Description

【0001】
【0009】

Figure 0003784952

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an example of a security mat according to the present invention.
In FIG. 1, a is a mat body, which can be a plastic injection-molded product, a cast-molded product, a rubber or plastic press-molded product, and the like, and is provided with a frame edge a ′ for preventing the flow of adhesive. The outer surface of 'is used as a taper surface so that it will not trip during normal walking. The mat body a is made of a rubber, plastic plate or plastic felt (for example, a pad with polyester fibers is punched by needle punching, and then the fibers are shrunk by hot water so as to be felt. It is also possible to use a material having a frame edge fixed to it by an adhesive or fusion.
b is an adhesive layer applied in the recess of the mat body a.
[0008]
The crime prevention mat according to the present invention is used by being arranged at a predetermined position in a warning area such as a precious metal store that handles high-end brand goods, and when an intruder steps on the mat, even if an attempt is made to separate the foot from the adhesive layer, immediately If the pressure-sensitive adhesive cannot be released and the adhesive is twisted and deformed to cause cohesive failure, the foot is detached from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In this case, if the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is made thicker, it becomes impossible to detach the foot from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for a longer time.
Further, when the offender steps on the security mat, the adhesive layer is compressed and deformed by the step load. Thus, the pressure-sensitive adhesive is a viscoelastic body, and is elastically deformed by the load and is viscously flowed and creep-deformed. In this case, if the step load is f, the elastic modulus is E, and the creep coefficient is τ. , The strain ε at time t is
[0009]
[Expression 1]
Figure 0003784952
Can be evaluated.
The creep coefficient τ depends on the elastic modulus and the viscosity coefficient, and can be adjusted by the type and blending amount of the base polymer, softener, and tackifier of the adhesive.
[0010]
If the crime prevention mat according to the present invention is arranged in the warning area, even if a criminal invades, the crime will be caught by the crime prevention mat and the crime will be delayed, so the abnormality was reported by the operation of the sensor, the security camera, etc. Security guards and police officers can arrive at the scene before the criminal escapes and capture the criminal with the current criminal.
For example, even if the criminal escapes, the footprint on the adhesive layer of the security mat completes the creep deformation over a long period of time, and the footprint is still being deformed several hours after the crime. Since traces are sufficiently left and adhesion to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer such as shoes, clothes cloths and hairs can be expected sufficiently, it is possible to quickly investigate these remains. If the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention is too high, tack force will be insufficient, and if it is too low, fluidity will increase and traces such as footprints will disappear at an early stage, so 1 × 10 5 poises or less, especially 1 × It is preferable to be 10 3 to 1 × 10 5 poise (however, the viscosity measured by a flow tester under a heating temperature of 60 ° C., a load of 30 kg, a nozzle diameter of 1 mm, and a length of 1 mm).
In addition, the thicker the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the stronger the stringing of the pressure-sensitive adhesive when the offender tries to pull the foot away from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, which will take longer to detach. If the escape can be delayed by about 2 to 3 minutes, it is possible for the criminal to arrive on the spot before the escape, and 0.5-10 mm, especially 3-5 mm is sufficient.
[0011]
In the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive, 100 parts by weight of a base polymer, 30 to 200 parts by weight of a softening agent, and 50 to 300 parts by weight of a tackifier are added as main components, and several parts of a heat aging inhibitor and an ultraviolet light inhibitor are added and kneaded. Prepared. When oxidation deterioration is likely to occur, the inside of the kneading apparatus is replaced with an inert gas such as nitrogen gas or carbon dioxide gas, or kneading is performed while continuously purging.
As the base polymer, rubber, hot-melt polymer or acrylic resin can be used, and as the hot-melt polymer, thermoplastic rubber such as SIS, SBS, SEPS, SEBS can be used.
The softener is used to lower the Tg of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, increase the fluidity at low temperatures, and maintain tack, and is used for petroleum-based softeners such as process oil and extender oil, polyisobutylene, polybutene, liquid A liquid rubber such as polyisoprene or a synthetic plasticizer such as a dibasic acid ester plasticizer can be used.
Even if the base polymer is a rubber elastic body, the softening agent is well compatible with the base polymer and is uniformly dispersed in the rubber structure to relax the bonding of the rubber elastic bodies, so that the rubber elastic molecules interact with each other. As a result of sliding, good plastic deformability can be expected, or the softener can be expected to be dispersed in the form of colloidal particles in the structure of the rubber elastic body, and the three-dimensional structure of the rubber can be expected to be slippery. The above creep properties can be sufficiently secured.
