【従来の技術】
外装板の壁面を伝って流れてきた雨水を、外方に導いて落下させる為の水切り材は、従来から種々の形状のものが提案実施されている。一般的な形状は、取付部と、雨水案内用の傾斜部と、前垂れ部とが連設された形である。しかし、この水切り材では傾斜部の長さが固定である為、例えば、外装板の厚さが変わった場合や、壁面通気工法の採用により外装板の位置が外方に移動した場合などに、水切り材が適合しなくなるという問題がある。また、このような点を解消する為、実開平6−56222号には、ジャバラ状の伸縮部を設けて、傾斜部の位置を自由に変えうるようにした水切り材も提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、前記のジャバラ状伸縮部を持ったものは、工作が難しくて、製造コストが高くなる他、部材が一体で、且つ、変形部を有する為、施工現場での取扱いに難があると共に、施工中に水切り材の表面などに傷が付いた時には対応性がないという欠点がある。

本発明は、このような点に鑑み、外装板の取付位置に合わせて、簡単に傾斜部の位置調節ができ、また、外面などに傷が付いたような時には、表装部のみを取替え可能な水切り材を提供するにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の水切り材の技術的手段は、基体と表装体との2体構成であり、該基体は取付部と、この取付部の下端に連設された結合部とからなり、この結合部は前下方に傾斜した2枚の支持板を有し、該表装体は、結合部と、この結合部の前端に連設された前垂れ部とからなり、この結合部は上下の2枚板構成であり、前記基体の2枚の支持板と、前記表装体の2枚の板とは、嵌り合って結合し、挟み付けられて支持されるようになっており、前記基体と表装体との結合固定位置は選択可能で、外装板の取付位置に合わせて、表装体の固定位置を調節できることにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の水切り材の実施の形態を、図面の実施例に基づいて説明する。図1には、第1実施例の水切り材10の取付使用状態が示されている。1は布基礎、2は土台、3は基礎パッキンである。基礎パッキン3は布基礎1と土台2との間の適所に設けられ、基礎パッキン3の無い所が床下換気用の通気間隙4となる。5は外装板で、その下端に水切り材10が取付けられる。

本発明の水切り材10は、図2に示されるように、基体11と表装体12との2体構成であり、通常は合成樹脂で作られる。基体11は、建物の土台2に釘止めなどによって固定される取付部13と、この下端に連設された結合部14とからなる。結合部14は挟み付けて支持できるように、2枚の支持板15、16で構成され、かつ、支持板の表面には抜け止めの為に凹凸などの係止爪17、18が複数個、適当な間隔で設けられている。

表装体12は、結合部20と、その前端に連設された前垂れ部21とからなる。結合部20は2枚板構成で、その上面の板は、結合時に最上面に位置するようになり、雨水案内用傾斜板22となる。この傾斜板22の先端には係止爪23が設けられていて、この爪23は前記係止爪17と選択的に係合する。結合部20の下面の板は支持板24で、基体の方の2枚の支持板15、16の間に嵌り込む。支持部24には係止爪25が設けられていて、この爪25は基体の方の係止爪18と選択的に係合する。
