Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pool floor that is installed at the bottom of a pool in order to reduce the water depth of the pool, and more particularly to a structure that prevents a swimmer from entering under the floor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 19, the seed pool floor has a floor plate 100 formed by juxtaposing long floor materials 120 on angle members 110 juxtaposed at appropriate intervals. A plurality of rod-shaped legs 130 attached to the material can be supported, and when installed on the bottom of a pool and used for swimming, swimmers, particularly children, who have submerged in the water, can interact with each other. In order not to enter the lower side of the floor plate 100 from the gap, a long plate material 140 for preventing dive is bridged between adjacent legs (No. 2-27094).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional pool floor, the plate member 140 has to be bridged between the legs on the four sides around the floor, which requires time and effort. In addition, the legs can be folded compactly when not in use and stacked in a small space so as to be stored in a small space for the convenience of dismantling the pool floor and storing and storing each member in a storage. However, if the legs are provided so as to be foldable, there is a problem that the plate member 140 cannot be easily attached to the legs.
[0004]
Accordingly, the present invention focuses on the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pool floor that can easily and reliably attach a plate material for preventing dive into a leg.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the pool floor according to the present invention is a pool floor formed by attaching legs to at least four corners of the bottom of the floor board and supporting the floor board with a plurality of legs. Is a pair of a frame plate fixed to the bottom of the floor plate and provided so that the front end portions can engage with each other, and the original end portions are pivotally attached to the frame plate with an appropriate space between each other. The front and rear ends of both leg plates rotated by a predetermined angle from the frame plate are concavo-convexly engaged, and the engaging portions are fixed by a lock member, and the front end portions of the leg plates are grounded. And is provided with a dive prevention plate receiving portion on the side of the leg plate, and a gap between adjacent legs attached to the bottom of the floor plate is bridged between the receiving portions of the both leg plates. Constructed to be shielded by the passed dive prevention plate It is made of Te.
[0006]
Further, the pool floor of the present invention has protruding portions with appropriate widths projecting on both sides of the leg plate, and the gap between the left and right legs attached to the bottom of the floor plate is the right and left leg. The leg is attached to the floor board so as to be shielded by the projecting portions of both leg boards of the body.
In this case, the overhanging portion is provided with a dive prevention plate receiving portion, and the gap between the front and rear legs can be shielded by a dive prevention plate that spans between the receiving portions of the overhanging portions of both legs. Can do.
[0007]
The said structure WHEREIN: It is preferable to comprise the latching means which latches and fixes the board | plate material for the dive prevention penetrated to the receiving part. The locking means can be provided on either or both of the leg plate side portion or the overhang portion and the plate material for preventing dive.
[0009]
According to the pool floor of the present invention, the gap between the front and rear legs is shielded by the dive prevention plate material spanned through the receiving part of the leg.
In addition, if the overhanging portion having the receiving portion is protruded on both sides of the leg body, the gap between the left and right leg bodies arranged adjacent to each other is shielded by the overhanging portion of both leg bodies, and the gap between the front and rear leg bodies is separated from each leg. There is no possibility that a swimmer such as a child will enter under the floor board by being shielded by a board member for preventing dive that is bridged through the receiving part of the body overhanging part.
In this case, the lower gap on the side in the short direction of the floor is shielded by the overhanging portion, so that it is possible to save the trouble of attaching a plate for preventing dive on this side, and to prevent dive between the front and rear legs. Since the plate material for use is locked and fixed by the locking means, the position of the plate material is not shifted or detached during use, and is reliably held at the original mounting position.
The above-mentioned foldable legs stably support the floor board, and the protrusion of the lock member is inserted and locked to the concave / convex engaging portion, so that the leg plate rotates or the concave / convex engagement is separated during use. If you want to hold the standing position securely and disassemble it, operate the lock member to release the fixed engagement between the tip parts, and then fold the two leg plates that are freely rotatable onto the frame plate. It is small and compact and can be stacked stably.
The dive prevention plate receiving portion is preferably a long hole through which the dive prevention plate can be inserted, so that the dive prevention plate receiving portion can be reliably held, but other forms such as a groove through which the dive prevention plate can be inserted may be used.
[0010]

The pair of angle members 21, 21 arranged opposite to each other are arranged at substantially the same dimension as the longitudinal dimension of the frame plate 30 of the leg body 3 so that the leg body 3 can be attached and fixed to both angle members. Is provided.
