【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、壁体貫通孔の充填用治具及び充填方法に関し、より詳しくは、建築物の壁体に形成された貫通孔の一方の開口部に該貫通孔の外側から蓋を設けづらい場合でも容易かつ速やかにその貫通孔にモルタルを充填することができ、また、モルタル導入時に貫通孔からモルタルが漏れ出すのを抑えることができ、更に、貫通孔内を完全に充填することができる壁体貫通孔の充填用治具及び充填方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
建築物の壁体に、壁体施工時或いは施工後に形成された貫通孔が有る場合、この貫通孔をモルタル等で充填する作業が行われる。従来は、この貫通孔を充填するに当たり、貫通孔の一端に蓋を設け、貫通孔の他端からモルタルを導入し、モルタルが貫通孔内に略充填された時点で貫通孔の他端に蓋を設けて、上記貫通孔内を充填していた。
しかしながら、壁体の片面が他の構造物と近接している等の理由でその片面に蓋を設けにくい場合には、上記した充填方法を採用することは困難であった。
また、貫通孔の上記他端に蓋が無い状態でモルタル導入作業を行うので、その作業中にモルタルが貫通孔から大量に漏れ出し、モルタルが無駄になってしまうとともに、貫通孔内を完全には充填することができなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、このような実情に鑑みてなされたもので、建築物の壁体に形成された貫通孔の一端に該貫通孔の外側から蓋を設けづらい場合でも容易かつ速やかにその貫通孔にモルタルを充填することができ、また、モルタル導入時に貫通孔からモルタルが漏れ出すのを抑えることができ、更に、貫通孔内を完全に充填することができる壁体貫通孔の充填用治具及び充填方法の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の発明は、壁体貫通孔の一端開口部を閉塞するための閉塞駒と、この閉塞駒から延出する螺杆と着脱自在に連結される操作棒と、前記閉塞駒から延出する螺杆と着脱自在に連結され前記壁体貫通孔の他端開口部を閉塞するための蓋体とからなり、前記閉塞駒には円筒形状の弾性体が備えられ、この弾性体にはその中心軸に沿って貫通孔が形成され、この貫通孔には壁体貫通孔と略同じ長さを有する螺杆が挿通されてなり、前記螺杆の先端部には前記弾性体の先端面と当接する受板が設けられ、前記螺杆の中途部には前記弾性体の基端面に当接するワッシャが遊嵌され、前記螺杆の中途部において前記ワッシャより基端部側には前記ワッシャと隣接したナットが進退可能に螺合され、前記螺杆の基端部には第1の雄ネジが設けられ、前記螺杆の少なくともワッシャ近傍には前記第1の雄ネジとは逆向きに形成されるとともに前記弾性体を自然長から所定長さ縮ませるために前記ナットを螺進させる第2の雄ネジが設けられてなり、前記操作棒は、中空の筒体と、この筒体に挿通される棒体とからなり、前記筒体の先端には前記閉塞駒のナットと嵌合するナット廻し部が形成され、前記棒体の先端には前記閉塞駒の螺杆基端部と螺合する雌ネジが形成されてなり、前記蓋体は、前記螺杆基端部と螺合する雌ネジと、充填材導入孔とを具備するとともに、前記壁体貫通孔の他端開口部を塞ぐ大きさに形成されてなることを特徴とする壁体貫通孔の充填用治具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
図1は、本発明に係る壁体貫通孔の充填用治具の第1実施形態を示す軸長方向断面図である。図2は、本発明における閉塞駒を示す図である。図3は、本発明における蓋体を示す図である。

第1実施形態に係る壁体貫通孔の充填用治具(1)は、壁体貫通孔(2)(図4参照)の一端開口部(2a)を閉塞するための閉塞駒(3)と、この閉塞駒(3)から延出する螺杆(8)と着脱自在に連結される操作棒(4)と、閉塞駒(3)から延出する螺杆(8)と着脱自在に連結され、壁体貫通孔(2)の他端開口部(2b)を閉塞するための蓋体(5)とからなる。

閉塞駒(3)には円筒形状の弾性体(6)が備えられている。この弾性体(6)にはその中心軸に沿って貫通孔(7)が形成され、この貫通孔(7)には壁体貫通孔(2)と略同じ長さを有する螺杆(8)が挿通されている。弾性体(6)の種類は特に限定されるものではないが、例えば、合成ゴムを用いることができる。
螺杆(8)の長さは、閉塞駒(3)を壁体貫通孔(2)の一端開口部(2a)に固定したときに該螺杆(8)の基端部(9)が壁体貫通孔(2)の他端開口部(2b)から突出しない程度の長さであることが好ましい。このような長さとすることで、壁体貫通孔(2)の充填後に螺杆(8)の基端部(9)が壁体貫通孔(2)から突出しない。

