【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えば、道路の両脇あるいはトンネルの両脇に敷設されて側溝を形成するスリット付き側溝用ブロックの上部に設置される境界ブロックの施工方法及び境界ブロック吊り装置に関するものである。
【従来の技術】
スリット付き側溝用ブロックは、その上面側の外部と側溝用ブロック内部の水路等の機能をはたす中空路とは上面部に形成されたスリットにより連通されている。

この上面にスリットが設けられた側溝用ブロックは、近年急激に需要が増えており、例えばトンネル内車道の両脇に当該スリット付き側溝用ブロックを用いた側溝が形成され、敷設されることが多々見受けられる。

そして、降雨時においては、車道に流れ込んだ大量の雨水等が当該側溝に設けられたスリットから内部の中空路に流れ込むものとされている。

しかして、このスリット付き側溝の上には一般に境界ブロックと称される仕切り用のブロック部材が長手方向に設置されるのが常であり、この境界ブロックの迅速、確実及び安価な施工コストでの施工方法の提案が要請されており、またこの境界ブロックの迅速、確実及び安価な製造コストで吊り上げ運搬する吊り装置の提案が要請されていた。
【発明が解決しようとする課題】
かくして、本発明は前記従来からの要望に対処すべく創案されたものであり、境界ブロックの運搬そして吊り上げについて、またその施工に際しても迅速、確実及び安価な施工コストで行え、吊り装置についても迅速、確実及び安価な製造コストで提供できる境界ブロックの施工方法及び境界ブロック吊り装置を提供することを目的とするものである。
【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による境界ブロックの施工方法及び境界ブロック吊り装置は、
略立方体柱状をなし、軸心方向には中空路が設けられ、該中空路と外部とを連通するスリットが上面部に軸心方向へ向かって直線状に設けられたスリット付き側溝用ブロックを、長手方向へ順次接続しながら敷設して路面幅方向端部側に排水路を形成し、
敷設した前記スリット付き側溝用ブロックのスリット内に嵌まって突設する位置決め部材を取り付け、
該位置決め部材に表面側側壁を当接させ位置決めしながら境界ブロックを前記スリット付き側溝用ブロックの上面に設置し、順次長手方向へ接続し敷設してなることを特徴とし、
または、
略方形体状をなし、裏面側側壁の下側略中央位置には係止孔が設けられてなる境界ブロックを吊り上げる吊り装置であって、
上部に吊り上げフック部が設けられ、略中間部上側位置には回動部が設けられ、下部には吊り上げる境界ブロックの一方側側壁に係止する係止部が設けられた押さえ部材と、
前記押さえ部材の回動部を挟んで軸支する一対の保持部材であり、該一対の保持部材は、先端側に前記回動部に軸支する軸支部を有し、後端側からは上下方向に延出する保持片を有し、該保持片下側位置には前記境界ブロックの係止孔に挿入する係止棒とを有してなり、
該係止棒を係止孔に挿入すると共に、保持片と押さえ部材とにより前記境界ブロックを挟持して吊り上げ運搬可能とされたことを特徴とするものである。
【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図に基づいて本発明に係る境界ブロックの施工方法及び境界ブロック吊り装置について説明する。

まず、側溝用ブロック1はその上面部2にスリット3が設けられた側溝用ブロック1であり、該スリット付き側溝ブロック1は、通常では略直方体の角柱状をなして形成されている。

そして、その軸心方向には例えば縦長楕円状をなし内側の上壁がフラット面に形成された中空路が設けられている。

ここで、この中空路と外部とを連通させるスリット3が上面部2において軸心方向へ向かって直線状に延出して設けられていると共に、該スリット3は側溝用ブロック1の幅方向中央から一方側に偏らせて設けられている。

次に、符号4は境界ブロックを示す。

該境界ブロック4は図から理解されるように略台形をなす方形体として形成されており、スリット付き側溝ブロック1のスリット3を境にして幅方向片方側に裁置され、車道と歩道などそれ以外の区画との境界用突条ブロックとして使用される。図では比較的長さの短い境界ブロック4を示してあるが、長さの長い、たとえば側溝用ブロック1のような長さの長い境界ブロック4の場合もある。

また後端側(下部側)からは前記吊り上げるべき境界ブロック4の裏面側側壁13の長手方向下側略中央位置に設けられた係止孔14に挿入される係止棒15有するよう構成されている。
このように、押さえ部材6と一対の保持部材7,7とは図4に示すごとく回動部9及び軸支部12を支点として回動し、境界用ブロック1を挟持出来るようになっている。

以上において、境界用ブロック4の敷設方法につき説明する。

まずスリット付き側溝用ブロック1を長手方向に順次接続しながら敷設して路面幅方向端部側に排水路を形成する。

次いで、前記敷設したスリット付き側溝用ブロック1のスリット3を位置決めに利用すべくそのスリット3内に位置決め部材16を図1のように挿入し、上方に突設させる。この位置決め部材16は単なる木片で構わない。

その後、吊り具5により境界用ブロック4を挟持する(図4参照)。

すなわち、前記したように境界ブロック4の裏面側側壁13に設けられた係止孔14に保持部材7,7から突設された係止棒15を差し込み、かつ表面側側壁10に押さえ部材6の係止部11を係止させ、その状態から上方へ吊り上げる。

なお、符号18は上面押さえ片であり、該上面押さえ片18により境界ブロック4の上面を押さえておけば、吊り上げたとき境界ブロック4の左右側へ揺動することがない。そして、この上面押さえ片18はL形鋼を切断して使用すればよい。

そして、本発明による境界ブロックの施工方法及び境界ブロック吊り装置であれば、境界ブロックの運搬そして吊り上げについて、またその施工に際しても迅速、確実及び安価な施工コストで行え、特に吊り装置については本発明の吊り具により迅速、確実な作業が行え、しかも安価な製造コストで提供できるとの優れた効果を奏する。