The floor member 20 and the angle member 21 can be connected by an appropriate connecting means such as fitting or engagement between members in addition to using the above-described fixing tool.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the leg body 3 is provided so that the frame plate 30 fixed to the bottom portion of the floor plate 2 and the front end portions can be engaged with each other, and the original end portions are respectively connected to each other. It consists of a pair of leg plates 31 and 32 rotatably attached to the frame plate 30 with an appropriate interval, and is formed by integral molding using plastics for weight reduction and corrosion prevention.
[0014]
More specifically, the frame plate 30 has a shape in which a hollow portion is provided in a rectangular plate, and a protrusion 30a that abuts the bottom surface of the flooring 20 is provided on the top surface edge overlapping the bottom of the floor plate 2, and the four corners of the bottom are provided. The connecting part is formed so that a fixing hole such as a bolt or a nut can be inserted and locked in the part, and the connecting parts of both leg plates are axially supported at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the bottom part. 30c and 30d are provided.
Each of the connecting portions has a plurality of pivot projections 33a projecting from the bottom of the frame plate, and a pivot shaft 33b is laterally disposed between the two central pivot projections. A shaft hole 33c through which the support shaft can be inserted is formed in 33a, and the connecting portion 30c is set to be higher than the connecting portion 30d with respect to the bottom surface of the frame plate 30.
[0015]
The leg plates 31 and 32 each have a plate frame shape in which the peripheral side is bent in an arch shape in cross section, the tip portion of the leg plate 31 is an arch-like tip recess portion 31a, and the tip portion of the leg plate 32 is a comb-like tip projection. As the portion 32a, the tip convex portion 32a is provided in the tip concave portion 31a so as to be engaged (see FIG. 6), and the joint portions 30c and 30d of the frame plate 30 are pivotally supported at the former end portions of both leg plates. The connecting portions 31b and 32b formed so as to meet each other are provided.
The connecting portions are provided with fitting grooves 33d and pivot-supporting projections 33e corresponding to the pivoting projections 33a of the connecting portions 30c and 30d of the frame plate 30 at the base end portions of the respective leg plates. A shaft hole 33c and a support shaft 33b are formed between the support protrusions and the protrusions so as to correspond to the support shaft and the shaft hole of the support protrusion 33a, and the support protrusions are formed in the fitting groove 33d. 33a is fitted, and each of the support shafts 33b is inserted into the shaft hole 33c, whereby the support projection 33a and the support support projection 33e are pivotally supported by the support shaft 33b, and both leg plates are framed. The plate 30 is rotatably attached.
[0016]
Further, on the surface side of the leg plate 31, a recessed portion 31c is provided at the center of the distal end, and a lock member 34 for fixing the engagement between the distal end portions of the leg plates 31 and 32 is mounted in the recessed portion 31c. is there. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lock member 34 can be grasped with one hand via a curved portion on both sides of a base portion 34 c having a mounting shaft portion 34 b with a locking projection 34 a protruding from the bottom portion. Arm pieces 34d and 34d that protrude in parallel with a large width apart, are connected in series, and bar-like protrusions that intersect the arm pieces and protrude outwardly from the side edge 34e of the base 34c at the tip portions of both arm pieces 34f, 34f and projecting pieces 34g, 34g projecting downward are provided.
In the recessed portion 31c, the locking member 34 press-fits the mounting shaft portion 34b into the shaft hole 31d formed in the bottom surface on the former end side of the recessed portion, and is parallel to the distal end edge of the leg plate on the bottom surface on the distal end side of the recessed portion. The protrusions 34g, 34g are attached to the openings 31e, 31e that are formed, and the rod-shaped protrusions 34f, 34f are attached to the shaft holes 31f, 31f that are formed on both side surfaces of the concave portion. The locking projection 34a of the mounting shaft portion 34b press-fitted into the shaft hole 31d is locked to the inner edge of the shaft hole to fix the position of the base portion 34c, and both the rod-shaped projection 34f and the projection piece 34g have their tips at the shaft hole 31f. If the arm pieces are elastically deformed in the direction in which the tips approach each other by gripping both arm pieces 34d, 34d by hand, etc. The tip of the piece is an opening where the projecting pieces 34g, 34g abut The bar-shaped protrusion 34f that curves along 1e and 31e and protrudes to the inner surface side of the leg plate 31 moves inward in parallel with the tip edge of the leg plate 31 and can move the tip to the inside of the recessed portion. It is provided as follows.