As the tackifier, rosin, rosin derivative, polyterpene resin, terpene phenol resin, petroleum resin, chroman-indene resin and the like can be used.
[0012]
The crime prevention mat according to the present invention may be configured such that the upper surface of the mat body is subjected to a release treatment, and an adhesive is applied to the release treatment surface. This release treatment can be performed by applying a release agent such as a polymer having a long-chain alkyl group, a compound containing a fluorine atom, a polymer, or a silicone-based polymer.
According to the crime prevention mat of this configuration, when the criminal tries to walk on the mat, the adhesive layer peels off from the mat body and clings to the foot, and if he tries to walk further, the cling increases and walking becomes difficult. The escape can be delayed. There is also an advantage that the mat body can be recycled.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a support sheet a ", for example, a plastic sheet integrally provided on the back surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer b can be placed on the mat body a. As with, you can benefit from delay in escape due to clinging and recycling of the mat body.
[0013]
In any of the above crime prevention mats, it is preferable to handle the product such as transportation and storage by applying the release paper to the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. In FIGS. 1 and 2, f indicates the release paper.
In any of the above crime prevention mats, capsules containing powder or liquid crime prevention coloring agents or easily breakable bags can be scattered in the adhesive layer. When stepped on, the capsule or easily destructible bag is torn and the crime prevention colorant adheres to shoes, feet, clothes, etc., so that the criminal is easily identified.
[0014]
The crime prevention mat according to the present invention can incorporate a detecting means for detecting that it has been stepped on, for example, a pressurized conductive rubber sensor.
In addition, a heating type that is normally non-adhesive and exhibits adhesiveness when heated is used for the adhesive, heaters and temperature sensors are incorporated into the mat body, and the adhesive layer is heated to a predetermined temperature during the warning set period. Thus, tackiness can also be expressed.
Also, use a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is normally sticky and becomes non-tacky by cooling, incorporate a cooling pipe and temperature sensor into the mat body, and cool the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to a predetermined temperature during the warning release period. It can also be tacky.
The security system according to claims 10 to 13 of the present invention uses these hybrid crime prevention mats and is used to prevent theft in a security area such as a precious metal store that handles high-end brand goods.
[0015]

[0016]
The operation of the security system will be described below with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG.
First, the person who finally exits the warning area operates the warning set by the mode setting device 3 (step S1). Based on this warning set operation, it is determined whether or not the current security state in the warning area, that is, whether the door / window, etc. are completely closed (step S2). If it is determined that the security state is complete, the alert set is set (step S3), and the alert set operation is terminated.
If it is determined in step S2 that the security state is incomplete, a message to that effect is displayed on the display means 45 (step S4). In this case, the last exiter completes the security state according to the display, and performs the warning set operation in step S1 again. When the mode setting device 3 is set in the warning area, the delay timer is set after the final setting operation of the warning set so that the final exit person can exit without generating an intrusion signal. Is set to the alert set after a predetermined delay time.
When an intruder steps on the security mat 1 during the warning set thus set, an abnormal signal due to the operation of the pressurized conductive rubber sensor-11 is sent to the control means 43 via the security mat interface 41. (Step S5). The control means 43 reads from the RAM 47 that the current alarm mode is in the alarm set, adds a customer identification code, and sends an intrusion abnormality signal (a signal specified as a security mat signal) to the transmission means 44. Is transmitted to the remote security center 7 (step S6), and the security guard is notified that a crime has occurred.
[0017]
FIG. 6 shows a block diagram of an embodiment of the security system according to claim 11, in which an electric heating heater 12 is incorporated in the security mat 1 in addition to the pressurized conductive rubber sensor 11, and a security set is provided. When set, it has substantially the same configuration as the security system described with reference to FIGS. 3 to 4 except that the drive means 48 for sending a drive signal to the heater control means 13 is connected to the alarm device 4. As the heater control means 13, for example, one that is automatically set to a predetermined set temperature by an on / off switch and a temperature sensor can be used.
FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the operation of the security system. Steps S11 to S13 and S15 are the same as steps S1 to S3 and S5 in the flowchart of FIG. In step S14 in FIG. 7, a drive signal is sent from the control means 43 to the heater control means 13 via the drive means 48 in accordance with the setting of the warning set, and the heater control means 13 receives this signal and receives the signal. And the adhesive layer of the security mat 1 is heated to a predetermined temperature to develop adhesiveness.
The security mat 1 after the development of the adhesiveness has the same function as the security mat 1 of the security system shown in FIG. The operation during setting is substantially the same as the security system shown in FIG. When the warning is released, a driving stop signal is sent from the control means 43 to the heater control means 13 via the driving means 48, the heating and heating of the heater 12 is stopped, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is cooled to room temperature, and non-adhesive. It is said. Therefore, normal traffic is possible.
[0018]
FIG. 8 shows a block diagram of an embodiment of the security system according to claim 12, and that a cooling pipe 15 is incorporated in the security mat 1 in addition to the pressurized conductive rubber sensor 11 and the electric heater 12. In addition to the function of sending a drive signal to the heater control means 13 when a warning set is set in the drive means 48, there is a function of sending a drive signal to the cooling control means 14 when the warning is released. Except for the addition, the configuration is substantially the same as that of the security system shown in FIG. 6. A compressor or a Peltier element is used as the cooling control means 14, and the water in the cooling pipe 15 is supplied with the cooling control means 14. It is circulated through. As the heater control means 13, for example, one that is automatically set to a predetermined set temperature by turning on / off a Peltier element or the like and a temperature sensor can be used. It is also possible to supply tap water directly to the cooling pipe 15 during cooling to cool it.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing the operation of the security system. Steps S21 to S25 are the same as steps S11 to S15 in the flowchart of FIG.
When a warning release operation is performed in step S27 in FIG. 9, a heater stop signal is sent to the heater control means 13 in step S28, the heater 12 is stopped, and a drive signal is sent to the cooling control means 14. Is sent out. Then, the cooling control means 14 receives this signal and cold water is supplied into the cooling pipe 15, and the adhesive layer of the security mat 1 is cooled to a predetermined temperature and cured to be non-adhesive.
[0019]
It goes without saying that the crime prevention mat according to the present invention can be used in forms other than the use form in the security system described above.
For example, when the security system is in a warning set state, the heater is not driven, and when the security system detects an intrusion abnormality with the intrusion sensor, the heater is driven and the adhesive layer of the security mat is used. It is also possible to develop adhesiveness by heating, which can save power.
[0020]
【Example】
[Example 1]
As the mat body, a rubber-based molded product having a length of 600 mm, a width of 1200 mm, a thickness of 5 mm, a frame edge width of 5 mm, and a height of 3 mm was used.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive includes 100 parts by weight of SEBS, 200 parts by weight of a tackifier (terpene), 120 parts by weight of a softener (petroleum), 5 parts by weight of a heat aging inhibitor (phenol), and an ultraviolet light inhibitor (amine). ) A hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive obtained by melt mixing 2 parts by weight at a temperature of 170 ° C. was used, and the coating thickness was 3 mm. The viscosity of the adhesive (however, the viscosity measured with a flow tester under a heating temperature of 60 ° C., a load of 30 kg, a nozzle diameter of 1 mm, and a length of 1 mm) was 2.17 × 10 4 poise.
[Example 2]
The same as Example 1 except that the coating thickness of the adhesive was 1.5 mm.
Example 3
The same as Example 1 except that the coating thickness of the adhesive was 0.3 mm.
When these examples were tested for release properties using new shoes, shoes with mud and shoes with water, the results were as follows.
[0021]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003784952
[0022]
In Example 3 (pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thickness: 0.3 mm), when the shoes are wet, walking to some extent is possible, but if the number of arrangement locations is increased or the mat size is increased, the crime is temporally performed. It can be considerably delayed, and the object of the present invention can be sufficiently achieved.
Further, in the case of Example 1 (adhesive layer thickness 3.0 mm), it can be made completely unwalkable, and if the thickness of the adhesive layer is about 2 to 6 mm, it is arranged in one place with a normal mat size. Only by this, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, it is possible to delay the escape by restraining the feet of the invading offender, and the security officer who is informed of the abnormality by the operation of the security system arrives at the scene before the offender escapes and the offender The crime investigation can be speeded up from the shoe mark left on the adhesive layer of the security mat or the attached hair. Therefore, improvement of crime prevention effect can be expected.
