Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a screen attaching / detaching device for a roll screen.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A roll screen in which a screen is wound by a winding shaft is used for awning or shading a window.
[0003]
FIG. 4 shows an example in which the roll screen is used as a window shade for a vehicle such as a bullet train, and a winding shaft 12 is rotatably mounted in a space formed between the outer wall panel 10 and the inner wall panel 11 of the vehicle. The window 14 is opened and closed by a sunscreen 13 wound by the winding shaft 12.
[0004]
In the roll screen as described above, the screen is soiled or damaged due to long-term use. Therefore, the screen 13 can be detachably connected to the winding shaft 12 so that the screen 13 can be replaced.
[0005]
Here, when the screen 13 is configured to be directly and detachably connected to the take-up shaft 12, it is necessary to remove the inner wall panel 11 and replace the screen 13, so that it takes much time to attach and detach the screen 13. Occurs.
[0006]
In order to solve the problem, the connecting sheet 15 is fixed to the winding shaft 12, the screen 13 is detachably connected to the connecting sheet 15, and the connecting portion 15 of the connecting sheet 15 and the screen 13 is connected to the outside. The screen 13 is attached and detached by pulling it out from between the inner wall panels 10 and 11.
[0007]
As a device for attaching and detaching the screen 13 to the connecting sheet 15, a device described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-12959 is conventionally known.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the screen attachment and detachment apparatus described in the above publication, a pair of tapes having an occlusal member is used, one tape is connected to a winding shaft, the other tape is connected to a screen, Since the screen is attached and detached by joining and releasing, it is necessary to join and release the articulator every time the screen is attached and detached, and there is a problem that it takes time to attach and remove the screen.
[0009]
In addition, since the bite is thick, when the screen is wound around the winding shaft, the screen rises at a position facing the bite, and the screen tends to be wrinkled and closed. There is an inconvenience that the screen undulates in a state and the appearance is bad.
[0010]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a screen attaching / detaching device which can be easily wound up without changing the screen and can be easily wound up.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a pair of releasable adhesives in which a film is a base material and the adhesive surfaces provided on one side thereof are overlapped with each other on a screen winding shaft. A structure in which one end of the sheet is connected, and a connecting sheet made of a synthetic resin film that can be bonded to the adhesive surface of the releasable adhesive sheet is fixed to the winding start side end of the screen wound on the winding shaft. Is adopted.
[0012]
[Action]
In the attachment / detachment apparatus having the above-described configuration, the screen is attached by opening a pair of releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets, inserting a connection sheet therebetween, closing each pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and bonding the connection sheets.
[0013]
When removing the screen, the pair of pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets is torn and the adhesion to the connecting sheet is released.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0015]
As shown in the drawing, an engagement groove 2 extending in the axial direction is formed on the outer periphery of the winding shaft 1, and a protrusion 4 provided along the side edge of the tape 3 is engaged with the engagement groove 2. One end of a pair of releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5 a and 5 b is connected to the tape 3.
[0016]
Here, as the tape 3, a tape for a slide fastener having a fastener element on a side edge can be used.
[0017]
The removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5a and 5b may be composed of two pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets, or may be a sheet in which a single pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is folded in two. In the embodiment, a single pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 is formed on one side of a base material made of a film is folded in two with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer inside, and is formed on the surface of the folded end. The tape 3 is fixed by means of welding.
[0018]
The releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 provided on the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5a and 5b adheres with a light force to such an extent that it can be peeled off from each other. In addition, when the synthetic resin films are laminated and adhered, the adhesive strength is sufficient for the tensile force parallel to the adhesive surface, and when the film is pulled up from the corner, the film can be peeled off. Has adhesive strength. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 6 has an adhesive force capable of repeatedly performing adhesion and peeling of the synthetic resin film.
[0019]
A connecting sheet 8 made of a synthetic resin film is fixed to a winding start side end portion of the screen 7 wound around the winding shaft 1 by means of welding or the like.
[0020]
When connecting the screen 7, the connecting sheet 8 is positioned between the pair of releasable adhesive sheets 5a and 5b, and the releasable adhesive sheets 5a and 5b are pressed against the connecting sheet 8 to adhere to each other.
[0021]
FIG. 2 shows a state in which the screen 7 connected to the releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5 a and 5 b is completely rewound from the winding shaft 1. In that state, the screen 1 completely covers the window 14 shown in FIG.
[0022]
The screen 7 is wound on the winding shaft 1 by the rotation of the winding shaft 1. At this time, since the pair of releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5a and 5b is based on a film and the connecting sheet 8 is also formed from a film, the thickness of both the sheets 5a, 5b and 8 connected to each other is extremely thin. The screen 7 is wound on both the sheets 5a, 5b and 8. For this reason, the screen 7 is wound up neatly without any swell in a part in the circumferential direction.
[0023]
When replacing the screen 7 by washing or the like, the screen is pulled out from the take-up shaft 1, and as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting portion between the screen 7 and the pair of releasable adhesive sheets 5a and 5b is connected to the outer wall panel 10 and the inner wall panel 11. In a state of being drawn out from between, the pair of releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5a and 5b is peeled off, and the connection sheet 8 of the new screen 7 for replacement is inserted between the pair of removable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets 5a and 5b. Each releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 5 a, 5 b is pressed against the connection sheet 8.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, since the pair of releasable adhesive sheets connected to the winding shaft is adhered to the connecting sheet connected to the winding start side end of the screen, the screen can be very easily Detachable.
[0025]
Further, since the screen is wound on a thin laminated sheet composed of a pair of releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheets and a connecting sheet, the screen can be wound in a clean cylindrical shape without causing any rise in the circumferential direction. It is possible to prevent the screen from becoming hazy.