Therefore, when engaging both the leg plates 31 and 32, the arm pieces 34d and 34d are deformed by grasping or the like so that the tips of the rod-like projections 34f and 34f do not protrude toward the inner surface side of the leg plate 31. When the tips of both leg plates are engaged with each other in a state of being retracted, and then the hands are released from the both arm pieces, both arm pieces 34d and 34d return to their original shapes due to their own elasticity. As shown in FIG. 6, the tip of the rod-shaped protrusion is formed into a shaft hole 31 f on the side surface of the recessed portion and a shaft hole 32 c formed in the tip convex portion 32 a of the leg plate 32 that overlaps in an uneven engagement state. Inserted and locked in both holes to fix the engaged state, preventing both leg plates 31 and 32 from rotating, while holding both arm pieces 34d and 34d as described above, stick-shaped protrusions If the tip portions of 34f and 34f are located inside the recessed portion, the engagement is fixed. Is divided, the two leg plates 31 and 32 becomes rotatable, it is possible to separate the distal ends which are engaged uneven engagement.
[0017]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the leg plate 32 has a length approximately 1/3 of the longitudinal dimension and a lateral dimension at substantially the middle part of the left and right sides in the longitudinal direction. The overhanging portions 35 and 35 are provided so as to have a width of about half of the width of the leg plate and are integrally connected so as to protrude from the side of the leg plate to the side.
The two overhang portions 35, 35 are provided with a long hole 35a serving as a dive prevention plate receiving portion at a base end thereof so that the dive prevention plate 4 can be inserted therethrough, and adjacent to the long hole 35a, the dive prevention is provided. A locking member 36 as a locking means for locking and fixing the plate 4 is provided on the inner surface side of the overhanging portion, and openings 35b and 35b are formed on both sides of the locking member 36, By operating the locking member 36 from the openings 35b and 35b, the dive prevention plate 4 inserted through the long hole 35a can be locked and fixed. That is, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the locking member 36 has a rod-like protrusion 36a at the tip, and the elongated hole 35a is allowed to enter the elongated hole 35a. It is slidably provided in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of 35a (the direction of arrow A in FIG. 8), and the base portion 36b of the locking member 36 is operated in a state where the dive prevention plate 4 is inserted into the long hole 35a. When the rod-like protrusion 36a enters the locking hole 4c formed in the dive prevention plate 4, the dive prevention plate 4 becomes unable to swing and is fixed to the overhanging portion.
[0018]
Further, the dive prevention plate 4 is made of plastic and has a width that can shield the lower gap of the floor plate 2 by an appropriate width so that a child cannot enter the lower side of the floor plate 2 and a length substantially the same as the longitudinal dimension of the floor plate 2. As shown in cross section in FIG. 8, it is formed so that both side edges of the central flat part 4 a can be inserted into the long hole 35 a almost fully with the curved part 4 b being slightly elastically deformed. On the central flat portion 4a, locking holes 4c through which the rod-like protrusions 36a can be inserted are arranged in rows in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined interval.
[0019]
In the leg body 3 of this embodiment, a leg plate 31 is attached to the connecting portion 30c of the frame plate 30 and a leg plate 32 is rotatably attached to the connecting portion 30d, respectively, and as shown in FIG. Both leg plates 31 and 32 can be tilted and folded on the same plate (FIG. 1A). When the leg body 3 is erected, both the leg plates 31 and 32 are erected from the frame plate 30 (FIG. 5B), and are rotated to an appropriate angle to bring the tip portions into contact with each other. Thus, the front end can be engaged with the concave and convex portions and the lock member 34 can be operated to fix both the leg plates 31 and 32 so that they cannot be rotated (FIG. 3C).
[0020]
In addition, both leg plates 31 and 32 are set to have the same dimension in the short direction as the short direction of the frame plate 30 for stabilization when folded and stacked, and the leg 3 is erected. In order to increase the strength against the load from above, as shown in FIG. 2, the longitudinal direction of the leg plates 31 and 32 is such that the angle (α) formed by the frame plate 30 and both leg plates 31 and 32 is approximately 60 °. The direction dimension is set.
Further, in a folded state, both leg plates 31 and 32 are overlapped in parallel with the frame plate 30, so that the outer surfaces of the frame plate 30 and the leg plates 31 and 32 are both flat horizontal surfaces. A protrusion height of 30d is set.
In the figure, reference numeral 37 denotes an anti-slip rubber adhered to the outer surface of the front end of the leg plate 31 that contacts the pool bottom G when the leg 3 is erected.