次に、この充填用治具(1)を用いた壁体貫通孔(2)の充填方法について、図4乃至12を参照しつつ説明する。
まず、図4に示す如く、操作棒(4)の筒体(16)先端のナット廻し部(18)を閉塞駒(3)のナット(12)に嵌合させるとともに棒体(17)先端の雌ネジ(27)を螺杆基端部(9)と螺合させる。次いで、この操作棒(4)を介して壁体貫通孔(2)の他端開口部(2b)から閉塞駒(3)を挿入し、壁体貫通孔(2)の一端開口部(2a)に閉塞駒(3)を到達させる(図5参照)。

ハンドル(29)を回して筒体(16)を回転させることにより、閉塞駒(3)の弾性体(6)を径方向に膨出させて壁体貫通孔(2)の一端開口部(2a)を閉塞する。すなわち、筒体(16)を回転させることによりナット(12)を螺進させ、弾性体(6)を自然長から所定長さ縮ませる。これにより、弾性体(6)がその径方向に膨出する。
その後、図6に示す如く、操作棒(4)を閉塞駒(3)から離脱させる。このとき、棒体(17)(図5参照)を回転させて螺杆(8)と棒体(17)との螺合を解除し、筒体(16)を引っ張って筒体(16)とナット(12)の嵌合を解除する。これにより、操作棒(4)を壁体貫通孔(2)から抜き去ることができる。

充填材(26)の固化後、図11に示す如く、蓋体(5)を螺杆基端部(9)から離脱させる。このとき、蓋体(5)(図10参照)を回転させて蓋体(5)と螺杆(8)の螺合を解除する。

尚、蓋体(5)が、上記した如く、本体(20)とパッキン(21)とからなる場合には、蓋体(5)を設ける際、図7に示す如く、本体(20)とパッキン(21)の第1の孔部(23)同士を重合一致させると共に第2の孔部(24)同士を重合一致させた状態で、壁体貫通孔(2)の他端開口部(2b)を閉塞し、重合一致した第1の孔部(23)を充填材導入孔(19)としてここから充填材(26)を導入する。
充填材(26)が壁体貫通孔(2)内で満杯になった後に更に導入を続けると、図9に示す如く、重合一致した第2の貫通孔(24)すなわち充填材放出孔(25)から充填材(26)の一部が溢れ出るので、この時点で充填材(26)の導入をストップする。

充填材(26)の導入をストップした直後に、蓋体(5)のパッキン(21)を本体(20)に対して回転させ、第1の孔部(23)同士の位置をずらす(図10参照)とともに第2の孔部(24)同士の位置をずらし、充填材導入孔(19)及び充填材放出孔(25)を閉じる(閉口手段)。これにより、充填材(26)の漏出が防止される。
尚、閉口手段は上記した例に限定されず、ガムテープ等を用いて閉口してもよい。
以上により、壁体貫通孔(2)の充填作業を終了する。

本発明に係る壁体貫通孔の充填用治具(1)及び充填方法によれば、建築物の壁体貫通孔(2)の一方の開口部にその外側から蓋を設けづらい場合でも容易かつ速やかにその壁体貫通孔(2)にモルタル等の充填材(26)を充填することができる。また、充填作業中に壁体貫通孔(2)から充填材(26)が漏れ出すのを抑えることができ、更に、壁体貫通孔(2)内を完全に充填することができる。

次に、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。
図13は、第2実施形態に係る充填用治具を示す軸長方向断面図である。
第2実施形態に係る充填用治具(1)が上記第1実施形態と異なる点は幾つかある。その他の構成ついては、上記第1実施形態と同様とすることができる。
先ず、螺杆(8)の長さが、壁体貫通孔(2)の長さよりも長く設定されている。これは、様々な厚みの壁体に対応するためである。尚、後述するように、モルタル充填後に、螺杆(8)の壁面外に突出している部分は切断除去される。
尚、第1実施形態と同様、螺杆(8)の基端部(9)には第1の雄ネジ(14)が設けられ、第1の雄ネジ(14)からワッシャ(11)までの間には第1の雄ネジ(14)と逆向きの第2の雄ネジ(15)が設けられている。
