Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In constructing a tunnel in the shield method, the present invention provides a segment for arranging a lining by arranging a segment along the inner surface of the ground of the excavated tunnel, and backing the segment between the lining and the ground. This relates to the backfill bag.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When constructing a tunnel in the shield method, a lining is formed by arranging a number of segments along the inner surface of the excavated tunnel ground, and a backfill material is filled between the lining and the natural ground. It hardens and stabilizes the segment, and prevents loosening of the ground due to skin peeling of the natural ground.
[0003]
However, in this method, the filled backfilling material may move forward in front of the shield machine, which may adversely affect the cutting blade cutter and the soil transport conveyor. Therefore, by attaching a cloth bag body to the segment and press-fitting the backfill material into the bag body, the segment is fixed without the backfill material flowing excessively.
[0004]
As these methods, for example, those described in JP-A-63-63893, JP-A-63-63894, JP-A-8-193497 and the like are known.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In these methods, in order to hold the bag in the segment and prevent it from being damaged by the brush of the shield machine, it is necessary to cover the outside of the bag on the back of the segment with a cover or cover of the sheet Therefore, the structure of the segment is complicated and it takes time to manufacture.
[0006]
Especially in the case of a steel segment, a fairly complicated structure is possible, but when it is intended to be applied to a concrete segment, its structure is limited and it is difficult to make it a complex structure. .
[0007]
In addition, it is not necessary to attach a bag to every segment in the lining, the segments to which the bag is attached at predetermined intervals are arranged in a ring shape, and the other simple segments can be used. However, the two types of segments having different structures must be separately manufactured and managed, and the handling is troublesome.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and is a backfilling bag that is easy to attach to a segment and does not require a special structure, and can be easily attached to a segment having a normal structure at a work site. The object is to provide a body and a segment to which the bag is attached.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Thus, in the segment invention of the present invention, a recess is formed on the back surface of the segment body arranged along the inner surface of the ground of the excavated tunnel, and the tubular shape is equal to or larger than the segment body. A cover that can be easily broken by folding a bag made of the above fabric flatly, further folding it in the width direction and length direction, holding the bag in a folded state, and applying an internal pressure to the bag. Forming a bag body, fitting the bag body into the recess so that the coating is exposed on the back surface, and penetrating a backfill material into the bag through the segment body Is formed.
[0010]
Also, the invention of the bag body of the present invention is attached to the back surface of the segment main body arranged along the natural ground inner surface of the excavated tunnel, and is expanded by press-fitting a backfill material into the segment main body and the natural ground. In a backfilling bag body that fills and seals a space between the bag and a bag made of a cylindrical fabric that is sufficiently larger than the segment body, and is folded in a flat direction so that it is smaller than the segment body. Further, the cover is folded in the length direction, and at least one surface thereof is formed with a cover that can be easily broken by holding the folded state of the bag and applying an internal pressure to the bag.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a segment 1 according to the present invention. Reference numeral 2 denotes a segment body which is bent in accordance with the inner surface shape of the tunnel. A recessed portion 3 is formed on the back surface of the segment body. The bag body 4 is fitted.
[0012]
The bag body 4 has a cylindrical bag 5 that is the same as or larger than the segment main body 2, and the bag 5 is made of a fabric. The bag 5 is folded flat, is further folded in the width direction and the length direction, and is fitted into the recessed portion 3 of the segment body 2, and is exposed to the back surface of the segment body 2 in the folded bag 5. A plastic coating 6 is formed on the surface.
[0013]
The covering 6 is made of a flexible plastic such as polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane, and the covering 5 is held in a folded state by the covering 6, and the covering 6 is easily broken by applying an internal pressure to the inside of the bag 5. The bag 5 can be inflated by the internal pressure.
[0014]
2 to 4 show an example of the folded state of the bag 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the bag 5 has a large-diameter portion 7 formed at the center portion, and a small-diameter mouth portion 9 that serves as a pressure inlet for the backfilling material is formed at both ends via tapered portions 8. The large-diameter portion 7 has a diameter and a length that are approximately the same as or larger than the width and length of the segment body 2.
[0015]
And the bag 5 is folded flat, and the attachment string 10 is fastened to the back surface.
[0016]
Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the tapered portion 8 of the bag 5 is folded into the large diameter portion 7 to reduce the length, and the mouth portion 9 is protruded from the end of the large diameter portion 7. Further, the both sides of the large diameter portion 7 with the tapered portion 8 folded are folded to the front side in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 3, and both side edges are butted so that they can be opened like a double door as shown in FIG. Thus, the size is set so as to fit into the recessed portion 3 of the segment body 2.
[0017]
If it cannot be sufficiently reduced by this folding method, it can be folded further smaller, but it is preferable that both sides are butted together at the front center and folded so that it can be opened in a double-spread manner.
[0018]
And as shown in FIG.4 (b), straddling the both sides faced | matched in the front side of the folded bag 5, forming the plastic coating 6, and holding the bag 5 in the folded state, A bag 4 is assumed. In addition, although the coating | cover 6 is formed only in the front side in drawing, it can also be formed in the whole surface also including a back side.
[0019]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, the bag body 4 is fitted into the recessed portion 3 of the segment main body 2, and protrudes from both ends of the bag 5 into the through holes 11 formed through the segment main body 2. The mouth portion 9 is inserted, the base 12 is inserted, and the mouth portion 9 is fixed to the through hole 11.