[0021]
In the pool floor 1 of this embodiment, a floor plate 20 is formed side by side with an angle member 21 to form a floor plate 2, and a leg plate 31 and 32 are pivotally supported on a frame plate 30 to form a plurality of legs 3. The leg 3 is disposed at least at the four corners with respect to the floor plate 2 and further in the middle in the longitudinal direction as necessary, and is fixed to the angle member 21 with a fixing tool such as a bolt or a nut, and as shown in FIG. The front and rear end portions of the leg plates 31 and 32 are engaged with each other, and the engagement is fixed by operating the lock member 34, and the leg body 3 is erected in a V shape on the pool bottom (see FIG. )) Further, the lug prevention plate 4 is inserted into the overhanging portion 35 protruding to the side of each leg 3, and the locking member 36 is operated to be fixed to each overhanging portion. (Figure (B)).
[0022]
In this state, the gap below the short side of the pool floor 1, that is, the gap between the adjacent left and right legs 3, 3 (arrow (X) in FIG. 1) is an extension of both legs. The lower gap of the side in the longitudinal direction of the pool floor 1, that is, the gap between the front and rear legs 3, 3,... (The arrow (Y) portion in FIG. 1) is shielded by the portions 35, 35. There is no possibility that a swimmer such as a child will enter under the floor plate 2 by being shielded by the dive prevention plate 4 spanned through the long hole 35a of the overhanging portion 35 of each leg.
[0023]
Further, since the lower gap on the short side of the pool floor 1 is shielded by the overhang portions 35, 35, there is no need to attach the anti-dive plate 4 to this side, and the assembly work is saved, and the front and rear legs are further reduced. Since the dive prevention plate 4 spanned between the bodies 3, 3,... Is locked and fixed by the locking member 36, the position does not shift or come off during use. It is securely held in the mounting position.
[0024]
Further, the leg 3 formed to be foldable supports the floor plate 2 stably, and the rod-shaped protrusion 34f of the lock member 34 is inserted between the tip portions of the leg plates 31 and 32 engaged with the concave and convex portions. Since it is fixed, there is no fear that both leg plates will rotate or the concavo-convex engagement will be separated during use, and the standing state will be reliably maintained.
Since the lock member 34 is arranged on the surface side of the leg plate 31 and is easy to operate, the lock member 34 is mounted in the recessed portion 34 and does not protrude to the surface side of the leg plate 31. Therefore, the flatness can be maintained even when the folded legs 3 are stacked.
[0025]
Further, when dismantling the existing pool floor 1, the legs 3 removed from the floor board 2 are operated by operating the lock member 34 to release the fixing of the concave-convex engagement between the tip portions, so that both legs can be rotated. By disengaging the plates and folding the both leg plates on the frame plate 30, the legs 3 can be accommodated in a small and compact manner. The folded leg body 3 has both upper and lower surfaces, that is, the frame plate 30 and the leg plates 31 and 32. Since both are maintained on a flat horizontal surface, a plurality of them can be stably stacked, and stored in a small space together with the disassembled flooring 20, angle member 21, dive prevention plate 4, etc. Can be stored.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the locking member 36 is attached to the projecting portion 35 and the dive prevention plate 4 is locked and fixed. However, the locking means for fixing the dive prevention plate 4 is not limited to this mode, and other appropriate Any locking means can be used.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a dive prevention plate 4 having a rectangular cross section is used, and a locking member 38 is pivotally supported at the central portion on one side thereof, while the length of the overhang portion 35 is The hole 35a is formed in a convex shape so that the dive prevention plate 4 can be inserted only when the locking member 38 is rotated horizontally. After the dive prevention plate 4 is inserted into the long hole 35a, the locking member 38 is inserted. The dive prevention plate 4 may be fixed by rotating approximately 90 ° and engaging the end face with the overhanging portion 35. Fixing tools such as bolts and nuts may be used.
[0027]
In this embodiment, the elongated holes 35a are provided in the two protruding portions 35 protruding from the left and right sides of the leg plate 32. However, the protruding portion on the side where the dive prevention plate 4 is installed, that is, the side edge of the pool floor 1 is provided. Only the portion 35 may be provided with the long hole 35a.
Moreover, although the long hole 35a was formed in the former end part of the overhang | projection part 35, as shown to FIG. 12 (A), you may form in the front-end | tip part side of the overhang | projection part 35.
