本発明は、軸筒の側面から突出している押圧駒を径方向に押圧することによって、前記軸筒内の筆記物を出没せしめるサイドノック式筆記具に関する。

【従来の技術】
1例として、特開平9−183295号公報がある。サイドノック式シャ−プペンシルが1例として記載されている。詳述すると、軸筒の内側には、芯繰り出し機構が摺動自在に配置されており、その芯繰り出し機構を作動させるための押圧駒が、前記軸筒の側面に形成された窓孔から突出した状態で配置されている。そして、その押圧駒を径方向へ押圧せしめることによって前記芯繰り出し機構が作動し、芯が繰り出されるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記従来技術にあっては、窓孔の内側と押圧駒の外側によって形成される隙間から、軸筒内にゴミや汗などによる水分が侵入してしまう危険性があった。ちなみに、ゴミが軸筒内に侵入してしまうと、芯繰り出し機構がスム−ズに摺動しなくなってしまったり、また、水分が侵入してしまうと金属部品、例えば、芯の把持・解放を行うチャック体やスプリングなどを錆びさせてしまうものであり、動作不良を起こす原因になってしまうものであった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、軸筒の側面から突出している押圧駒を径方向に押圧することによって、前記軸筒内の筆記物を出没せしめるサイドノック式筆記具であって、前記軸筒と共に押圧駒も被覆する筒状部材を配置すると共に、前記押圧駒と筒状部材の間に隙間を設けたことを要旨とする。

【実施例】
本発明における1例を図1〜図5に示し説明する。サイドノック式シャ−プペンシルに適用した例である。
軸筒1の内部前方には、芯繰り出し機構2が摺動可能に配置されている。その芯繰り出し機構2は、芯(筆記物)Lを1本ごと分離する芯受け部材3と後端に傾斜面4が形成されたスライダ−5、並びに、そのスライダ−5の前端に圧入され芯の把持・解放を行うチャック体6、そのチャック体6の閉鎖・拡開を行うチャックリング7などから構成されている。符号8は、前記芯受け部材3とスライダ−5とを連結せしめる芯挿通管であり、符号9は、前記芯繰り出し機構2を後方に付勢するコイルスプリングなどの弾撥部材である。

また、軸筒1の前端には、継ぎ手部材10を介して先部材11が螺合などにより着脱自在に固定されている。その先部材11の内側には、ゴム状の芯戻り止め部材12が内設されている。
一方、軸筒1の後端には、消しゴム13並びに、その消しゴムを覆うようにキャップ14が着脱自在に取り付けられており、側面にはクリップ部材15が取り付けられている。
尚、軸筒1の中間部、前記芯受け部材3より後方は、芯タンク部16となっている。

前記軸筒1の芯繰り出し機構2に相当する位置の側面には、窓孔17が形成されており、その窓孔17には、前端を前記スライダ−5の傾斜面4に当接させた押圧駒18が突出した状態で配置されている。この押圧駒18は、後端を支点とし、軸筒1の径方向に対し押圧回転可能となっている。

また、軸筒1の把持する部分、具体的には、前記押圧駒18が配置されている部分には、筒状のグリップ部材19が被覆されている。そのグリップ部材19は、均一な厚さで形成されているのではなく、前記押圧駒18の部分においては薄く形成(薄肉部20)されている。また、押圧駒18と薄肉部20との間には、隙間21が形成されており、グリップ部材19を軸筒1へ組み付ける際の容易性を図っていると共に、寸法のばらつきによる不用な押圧駒18の押圧作用を防止している(図2、図3参照)。更に、押圧駒18の後方においても、軸筒1とグリップ部材19との間には、隙間22が形成されている。この隙間22も組み立ての容易性を図ってのことであり、組み付ける際、グリップ部材19の内面と軸筒1から突出している押圧駒18の表面との接触・摩擦抵抗を極力少なくしようとしている。

前記軸筒1の押圧駒18の近傍には、縦方向に突部23が形成されており、その突部23に係合するように前記グリップ部材19の内側にも凹部24が形成されている。グリップ部材19の軸筒1に対する回転防止を考慮してのことであるが、その回転防止作用は、前記押圧部材18が軸筒1から突出している構成からもなされている。
図5は、芯の繰り出し操作を行ったときの参考図であり、指の操作によりグリップ部材19の薄肉部20が径方向に変形し、次いで、押圧駒18が径方向に押圧せしめられることによって芯繰り出し機構2が作動し、芯が繰り出される。この様に、押圧操作をする際、指は柔軟な薄肉部20(グリップ部材19)を押圧するので、その感触が良く、また、滑ることもないから良好に押圧操作をすることができる。
尚、グリップ部材18の材質としては、種々あるが、1例として、シリコ−ンゴムやニトリルゴム、アクリルゴム、フッ素ゴム、天然ゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、ネオプレンゴム、SBR、NBR、エラストマ−、軟質ポリエチレンなどが挙げられる。
また、以上の例においては、シャ−プペンシルを挙げて説明したが、ボ−ルペン体(筆記物)などを軸筒内に摺動自在に収納したサイドノック式筆記具であっても良い。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、軸筒の側面から突出している押圧駒を径方向に押圧することによって、前記軸筒内の筆記物を出没せしめるサイドノック式筆記具であって、前記軸筒と共に押圧駒も被覆する筒状部材を配置すると共に、前記押圧駒と筒状部材の間に隙間を設けたので、軸筒内、特に作動部部分にゴミや水分などが侵入せず、長期に渡り良好な筆記具として使用することができる。
