Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a one-room type breathable dwelling unit composed of a living space and a convenience facility.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Needless to say, the importance of ventilation and ventilation in homes is not limited to this, but poor ventilation causes the generation of mites and mold, leading to a deterioration of the living environment.
[0003]
However, in the past, especially in houses such as one-room apartments, there were many cases where air permeability was not sufficient because various facilities were to be enhanced as much as possible in a limited space.
[0004]
One way to improve this situation is to remove equipment that may cause airflow obstruction, but this is not practical because it adversely affects the number of customers in the apartment.
[0005]

Moreover, the breathable dwelling unit according to claim 1, wherein the opening of the living space is divided into an upper skylight and a lower door window.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the breathable dwelling unit according to the present invention will be described in more detail based on the drawings showing the embodiments. For convenience, portions having the same function are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. The embodiment shown in the drawings is a case where the breathable dwelling units according to the present invention are stacked on top and bottom to form a two-story building, thereby building an apartment (overall view omitted). As shown in FIG. 1, each dwelling unit 1 includes an entrance side wall panel 3, a room side sash panel 5, a wall surface panel 7 connected in a direction orthogonal to these, and a floor panel 9 (shown in FIG. 2). And the ceiling panel 11 (shown in FIG. 2).
[0008]
The interior of each residential unit 1 configured in this way is roughly divided into a living space part 13 forming a living room and a convenience equipment part 15. The convenience equipment section 15 is provided with the entrance 17 and a corridor 19 connected to the entrance 17 along the wall panel 7 on the right side (the entrance 17 and the corridor 19 are collectively referred to as an entrance / lower section 20). Further, along the left wall panel 7, a bathroom 21, a toilet 23 and a storage 25 are provided adjacent to the entrance / corridor 20. Reference numeral 25a denotes an openable / closable door of the storage 25, 20a denotes an openable / closable door, and 20b denotes a partition partitioning the entrance / corridor 20 and the storage 25. A loft plate 27a is provided at about one third of the entrance / corridor lower part 20 from the height direction, thereby partitioning the upper part of the entrance / corridor lower part 20 to form the loft part 27. The loft plate 27a is provided on the side of the living space 13 so as not to make a business trip. Reference numeral 26 denotes a detachable ladder provided to move up and down the loft portion 27.
[0009]
A waterproof pan 28 for a washing machine and a kitchen 29 are provided on the bathroom 21 side of the entrance / corridor 20, and a refrigerator and a microwave oven space 30 are provided on the storage 25 side.
[0010]
The living space 13 and the convenience facility 15 are partitioned by a storage door 25a, a partition wall 20b, and a door 20a so as to be closed. On the other hand, the loft part 27 and the living space part 13 communicate with each other.
[0011]
Windows 31a and 31b and a window 33 are provided on the outer wall surfaces of the living space 13 and the loft 27, respectively. The windows on the side of the living space 13 are provided in two upper and lower stages of a skylight 31a and a lower door window 31b. The window 33 has a smaller opening area than the skylight 31a.
[0012]
FIG. 2 shows that the dwelling unit 1 having the configuration shown in FIG. In FIG. 2, the first floor shows a sectional view taken along the line II-II in FIG. 1A, and the second floor shows a sectional view taken along the line II′-II ′. 35 is a roof unit, and 36 is a corridor unit on each floor. In the drawing, the staircase unit is omitted. In the figure, reference numeral 32 denotes tampering.
[0013]
Next, the principle of ventilation according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 3A, the air a in the upper layer of the living room 13 on the extension line of the loft part 27 moves faster in the room than the air b in the lower layer. This is because the formation of the loft part 27 and the window openings 31a and 33 are different in magnitude, so that the lower layer air b hits the partition wall (closed door 20a and partition wall 20b) and swirls, and the upper layer air a is troublesome to move. Is to move.
[0014]
As a result, the air in the room, for example, the living space 13 is divided into two layers, the upper airflow a and the lower airflow b, and the upper airflow a moves quickly, and the upper layer in the room becomes negative pressure. As a result, outside air is forced into the room and ventilation is easily performed.
[0015]
When the flow of outside air is in a direction perpendicular to the window, indoor air does not move when the opening ratio of the windows is equal. However, in the present invention, since the opening ratios of the window 31a and the window 33 are different, even in such a case, as shown in FIG. The indoor air moves in the direction of the window 31a. Therefore, the upper layer of the room becomes negative pressure and ventilation is performed.
[0016]
Although it is not known from which direction the wind blows, according to the present invention, since the outside air is forcedly inflowed by the negative pressure in this way, indoor ventilation and ventilation can be ensured regardless of the direction of the outside air flow.
[0017]
Since indoor air is usually accompanied by moisture, it can be dehumidified by ventilation. This is advantageous for mold prevention, mite prevention, and the like.
[0018]
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. For example, the height ratio of the loft part 27 to the living space part 13 is arbitrary.
[0019]
Whether the living space 13 side is large or the loft part 27 side is large is arbitrary for the opening area of each window.
[0020]
The window of the living space 13 may not be divided into two stages.
[0021]
The specific configuration and arrangement of the facilities of the convenience facility unit 15 can be changed as appropriate.
[0022]
The building material constituting the present invention is arbitrary. For example, the present invention can be applied to a steel structure building, a wooden building, and a concrete building.
[0023]
The breathable dwelling unit according to the present invention may be used as a one-story building or may be used as three or more stories.
[0024]
The ceiling panel 11 may also serve as the floor panel 9 on the upper floor.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the breathable dwelling unit according to the present invention, the indoor upper part is set to a negative pressure, and thereby, the outside air can be forcibly flowed into the room. There is an effect of improving the property.
[Brief description of the drawings]
1A and 1B show an embodiment of a breathable dwelling unit according to the present invention, in which FIG. 1A is a view taken along the arrow I-I in FIG. 2, and FIG. 1B is a view taken along the arrow I'-I 'in FIG.