Further, the overhanging portion 35 on the side where the dive prevention plate 4 is not installed can be of an appropriate shape capable of shielding the lower gap on the side in the short direction of the pool floor 1. For example, as shown in FIGS. 12B and 12C, there is a configuration in which a plurality of rod-like protrusions having an appropriate length are arranged on the side of the leg plate 32 in parallel.
As shown in FIG. 13, if the end edge of the overhanging portion 35 protrudes to the lower side of the side plate 2, even when the pool floor 1 is juxtaposed, the lower space in the floor is shielded. can do.
[0028]
14 to 19 show a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 14 is an enlarged external view of the overhang portion, FIG. 15 is an external view of the locking member and a slide groove portion of the overhang portion through which the locking member is inserted, and FIG. The figure for demonstrating operation | movement of a locking member, FIG.17 and FIG.18 are the principal part expansion external views and side views of the use condition of the pool floor of this form.
[0029]
The pool floor 1 of this embodiment uses the legs 3 having the same structure as that of the above embodiment, and inserts the two anti-dive plates 4 into the long holes 39 formed in the overhanging portions 35 of the leg plates 32. The stopper member 40 is configured so as to be locked together.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 14, the overhanging portion 35 of the leg plate 32 has a long hole 39 as a receiving portion formed in a size that allows the two anti-dive plates 4 to be inserted and overlapped at the tip portion. The slide groove portions 41, 41 extending in the direction orthogonal to the long holes 39 are formed adjacent to the long holes 39, and guide walls 42, 42 are provided on both sides of the slide groove portions 41, 41 so as to project the guides. Convex portions 42a are provided at the front and rear end portions of the walls 42, 42, and openings 43, 43 are formed on both sides of the guide walls 42, 42, and the dive prevention plate 4 is provided in the slide groove portions 41, 41. A locking member 40 for locking and fixing is formed by mounting from the outer surface side of the overhang portion.
[0031]
The locking member 40 has locking claw pieces 40a, 40a locked to the slide groove portions 41, 41 at the bottom, an operating piece 40b protruding from the top, and a rod-shaped protruding portion 40c of an appropriate length at the tip. And is formed in a size that can be fitted between the guide walls 42, 42. The locking claw pieces 40 a, 40 are locked to the slide groove portions 41, 41, along the rails. It can slide and move.
Further, the locking member 40 has holes 40d and 40d formed on both sides thereof, and convex portions 40e and 40e project from both side portions adjacent to the holes 40d and 40d, and the convex portions are appropriately elastic on the holes 40d and 40d side. It can be deformed.
[0032]
Accordingly, when the locking member 40 attached to the overhanging portion 35 is in the position of the base end portion side of the leg plate 32 as shown in FIG. The portion 40e is engaged and fixed in position, and the rod-like protrusion 40c is located in the guide wall 42 (FIG. 1A).
From this state, when the operating piece 40b of the locking member 40 is pushed, the convex portion 40e is slightly recessed inward to get over the convex portion 42a, and the locking member 40 becomes slidable and the tip of the overhang portion 35 Slide to the side.
Then, when the convex portion 40e gets over the convex portion 42a provided on the distal end side of the guide wall 42, the locking member 40 comes into contact with the guide wall 42, and the rod-shaped projecting portion 40c crosses the long hole 39, and the distal end thereof is The locking member 40 is fixed in this position by engaging the convex portion 42a and the convex portion 40e with the long hole 39 inserted through the insertion hole 44 provided on the other side (B in FIG. )).
When retracting the rod-shaped protrusion 40c from the long hole 39, the procedure is reversed.
[0033]
According to this embodiment, the anti-dive plate 4 having the same structure as that of the above embodiment is used, and two of these are stored in the elongated hole 39 of the overhanging portion 35, and both the plates are operated by operating the locking member 40 in the above procedure. By inserting the rod-like protrusion 40c into the locking hole 4c, it can be fixed to the overhanging portion 35.
In this case, since the two anti-dive plates 4 can be inserted through the long hole 39, as shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, when the pool floor 1 is arranged in front and back, , A connection dive prevention plate 4 is bridged between the last leg 3 on the one floor and the front leg 3 on the other floor, and the two dive prevention plates 4 are attached to both legs. The gap between the legs 3 and 3 can be shielded by locking and fixing.
Further, since the locking member 40 is fixed in position by engaging the convex portions in the guide wall 42 of the overhanging portion 35, the locking of the dive prevention plate 4 is released during use, and the position is shifted. It does not come off and can be securely held in the original mounting position.