[0020]
Further, the attachment string 10 is fixed to the segment body 2 by an appropriate means, and the bag body 4 is attached to the segment body 2. In addition, although the attachment string 10 is being fixed to the back surface of the segment main body 2 in drawing, it can also be fixed to the inner surface side of the segment main body 2 through the through-hole 11 or another small hole.
[0021]
Further, the bag body 4 is preferably fixed to the segment body 2 with the attachment string 10, but this is not always necessary, and the bag body 4 is attached to the segment body 2 by fixing the opening 9 to the through hole 11. You can also. Moreover, it can also adhere and fix to the back surface of a segment with an adhesive agent without using an attachment string.
[0022]
The structure of the bag 5 is preferably such that the mouth 9 is formed at both ends of the large-diameter portion 7 through the tapered portion 8 as described above. However, in the present invention, the structure is not necessarily limited to such a structure. A cylindrical mouth portion may be sewn on the back side of the rectangular bag.
[0023]
This bag is appropriately folded to form a cover to form the bag body 4 of the present invention, which is fitted into the recessed portion 3 and the mouth portion 9 is inserted through the through hole 11 and fixed to form the segment 1 of the present invention. You can also. Further, two mouth portions 9 are not necessarily required, and may be one or three or more.
[0024]
[Action]
The bag body 4 of the present invention forms the covering 6 in a state in which the bag 5 is folded, and the folded state of the bag 5 is maintained. Therefore, the bag body 4 can be handled in a state separated from the segment body 2, and can be handled at the construction site. The body 4 can be attached to the segment body 2 to form the segment 1 of the present invention.
[0025]
That is, the bag body 4 is fitted into the recessed portion 3 of the segment body 2, the mouth portion 9 is inserted through the through hole 11 and fixed, and the attachment string 10 is fixed to the segment body 2 by an appropriate means. Segment 1 can be formed in
[0026]
Thus, the lining is constructed by assembling the segment 1 behind the shield machine. In this case, among the many segments constituting the lining, the segment 1 of the present invention is arranged in a ring shape at predetermined intervals, and the other segments to which the bag body 4 is not attached are arranged.
[0027]
After the lining is constructed by arranging the segments 1 of the present invention in a ring shape, a backfill material is press-fitted from the mouth portion 9. At this time, when two or more mouth portions 9 are provided in the bag 5, the back-filling material may be press-fitted simultaneously from all the mouth portions 9, and the back-filling material can be fed only from one mouth portion 9. The other mouth 9 may be closed with a lid 13 as shown in FIG.
[0028]
When the backfilling material 14 is press-fitted into the bag 5, the folded bag 5 expands, as shown in FIG. 5, both sides of the bag 5 open, and the covering 6 connecting the both sides breaks. 5 further expansions are possible.
[0029]
Then, the bag 5 expands while eliminating the folded state and is pressed against the natural ground 15 as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and when the pressure is increased by further pressing the backfilling material 14 from the mouth portion 9 in this state, Moisture in the backfilling material 14 is discharged from between the cloths of the bag 5 to increase the concentration and harden to form dense backfilling.
[0030]
As a result, a dense ring-shaped backfill is formed between the segment 1 and the natural ground 15, and the segment 1 is supported by the natural ground 15. Then, between the ring-shaped backfilling, a space between the segment 1 and the natural ground 15 is further filled with a backfilling material, and a lining firmly supported by the natural ground 15 is formed.
[0031]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the bag body 4 can be handled independently without combining the bag body 4 with the segment main body 2 because the bag 5 is folded into a small size and the folded state is held by the covering 6.
[0032]
The segment body 2 also has a simple structure simply by forming the recessed portion 3 and the through hole 11 for attaching the bag body 4, so that the segment body 2 in the present invention is distinguished from the segment to which the bag body 4 is not attached. There is no need to manufacture, and the bag body 4 can be attached to a single segment as necessary at the construction site to form the segment 1 of the present invention, and management of materials is easy.
[0033]
In the segment 1 in which the bag body 4 is attached to the segment body 2, the bag body 4 is exposed on the back surface of the segment 1, but since the outer side of the bag 5 is covered with the covering 6, the bag 5 is covered with the covering 6. Even if it contacts with the natural ground 15 or is rubbed with the brush of the shield machine, it will not be damaged.
[0034]
Thus, when the backfilling material 14 is press-fitted into the bag 5, the covering 6 is broken and the bag 5 can be expanded. Therefore, the bag 5 is pressed against the natural ground 15 and between the segment body 2 and the natural ground 15. A backfill can be formed. At this time, the lid and the sheet do not fall off as in the conventional method, and they do not fall and partially obstruct the formation of the backfill.

The segment body (2) is attached to the back surface of the segment body (2) arranged along the inner surface of the ground (15) of the excavated tunnel, and is expanded by press-fitting a backfill material (14) therein. In the backfilling bag body (4) that fills and seals the space between the ground and the natural ground, the bag (5) made of a cylindrical fabric that is the same as or larger than the segment main body (2) is flattened. Is folded in the width direction and the length direction so as to be smaller than the segment main body (2), and the folded state of the bag (5) is held at least on one side and the inner pressure is applied to the bag (5). A bag body for backfilling a segment for a tunnel lining, characterized in that a coating (6) that can be easily broken by being acted is formed.
