片50の嵌挿位置にスリーブ55を長手方向に開穿し、そして、該スリーブ55を介して該シリンダ49内に把持片56を挿入し、更に、該把持片56の先端部を前記爪片50に固設する。而して、前記爪片50が前記スプリング52の付勢により前記ラチェット爪53aに噛合しているとき、この噛合を脱して該規制杆48を上方へ回動し、該規制杆48による牛首遊挿孔11に対する上下長さの規制を解除する際、該把持片56を把持して該シリンダ49の中心方向へ摺動せしめれば、該爪片50もシリンダ49内を中心方向へ摺動して前記ラチェット爪53aに対する噛合を脱することになる。

又、該シリンダ49のラチェット片53側には突片57が突設されており、そして、該突片57にロープ(図示せず)等を取付け、フレーム2の上方部にリール(図示せず)等を回転自在に枢着し、該リールに該ロープを巻回し乍ら下方へ垂下せしめ、そして、該ロープを引張することにより該シリンダ49等から成る規制杆48を上方へ回動させ、そして、縦フレーム2cに沿設した状態に維持させることができるようにしてもよい。又、手動によって該規制杆48の回動操作を行ってもよい。

而して、該規制杆48は、前記取付孔54a,54a…のうち任意の取付孔54aが選択されて枢支される。そして、当初は上方へ回動されて縦フレーム2cに沿設されている。そこで、牛蹄を削蹄しようとするときには、該牛収容室3内に牛が収容され、そして、該牛は吊り上げられ、更に、前面の左右の扉枠5及び5aを回動させて牛首遊挿孔11を形成する。然る後、前記規制杆48を下方へ回動させて牛首の上面に当接させ、ラチェット爪53aに爪片50が噛合して該規制杆48が所定位置で固定される。然るときは、牛首遊挿孔11の上下の長さが丁度牛首を遊嵌できる程度の長さに規制され、依って、牛は牛首を上下左右何れにも自在に動かすことができなくなる。斯かる場合には、牛の習性上、牛足も静止することになり、依って、牛足固定具18,18及び22,22に対する牛足の固定も容易となると共に、一旦、固定された牛足は牛首の動きの規制によってその力を牛足固定具18,18及び22,22に負荷させることがないので、牛足及び牛足固定具18,18及び22,22又はその周辺器物等を損傷させるようなことは一切なくなる。

而して、削蹄作業が終了したときには、爪片50に固設してある把持片56を把持して該爪片50をシリンダ49の中心方向に摺動させ、該爪片50のラチェット爪53aに対する噛合を脱せしめ乍ら規制杆48を上方へ回動して縦フレーム2cに沿設すると共に、前扉枠5及び右扉枠5aを左右に回動して開いておき、次の削蹄動作を待つことになる。
