Description
Claims (11)
- リチウムメタル層と、前記リチウムメタル層の一面に付着した多孔性ポリマー層と、前記リチウムメタル層の前記多孔性ポリマー層付着面の反対面に付着した集電層と、前記多孔性ポリマー層と前記リチウムメタル層間に保護被膜層とを含み、前記各層は一体化していること、前記保護被膜層はリチウムイオン伝導性を有し、電解液は透過させないことを特徴とするリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記多孔性ポリマー層はポリエチレンまたはポリプロピレンからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記集電層はニッケルまたは銅を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記保護被膜層は有機材料層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記有機材料層はポリアクリレート、ポリエチレンオキシド、ポリシロキサン、ポリフォスファジェン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリビニリデンフルオライド、ビニリデンフルオライド−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー、テトラフルオロエチレン−ヘキサフルオロプロピレンコポリマー、ポリクロロフルオロエチレン、パーフルオロアルコキシコポリマー、ポリフルオロサイクリックエーテル、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリメチルメタクリレート、これらの誘導体、またはこれらの混合物のような高分子を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記有機材料層はリチウム塩をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記保護被膜層は無機材料層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記無機材料層は、リチウムシリケート、リチウムボレート、リチウムアルミネート、リチウムフォスフェート、リチウムフォスフォロスオキシナイトライド、リチウムシリコスルフィド、リチウムゲルマノスルフィド、リチウムランタンオキシド、リチウムチタンオキシド、リチウムボロスルフィド、リチウムアルミノスルフィド、リチウムフォスフォスルフィド、リチウムナイトライド、またはこれらの混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- 前記保護被膜層は有機材料層及び無機材料層のいずれも含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリチウム電池用リチウムメタル・アノード。
- リチウムイオンを挿入/脱挿入できるか、またはリチウムと可逆反応できる活物質層を含むカソードを準備する段階と、
請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項によるアノードを準備する段階と、
前記カソードと前記アノードとを含む電極組立体を準備する段階と、
前記電極組立体及び電解液を電池ケース内に収納した後に密封する段階とを含むことを特徴とするリチウム電池製造方法。 - リチウムイオンを挿入/脱挿入できるか、またはリチウムと可逆反応できる活物質層を含むカソードと、
リチウムイオン伝導性を有する電解液と、
請求項1ないし9のうちいずれか1項によるアノードとを含むことを特徴とするリチウム電池。
